A female rap beef has just ignited!

Nicki Minaj hopped on Gucci Mane’s “Make Love” track and threw tons of shade and subliminals at Remy Ma. Now, Remy is responding and she straight ethers the Young Money rapper.

Rapping over the beat of Nas’ 2001 Jay Z diss “Ether,” Remy fired several shots at the bootylicious rapper. The diss track opens with a clip of Nicki Minaj yelling, “Free Remy!”

Then, Remy went in on Nicki for allegedly getting a** shots.

She spits:

I told you I wasn’t talking about your dumb a**

You look stupid. You literally got a dumb a**

Talking cray, and we all know you dumb as

You get Donkey of the Day. Yeah you, dumb a**

Let’s be honest you stole that line about b*tches being your sons

How you take my ’09 jail tweet and run

Sheesh!

Remy then dropped bars about chatting it up with Nicki’s ex-boyfriend Meek Mill during the NBA All-Star festivities last weekend. She said Meek told her he couldn’t have sex with Nicki for three months because her “a** dropped” and had to get it plumped back up.

She raps:

I don’t think y’all understand how bad her ass got

The implants that she had put in her ass popped

I was like damn 90 days and you couldn’t have box

Did she at least compensate by giving you mad top

Her name Minaj right? She ain’t throw you some mad thots.

He said ‘Nah’ That’s when I knew you were a trash bot

Remy also went in on Nicki for allegedly having a ghostwriter rapping:

The Bronx MC even went in on Nicki supporting her brother Jelani Maraj, who has been charged with the rape of a 12-year-old child. She accused Nicki of sleeping with Gucci Mane, Lil Wayne, HOT 97’s Ebro Darden and singer Trey Songz. Rem even implied she has footage of Nicki sniffing cocaine.

Attorney Rachel Lindsay, the series’ first ever black Bachelorette, stopped by the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" to chop it up about the type of man she’s looking for. The 31-year-old rolled down her list of requirements, and they sound like what almost any woman is looking for.

“I really don’t have a physical type except for a great smile,” she said. “I’m a sucker for a great smile. Who isn’t?”

She continued, “I'm looking for a guy who can make me laugh. I'm looking for a guy who knows exactly what he wants, who is ambitious, ready to start a family, and ready to get married, because I'm at that phase in my life.”

“I'm really just looking for a guy who is secure, confident, and knows exactly what it is that he wants,” she added.

The Dallas native also talked about being let go as a contestant on “The Bachelor.” She said she was surprised when he didn’t pick her because she thought they had a lot of chemistry.

“He let me go. I was pretty heartbroken when it happened,” she said.

Before the Oscars go down tonight, Moonlight is already enjoying a winning weekend.

The coming-of-age tale swept up a total SIX awards at the 2017 Film Independent Spirit Awards that were held at the Santa Monica Pier last night. The film won the most Spirit Awards for a movie in the last decade! Black Excellence at its finest.

Moonlight took home trophies for Best Feature (presented by Samuel L. Jackson), Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, and the honorary Robert Altman Award, which is presented to the cast, director and casting director. Moonlight director Barry Jenkins was honored with the Best Director Award.

Director Jenkins dedicated his Best Director Award to “anyone's name who was on the call sheet for those 25 days down in Miami in that hot a** weather" Ha!

Backstage, Barry said his movie about a black man struggling to navigate his sexuality exists as this “beacon of inclusivity.” He said,“We got to tell more stories that speak truth to power.” And we totally agree.

While talking about working with SELMA director Ava DuVerney, he made it clear he had to fight to get a song on her Oscar nominated 13th documentary soundtrack. “She wasn’t going to let us do a song just because we did a song for her last film," he said.

But, the Bronx raptress wasn’t finished.

Last night, Remy Ma hit the stage for the “Hip Hop & Soul” concert held at the Santander Arena in Reading, Pennsylvania. And she had some more word for the Head Barb.

By the way, Nicki's other nemesis Lil Kim was also on the line up.

Best.Week.Ever!  New dad Mahershala Ali just won his very first Academy Award. 

First a newborn baby, now a baby in gold form.  Mahershala Ali just won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the critically acclaimed independent film Moonlight.

In bonafide actor form, the 43-year-old thanked his teachers, his manager and his co-stars.

"I want to thank my teachers...they taught me it's not about me, it's about the characters.  The characters I'm in service to."

And, of course, he thanked his wife with a mention of their very first child.

"I want to thank my wife, who was in her third trimester this Award season.  We just had a daughter [Bari Najma Ali] 4 days ago."

Congrats Mahershala on this beyond deserving award!

Congrats are in order for director Ezra Edelman!  He just accepted the Oscar for Best Documentary for OJ: Made In America!  Deets inside..

