Australian X Factor judge Mel B was spotted showing off her six-pack and toned body as she sipped a glass of white wine aboard a yacht in Sydney Harbor yesterday with her husband Stephen.
It's great to see Mel in good spirits after she recently broke down on a UK documentary about the Spice Girls over her failed relationship with her mom.
The fun-loving couple also took dives off the boat with Mel B tweeting, "@stephenthinks11 time to jump yeh yeh yeh live you honey." And Stephen tweeted "LOVE IN PURE FORM!!"
Despite the fun, Mel woke up feeling ill this morning as she tweeted, 'Woke up nor feeling too good at all,it's a stay in bed day for me with baby madi!!! #blowsnosenonestop.'
