This chick constantly gives us reasons to keep loving her.  The “Bartier Cardi” rapper lends her vocals and infectious personality for Amazon’s highly popular Alexa intelligence software.

In the clip, Alexa loses her voice, so the Grammy nominated rapper hopped on the headphones to act like Alexa. However, she wasn’t quite helpful when it came to telling a student how far Mars is from the earth.

The 90-second commercial also stars Gordon Ramsay, Rebel Wilson and Anthony Hopkins doing some 'Hannibal Lector'.

Bronx Latinas Jennifer Lopez and Cardi B will be collaborating on a new track with hitmaker DJ Khaled. And it’s really happening because JLo herself just confirmed the news.

While promoting the 2nd season of her dance competition show “World Of Dance,” she dished to EXTRA:

"Yes, we are going to do a song together. We’re not putting it out just yet. I’ve been teasing it a little bit."

The new song is a Spanglish track titled “Quiero Dinero,” which translates to “I Want Money.”

A snippet of the upbeat, dance-heavy track leaked online earlier this month, but it was taken down.

Khaled first spilled the beans that he would be collaborating with the singer and rapper, insisting that “everything’s top secret.” See a clip of JLo and Khaled in the studio together HERE.

So, the JLo x Cardi B collaboration won’t be here tomorrow, but it’s coming.

On the last episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Kandi invited Porsha to her ESSENCE magazine cover party, but not because she genuinely wanted her there. She invited her because she wanted her to see what “success” looked like. Bloop!

As we all know, Kandi and Porsha aren’t on the best of terms over that sex dungeon/drugging/raping lie that Phaedra Parks made up. But, Porsha has been trying to get past that and move on. Well, Kandi is still holding a grudge and continues to drag out this elementary drama.

During a segment on Dish Nation, Porsha read Kandi for filth over her “I think I’m better than everybody” attitude.

"I accepted the invitation because if you are trying to get to a better place with somebody and they invite you somewhere, especially something special like this, I felt like I needed to go to show my support as an effort towards doing better in our relationship,” she said. “I wish I hadn’t gone, I tell you that much,” she continued. “When I looked at it I was like, ‘Damn.’ And then plus, I didn’t know that she was giving the invitation begrudgingly. Like, ‘Oh I’m going to invite her so she can see what winning looks like.’ Baby, you’re not the only one getting blessed, honey. And I already thought she thought she was better than me and better than other people and now I see. That’s not humble, sweetie.”

Simone Biles gets choked up talking about former U.S. Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar’s sentencing for sexual abuse. See the emotional moment inside…

Olympic gymnast Simone Biles opens up about how she was sexually abused by former U.S. Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar following his sentencing.

Last week, Larry Nassar was sentenced to 40 to 175 years in prisons for sexually abusing young gymnastics over 30 years. Earlier this month, Simone revealed she was one of the survivors who were sexually abused by him.

Following his sentencing, she hopped on Twitter and tweeted, “To Judge Aquilina : THANK YOU, YOU ARE MY HERO. & Shout out to all of the survivors for being so brave & speaking like the queens that you are while looking at that monster. He will no longer have the power to steal our happiness or joy. I stand with every one of you."

Now, she’s speaking about her experience for the first time during a television appearance.

The 20-year-old sat down with Hoda Kotb on the “TODAY” show to respond to Larry Nassar’s sentencing.

During an emotional moment, Simone got choked up while talking about her abuser getting locked away for hurting her and hundreds of other young ladies.

"I think it's very hard for someone to go through what I've gone through recently and it's very hard to talk about,” she said. “But other than that I think the judge is my hero, just because she gave it to him straight and didn't let him get any power of any of the girls and letting the girls go and speak was very powerful."

Hoda told Simone, "He can't hurt you anymore."

"No he cannot," she tearfully responded.

