There’s talk of a “black•ish” spin-off that will star Yara Shahidi. Find out what the possible series will be about, plus flicks of Keke Palmer sexing up the sidewalk catwalk inside…
One of our fave YBF teens may possibly be starring in her own new series.
There’s news that “black•ish” is looking to launch a spin-off show and it will star our fave YBF Teen Yara Shahidi.
According to Deadline, “black•ish” series creator/executive producer Kenya Barris, former “black•ish” showrunner Larry Wilmore, and the ABC Network are working on a spin-off show to their critically acclaimed, award winning family series. Larry Wilmore reportedly introduced the original idea of a college comedy.
It’s still in the very early stages with no script and no deals in place. But, there are a few details about the new project. Yara will reportedly lead the series as it follows her character, Zoey Johnson, going to college. Sounds like a “Cosby Show”/”A Different World” situation.
Sources say the idea of the potential series will be introduced as a backdoor pilot episode on “black•ish” this Spring.
This season, Zoey’s dad Dre Johnson (Anthony Anderson) helped her land a Teen Vogue internship to help jazz up her college applications. We could totally see a “black•ish” spin-off for the younger YBF generation.
Last night, Yara, styling in a black-and-white lace Antonio Marras gown, hit up the 2017 Annual Artios Awards last with her on-screen brothers Marcus Scribner and Miles Brown and sister Marsai Martin (above). Cute!

Leave it to Keke Palmer to bring the dramatics.
The 23-year-old actress, who's currently filming an independent film titled PIMP, hit the sidewalk catwalk BRALESS covering her lady parts with Nippies pasties. She finished her risqué look with a bright yellow THPSHOP fur coat, a Dolls Kill bralette, LEVI's boyfriend jeans and a blinged out GCDS choker.
Hate it or love it, Keke is going to be Keke.