Director Ezra Edelman and producer Caroline Waterlow, posing above on the red carpet at the 89th Annual Academy Awards at the Hollywood & Highland Center tonight, are officially Oscars winners.

Ezra is the son of Spelman and Yale Law Grad, activist and Children's Defense Fund Founder/President Marian Wright Edelman, who was also the first African American woman admitted to The Mississippi Bar.  His father is successful Harvard educated lawyer Peter Edelman.  Needless to say, he's been born and bred within a family of activists. 

In addition to the "OJ" doc on ESPN, Ezra produced/directed a few of the network's "30 for 30" documentaries as well as "Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel"from 2006-2012.

Viola Davis can now add Oscar winning actress to her name! She just won her first Academy Award!  Celebrate inside…

First, Viola Davis kicked off 2017 by accepting the first Hollywood Walk of Fame star of the year. Then, she nabbed a Golden Globe. Now, 2017 just got sweeter as she's the newest Best Supporting Actress!

The FENCES star, who looked amazing in custom Armani, won her FIRST Academy Award for her role in the drama after being nominated three times. She was up for Best Actress in 2012 for The Help and Best Supporting Actress in 2009 for Doubt.

In her powerful acceptance speech (did we expect anything less than tear-jerker poetry?!), she revealed that people always ask her what type of stories she wants to tell. Her response?

“Exhume those bodies. Exhume those stories. The stories of people who dreamed big and never saw them into fruition,” she explained. “I became an artist, and Thank God I did, because we are the only profession that celebrates what it means to live a life.” 

Viola thanked playwright August Wilson saying, “So heres to August Wilson who exhumed and exalted the ordinary people.”

She also thanked her “captain” Denzel Washington with an emotional statement saying, “Thank you for putting two entities in the driving seat, August and God. And they served you well.”

Then, she broke down in tears thanking her parents, husband and daughter Genesis, along with everyone she worked with on the film. 

We're obsessed with this woman's power, and even more obsessed with her getting that EGOT crown as she's just a Grammy away!

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen always make us laugh when they hit a red carpet. The lovebirds stopped to chop it up with E! News at the 89th Academy Awards where the Sports Illustrated model, looking amazing in Zuhair Murad, spilled all the beans about how her hubby feels before hitting the stage to perform songs from the Oscar-nominated film La La Land.

"He won't say it, but he's nervous," she said. "He's very nervous. There's a bit of piano medley happening tonight that he doesn't know if he can do."

John, looking clean in a Gucci suit, chimed in trying to play it cool saying, "I can do it but I just learned it this week," he said. "You know, it's not an easy thing to do."

"Tell Ryan the truth, OK?!" Chrissy yelled.

The R&B crooner then came clean revealing, “The truth is that it's a challenge. I usually am playing my own songs on television, but I had to learn a lot for this. I'm excited to try to pull it off tonight."

Marhershala Ali has been super busy on the awards season scene, but he’s also super busy at home.

The Moonlight actor and his wife Amatus Sami-Karim welcomed their first child, a baby girl, together FOUR days ago (February 22nd). Yes, his baby girl came days before the Oscars, but Marhershala seems to be juggling both his career obligations and fatherhood quite well.

Making his way down the red carpet at the Oscars, the Oscar nominated (now winning) actor told E! News,“I’m a special kind of tired right now. It’s amazing though. I’m very grateful. It’s been a good time.”

His new bundle of joy made her grand entrance before the Oscars, but she came after her due date. Mahershala spilled, “She was late, she was running late. But, she’s here and healthy and happy.”

Another YBF dad on the carpet…

Superproducer Pharrell Williams just enlarged his family from 3 to 5, welcoming triplets recently with his wife Helen. But, he made his way to the Oscars in a Chanel suit and jewelry to support the film he executive produced, Hidden Figures. And he's also a co-composer on the soundtrack.

The E! Network gifted P with three crocheted rockets, made by Shelia Ortiz, to take home to his babies.

“Wow! This is so cool. This is the coolest thing I’ve ever been given on a red carpet before,” he said as he thanked Ryan Seacrest for the gift.

P was joined on the carpet by Hidden Figures producer Mimi Valdes:

"13th" was in the running for Best Documentary Feature, but Ezra Edelman's "O.J.: Made In America" nabbed the award. 

He DID cop the award for Best Adapted Screenplay though!

Moonlight has been sweeping up awards throughout awards season, so it was no surprise that director Barry Jenkins made his way on the carpet. The coming-of-age film nabbed eight nominations this year.

The Fences cast - including Jovan Adepo, Russell Hornsby, cutie Saniyya Sidney, Stephen Henderson and Mykelti Williamson - also stopped for photo-ops on the carpet.