The four-time gold medalist said initially she told her parents she wasn’t absued by Nassar because she didn’t realize what he did to her was sexual abuse. She said when she realized he molested her, she broke down in tears, “bawling my eyes out.”

"It feels like he took a part of me that I can't get back," she said.

These days she said she has trust issues and she’s even scared to walk down the street alone.

So tragic.

If you’re confused about what’s going on in the Meek Mill case, his lawyer is setting the record straight when it comes to Judge Genece Brinkley's alleged inappropriate behavior in the court room. Get those deets, plus find out the reason why DMX relapsed and is being hauled off to jail AGAIN inside…

Earlier this week, it was reported that Judge Genece Brinkley, who presides over Meek Mill’s case, that the rumors about her making a suggestion about who should manage his career weren’t true.

Previously, Meek’s team made claims that Judge Brinkley suggested he fire Roc Nation and re-hire her friend/Philly native Charlie Mack.

In the report and court docs that came out earlier this week, it stated that Judge Brinkley was actually not the personwho made the management suggestion and that it was his probation officer.

But, not so fast.  The transcript TMZ got their hands on wasn’t the FULL transcript.

Now, Meek’s lawyer has come forward with ALL the receipts to prove what they’ve been saying the entire time.

According to his lawyer Jordan Siev, the MMG rapper (who’s currently serving a 2-4 year prison sentence for violating probation) terminated his managerial contract with Charlie Mack back in 2011. He said over the course of several years, Meek’s probation officer (who was appointed by Brinkley), the assistant district attorney and Judge Brinkley have made multiple references to Charlie Mack and issues with his new management team.

“What we see repeatedly is not just a request...for Meek to replace his management. Time and time again specifically mentioning [Charlie Mack],” Siev tells Angie Martinez during her radio show recently.

Siev whipped out court transcripts from 2012 and pointed out numerous times where Charlie Mack was mentioned in regards to Meek’s management.

Siev said the judge is acting inappropriately in this case and needs to step down from it.

“She’s [Judge Brinkley] assumed a role that’s gone beyond the judge’s judicial function and getting involved with things like his management. It’s just simply not appropriate and she can’t fairly provide over this case,” Siev said.

Meek’s lawyer said they sought a recusal motion that she still has not responded to two and half months later. Siev said he couldn’t comment on whether or not the FBI is investigating her.

It’s one thing for the judge to recommend he get new management if she wasn’t pleased with the way they were handling his probation guidelines, but is it another to keep specifically mentioning who he should hire as his manager?  Or is this just more proof she's looking out fr his best interest and trying, again, to save him from himself?

By the way, that court clerk who slipped Meek a note requesting money to pay for her son's college tuition was fired.

Troubled rapper DMX is back in jail for the umpteenth time.

The father-of-15 was hauled off to jail from the court house after failing a drug test, which is a direct violation of his probation in his tax evasion case. Sighs…

Judge Jed Rakoff said X is a flight risk, so he’ll be sitting behind bars until his sentencing on the tax evasion charge in March. TMZ reports X tested positive for opiates, cocaine and oxycodone.

So, what drove the NYC rapper to relapse? Well, his attorney, Murray Richman, argues X took drugs to cope with his one-year-old daughter being hospitalized with a 104-degree fever. Umm…with 15 kids, we’re sure he has gone through one of his children having a fever before. Come on, X!

Apparently, he will also be going the super healthy route this time around in prison to aid in him trying to fix his life.

The “Party Up” rapper had promised the judge to obey bail conditions and was even admitted himself into rehab. It’s reported he left the rehab center  to see his daughter in NYC.

What will it take for X to get his ish together?

British beauty Gugu Mbatha-Raw just earned a major royal “key.”

The Beyond The Lights& Beauty & The Beast actress was awarded the Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Prince Charles, Prince of Wales at the investiture ceremony. Idris Elba, Edward Enninful and others also have the huge honor.

Apparently, the Prince is a fan of her work in the sci-fi series “Doctor Who” and she was other the moon to hear it.

