As the end of summer approaches, casting director Robi Reed and the Reed For Hope Foundation put together a celebration for a good cause.

Several YBF notables stepped out to attend casting director Robi Reed’s 14th Sunshine Beyond Summer Celebration in Beverly Hills over the weekend. The soiree was a fundraising event sponsored by AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) and Shea Moisture, where celebrities encouraged one another to help spread wellness awareness. RFHF's mission is to improve the vitality of the global village by changing specific cultural attitudes about wellness, disease prevention and health disparities

Actress LisaRaye McCoy doesn’t care what time of year it is, she’s always decked out in all white everything. She'll be celebrating her 51st birthday later this month.

“Top Model” alum Eva Marcille and her daughter Marley Rae were serving up mother-daughter cuteness. Aww! Marley's getting so tall.

“Window Warriors” host Garcelle Beauvais never shies away from rocking a bold color on the red carpet.

Honoree/choreographer Brandee Evans snapped it up with Robi Reed and Vanessa A. Williams after receiving her Sunshine Award.

While she’s currently going through a nasty (and public) divorce from her estranged husband Stephen Belafonte. The “America’s Got Talent” judge took her daughters –Madison, Angel & Phoenix – to Disneyland in Anaheim to celebrate Madison’s 6th birthday.

The former Spice Girl shares Madison with her estranged husband, but he obviously wasn’t invited for the outing. However, her hairstylist Gary Madatyan did tag along.

As the divorce proceeds, things between Mel B and Stephen continue to get messier and messier. Mel filed new court documents that claim Stephen and their former nanny, Lorraine Giles, concocted a fake marriage so that she wouldn’t be deported. This all happened behind Mel B’s back.

Previously Lorraine had said she did participate in threesomes with Mel and Stephen, but she never had sex with Stephen alone. The new documents include a portion of Lorraine’s deposition where she admitted that she had sex with Stephen alone 10 to 15 times.

TMZ breaks it down:

Gilles also admits she had sex with Belafonte at least twice around the time she got pregnant and had an abortion. She has denied it was Belafonte's child but the depo calls that into question. Mel B also says Gilles marriage to Michael Bleau was a sham ... designed to keep the nanny in the country. Mel B includes Bleau's deposition, in which he admits he bought the engagement ring for $30 on eBay. Gilles and Bleau never posted a single pic of their engagement on their Facebook pages.

In Gilles depo, she admits to using cocaine. Immigration officials can deny a visa for someone who uses illegal drugs, so this could have deportation implications. In the depo Gilles says she only used coke supplied by Mel B.

And on the subject of sex tapes -- which Mel B says Belafonte and Gilles used to blackmail her -- Gilles admits in her deposition they not only exist, but she watched them as recently as July 2016 on Belafonte's laptop.

In the new legal docs, it shows Bleau was once arrested for a sex crime and convicted of felony false imprisonment. Mel B says Belafonte got her to invest $60,000 in a business run by Bleau but no one ever told her he was a convicted felon.

“All Takes Matter” co-host Jason Whitlock seems to be obsessed with throwing shade at Colin Kaepernick and the fact that he’s using his platform for the greater good. Every chance he gets; he has something negative to say about the former 49ers quarterback.

Well, he has reached a new low.

The TV host posted up a picture on Twitter from a skit of Kid N’ Play’s Christopher Reid dressed up as Colin, mocking his activism efforts with the caption, "Great to have Kap stop by the studio today."

Ray Lewis is making claims that the reason the Baltimore Ravens didn’t sign Colin is because of a tweet/meme posted by his girlfriend/HOT 97 personality Nessa.

Last month, Nessa shared a meme comparing a picture of the All-Pro linebacker hugging owner Steve Bisciotti to a scene from Django Unchained where Samuel L. Jackson’s character held on to Leonardo DiCaprio’s character, who was a slave owner.

The former NFL player said Nessa’s tweet is the sole reason the Ravens decided NOT to sign him.

"We were going to close the deal to sign him," Ray said on "Inside the NFL.” "Steve Bisciotti said, 'I want to hear Colin Kaepernick speak to let me know that he wants to play football.' And it never happens because that picture comes up the next day."

