It's not every day a person includes their ex, usually the person who was with them before they had any success, in their current accomplishments.  So hats off to Kevin Hart.

The What Now star received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday, and he had ex-wife Torrei Hart front and center along with their kids and Eniko Hart to celebrate the occasion.  Torrei help him build his career from the start, so it's only right.

Now, he's got a million movies a year in theaters, umpteen seasons of "Real Husbands of Hollywood" on BET, stand up comedy tours galore, a sweet Nike deal, and he pulled off getting buff for the cover of plenty of magazines and his wedding this year. 

The comedian, who is now the highest paid comedian period, shared the big day on social media saying:

Hard work pays off....This is just the beginning people. I'm inspired & motivated to do so much more. The last name HART will have a powerful meaning when it's all said and done!!!! The road to making the world laugh continues....Let's make History this weekend damn it!!!!

Summer's over, and so is Rihanna and Drake's relationship again, allegedly.  She jetted home to Barbados to chill with her fam.  Pics and deets inside...

All Summer Sixteen Rihanna and Drake were hitting up hotel rooms and cities (and award shows) all over the country together.  They looked like a couple once again, but just as quickly as they started their lovefest, it reportedly has ended.

So much for the matching tattoos and the on-stage love fests. 

Now, E! News says they've called it quits and they've moved on with other people.  Coincidentally, the report comes right as Drake is wrapping the North American leg of his tour:

An insider tells E! News, "Rihanna and Drake are seeing other people at the moment. They are not exclusive anymore. They still love each other, but their schedules have gotten in the way."

However, that doesn't necessarily mean it's done for good. "Anything can change between them though, for better or worse," the source adds. "They are still in each other's lives."

As for who Drake is dating -- E! News claims it's "Meet The Westbrooks" reality star and IG "model" India Love. 

We thought she had a man seeing as though they're always plastered all over each other's IGs doing the most.  But maybe they broke up recently...or not.

A second source revealed, "Drake and India Love have been hooking up for at least a few weeks." 

Interestingly enough, India's ex-boyfriend, Cliff Dixon, was rumored to have cheated on her with Rihanna. The insider tells us, "Drake could be hooking up with India Love now to piss off Rihanna, which has clearly worked."

Not sure we're believing that just yet....

While Beyoncé has been the symbol of mainstream perfection for years, Solange's music has usually taken on the cult-following type of fandom.  From Sol-Angel and the Hadley Street Dreams to her True EP, we've been loving Solange since she switched her style up around 2008.  The glow up was real from her Johnson Family Vacation days to the grown and sexy vibes she created. 

Solo's A Seat At The Table album is pretty much a masterpiece.  Not sure about y'all, but it's our soundtrack to blackness on the daily right now.  And apparently, others agree.  Not only did the ridiculously cool mom and wife score her first number one album, but she and Beyoncé are the first sisters to both have #1 albums on the Billboard charts.  They're also the third pair of siblings behind Michael & Janet and Master P & Silkk The Shocker.  By the way, Master P narrating Solo's new album is perfection.

Toni & Tamar Braxton just missed out as Toni has plenty #1 albums and Tamar's highest ranking album Love & War was #2. Jessica Simpson's highest ranking album was also #2 while her sister Ashlee, who's now married to Evan Ross, copped two #1's.

We didn't need another reason to anxiously await the new season of "Being Mary Jane," but Michael Ealy for sure just gave us one.  Deets inside, plus Nia Long on the set of the upcoming Beaches remake.

Michael Ealy just joined the upcoming fourth season of "Being Mary Jane" on BET, and it's all thanks to his homie Gabrielle Union!

His Think Like A Man franchise co-star hit him up asking him to be on the new season kicking off in January.  Despite the fact he wasn't all the way here for another network series, the "Secrets & Lies" star said 'Yes'.  He told Deadline:

“I had turned down several network offers, as I really was not interested in doing another show at the time, but because Gabrielle is a friend, I told her that I’d seriously think about and talk with my team. At the end of the day, I felt like we all have a social responsibility to help elevate material with people of color in any way that we can, and if there was an opportunity for me to help my friend and the cultural perceptions of our work, then I would do my part.”