“It was amazing to meet him,” she told the Press Association. “He remembered that I did Doctor Who, and I was like ‘Wow, the Prince of Wales is a Doctor Who fan’.”

Don Lemon shared horribly sad news about the death of a very close family member. Full story inside.

CNN host Don Lemon's oldest sister, L'Tanya "Leisa" Lemon Grimes, has passed away after an accidental drowning.

Don shared the news on his social media, saying his sister was his partner in crime while growing up.

Don, who is originally from Baton Rouge, traveled back to Louisiana yesterday to be with his family.  He will not be on the air today.

Local news site Nola.com published a statement from the family that reads:

"The Lemon/Grimes family would like to thank everyone for their condolences and prayers at this time. Our family has suffered the tragic loss of L'Tanya 'Leisa' Lemon Grimes and we are leaning on each other for strength at this time. We appreciate privacy as we grieve the loss of our loved one."

According to the local news, 58-year-old Leisa accidentally fell into a pond near her home in Denham Springs earlier this week. No foul play is suspected according to the Livingston Parish Police Department.

...[Leisa] died after she fell into a neighborhood pond off of Iberia Drive in the Livingston Trace subdivision south of the Juban Road exit on I-12. Officers reported to the scene at around 4 p.m. on Wednesday.

...

Grimes appeared to have tripped and fallen into the water while fishing in the neighborhood pond.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Lemon-Grimes family during this traumatic time.

The “Martin” cast reunited for lunch right after rumors started circulating that a reboot is in the works.

Stars from the hit 90s sitcom -- Martin Lawrence, Tisha Campbell Martin and Tichina Arnold -- stepped out for a delicious lunch at Morton's Steakhouse in Burbank yesterday (Feb. 1st). As you can see, everything is ALL good between them.

You’ll recall, Tisha left the hit FOX series over claims that Martin allegedly sexually harassed her and that conditions on the set were "intolerable." She even filed a lawsuit suit against Martin and the show's producers. Eventually, she came back, but under her own terms. She made producers promise she wouldn’t have to film any scenes with him.

We all remember that lame finale show too.

Now, it seems bygones are bygones and they have reconciled.

Ayesha hopped out of one of her kitchens (she does run a couple restaurants as well as her own kitchen for her Cooking Channel show) long enough to make another baby with NBA Champ Stephen Curry.  The Warriors baller was putting in work off the court too ever since the season got started about four months ago.

4-year-old Riley and 2-year-old Ryan are about to be on 100 with their big sister duties.  Almost two years ago, the Currys covered PARENTS Magazine and debated about even having a third baby.

"We agreed to press pause and then reassess in a year or so," Steph revealed. 

Ayesha said,"He’d have three more kids right now if he could."

Looks like they reassessed and are well on their way to three more.  Having the most lucrative contract in NBA history def comes in handy when creating your own starting 5.

They hate to see us be great, don’t they? Find out why a group of salty DC fans were trying to sabotage Black Panther and deets about Octavia Spencer gifting a free look at the epicness that's on the way inside….

Black Panther hasn’t even hit theaters yet and folks are already clowning.

They tried to sabotage Black Panther, and here’s how they planned to do it…

A group of angry DC Comic (Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, etc) fans created a Facebook group to encourage others to give Black Panther a low audience score and bad reviews on Rotten Tomatoes in an effort to throw salt on the film’s success. The early predictions have been nothing short than stellar for the all-black  superhero movie. But they know Rotten Tomatoes scores do and can affect opening weekend sales.

They're a little too late though.  The pre-sales of the movie have slashed pre-sale records on Fandango and box offices, and it's outselling every other superhero movie.  Ever.

Varity reports:

Disney-Marvel’s “Black Panther” is outpacing all superhero movies in advance ticket sales for Fandango’s online tickets service, eclipsing 2016’s “Batman v Superman.”