The FENCES star already has two Oscars under his belt, one for Best Actor (Training Day) and the other for Best Supporting Actor (Glory).

Samuel L. Jackson, who is an Oscar nominated actor, brought his lovely wife of 36+ years LaTanya Richardson for the Oscar fun. The Chi-raq star is tapped to present.

"Empire" star Terrence Howard also served up coupledom vibes as she escorted his wife Mira Pak down the carpet. By the way, "Empire" returns March 22nd at 9pm on FOX.

Oscars weren’t so white this year. Well, not QUITE.

Moonlight director Barry Jenkins and playwright Tarell Alvin McCraney nabbed the Best Adapted Screenplay Award at the 89th Academy Awards.

Jenkins vowed to keep telling untold stories of people who feel unrepresented.

“I told my students that I teach sometimes be in love with the process, not the result but I really wanted this result because a bajillion people are watching,” Barry said. “And all you people out there who feel like there’s no mirror for you, that your life is not reflected, the academy has your back, the ACLU has your back, we have your back and over the next four years we will not leave you alone. We will not forget you.”

Original playwright Tarrell McCraney dedicated the award to all the kids growing up who don’t see themselves represented through film. He said,

“I also want to say thank god for my mother who proved to me through her struggles and the struggles that Naomie Harris portrayed for all of you that we can really be here and be somebody, two boys from Liberty City up here on this stage representing 305. This goes out to all those black and brown boys and girls and non-gender conforming who don’t see themselves, we are trying to show you you and us. So thank you, thank you, this is for you.”

Congrats to them both!

This is one of many Moonlight wins of the night, including Mahershala Ali winning Best Supporting Actor.

LaLa Land was originally announced as the Oscar winner for Best Picture at Sunday night's Academy Awards, but the universe peeped game and said 'Not today Satan!'  Get into Moonlight's completely unprecedented & freak-accident win inside... [UPDATED]

UPDATE: PricewaterhouseCoopers, the long time accounting firm handling the Oscar votes, takes full blame for the mishap saying:

We sincerely apologize to Moonlight, La La Land, Warren Beatty, Faye Dunaway, and Oscar viewers for the error that was made during the award announcement for Best Picture. The presenters had mistakenly been given the wrong category envelope and when discovered, was immediately corrected. We are currently investigating how this could have happened, and deeply regret that this occurred. We appreciate the grace with which the nominees, the Academy, ABC, and Jimmy Kimmel handled the situation.

For the first time in the 80+ years of Oscars history, a (huge) mistake took over the night.

When Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway announced LaLa Land as the winner of the Best Picture category Sunday night, the cast and producers rushed up on stage in excitement. No more than two minutes later, producer Jordan Horowitz SNATCHED the card from Warren and said into the mic (with the RIGHT card showing) that there had been a mistake -- and Moonlight was the rightful winner. Say what now?!

We're not sure how the Steve Harvey-like mistake happened, but it seems there were two different cards that both said Emma Staone, Outstanding Leading Actress for LaLa Land and that was the cause for confusion.

Warren said he stumbled in reading the winner because he thought it was odd it said Emma and LaLa Land.  As for why he passed it to Faye to read instead is beyond us.

Chile....

The Moonlight cast came up and accepted their win with director Barry Jenkins saying a powerful, but oh-so-true statement:

"Even in my dreams, this could not be true. But to hell with dreams!  I'm done with it.  Because this is true." 

Barry then posted the correct card on Twitter, so you know it's real:

By the way, LaLa Land star Emma Stone spoke backstage to the press immediately following the debacle, and she says she had her own Best Actress card the whole time.

These first timers totally nailed it on their first Oscars red carpet!  Get into the fab looks from Ruth Negga, Aldis Hodge and Cynthia Erivo inside...

When the Oscar nominated Ruth Negga stepped onto this Oscars red carpet for the first time, she made our jaws drop.

The Loving actress looked stunning in custom Valentino complete with a Victorian neckline, romantic sheer fabric and a slight nod to the fashion house's Spring Summer 2017 collection.

She may not have taken home a little gold man, but she engraved her name in the fashion darling handbook forever.

Cynthia Erivo was a performer for the official afterparty, so the Broadway star was invited to schmooze with her fellow artists at the OScars.

The Color Purple star definitely stood out in a full skirted, floral Paolo Sebastian couture creation, topped off with Tiffany’s jewelry.  We're not sure about the stark white hair, but we love her creativity and that always pushes the envelope.
 

Hottie Aldis Hodge knows he can rock a suit.  This fine-as-all-hell Hidden Figures star hit the carpet in a dapper suit and a million dollar watch.  Literally, it's worth 1 millie, minimum!