He's already hit the set with Gabby and Mario Van Peebles (above).

As for his role, he's Mary Jane's annoying producer at her new network in New York:

Ealy will play Justin Talbot, the new producer of Great Day USA who. unfortunately for Mary Jane, also is the man who previously got her fired from CNN. Upon arriving at Great Day USA, he remains a thorn in Mary Jane’s side, and she must learn to cleverly circumvent his power plays.

Nia Long is starring in the Lifetime remake of "Beaches," and she hit the set with co-star Idina Menzel, Taye Diggs' ex-wife.  Nia's set to play Hillary, the role originated by Barbara Hershey in the 1988 original tearjerker.

Kristin Chenoweth was rumored to play the role but she's now busy on Broadway. So Single Moms Club star Nia copped the part.

A tv movie version of this untouched classic though has us like, 'Hmmmmm.'  Nia hasn't had the best of luck lately with movies, so it'll be tricky.  But we wish her (and the reputation of one of our fave movies) the best though.  She seems to be getting her life on the Vancouver, Canada set:

Lydia Meredith, former wife to Reverend Dennis A. Meredith, opens up about her husband leaving her for a man after 30 years of marriage. Get the details on why she stayed AFTER learning he was sleeping with men and more inside…

It's a straight-out-the-pulpit story of foolywang material!

Lydia Meredith was your typical First Lady of the church after marrying her husband Reverend Dennis A. Meredith 30 years ago. But things took a turn for the worst when she found out her husband was cheating on her. The thing is, her husband was cheating on her with men (she later learned women too), but even after learning about his infidelity she decided to stay. Yep, she said there was nothing in their marriage they couldn’t fix, but she soon learned the hard way that wasn’t true.

Now, Ms. Lydia is opening up about her husband’s scandalous ways in a personal memoir titled, "The Gay Preacher’s Wife: How My Gay Husband Deconstructed My Life and Reconstructed My Faith."

Below is an excerpt from the book:

I was one of those preachers’ wives who sat in the pew on many a Sunday morning while my “real” life was a fraud. i discovered several years into my marriage that my husband was cheating on me–with men–numerous men. (And women too, I later found out). But I stayed. I stayed through the broken promises and the humiliation because I believed and hoped that things got better. I watched my husband stand in that pulpit on Sunday morning, preaching one message and living out yet another. I needed answers.

The first place I turned to for answers were God. I prayed. I wept. I prayed. I wept. I prayed and I wept. God woke me at 3 a.m. I sat straight up in the middle of my bed. … What did Jesus really say about homosexuality? What was Jesus’ message about gays?

I prayed my entire young life for God to send me a husband–God Always answers my prayers–why did I end up marrying a gay man?

Lydia revealed her husband decided to leave her for another man. She knew he had slept with other men before, but they continued to stay together. Her husband ended up falling in love with one of the men he was cheating with and ultimately chose him over her.

“He left me for another man,” she told Rolling Out.“He told me he wanted to live the rest of his life as a gay man. At that time, I didn’t know he was in a relationship with a man, a man that he’d fallen in love with. Most of the time when we were in therapy discussing his struggles with same-sex relationships, it was never a relationship; it was always [just] sex. This particular time it was very different. He had fallen in love with a man.”

Well damn.

While she was presented with the news that her husband was in love with someone else, she still wanted it to work. He ended up leaving her in 2005 for his lover. By 2008, she had filed for divorce.

“I filed for divorce,” she said. “He wasn’t happy about it. The infidelity didn’t cause me to leave my marriage. I felt there was nothing in my marriage that couldn’t be fixed.”

Wow. It’s sad how some women will do anything to keep their marriage for image reasons or just to say they’re still married.  But, we’re glad she found the strength to move and heal her heart. She has since founded Beacon of Hope, Inc. Renaissance Learning Center with a mission to strengthen families, communities and impoverished children and their families.

Gabrielle Union graces the cover of ESSENCE magazine for their November 2016 issue. Inside, she opens up about fears of being a stepmom, adding producer to her resume and why she doesn’t hold anything against anyone who chooses not to see Birth of a Nation inside….

