Several YBF celebs teamed up for a new PSA against police brutality, as the nation has been on high alert since to killings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castille at the hands of police.

In a new PSA (hosted by Campaign Zero), celebs such as Michael Ealy, Tika Sumpter, Marlon Wayans, Meagan Good, Nicole Ari Parker, Boris Kodjoe, Hosea Chanchez, Kimberly Elise, Aja Naomi King, and several others teamed up to help spread awareness on the issue that plague our country.

Each person recites lyrics from the civil rights anthem “We Shall Overcome" in a calm and subtle tone.

"We shall overcome. We shall overcome. We shall overcome, someday. Deep in my heart I do believe that we shall overcome, someday. We'll walk hand in hand. We'll walk hand in hand. We'll walk hand in hand, someday."

At the end, Aja asks “When is someday?” before the PSA ends with the caption,

“We have been fighting against systematic racism, wrongful incarceration and police brutality for longer than most of us has been alive. #somedayistoday"

In another clip, Tina Lawson asks, “When is someday?”

Cedric the Entertainer, Fonzworth Bentley, Kym Whitley and Alfre Woodard answer the question, “Someday is TODAY.”

And “The Real” drama continues! Tamar Braxton decided to spill her truth (yet again) about her former co-workers saying her name in the “press.” Get the latest inside…

Ish hit the fan a few months ago when it was announced that Tamar Braxton had been let go from her gig on “The Real.” And the drama continues.

With Tamar’s departure, fans are anxious to find out who will replace her and they also are still eager to find out if Tay Tay is friends with any of the ladies on the show.

Well, Tamar hit her Twitter last night to give an update on who she’s still cool with. And apparently, Tamar is NOT cool with Tamera Mowry-Housely, although it seemed Tamera was the only one she was still cool with when everything started to go down.

So here’s what set the “Braxton Family Values” star off.

Tamera hopped on Periscope recently for a Q&A with fans when one fan asked Tamera if she and Tamar are still cool. Tamera responded saying “Absolutely,” but apparently Tamar feels differently. It's unclear when the actual Periscope footage was filmed.

Tay Tay hopped on Twitter to clear things up and to express her displeasure with co-host Loni Love speaking about her in a recent interview with Tom Joyner.

As for the press she’s referring to, it seems she’s talking about Loni’s radio interview with Tom Joyner. In the interview, Loni said:

“Let me say this about season three of ‘The Real’… We wanna thank the fans for supporting us. Season three is going to be phenomenal. I know there are a lot of changes that are happening. Warner Brothers is making the decision of what they want to do as far as a co-host. I believe it’ll be guest co-hosts.”

She then asked fans to send some love to Tamera, Adrienne Bailon and Jeannie Mai because it has been a rough summer for them as Tamar’s Tamartian friends have been going in on them on social media. She continued,

“It’s been a hard summer for them. Send some love because it’s been hard. It’s totally different for all of us because we were such a good unit. Nobody knew about it [Tamar getting fired]. It was nobody’s fault. I want the fans to understand that. I think a lot of people are confused about what happened. We don’t know. I do know there has been a lot of abuse towards my co-hosts. We need to stop.”

The 2016 Rio Olympics are finally here after years of planning, training and headlines. Last night, the opening ceremony kicked off with a vibrant and festive show on Brazilian culture to the tune of a Samba beat.

Athletes from all over the world flooded Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro to usher in the Summer Games. And we’re excited to see our YBF celebs take the gold for the US of A. Team USA is 554 strong, the largest delegation to ever represent the nation.

Team USA rocked their custom Polo uniforms, created by Ralph Lauren, which are inspired by a “Rio Resort” vibe. And they were all made in the USA! Nice.

Tennis champ Serena Williams debuted new box braids for her Olympic run. She was busy making her rounds, snapping it up with her Team USA tennis teammates, including Sloane Stephens and Madison Keys, and more:

Serena and her sister Venus Williams sat down with the U.S. tennis squad for a press-conference about the upcoming games a few days ago. But things went left when a South American journalist asked the ladies about the "Black Lives Matter" movement.