The "Underground" star rocked a Greubel Forsey Double Tourbillon 30° Technique Sapphire haute timepiece for his big night.  T9oo bad nobody's paying all that much attention to what's on his wrist.  We know what we ARE paying attention to though...

We.Can't.Even!  Drool over Janelle Monae's absolutely STUNNING Oscar red carpet look inside....

Janelle Monae has been eating fashion for breakfast lunch, and dinner and two snacks all Awards season.  And now she just forced us to do the same.

To say we're still head over heels for the Hidden Figures & Moonlight star's Oscar debut isn't even the half of it.  Get into her gorgeous, custom Elie Saab gown:

Not sure how one pulls off sexy yet conservatively funky all at the same time, but Janelle could write a book on it.

From the flawless hair, skin and nails to the deliciously ornate necklace and Forever Mark jewels, the Cover Girl was on her A1 fashion game Oscar night with plenty of thanks to her stylist Maeve Reilly.

She topped off her sheer bodice and jewel crusted, full bodied tulle look with Brian Atwood shoes and a Jimmy Choo clutch to make the look a royal one:

A total fashion shutdown.  She's easily our Best Dressed of the night.

We have a feeling this won't be the last time Ms. Monae walks this Oscars red carpet....

Two of our faves made sure they were anything but Hidden on this year's Oscars red carpet. Taraji P. Henson and Octavia Spencer showed out, and we've got their looks inside...

Hidden Figures was up for Best Picture, so that means the leading ladies needed to bring it.  And that they did.

Taraji bronzed up every body part and served vintage Hollywood glamour in a blue velvet Alberta Ferretti gown and a neck full of diamonds.  While we wish she would have gone extra modern with the hair, maybe a long straight bob, the look is a winner nonetheless.'

With the boobs pushed up and an extra toned leg pushed out under a sky-high slit, Mama T was on her look-at-me status Sunday night in Hollywood.

Gather the people Taraji! 

And if you think this look took forever to perfect, think again.  Her stylist Jason Bolden revealed she doesn't even do fittings.  He said during the E! pre-show:

“She’s a certified actress, she doesn’t do fittings.  So when you get 5 minutes with her you better come with two dresses you know will work.”

By the way, to add to her boss status even more, Pharrell revelaed on the red carpet you can basically park a plane in her new crib.  Sheesh!

And she still brought that smile we all love.

Her co-star Octavia Spencer, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actress, switched up her style (finally).  She backed away from her usual safe Tadashi Shoji frock and slipped into a pool of feathers in the best way possible.

She went with Marchesa, and we're glad she did.  By the way, Octavia revealed she's hopping straight on a plane after the big night to head to NYC.  She's set to host "SNL" this week.  Nice!
 

The ladies may not have won for Best Picture, but they certainly won this carpet.

Bold hair and bold looks are what Viola Davis, Halle Berry & Naomie Harris were all about at Sunday night's Oscars.  Get into their red carpet looks inside...

Halle Berry stirred up some trouble on these here internet streets with this look she decided to go for last night.  We're not sure if this was a teased out wig or what (even though she said this was a salute to her "natural curls"), but we wish she would have gona back to the wiggery drawing board if it is indeed synthetic.

Chick sparked new "Halle's wig" Twitter accounts thanks to this look.

The fact she made this hair actually look OK in pics just proves the fact she's literally on e of the most photogenic people to walk the earth.  Because, honey, on TV....

Things didn't read all that well.  She did tell Scarlett Johansson on the red carpet that she makes her want short hair back.  So hopefully she decides to go for it again....

Regardless, she was there to present Best Director award and rocked a bold and gold Versace gown for the occasion.  She revealed she was choosing between 5 Versace dresses, and this one rang victorious.

In other bold hair moves:

Oscar winner Viola Davis went short and coiffed for her big night.

This classic Armani Prive red gown with that gorgeous train READS "I'm winning this Oscar tonight." 

Vi went for classic beauty look, which is perfect when you just know you're going to be snapping that timeless pic with your Oscar at the end of the night.

And she had her best accessory on her arm -- her husband, who she calls her foundation, Julius Tennon.  Sweet!

Moonlight star Naomie Harris pulled off a tricky move -- a more trendy look for the Oscars red carpet.  Doused in white sequins, the British babe rocked a cut-out Calvin Klein dress with a mid length, strapless silhouette.

The cape-like train upped the drama factor to make this somewhat less formal look an Oscar worthy look, but not everyone could pull this of on a night like Sunday.

The Bulgari diamonds and perfect shoes topped off the look nicely.

She may not have won for Best Supporting Actress, but this look was definitely a winner in our book!