Gabrielle Union is ready to start her press rounds for the upcoming season of “Being Mary Jane” (set to premiere January 2017) and her upcoming family comedy Almost Christmas (hitting theaters November 11th). So, she’s kicking things into gear with some slayage.

The gorgeous actress is covering ESSENCE magazine’s November 2016, striking a pose in luxury designers Lanvin, Diane von Furstenberg and Michael Kors Collection for the cover.

Inside, the 42-year-old actress (who celebrates a birthday this month), opens up about her fears of being a stepmom to her husband Dwyane Wade’s teenage sons.

“Teens get teen-y,” she told ESSENCE. “It’s harder. I never understood that. ‘You won’t sleep.’ I always associated that phrase with babies. Crying, teething babies. No. Until they walk through the door, I’m terrified. Sometimes I just want to stay off my timeline, because it makes those waits until they walk through the door a thousand times worse. Just envisioning them as a hashtag…"

With everything going on across the nation with police officers killing black men, we totally understand.

Nate Parker’s Birth of a Nation film (that she stars in and helped produce) just hit theaters with mixed reviews after a rape case resurfaced involving Nate. As a rape survivor, Gabby said she understands if some people decide not to go see the film because of all the controversy.

“...As a rape survivor and as an advocate, I cannot shy away from this responsibility because the conversation got difficult. I don’t want to put myself above anyone’s pain or triggers. Every victim or survivor, I believe you. I support you. I support you if you don’t want to see the film. I absolutely understand and respect that. I can’t sell the film. This movie has always been about more than one person, and for the outspoken feminist advocates and allies who risked a lot to be a part of this project—Aja Naomi King, Aunjanue Ellis, Penelope Ann Miller—we are okay if you have to sit this one out, and we’re okay if you don’t, and we understand…”—Gabrielle Union in Essence’s November issue

As she continues to build her empire, Gabby also talked about dabbing more into producing projects to help shape the narrative where she see fit.

“I don’t just want to be a hired gun. I want to have a little bit more control over the narrative. The only way I can be empowered to do that is to be a producer. Now with as many projects that will have me, it’s part of the deal.”

Nicki Minaj is known for showing off ASSets for the masses as it adds to her rap persona of being the gritty rapper with sex appeal. When Nicki shows some skin, she gets DRAGGED for it. Meanwhile, when celebs like Kim Kardashian West parades around half naked in public and poses nude for magazines and Instagram, somehow it’s accepted and even praised.

Well, the “Anaconda” rapper address society’s double standard when it comes to what white women can do that black women “can’t” do in her cover story for Marie Claire’s November 2016 issue.

"When Kim Kardashian's naked picture came out, [Sharon Osbourne] praised it, and my fans attacked her for being such a hypocrite,” she told the magazine. “So it wasn't trashy and raunchy when a white woman did it, but it was when a black woman did it? It's quite pathetic and sad, but that is my reality, and I've gotten accustomed to just shutting it down."

While we sometimes give Nicki the side eye for her thirst trap pics (because she actually has a talent other than creating a career solely out of booty selfies and sex), she does have a point.

In the cover story, the Pinkprint raptress also talked about what goals she wants young women to make (and they have nothing to do with a man), how she’s following Jay Z’s blueprint from rapper to business owner, collaborating with Beyonce and more.

Below are the highlights:

On young women's goals:"Nowadays, I feel like [young women] see marrying into money—I think that's a big thing now. I don't want that to be a woman's goal in life. I want your goal in life to be to become an entrepreneur, a rich woman, a career-driven woman. You have to be able to know that you need no man on this planet at all, period, and he should feel that, because when a man feels that you need him, he acts differently."

On competing with male rappers:"I don't need to read a book about [business]. I can look at someone's career and just pinpoint the dos and the don'ts, and the one person I've done that with for my entire career was Jay Z. He did such a great job being an authentic street guy and a businessman, and I was like, Why aren't there women doing that, taking the success from rap and channeling it into their empire? I felt like anything he could do, I could do."

On the people living with violence in our country:"We tend to not remember the black women who are mourning these men and who are thinking, Oh, my God, what am I going to tell my child now about where his father is, and the struggle it is for black women to then move on after they lose their husband or their boyfriend ... The strong women in these inner cities often go unnoticed ... no one really ever puts a hand out to them."

On collaborating with Beyoncé:"Every time Bey and I do something together, I see how women are inspired, and it has nothing to do with how we look. It has to do with how we are owning who we are and telling other women you should be the boss of your own career and the brains behind your life or your decisions or your art. I just love that feeling."

Jay Z is gearing up to produce a new miniseries about the U.S. Army’s first African-American sniper. And it will star EMMY winner Sterling K. Brown. Get those deets and get the latest on Toya Wright’s new memoir “In My Own Words…My Reality” inside…

We told you Jay Z inked a two-year overall deal with the Weinstein Company to produce new film and television projects. Now, details about his new projects have emerged.

The Hip Hop mogul is producing an upcoming NBC miniseries about Nicholas “The Reaper” Irving, the first black special ops sniper in the U.S. Army. He was also the US Army’s 3rd Ranger Battalion’s deadliest sniper, tallying up a staggering 33 kills as a master sniper over a four-month period in 2009. Obviously, you wouldn’t want your name showing up on his list.

We’re already excited about the project because EMMY winner Sterling K. Brown (above), who won the prestigious award for his role on “The People vs. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story,” will star as “The Reaper” in the six-hour miniseries based on Irving’s 2015 memoir, “The Reaper: Autobiography of One of the Deadliest Special Ops Snipers.”

The miniseries will reportedly give viewers a look inside the life of the world of special ops, according to Page Six. Production is expected to start early next year.

The new project comes on the heels of two new projects produced by Hov, including a Richard Pryor biopic directed by Lee Daniels and a docu-series based on the life of Kalief Browder, who spent three years on Rikers Island without being convicted of a crime, for Spike TV.

In other new projects...

New York Times best selling author Toya Wright just dropped her third book and it’s her most personal one yet.

Today, she announced the release of her new memoir “In My Own Words…My REALity” (no typo) where she will open up about the horrific night she lost two of her brothers,Rudy & Josh, to gun violence over the summer.

The former reality star will also share details about meeting her daughter’s father Lil Wayne, her highly publicized divorce from former husband MempHitz, the reason why her former friend Tamar Braxton no longer speaks to her and creating a path to success despite her humble beginnings.

Sounds like a good read.

Just like that! Colin Kaepernick, the NFL’s most controversial player right now, just got the job as starting quarterback. Deets inside…

He’s back!

49ers Colin Kaepernick is arguably one of the most controversial players in the NFL right now due to his silent protest against social injustice and police brutality. He launched said silent protest by kneeling during the National Anthem during the pre-season (with several other NFLers and athletes joining the movement). Since the regular season, he has yet to hit the field as the starting quarterback (he did start in previous years), until now.

The activist will be suiting up for Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills after the 49ers’ four game losing streak, replacing starting quarterback Blaine Gabbert.

This news comes on the heels of reports that Colin is re-negotiating his contract with the 49ers.

According to Bleacher Report’s Jason Cole, “49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick agreed to restructure his contract last week. The change would make it easier for him to play going forward this season. The deal is not yet finalized, but it would void the final four years of his contract and get rid of any injury guarantees for the team. This would allow Kaepernick to be a free agent in 2017.”

Interesting. Sounds like Colin is gearing up to leave the 49ers. Will other teams will be interested with his newfound media attention?

"I was young on my first marriage, Chelsea.I'm not ashamed to say it, guys. I got married at the age of 22. I was still all over the place. I didn't really understand the definition of marriage. I wasn't ready for it, so I take responsibility. I can say I messed my first marriage up. I'm man enough to say that."

Well look at Kevin manning up. He then added, "At the same time, that was when I was in the prime of my sexy, so don't blame me. That's when I was figuring it out."

Ha! Boy bye.

Now, the former couple happily co-parent their kids Heaven and Hendrix. In fact, Torrei joined him (along with his wife Eniko) when he was awarded his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday.

Just days after "Being Mary Jane" promos were released, Gabrielle Union sued BET today over her contract for the show.  Deets inside...

UPDATE (OCTOBER 12TH): BET responded this morning, just 12 hours after news of Gabrielle's filing hit the media, saying they are "well within their rights" to set up the shootings of multiple seasons the way they did.   Sounds like the're ready to faceoff in court.

“While we hold Gabrielle Union in the highest esteem, we feel strongly that we are contractually well within our rights and are committed to reaching a swift and positive resolution in this matter,” a BET Network said in a statement this morning. Sources tells Deadline that BET plans to respond fairly quickly in the courts too.

As her cable news anchor character Mary Jane gears up to take over NYC after moving from Atlanta, Gabrielle Union is suing her network in real life.

On Tuesday, she and her spitfire lawyer Marty Singer filed a 1-page lawsuit against BET and the series' producer Breakdown Productions.  She's claiming breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.  Singer told Deadline:

“We filed this lawsuit because of BET’s outrageous conduct toward its No. 1 star on its highest rated show.”

What type of conduct, you ask?  Apparently, BET wasn't abiding by the rules set and agreed upon by themselves and Gabby. 

Gabrielle’s contract says she'll shoot no more than 13 episodes a season, however, BET ordered 10-episode fourth and fifth seasons of the series to be shot back-to-back. The contract says she and the network agreed to the terms, as long as she got a break in filming.  It seems like BET forgot to schedule that break.

Gabby is seeking general damages of at least $3 million.  She also wants a declaration saying that BET cannot seek more than 13 episodes for any season of "Being Mary Jane."

President Obama stepped on the yard Tuesday at North Carolina A&T.  He had some mentorship business to disscuss with the students.  Get it all inside...

For those who criticize the President for "not doing anything for the black community," here's case in point why you may want to rethink that.  His My Brother's Keeper program is specifically for young men of color to create a bond with fellow men of color at an early age to help mold them into stand up men in society.  The Prez has appointed several stand-up celeb men to partake in being in a mentor to young mentees, some of which may not have a father figure in their lives.  He's been encouraging men all over the country to sign up to pledge to be a mentor. And he hasn't stopped there.  HBCUs are next on his list.

He talked up the program at A&T on Tuesday, making the case for the bright and ambitious college-aged men to join in the task of mentoring others.  He said during an on-campus town hall with Stan Verrett that aired Tuesday on ESPN's Undefeated:

"For so many of our boys, because half of them don't have dads in the house and moms are doing heroic work but they're working and trying to keep up with everything - to have some adult that's taking interest in them, to have somebody who's showing them here's an alternative, here's a pathway, here's an opportunity that you can seize and you are worth something and you're important and you're a leader - it doesn't take a lot to transform the lives of young men."

Obama talked even about the importance of mentorship, race and opportunity throughout the townhall.

Janet Jackson must not have been feeling those initial paparazzi pics of her baby bump that were released weeks ago.  She just released her own official maternity photo, and it's beautiful!  Check it out inside...

Janet is 50 and pregnant, and she wants the world to know. 

The legendary singer/actress released her official baby bump photo this morning, posing it up on a beach in a white turtleneck bodycon knit dress, glasses, and a cream cardigan.  The braided beauty told People magazine, “We thank God for our blessing.”

Janet also specifically said she's expecting her first child. 

Hmph.

Sources are also revealing her due date as supposedly November.  Life & Style is dishing on it all, including her birth plan:

“She wanted to have a home birth, but because this is a high-risk pregnancy, her doctors wouldn’t allow it.  She’s scheduled a C-section instead.”

The publication also claims she will name the baby in some way after her late brother Michael as a tribute to him.

We can't wait to see this tiny bundle of joy!  Congrats again to j=Janet and husband Wissam Al Mana.

The Golden Globe winner chatted with “GMA” host Robin Roberts about how her dad inspired her Cookie Lyon’s persona on the FOX series. She said people think she pulled inspiration for Cookie from a woman, but in actuality she got her inspiration from her dad. He’s the “tell like it is” type and lives his true self. And she said if more people were living in their truth and being their authentic selves, the world would be a much better place.

Season 4 of “Power” is already underway in NYC. Get the first sneak peek at Ghost (Omari Hardwick) in lock up, a few behind-the-scenes set pics and more inside…

Season 3 of “Power” just wrapped up last month. Now, filming for Season 4 is underway in NYC, including its home base in Brooklyn’s Steiner Studios.

Season 4 will pick up where Season 3 left off after James “Ghost” St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) was arrested in his nightclub "Truth" in front of everyone by his ex-girlfriend, Assistant U.S. Attorney Angela Valdes (Lela Loren), for the murder of FBI Agent Greg Knox (Andy Bean). As you know, Ghost had nothing to do with with Greg's murder.

In the first sneak peek, we see Ghost in orange scrubs talking to an unidentified person looking like he’s about to cry. Definitely not the Ghost we’re used to seeing who’s quick to break bad on anyone who crosses him.

We also see Ghost’s wife Tasha St. Patrick (Naturi Naughton) looking annoyed while seated in the courtroom to learn Ghost’s fate. Yep, she's still riding for her husband, even after he kicked her to the curb for Angela.  He even made it known, after their night of passion, that he doesn't necessarily want to get that old thing with her back.

Season 3 of the one-hour scripted drama was the most watched STARZ original series ever, with a record 7.1 million viewers across all platforms. It also ranked as #1 among all weekend cable programs for African-American viewers this season.

We showed you picsof LaLa Anthony and Joseph Sikora on the set of "Power" over the weekend, which means the story behind LaLa's character is coming together.

Last season, LaKeisha found out that Tasha was using her beauty salon to front Tommy’s dirty drug money. She learned the news when Serberian drug lord Milan stopped by the shop to talk to Tasha and she eavesdropped on their conversation. Keisha was pissed that Tasha would betray her and told her she didn’t want anything to do with their scheme. After Tasha left, we seen Tommy enter the salon and now, Keisha’s fate is unknown. Did Tommy kill Keisha?

We've just about heard it all from Trump surrogates, but the delusion reached epic levels this week when they dragged Beyoncé into this "locker room" talk mess.  Now, Miss Tina is responding and also joining the campaign trail.  Deets inside...

Don Lemon and a few talking heads on CNN Tonight discussed Donald Trump's latest foolywang material -- that "locker room" talk involving "grabbing women's p*ssies" he was caught on video saying a few days ago.

Trump surrogate Betsy McCaughey just couldn't bring herself to condemn the foolery and hold her fave accountable.  Instead, she blamed Hillary.  Because, Beyoncé.  Confused?  Us too.

McCaughey told Don Lemon, in regard to the recent Trump audio, “I abhor lewd and bawdy language. I don’t listen to rap music, I don’t like that kind of thing, but Hillary Clinton…”

When Don asked her what exactly she’s talking about, McCaughey explained: “Hillary Clinton expresses that she finds the language on that bus horrific, but, in fact, she likes language like this: ‘I came to slay, bitch. When he f—ed me good, I’d take his ass to Red Lobster.'”

Not sure if she's mad Bey didn't say BETSY with the good hair, or if she's mad she's never gotten sex so good she felt compelled to wine and dine that man (or woman, we don't know her life) at a Red Lobster establishment.  Who the hell knows.  But we do know she's reaching.  And her arms are too short. Beyonce's lyrics say nothing about promoting sexual assault.  We can't say the same about Donald's latest words. Not to mention, if you want to be President, you can't just do what everyone else does and deflect to them when you -- the leader -- are called out.

Yesterday (October 11th) was International Day of the Girl dedicated to empowering girls around the world. So, Glamour magazine teamed up with First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let Girls Learn initiative for a much-needed conversation about the importance of young ladies getting an education, self esteem and more.

For the conversation First Lady Michelle Obama, “black•ish” cutie Yara Shahidi (who currently has a 4.8 GPA) and Glamour Editor-in-Chief Cindi Leive joined forces to empower girls all around the world while sharing personal stories about their educational challenges and opportunities.  The convo was for Glamour's 'A Brighter Future: A Global Conversation on Girls' Education' held at The Newseum in Washington D.C.

Girls from all over (Washington, D.C., Jordan, Peru, Tanzania, and the United Kingdom) Skyped in questions and spoke about their experiences as well.

“There is no one reason why girls aren’t educated,”FLOTUS said. “It could be that there's a sheer difference in the values that families place in their sons over the daughters. Sometimes girls are married off very early. Some families believe that it's a better investment to have the girls stay at home and take care of household chores. But you all are the ones who are going to change the culture, because you're going to raise your girls with a different understanding of why education is important. And that's how change really happens.”

"Sometimes we have to be better." Mrs. Obama continued."Sometimes we have to work harder. Sometimes we have to come back from those negative thoughts in our heads about who we are and how we look and how people feel about us. So many of us are haunted by the voices of other people who tell us what we can't do, and that's something you have to work on every single day. Every woman you know is working on this. I am still working on it."

Yara joined in, "And also realize that the other voices are just people with flaws," she said. "They're not perfect beings correcting you because you're an imperfect being. It's their opinion, and while opinions matter, at the same time your own opinions are more important to your own development."

"In every room of power I've sat in I've had to learn that my voice has value or else what's the point of me being in the room," FLOTUS revealed. "A lot of times what you find is, when you sit and listen in a classroom or a boardroom or an office, you'll hear men talk and talk and talk. And if you listen, many of them aren't saying anything. And what you realize is they're not really saying anything more important than what's going on in your head, then you develop the courage to put what you're thinking on the table right with them."

"Aggressive: That's a word that's been used for me often, too," FLOTUS said. "Too aggressive. Too loud. Too bossy. What I realized is it's ok to take up space without the fear of being too loud or too aggressive," she added. "That just means I'm owning my space even more."

On the carpet, Yara (styling in designers Alberta Ferretti and Ade Samuel), along with Cindi, hit the carpet with a group of girls from the Lower East Side Girls Club.

Yara also had some fun with Instgram star Eva Chen, actress and activist Rowan Blanchard and entrepreneur Cara Santana on the carpet. Cute.

While unconfirmed rumors ran rampant today that actor Thomas "Tommy" Mikail Ford passed away, we've learned the reports are untrue.  He is, however, in dire health.  Full story below.

52-year-old Tommy Ford, who played Tommy Strawn on the classic 90's sitcom "Martin," is currently fighting for his life.  Despite earlier reports that he had passed away, we've learned that's not the case.

Here's what we know: Tommy had knee replacement surgery about two weeks ago.  He has been sharing his recovery with his followers for the last week:

He said he knew the knee was bad but after opening me up it was much worse than he thought, but God is good! I passed the test and was released a day earlier! Kevin Hart is addressing those pregnancy rumors.  Find out what he had to say about Eniko's pregnancy earlier...

Recently, folks have been saying Eniko Hart has been dropping pregnancy hints.  But it seems the newlyweds are only focusing on their new marriage, for now.

Kev hit up The Breakfast Club this morning where he set the record straight saying:

"I don't know where they get this from.  I think sometimes she just be bloated or something."

 

This guy.

He joked:

"I be like, baby you bloated in these pictures or something?  Even when we look at pictures I'm like baby what's going on on this day.  My baby a gym rat too.  Some days you in them tights and they catch you on a different side and I'm like, they think it's pouch baby.  They think you pregnant. Nah I'm joking."

But he wasn't joking about if another baby Hart was on the way:

"She's not pregnant.  We're not expecting.  And when we are, you'll know.  You'll probably hear from me several months after.  You'll probably be able to tell because she'll be showing.  When it does happen I'm not going to be public about it off the bat.  I'm superstitious. They say you need to wait until three months or something like that."

Speaking of their wedding, he dished:

"I cried at the reception.  I didn't cry on the altar.  The reception was more emotional for us.  The wedding was dope as hell.  We went untraditional and put our own spin on it.  She buckled a little bit because I'm just amazing with the words.  Put the romantic woo woo woo woo on it."

And about his vows, he winged it!

"I aint write nothing!  I went off the heart.  I got up there and freestyled it.  You gon' feel this!  Stumbled a couple times tho."

Kevin also talked about his Laugh Out Loud Network, why he doesn't know his alter ego Chocolate Droppa because he's his own man (ha!), getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, his latest film What Now and more.  What he doesn't say, is anything about Donald Trump.  He said he refuses to speak about that man and refuses to bring any attention to "that man."

He did, however, go off about why Don King became the surrogate for Trump to use to round up the blacks. "Why did he think black folks listen to Don?" 

By the way:

We doubt Eniko is giving up this body for a baby anytime soon.