Here's how it went down (via Yahoo):

“To Serena, Venus … and Sloane, too – …

Some of you have talked about how important it was to represent (the) USA. But I was wondering with the Black Lives Matter movement and the problems you’ve having right now in the U.S., do you feel like you’re playing for something even bigger than Team USA, that you’re representing something more important?”

The question was followed by a long and awkward silence.

“Is this a question for the African-Americans on the team?”

“Yes, well…” was the answer.

Venus Williams then looked over at Madison Keys, whose father is African-American, and asked her:

“Do you want to be included in this Madison, at all, or …?

Then Venus looked at the questioner. In her sternest tone, she said, “I didn’t understand the question.”

It was repeated, more or less, asking whether the three (four?) African-American players up on stage – fully one third of the American squad – believed that they were representing “an even bigger cause.”

Again, Venus took it upon herself to deftly juggle that hot potato. In Canadian Olympic parlance, she owned the podium.

“USA Tennis is here to hopefully medal, and who knows, maybe we could take more than one medal home. So I think that’s what we’re focused on right now. We can’t focus on anything, any movement – especially anything happening in the States,” she said. “Right now we’re focused on the world community, and how we can build that positivity. So if that includes building positivity in the States, we’re all for it.”

Good answer Venus!

So, we assume this reporter didn't do ANY research to find out Madison's ethnicity before asking this question. She specifically asked Serena, Venus and Sloane, but failed to address Madison, who is in fact African-American.

First Lady Michelle Obama pulled off an epic birthday bash for her husband President Barack Obama last night. It was a star-studded affair as several celebrities trekked to the White House to celebrate our Commander-in-Chief’s 55th birthday. It was a bittersweet moment as this is POTUS’ last and final birthday in office. *tear* We're SO going to miss him and First Lady!

Oh, and for those wondering, the soiree was paid for by the Obama family's personal funds. Just thought we'd let the haters know.

Making the guest list was YBF power couple Grant and Tamia Hill. The lovebirds consistently serve #RelationshipGoals and last night was no different. We live for their pre-event posts they often share on social media before heading out to different events.

"About to shut it down after an amazing night at the White House with @realgranthill at @barackobama 55th Birthday party celebration," Tamia captioned.

They're just so perfect.

Inside, the couple snapped a selfie with Ambassador Susan Rice, the President's National Security Advisor, dubbing her as one of their faves.

“Power” star and producer 50 Cent (above at the 'A Night Under the Stars' charity benefit with actor Verne Troyer) is blasting the show’s creator Courtney Kemp on social media. The reason? Apparently, he’s “upset” about an upcoming scene where his eggplant makes an appearance.

Channeling his villain character Kanan, Fif took to his Instagram page after previewing episode 4 of the hit STARZ show. And he’s feeling some type of way about his eggplant being shown. OH?

He said, “Man I just saw episode 4, of POWER Courtney I'm a kill you, this is not funny . I think I just saw my [eggplant emoji] in a scene. What the f*ck Courtney call my phone NOW!!!”

Rappers Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg have kicked off their summer “High Road Tour” where they made a stop in Camden, New Jersey on Friday night.

After the Mary Jane lovers hit the stage at the BB&T Pavilion, a railing collapsed causing dozens of people to fall several feet to the concrete below (peep the clip above). 40 people were injured from the fall and one person was critically injured. After the railing collapsed, Wiz and Snoop were quickly ushered off the stage.

The good news is, everyone is OK!

According to NBC News, about 20 people were transported to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, including a patient in critical but stable condition. Luckily, by Saturday afternoon, all the patients had been released from the hospital, including patients treated at other hospitals in Camden.

Live Nation issued a statement revealing some of its employees were among the injured. The statement reads:

"Live Nation is closely following the recovery of the injured fans and employees as well as actively working with authorities and structural engineers to determine the cause of the collapse.”

Wiz and Snoop offered up well wishes for those who were injured tweeting:

Gospel singer Kirk Franklin and his wife Tammy have been through some trying times that include deceit, lies and cheating. But through it all, they’ve remained as a unit and Kirk is more than happy that his woman stuck by his side.