He went on to say had Nessa never posted that “racist” tweet, he would have a job.

"His girl [Nessa] goes out and put out this racist gesture and doesn't know we are in the back office about to try to get this guy signed," Ray said. "Steve Bisciotti has said it himself: 'How can you crucify Ray Lewis when Ray Lewis is the one calling for Colin Kaepernick?'"

#BlackGirlMagic swept through the US Open last night, resulting in Sloane Stephens and Madison Keys advancing to the US Open Finals. Woot! Celebrate inside…

The game of tennis is slowly changing and starting to look more familiar. The haters will hate, but we’re happy as hell yet another brown sis will be crowned the US Open Champ this year.   Two in particular are solidifying their place as the faces of the "next era" of women's tennis, and they're snatching wigs in what is historically known as a “white” sport.

Last night, 24-year-old Sloane Stephens beat 37-year-old Venus Williams to advance to the US Open Finals, 6-1, 0-6, 7-5.  That third set, in case you didn't see it, was one for the books.

After defeating the 7-time Grand Slam champion at New York’s Arthur Ashe Stadium (where she's in the Open for the very first time), she said, “If someone told me I’d reach two semis and a grand-slam final, I would’ve passed out.”

This is going to be her first major final game. Nice!

It was a close game, but Sloane came out as the winner and Venus was ever so gracious after the loss.  Sloane was equaly gracious while talking about her opponent.  We love the love!

22-year-old Madison Keys hit the court against fellow American Coco Vandeweghe, and she came out victorious as well – 6-1, 6-2.

It was the first time since 2002 four American women made it to the semi-finals.

Everything about Sloane Stephens' US Open win is epic - from her comeback story to the post-match hilarity to those killer dimples.  She's the YBF Inspiration you need to see this morning....

When your first Grand Slam EVER is a US Open trophy...and you're the first American woman to cop it in DECADES whose name isn't Venus or Serena...EPIC.

The 24-year-old super gorgeous & talented athlete, Sloane Stephens, had the most insane comeback we've seen, maybe ever.  After severely injuring her foot last year and being completely out of the game she loves during recovery, her immediate future in tennis looked shaky at best.  But chick wasted no time in getting back to it.  Like, none.

Even after her big stint in the 2016 Rio Olympics and defeating Serena Williams in the Wimbledon Quarterfinals in 2013, her ranking dropped to 975 at the start of the tennis season this summer.

Sloane basically gave zero f's, and still had tunnel vision for that Open crown.  Talk about the audacity of hope!

She and her good friend Madison Keys were a part of history when they made it to the Semifinals: It's the first time four American women made it to the Semifinals, and the first time there was an all-American finals.

Sloane beat Venus Williams to make it to the Finals, and Madison beat fellow American CoCo Vandeweghe.  The stage was set, and Sloane won it all Saturday afternoon. By the way, this was her first time at the US Open. And the significance of this YBF chick winning at Arthur Ashe Stadium isn't lost on us.

Sloane is also the sixth African American and only the second unseeded woman in the Open Era to win the Grand Slam.

New trophy...new bae.  Common had the best weekend EVER!  Deets and pics inside of Common going public with new girlfriend Angela Rye,plus Ava Duvernay, Angela Bassett and more raking it up at the Creative Arts Emmys.

This weekend at the 2-night Creative Arts Emmys, YBF folks took over and raked up all the accolades.  And Common's big Emmy win was extra sweet...now that he's gone public with new girlfriend, political correspondent Angela Rye!

The twosome, who have been dating for months on the low (but have been spotted out together a time or two), hit the red carpet together Saturday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A.  And we're totally here for this extra woke couple!

Hottie Common took home the Emmy for writing the song “Letter to the Free”.  He shared the award for outstanding original music and lyrics with Robert Glasper and Karriem Riggins for their contribution to Ava DuVernay’s Netflix documentary “13th.” 

This new Emmy means he's one step closer to achieving that EGOT status!  His bae Angela gushed over it all on IG (with heart emojis and everything) saying:

Oh Tyrese.  He's having a one sided beef with The Rock about a spinoff The Rock never even confirmed he was doing.  Deets inside....