Fandango reported Wednesday that “Black Panther” had topped daily ticket sales in the wake of its world premiere and first screenings on Monday night — even though it doesn’t open in theaters until Feb. 16.

Bloop.

But why are they mad?

Apparently, they’re salty over the success of Marvel Studios (and its parent company Disney). Interestingly, we didn't see all this push back for Thor: Ragnarok that recently came out.

This FB group was their way of “striking back” at the alleged unfair treatment of DC films. Whatever that means. 

Not only are they planning to give low scores online, they’re also planning to release spoilers about the film to take away from the experience of seeing it for the first time. They also made claims that the poor reviews for Warner Bros.’ DC films were due to Disney manipulating the press.

The group also revealed they would set up additional events to sabotage Avengers: Infinity War and the company’s Marvel Netflix shows.

Sounds like a bunch of f*** boys and girls to us. In fact, the moderator of the group reportedly described himself as “alt-right,” so this group is honestly not a surprise to us. Y'all know when WE do something good they get in their feelings.  Nice try though.

Director Ryan Coogler was asked how he felt about the group and he was unbothered as ever.

“For me, I’m looking forward to everybody seeing the film,” Ryan told the Huffington Post. “I’m really looking forward to sharing the film with audiences regardless of what their political views are … that’s kind of where I [stand on that].”

Mmmm, ok Ryan.  Way to be PC.

Well, word must have gotten back to Facebook about the group and the company shut that ish down. It had about 2,000 members before the group was closed.

Rotten Tomatoes also released a statement (via The Verge), saying they do not condone hate speech:

We at Rotten Tomatoes are proud to have become a platform for passionate fans to debate and discuss entertainment and we take that responsibility seriously. While we respect our fans’ diverse opinions, we do not condone hate speech. Our team of security, network and social experts continue to closely monitor our platforms and any users who engage in such activities will be blocked from our site and their comments removed as quickly as possible.

Oscar winner Octavia Spencer will be in Mississippi when Black Panther hits theaters. So, she decided she will gift some kiddies in an underprivileged neighbor the chance to see a superhero (that looks like them) on the big screen…for free!

She’s gearing up to star in a twisted thriller titled, Ma. She’ll be re-teaming up with The Help director Tate Taylor for Blumhouse Productions, according to Deadline.

The site reports:

Plot details are sparse, but Deadline understands Spencer will play a lonely woman who befriends a group of teenagers with torturous consequences for the kids. Also joining the cast are Diana Silvers (Glass), Corey Fogelmanis (Girl Meets World), McKaley Miller (Hart Of Dixie), Dante Brown (Lethal Weapon) and Gianni Paolo (The Mick).

One thing is for sure, Octavia keeps a job and we love it.

Black Panther hits theaters February 16th. Be sure to check your ticket stubs that it says the correct movie. Y'all know they stay trying to shade black films.

Tami Roman was ready to chuck he deuces to “Basketball Wives” once again, but producers were able to persuade her to stay.

After the last season, Tami wanted to leave the show to explore other opportunities. But, producers were able to work their magic on her to stay. She worked out a pretty good agreement with VH1 producers too.

Sources tell The Blast that after Tami revealed she was dunzo, they came back with a new deal, offering her new opportunities and other projects with VH1. The deal was so good the “BBW” OG couldn’t refuse. So, it’s safe to say she’ll be back for another round of drama with Shaunie O’Neal, Evelyn Lozada, Jackie Christie, Jennifer Williams and more.

Sources also say producers are working to get retired NBA coach Byron Scott’s girlfriend, Cecillia Gutierrez, and Byron’s daughter-in-law Kristen Scott. Byron’s son Thomas Scott is a former assistant coach for the Lakers.

E! is shaking things up with their programming schedule and two reality shows will be shut down.

“WAGS” LA & Miami have been canceled, thanks to new executives rolling in. According to the JasmineBrand.com, the new exec was never a fan of the show and ratings weren’t helping to keep them on television.

The source told the site, "There is a new top executive that’s making a lot of changes in terms of programming, especially when it comes to non-scripted projects. They weren’t a fan of the shows anyway and the ratings weren’t strong enough to consider moving forward."

“WAGS LA” popped up on scene in August 2015 and “WAGS Miami” debuted in 2016. Looks like folks aren’t that interested in seeing the lives of the wives and girlfriends of sports figures….or these ones at least.

We did want to see Ashley give birth to her and Phil's second child , if Nicole and Larry would actually make it past year 1, and if Darnell worked it out with her new boo with the same name, but oh wells.

Time to find a new hustle, ladies. "Wags ATL" and E's "Baller Wives" might be hiring.

Dennis Edwards, the voice behind "Papa Was A Rolling Stone" and many other classics, has died just one day short of his 75th birthday. We have the full story inside. 

One of our music legends has passed away after reportedly battling health issues.

Dennis Edwards, the lead man of the Temptations for several years, died this morning in a Chicago hospital. The Detroit native recenty suffered from Meningitis, a stroke and pneumonia.

Dennis replaced David Ruffin and became the front man of the Temptations from the late '60s through most of the '70s. He was also in the group from 1968 to 1976, 1980 to 1984 and 1987 to 1989. In the mid-1980s, he attempted a solo career and rode out some volatile group changes in between.

Donnie Simpson and The Temptations gave details on his passing saying:

In a move that totally breaks Royal protocol, Meghan made her first official evening appearance with Prince Harry in a super chic, tailored black Alexander McQueen pantsuit (a salute to the Brits). The oversized white pussybow-detailed blouse by Tuxe was the perfect touch as the engaged couple made their way to the annual Endeavour Fund Awards at Goldsmiths' Hall in London.

While this isn't the first time Meghan (or even Princess Kate for that matter) has worn pants to an official event, it's definitely out of the ordinary for a Royal Princess or Duchess (to be) to not rock a dress or skirt to an evening charity gala. Chick said she's about to match her man's fresh, and we're not mad at it.

She topped off her look with Manolo Blahnik heels and a Prada clutch.

As for who her stylist is, word has it she handles her style by herself.  Fashion media is eating up her "new rules", so we don't expect for her to be a boring Duchess any time soon. Even though a few outlets claimed they were disappointed that she opted to not wear a dress.

The event celebrates achievements of wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women. Meghan was a presenter, and even though the papers got mixed up, she was a pro and lightened the tense moment.

No, Janet Jackson is NOT showing up for halftime at tonight's Super Bowl, despite folks really trying to make fetch happen.

Halftime performer Justin Timberlake said late last week he would not be bringing Janet on stage for a surprise performance.  The rumors continued anyway.  Folks thought they may reunite and Justin may do her an apologetic favor of giving her stage time to "make it right" after she was dragged for filth for their precious Nipplegate scandal.

As for the Prince rumors, TMZ gave out a spoiler alert yesterday after one of their "sources" allegedly saw JT's dress rehearsal.  The site claimed the singer would be incorporating a hologram of the late Prince - on the biggest stage in his home of Minneapolis, Minnesota - during his halftime show.

Folks lost their sh*t. Not only is it well know Prince hasn't the biggest fab of the likes of Justin Timberlake, but he also thought holograms were demonic and wanted no parts.

The Philadelphia Eagles were the underdogs going into Super Bowl LII against the New England Patriots. But, never count the underdog out! The Eagles nabbed their first NFL Championship and the team and fan celebrations were LIT AF! Celebrate with this year’s Super Bowl winners inside….

It's been a LONG time coming, but it’s finally here!

The Philadelphia Eagles have won their very FIRST Lombardi Trophy since joining the league in 1933.

All of the odds were stacked against them. They lost their star quarterback Carson Wentz due to a knee injury, who was on his way as the MVP player of the year.