He shared a touching story about how thankful he is for his wife being patient with him and giving him a chance to grow up.

26-Year-Old rapper Tyga bought his girlfriend Kylie Jenner a Maybach for her 19th birthday. It's unclear if the luxury car was leased or purchased. We find it odd that he would cop such a lavish gift being that there are rumors that he's going broke. Hmph.

Last year, Tyga copped Kylie a white convertible Ferrari 482 Italia (worth $320,000) for her 18th birthday.

Our FAB First Family jetted off to Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts on Saturday to kick off their annual two-week summer vacation on the gorgeous island, following POTUS’ star-studded birthday bash at the White House on Friday night. This will be President Barack Obama’s last summer vacation as president of the United States.

Skipping out on the 2016 Rio Olympics, the First Family will be luxuriating on the island for some much-needed family time.

The Obamas made their grand entrance hitting the runway at the Andres Air Force Base looking like a million bucks. FLOTUS Michelle Obama was her usual gorgeous self in a royal blue dress trimmed in red. Braving the heat, Mrs. Obama styled her hair in a high ponytail that flowed in the wind.

After landing, POTUS and FLOTUS stopped to greet the mob of people waiting to catch a glimpse of them.

Our stylish First Daughters served up some teenage fab as well. Sasha Obama kept it cute in a striped black-and-white top, a white high-waisted button down skirt and sneakers. Meanwhile, her big sister Malia Obama was a vision in a white button-down linen dress by The Reformation that she paired with brown flat sandals.

YAS! Whip that hair Malia.

Over the last week or so, 15-year-old Sasha has been making her own coins with her first summer job at Nancy's on Martha’s Vineyard. She was spotted working the take out window and the register with six secret service men in tow.

And the dogs went too! Sunny and Bo boarded Air Force One with the family to join in on the family fun.

CREED star Michael B. Jordan linked up with his co-star Sylvester Stallone for lunch. The CREED stars chowed down and chatted it up at the Palm Restaurant in Beverly Hills recently. It's clear there are no hard feelings after Sylvester forgot to thank Michael during his Golden Globe acceptance speech.

MGM CEO Gary Barber has already confirmed a CREED sequel is coming down the pipeline after the success of the first film. It’s unclear if director Ryan Coogler will return for the sequel being that he’s gearing up for the superhero film, Black Panther, starring Chadwick Boseman.

Speaking of Black Panther, it was recently revealed Michael is gearing up to play villain Killmonger in the upcoming superhero film. Production is set to start in early 2017 and the sci-fi drama is scheduled to hit theaters February 16, 2018. Get ready!

Rumors started swirling last month that R&B chick Tinashe is dating record producer Calvin Harris (aka Taylor Swift’s ex-boyfriend) after being spotted on more than a few dates together in Malibu and West Hollywood.

The pair – who started getting closer than close after his break up with Taylor -- met after collaborating on a few tracks together.

Now, Tinashe is breaking her silence about their rumored romance.

Speaking to E! News ahead of her performance at Intrigue nightclub in Las Vegas on Saturday night, the “Superlove” singer confirms she’s still SINGLE."I mean, I'm still definitely single, so that's all that we're at right now,” said the “2 On” singer.

While she still claims to be single, it still doesn’t negate that there may be something brewing between the two. Tinashe said Calvin offered up some advice before she hit the stage in Vegas saying,"He mostly just said, obviously, 'Just go out there.' Vegas is a different crowd every night so you never know what to expect, so I'm looking forward to it being a really good crowd. I know there are fans that have traveled from far, so I'm excited to see them.”

She also weighed in on who’s she siding with in regards to the Taylor Swift vs. Kanye West/Kim Kardashian West feud.“I can't pick sides, I'm neutral! I'm Switzerland!,” she said.

Major love!

Lauryn Hill is showering Nas and DJ Khaled with love for sampling the Fugees classic track “Fu-Gee-La” on “Nas Album Done” off Khaled’s new album, Major Key.