The singer, who recently underwent surgery and said yesterday he's been in bed still recovering, is PISSED at his Fast & The Furious family Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

The Rock posted yesterday that he has been busy cutting deals at his favorite table. He didn't say which deals, but Tyrese lept into butt-hurt action and blasted him for even possibly doing a Hobbs spinoff, focusing on The Rock's Fast franchise role.

Y'all, folks are trying to come for Jemele Hill's neck because she stated facts about Donald Trump's white supremacist ways. Now that her boss ESPN has gotten involved, Colin Kaepernick is coming to her defense...

On September 11th, ESPN SC6's host Jemele Hill had some things to get off her chest.  She's been pretty outspoken about our current administration, as well as the injustices in sports, i.e. Colin Kaepernick and the like.

For some reason, her calling out of Trump's documented support of white supremacy made certain folks lose their minds.  Trump supporters started dragging her through the Twitter mud and threatening to boycott ESPN for her "racist" rhetoric.  Yes, HER "racist" rhetoric.

Here's what she said:

This new video of their adventures so far with baby Alexis Jr., though, might have you in tears.  It even includes footage of Serena winning the Australian Open with her baby secretly growing inside her.

Serena explains that there were some complications causing them to stay in the hospital for 6 days post-birth. But it's all good now, and baby Alexis is settling in with her brother and sister (as Serena's calls the pups) just fine.

Is this déjà vu all over again? Because….

Brandy claims she’s isn’t pregnant, but pictures of her aren’t helping her any with her claims. A few weeks ago, the Two Eleven singer hopped on social media to dispel rumors that she’s not carrying baby #2. She also responded to pregnancy rumors back in May of this year.

Well…we’re not so sure. Could it be a food baby? Yes. The last time she said it was a food baby. Chick could just be eating good, but IF she is pregnant, this wouldn’t be the first time she lied about being with child.

The R&B singer, who called it quits with her ex-boyfriend Sir the Baptist over the summer, went on retail run with her daughter Sy’Rai at the Calabasas Commons after playing tennis. And the pictures of Brandy trekking through the streets are suspect at best.

Tracee Ellis Ross is killing the primetime television game as the hit family comedy “black-ish” continues to rake in viewers each week.

Before the ABC series returns on a new night (Tuesday, October 3rd), lead star Tracee Ellis Ross is making her rounds on the promo trail. The Golden Globe winner graces the newest cover of W magazine and, of course, it’s stunning.

Inside, the 44-year-old actress, who is up for an Emmy next Sunday, shared a funny story about how she’s always raiding her mother’s closet. And who wouldn’t? It’s Diana Ross we’re talking about here. Instead of “borrowing” clothes and accessories from her mom, Tracee called it more like “stealing,” revealing how she would get away with scooping up pieces from her mom’s luxury collection of clothing.

Lynn [W magazine reporter], you’re very kind to say did I borrow clothes from my mother. It sort of was more like stealing. I’m not going to lie. She would leave the house and I went in her room and looked out the window and saw her car go down the driveway, and I marched myself right into her bathroom and started taking clothes. What I liked to do is put them in my closet and live with them as if they were mine.

And here’s how she did it:

And my mom walked back in the room, in the bathroom. [Laughs.] And she was like, “What are you doing?” I was like, “I’m organizing your closet for you! What are you doing?" She said, “I forgot something.” And I was like, “Oh! Can I help you find it?” [Laughter.] So, yeah, I, I was known for that. And still I call it shopping. I go to my mom’s house—my mom has the most extraordinary taste, top to bottom, whether it’s the dishes or the clothes, from t-shirts to gowns to hats to coats.

I call it shopping, and to this day whenever I go over to my mom’s I sometimes look at my brother, Evan, and I’m like, “Should we go shopping?” And I will ask if I can take something and she always says, “No.” My mom will say “no” often. She will give me anything, give us anything off of her back, but sometimes she’s like, “For god's sakes, leave my mirror alone!” You know.