The Eagles had to put in second string quarterback Nick Foles at week 17.  Not only that, they were up against arguably one of the best quarterbacks to ever do it, Tom Brady and his New England Patriots.

The underdog Eagles were FIRED UP when they hit the field, coming out to Philly's own (incarcerated) Meek Mill’s “Dreams & Nightmares”:

It was an exciting game as both teams were putting up major points on the scoreboard. But, Nick Foles and the Eagles proved to be the better team as they defeated Tom Brady and the New England Patriots, 41-33, nabbing their first NFL championship. Woot! Eagles fans are thanking the football gods after Brady caused that turnover during the last two minutes of the fourth quarter.

The team was more lit than ever last night too.

Players Malcolm Jenkins, Najee Goode, Corey Graham, Fletcher Cox, Vinny Curry and more kissed the Vince Lombardi Trophy and their families as they celebrated their first title in history after an epic win at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota:

The Philadelphia Eagles are the 2018 Super Bowl champions and no one in this world is happier than Philly fans! They tore the city UP last night, turning over cars, climbing on street signs and more, after the historic win.

WHYY gives details about what went on after the game in the Philly streets:

"Fans stood atop the awning of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel near City Hall and leapt off into the crowd below. The weight of fans caused it to collapse onto the sidewalk below. Near Temple University, firefighters raced to douse a blaze in the street. Kevin Hart was so out of pocket after his Philadelphia Eagles won Super Bowl LII. See the comedian’s drunk antics, plus reactions from Will Smith, Kobe Bryant, Cardi B and more inside…

It was a historic night for Philadelphia as Nick Foles and the Eagles won their first NFL Championship title after defeating Tom Brady and the New England Patriots, 41-33.

And no one was happier about the win than Philly native Kevin Hart. The 38-year-old comedian was so out of pocket after the win.

The Jumanji star, who admitted he had been drinking, got so excited after the Eagles won, he ran out on the field and tried to rush the podium with some of the team’s players while the Lombardi Trophy was presented. However, security wasn’t having it and son’d him.

The tipsy comedian also hopped up on stage during an interview with defensive tackle Fletcher Cox where he ended up dropping the F-bomb on LIVE television.

“I’ve been drinkin’, I’m on cloud nine,” Kevin said. “I started the celebration early. This was supposed to happen.”

Grammy nominated rapper Cardi B was making her rounds in Minneapolis after the Super Bowl. She was asked if she would ever perform for the halftime show and she said she wouldn't until justice is served for former 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick:

Justin Timberlake went and pissed people off more than they already weree even before his Super Bowl performance.  The former boy bander was dragged for what many on social media called a mediocre, boring and derivative performance that exploited the late Prince's likeness.  Get it all inside.

While some of the population thought his performance was just fine, plenty of folks were not here for Justin Timberlake's white mediocrity, which wasn't disguised by those Air Jordan 3's he was rocking.

After JT spoke to Sheila E. and Prince's family and reassured them he wouldn't be using a Prince hologram in his performance as previously reported, Prince surely showed up anyway.  Not sure if he was just playing semantics, but there was surely a video of Prince playing against a billowing sheet above JT's purple-lit piano at one point.

While some thought it was a beautiful nod to Prince in his hometown, everybody wasn't here for that tribute.

And the fact JT's culture vulture ways were on display wasn't missed by folks either.

Listen, JT's gonna JT.  He's going to hit some James Brown/Michael Jackson derivative sounds and moves and folks are going to act like it's the second coming.  But we couldn't help but notice damn near everybody performing with Justin and in his crowd of "fans" (hired performers), it was looking mighty...white. 

There were about 3 black folks playing in his band/backup dancer group.  It was an interesting juxtaposition of R&B laced vocals with cheering fans who likely don't even know what R&B stands for. They love R&B-light, don't they?

Justin's performance was nothing to write home about, but it wasn't horrible.  Still, for any upcoming major sports performances, we're good on the watered down "culture".  Please and thank you.