She sent out a tweet to the Hip Hop artists saying, “DJ Khaled, thank you for that acknowledgement, and thank you and Nas for blessing up the chune lol Fu-Gee-La was a special song for us. I have fond memories of us and Salaam [Remi] recording that song.”

L. Boogie, who’s gearing up to go on tour later this month, revealed her son Zion Marley also added his own spin to the classic single writing, “My son, Zion, ironically laid his own thoughts down in a verse on this same song recently. There must be something in the air.”

The “Ex-Factor” singer then congratulated Khaled on becoming a first-time dad writing, “May God bless your family and the arrival of your new child. I also remember that Humble Lion show! Grace and peace to both of you.”

As for how Nas and Khaled came up with using the sample, the Queensbridge rapper said it was Khaled’s idea and revealed he asked for Lauryn’s blessing before rapping over the tune. He told Complex,

“He knew exactly what he wanted. He had a couple of ideas, but the one we put out, that was the one he really wanted…I texted Ms. Lauryn Hill to ask her if she was cool, she said she was cool. She signed off on it, she gave me the approval…I just wanted to get her blessing and we were good.”

Last week, Khaled sent out his own open message to Lauryn, thanking her for clearing the sample:

Bow Wow has announced he’s retiring from the rap game. While he hasn’t dropped a new album in a few years, he said he’s going to drop one final album and then he’s hanging up his mic. His last album will be titled NYLTH and it will be executive produced by his mentor Snoop Doog.

The reason he's bowing out of rap? The 29-year-old entertainer said he can’t see himself rapping past the age of 30.

Get ready! Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart will be teaming up for a new reality show “ Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party.” Get the deets on the new show and find out why folks are pissed at a new “RHOA” parody that features young kids inside….

Well this is one hell of a combination for a reality show.

Rapper Snoop Dogg and entrepreneur Martha Stewart are teaming up for a new unscripted VH1 weekly series with the working title “Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party.” The reality show will feature the dynamic duo hosting weekly dinner parties for their celeb friends complete with a half-baked evening of cocktails, cooking, conversation, and fun. And NOTHING is off limits. This could be good.

While they seem like an unlikely pair, the duo has worked together before. They both starred in ABC’s “100,000 Pyramid”, Snoop has appeared on Martha’s talk show and they both were involved with the Justin Bieber Comedy Central roasting.

“My homegirl Martha and I have a special bond that goes back," Snoop said via press release. “We’re gonna be cooking, drinking and having a good time with our exclusive friends. Can’t wait for you to see how we roll together!”

Interesting.

“Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party” is scheduled to debut this fall. Are we here for this?

Mashable just launched a new miniseries titled “The Real Housekids” and some folks are up in arms about it. The series features little girls reenacting some of the most unforgettable scenes from the BRAVO series. And for their first episode, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” got the parody treatment. Some folks on social media are NOT happy about the clip, saying children need to not be privy to the the Housewives' behavior and that it’s simply not funny. Folks are mad that young girls are reenacting the piss poor behavior of adults.

On Saturday, the former "Extant" star was spotted with her son Maceo Martinez in tow as they made their way to Jessica Biel’s restaurant Au Fudge in West Hollywood for lunch.

The 49-year-old actress held her baby boy close heading back to their car after chowing down on some good eats.

Since "Extant" was cancelled after two seasons, Halle has been working with CBS to executive produce a new legal drama titled Legalease. The upcoming show will follow a biracial lawyer from Chicago who follows a case to New Orleans, where she partners with a good ol' boy white attorney while working in a justice system that will ultimately expose the biases that society harbors.

Over the weekend, R&B singer/actress LeToya Luckett and actor Lance Gross hit the court for some friendly competition at the 14th Annual Duffy’s Hope Celebrity Basketball Game held at the Bob Carpenter Center inside the University of Delaware.

Fans and supporters enjoyed a fun-filled evening of friendly competition between celebrities, local community leaders and former basketball players, hosted by Harlem Globetrotter Allen “Duffy” Samuels, who founded non-profit Duffy’s Hope.