Here’s another story; this is a really good one: Leaving for college there was a rug, this beautiful Kilim rug, that I wanted that was under our breakfast table. I asked if I could take it for college and my mom was like, “No, it’s under the breakfast table. You cannot take it.” And the car was going down the driveway and my mom comes running out. I don’t know how she got it from under the table so fast, but she came running out barefoot with the rug. She was like, “Take it! Take the rug! I love you! Go off to college with the rug!” [Laughter] It’s a perfect example of my mother. That’s not the Diana Ross people know. That’s my mommy.

The “black-ish” star stepped out to show her brother Evan Ross and her sister-in-law Ashlee Simpson Ross as they accepted the Universal Smile Award during Operation Smile's 2017 Los Angeles Smile Gala held at The Broad Stage in Santa Monica.

When meanswear goes right! Trace posed in up in royal blue velvet suit with matching open toed heels.

Once inside, Tracee took the stage to present her brother and sister-in-law the Universal Smile Award.

After receiving the award, Evan introduced his best friend and Michael Jackson's nephew, Austin Brown, who performed an acoustic rendition of his latest single, "Smile". Austin and Evan then excited the audience by performing a surprise duet of Eric Clapton's "Change The World," before World of Dance winners, Les Twins closed the night a with a show stopping dance routine.

Issa telethon!

Last night was all about unity as tons of A-list celebrities gathered to help raise funds for the victims of Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma that wreaked havoc on Houston, TX and the state of Florida.

When we say EVERYBODY was there…we mean everybody. And stars who weren’t actually in the building made videos as their contribution, including Beyonce and Drake.

Celebs stepped out in L.A. and New York for the “Hand In Hand” hurricane relief benefit. The star-studded event featured celebrities manning the phones as they encouraged viewers to call up and donate to the relief efforts.

Oprah, Kerry Washington, Kelly Rowland, Diddy, Nicki Minaj, Lupita Nyong’o and tons more made their way to Universal Studios AMC and ABC News' Good Morning America Times Square Studio to speak with supporters who called in to donate. And guess what? They raised a whopping $44 million dollars. Nice!

Yung Joc was spotted trekking through the streets in a dress…with cameras rolling. And social media is having a field day. He later explains himself, but folks are still confused AF.  More inside...

We’re not exactly sure what’s going on, but Yung Joc was spotted in the streets of Atlanta wearing a gown.   The shock from folks isn't necessarily a man in a dress, as hes surely not the first or last to do so.  If that's your steez, so be it.  It may be the fact Joc never had this particular steez previously.

We noticed cameras were rolling, so maybe we'll see this on an upcoming episode of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta"...or something else.

After his picture went viral, the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star hopped on Instagram to explain why he was wearing a dress. From what he said, it sounds like he could be working on a new show. Or, he lost a bet. We're not exactly sure. He also said he wants people to stop being so judgemental. It's just THREADS!

Let Jemele Hill LIVE! The ESPN co-host is caught in the crosshairs of the White House after she called Donald Trump the white supremacist many would say he is.  Now, Jemele and others are speaking out....

Earlier this week, Jemele Hill took to Twitter, per usual, to voice her opinions about #45.  She argued that complicity is co-signing, and we all know that Trump has either said not enough in opposition to white supremacists being emboldened to make public displays of hate these days, or he's actually said supportive words.

Either way, Jemele equates the current POTUS to a white supremacist.  And instead of being mad at Trump's actions that led folks to come to this understandable conclusion, the White House and Trump supporters are calling for Jemele to be fired.

Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders stood at the White House press conference podium yesterday and actually called for the firing of a private citizen, a person in the media.  So there was nothing else of worldly importance to talk about?

Let's all remember that Obama (and probably neither Bush for that matter) never called for the firing of the MANY private citizens or media folks who dragged his citizenship status, family, character and everything else through the mud with lies.

But the extra sensitive Trump is telling his people to issue threats, using his position of power.  No wonder ESPN quickly distanced themselves from her statements.  Their parent company, Disney, is headed by Trump supporter Bob Iger.  So....go figure. (And yes, we're aware he recently quit Trump's advisory council.)

The "SC6" co-host issued a (forced?) statement late last night apologizing for painting her employer ESPN in a bad light even though she speaking on her personal Twitter:
