It's a gorgeous day, thanks to Lupita Nyong'o and model Joan Smalls. Check out their latest fabulousness for Lancome and WSJ inside....
Lupita's new Lancome ad is as gorgeous as we expected. GLAMOUR's Woman of the Year is taking over the ad for the beauty giant's newest collection: L'Absolu Rouge.
The line is packed with lipsticks in rose-inspired shades and skin-nourishing foundations. So, obviously, Lupita is the perfect spokesperson for the new line (and everything else). This is one of our fave Lupita for Lancome ads yet.
In the behind the scenes video for the gorgeous campaign, Lupita dishes on why lipstick is a MUST:
"Makeup, for me, is like the frame of an art piece. Wearing lipstick makes me feel well-dressed," Lupita shared, adding that her shade of choice from the collection is Rouge Carrousel (a bright, true red).

The amazeballs cover features the man who has choreographed and danced with Madonna (at the Superbowl), Janella Monae ("Tightrope" video) Yo-Yo Ma, and was even "discovered" in his hometown of Memphis (he was born in Chicago) by director Spike Jonze who uploaded video he took of Charles dancing "The Swan" at home. That Youtube video has 2.7 million views since 2007.
WSJ says:
In his teens, Lil Buck began dancing at Memphis’s New Ballet Ensemble and School, where his jookin’ was interjected with a dose of the discipline and rigor of ballet. From the start, his talent appeared undeniable, and the school took him under its wing, providing him with a scholarship and a job.
Check out pics and videos below of Charles, who reinvented the jookin' game with infusions of ballet and other dance, and model Joan Smalls serving up the dance moves--supermodel style--that made "Lil Buck" a star:

And last night at The Innovators Awards:
Joan Smalls hit the Museum of Modern Art in NYC in another flawless look alongside Innovator Award winner Charles. Nice!