While Little League prodigy Mo’ne Davis is a beast on the baseball field, she’s also an incredible basketball player. In fact, she said once before basketball is her first love, so it was nothing for her to cross up a few folks on the court.

“Power” star Rotimi showed off his basketball skills for the masses. Yes, dude can sing and ball!

“Basketball Wives” star Tami Roman’s daughter/recording artist Jazz Anderson flexed her skills on the court.

And her mom wasn't far behind, cheering her on!

In reality TV news...

It appears Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian’s reality show may be in jeopardy.

Production sources tell TMZ that Rob is going back to old ways and is skipping out on filming scenes for the new show. Much like he did when he decided he didn’t want to appear on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.”  Apparently he's sliding back into being a recluse.  Uh oh!

He was a no-show for a big Kardashian event when they were in San Diego celebrating their grandmother’s birthday and store opening. Chyna, who’s pregnant with Rob’s child, ended up attending the event solo.

Rob is supposedly concerned the show is affecting his relationship with Chyna fears it could ruin his relationship, much like the other Kardashian franchises did for his relationship with his family.

Production is reportedly concerned they won't have enough good material and the show may end p tanking like "I Am Cait."

Hmph. Guess we’ll have to wait and see if the show actually makes its debut.

For the second time in recent months, Porsha Williams collapsed in public!  Details inside....

It was a scary afternoon for "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Williams.  She reportedly passed out in the parking lot of an Atlanta shopping center this afternoon.

TMZ reports she was rushed to Piedmont hospital after gasping for air, then collapsing!

The 'Real Housewives' star was gasping for air in an Atlanta shopping center lot and fell to the ground. ATL Fire and Rescue came to the scene after multiple witnesses dialed 911. Porsha was taken to Piedmont Hospital.

This past March, she passed out on an airplane mid-fight.  She claimed it was due to low blood sugar back then.  No word on the cause for today's emergency, but she reportedly is still in the hospital and "doing ok."

Just yesterday, she posted about being "too blessed to be stressed."

NFL head coach Tony Dungy, the first African-American coach to win a Super Bowl, was inducted into the league’s Hall of Fame over the weekend.

In his Pro Football Hall of Fame induction speech, the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Indianapolis Colts head coach made it abundantly clear how thankful and appreciative he is of the 10 black coaches who came before him that helped pave the way for him to do something no other black man had done in the league before.

"Willie Brown, Buck Buchanan, Earnel Durden, Bob Ledbetter, Elijah Pitts, Jimmy Raye, Johnny Roland, Al Tabor, Lionel Taylor and Allan Webb," Tony said, naming off the men he holds close to his heart.

He continued,

"Now those names might not be familiar to you, but those were the African-American assistant coaches in the NFL in 1977, my first year in the league," Dungy said. "It was a small group of men, just 10 of them, if you can believe that -- African-American assistant coaches in the NFL. Many of them never got the chance to move up the coaching ladder like I did, but they were so important to the progress of this league.

Tony pointed out that without the 10 black coaches who laid the groundwork for his career, he wouldn’t be where he is today. He said they never once complained about the lack of opportunities, but rather found ways to make it better.

"Those men were like my dad. They didn’t complain about the lack of opportunities -- they found ways to make the situation better. They were role models and mentors for me and my generation of young African-American coaches, like Ray Rhodes, Terry Robiskie and Herm Edwards"

"We were in the '80s, trying to decide if we could make a career in coaching or not. Without those 10 coaches laying the groundwork, the league would not have the 200-plus minority assistant coaches it has today. And we would not have had Lovie Smith and Tony Dungy coaching against each other in Super Bowl XLI."

"So tonight as I join Fritz Pollard as the second African-American coach in the Hall of Fame, I feel like I'm representing those 10 men and all the African-American coaches who came before me and paved the way. And I thank them very, very much."

In music news...

Fifth Harmony member Normani Kordei, who happens to be the only black girl in the group, has had it with the Internet trolls, so she has decided to quit the social media app. Much like comedienne Leslie Jones.

