And in other music news...
As we approach the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards (Aug. 24th), we don't know the full list of performers (although we do know Nicki Minaj will join the stage with Ariana Grande & Jessis J for “Bang Bang”), but we now get to see where some of them and the nominees will be sitting...and who they will be sitting next to.
First up:
Mrs. Carter will be receiving the 2014 MTV Video Vanguard Award, so it’s only right she gets an end seat on the front row. You know...boss ish. Haven't gotten around to making Hov's placecard?
A few seats down, Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj along with the whole YMCMB crew we're sure.
MTV must have caught Chris Brown’s 15-second rendition of Sam Smith’s “Stay With Me” he posted on Instagram. Breezy's assigned seat is next to the British singer. Sam certainly heard Breezy's remix and has expressed he would love to hop on a track with the VA homie.
Usher will be chopping it up with Jessie J during the awards, with Tyga one row back.
Wiz Khalifa (and his wife Amber Rose if she decides to come) will be one row up from rapper Childish Gambino.
2 Chainz and Juicy J will have their row iced out as they will be next to one another during the show.