So check it…

Last week 5H (Fifth harmony) conducted a Facebook Live Q&A which led fans to believe that Normani was shading one of her bandmates, specifically Camila Cabello (below, far right).

Normani was asked to describe all of her bandmates and when she got to Camila it seems she couldn’t come up with enough adjectives to describe her and an awkward pause set fans off. “She is…let’s see,” Normani said. “Camila. Very quirky. Cute.”

Fans felt Normani was throwing shade, so they took to Twitter to drag her for it. Soon after, she decided enough was enough and announced that she is taking a break from the social media platform.

The 20-year-old singer wrote:

Camila came to her bandmate's defense on Twitter, tweeting:

i stand by the words "love only", meaning I won't tolerate on my timeline any kind of hate, racism, or discrimination towards ANYONE. period

50 Cent had everybody in front of the tv with popcorn and eggplant emojis READY on Sunday night.  Catch the exposed rapper inside in case you missed it, plus the news about Terrence J's new show...

After that publicity stunt of a "fight" with Executive Producer Courtney Kemp Agboh about her allowing his exposed peen to be shown on Sunday night's episode of "Power," we're still hitting rewind on the DVR.

50 blasted her and called her out her name, to which she responded with the below:

And yeah, he definitely knew.  50, Courtney and the cast did an interview with TV Guide where the rapper talked about the episode where "his penis makes its debut."  And he laughed it off:

"My penis is going to debut!," 50 Cent says just minutes after sitting down to talk at the Beverly Hilton with TVGuide.com. He laughs and flashes that 50 Cent Cheshire grin, jokingly calling the moment his sex tape. "I don't give a f---. First it was supposed to be darker [after footage was edited.] You couldn't see it on the screen. [A producer ] was like, 'I gotta show you! When you put it on the screen, you can see it.' I don't care."

Courtney commented during an interview with TV Guide saying:

"We don't put a sex scene in unless it pushes story forward," she says. "In broadcast TV, people start to kiss and then you cut and go to commercial. You didn't need to see the sex. That the people had sex was the story point. The sex in our show -- the actual sexual act and what happens to those people during the sexual act -- we always show it so you have to see the sex. It's about what story is being pushed forward by the sexual act." In other words, by paying close attention to the characters' positioning, the actors faces and energy and body language and you'll dig deeper into the narrative.

In other news, speaking of tv shows, Terrence J's new show "Coupled" just got the axe: 

The reality dating show that was filmed in Anguilla for its first season and hosted by Terrence won't be getting renewed for a season 2.  Fox made the announcement at Monday evening's FOX TCA's.

After last week's season finale, Deadline reports:

“It’s hard to say exactly what didn’t work,” Fox TV Group chairman Dana Walden said at TCA today. “It’s a fragile situation when they do work. Mark delivered a beautiful-looking show, that didn’t resonate with our viewers.”

Set in the Caribbean Islands, Coupled, hosted by Terrence J, featured single men and women who, after face-to-face meetings, pick a mate based on instant chemistry.

“It probably felt a little bit too close to other reality shows being done well right now,” Walden said. “There wasn’t any need to do another relationship show on an island.”

"SNL" star Leslie Jones is real life #OlympicsGoals!  And she just turned her recent Twitter bullying horror story into the blue print for getting what you want.  Yasssss.  Get the latest on the Olympics stan's Rio invite inside....

Remember when racist Twitter bullies attacked Leslie Jones and she eventually ended up quitting Twitter for a while? Well, we couldn't be more glad she's back. Chick has taken her love for the Olympics to epic levels, and as soon as she started tweeting about it over the weekend, we were HOOKED.

The comedienne does the absolute most with the "colorful" commentary and says ish we're all thinking.  And more.  She says the Olympics are the only time we all come together as a country (#Facts), so she loves it.

From screaming at the tv with cheers to questioning WTF is HAND BALL, everybody hopped on Team Leslie this weekend.  Apparently, NBC and Olympics execs took notice too (and so did some of the athletes themselves).   Folks have NOT been feeling NBC's commentary for the Olympics, so why not bring in somebody else get this ish poppin' right?
