Beyonce Drops Entire Management Team, Hires New Team + Future & Young Thug Use Their Twitter Fingers To Revive “Rap Beef”

 photo beyman1.jpg

Beyonce has overhauled her management team, dropping the old and in with the new. Get the deets, plus get the scoop on the Future vs. Young Thug Twitter beef inside…

Beyonce is on her boss ish and cleaning house!

According to Page Six, Mrs. Carter has parted ways with her longtime business manager and has hired a whole new team to help drive her career to higher heights. Is that even possible? She’s totally at the top of her game, but we’re here for more advancement.

For the last five years, Lee Ann Callahan-Longo (above) was employed as Bey’s general manager who handled all of her business/endorsement deals and things of that nature. Well, her time as business manager is up and she’s no longer working for Bey. But, she will still remain in the Grammy Award winning singer’s life as they have a long history together. Beyoncé’s rep, Yvette Noel-Schure said in a statement,

“Lee Anne Callahan-Longo has worked with Beyoncé for the last 10 years. Their friendship supersedes business, and while she is no longer an employee of Parkwood, she will remain an imperative part of Beyoncé’s life.”

The “Grown Woman” singer has since hired JPMorgan Chase’s head of sports and entertainment marketing Steve Pamon to take her place, joining the Parkwood Entertainment family. He also reportedly masterminded the bank’s sponsorship of The Carters’ “On The Run” Tour.

A source told the site,

“Beyoncé basically cleaned house, got rid of her whole team, which included her cousin, and hired a new team. She wants to surround herself with business people who could take her career to an even higher level. She has one album left to deliver before her deal is up with Columbia, plus she wants to make smarter decisions where it comes to touring, sponsorships and acting roles."

Beyoncé’s rep went on to explain the re-workings of Parkwood saying:

“Last year, Parkwood Entertainment created new departments and recruited new executives from the tech, business and entertainment sectors who joined the team to help grow Parkwood and its interests . . . Some senior staffers were given the opportunity to reposition and stay on. Some members . . . awakened [to] new interests and decided to follow personal routes.

Sounds like Queen Bey is ready to make some major moves in 2016 and we're here for it all.

Speaking of Bey....

 photo RKE1_zpsppp7886c.png

Her mom Tina Knowles Lawson and her step-dad Richard Lawson shared a lovey dovey shot on social media yesterday. We're not exactly sure where they are, but we have a very good guess.

It appears the twosome were seated at a stadium of some sort. Mama Tina wrote"Anticpation!!!" in the caption of the pic, which leads us to believe she and Richard were likely at Bey's Super Bowl 50 haltime rehearsals. Nice!

Anyone else excited about her performance?

In "rap beef" news....

 photo FTHUG3_zpsr650mrdk.png

Rap beefs have been popping up a lot lately. And now Future and Young Thug are reigniting their beef putting those Twitter Fingers into overdrive.

Last night, Future (tweets abouve) announced he was dropping some new music at midnight where Young Thug decided to indirectly address him about his “bullsh*t” tunes. Yikes. Neither of the two “@” each other, but you could see they were going back and forth with one another.

After Thugga said something about his music, Future subtweeted about people wanting to be him and that his girl wish he was him. Thugga clapped back. Then, Future announced he copped a new deal with Apple Music and Thugga had something to say about that as well as well. Hmph.

Peep their twitter exchange above and below (read from the bottom up):

Thugga ended with:

Interestingly enough, they both have new projects dropping on Friday. Future's EVOL project is set to premiere on DJ Khaled's We The Best Radio, while Thugga is releasing his renamed mixtape I'm Up.

Rihanna stopped to chat it up with Ellen DeGeneres about her current relationship status, her relationship with Drake and reveals she sends nude selfies. Check out her appearance, plus Yo Gotti’s video “Down In The DM” inside….

For her first televised appearance since dropping her ANTI album, Rihanna checks in with Ellen DeGeneres to chit chat about her love live (or lack thereof), reveals her must-have dressing room essentials, her relationship with rapper Drake and during a game of “Never Have I Ever,” she discloses she sends nude selfies. Oh…ok RiRi.

The Pop princess, looking ridiculously hot in a green latex mini skirt and crop top, reveals she’s currently single saying she’s so busy these days, she doesn’t have time to entertain a steady relationship or anything serious. So, although she and rapper Travis Scott were hanging out heavily in recent months (and were spottedkissing during a wild night out on the party scene), she’s not dating him. Well there’s that.

Ellen then grills her about her relationship with Young Money rapper Drake, who is featured on her new single “Work.” The “B*tch Better Have My Money” singer is gearing up for her "ANTI World Tour," so Ellen asked if Drizzy would be tagging along with her since he lends a few bars on her new track. While Drake is not on the line-up to join RiRi on her tour, she says she would love to tour with him one and hopes to make it happen in the future.

Check it:

During a game of “Never Have I Ever” with Hollywood actor George Clooony, the Bajan beauty reveals that she has texted a nude selfie before. She didn’t drop any names on who the recipients are, we can think of a few names that may have been lucky enough to receive a nude selfie from the international superstar.

Peep the funny clip below:

Hilar!

Rihanna is set to kick off the "ANTI World Tour" on February 26th at the Viejas Arena in San Diego. Better cop those tix if haven’t yet.

In a new music video....

Down South rapper Yo Gotti has released the visuals to his hit track “Down in the DM,” where he professes he’s crushing hard on “Growing Up Hip Hop” star Angela Simmons.

In the clip, Gotti joins his homie at his wedding ceremony before he ties the knot with his soon-to-be wife. It flashes back to the night before where the fellas have some fun with a few strippers during his bachelor party all the while showing how tempting it is to slide in the direct messages of his Instagram account to talk dirty to a few of his followers. A host of celebs make cameos in the clip, including CeeLo Green, DJ Khaled, Machine Gun Kelly and more.

Check it above.

In other music news, Gotti released the track’s remix featuring Nicki Minaj where she addresses her VMA beef with Miley Cyrus and name drops Beyonce.

Take a listen below:

The remix is featured on Gotti’s new album The Art of the Hustleset to drop Feb. 19th.

Cuteness overload! Pantene tapped a few NFL players and their adorable daughters for the absolute CUTEST Super Bowl commercial. Check it out inside, plus find out how you can joining the fight with Alicia Keys for criminal justice reform….

Kiddie cuteness overload ahead!

With the Super Bowl just days away, Pantene Pro-V released a series of commercials starring a few NFL players giving their adorable daughters “Dad Dos” in an effort to celebrate the next generation of strong, beautiful women. And we’re SO here for the daddy-daughter cuteness!

In the clips, NFL dads, Pittsburgh Steelers’ DeAngelo Williams, New Orleans Saints’ Benjamin Watson, and Dallas Cowboys’ Jason Witten, sit their daughters down to style their hair the best way they know how. Their #DadDos include the ‘Curtain Call,’ the ‘Who Dad-Do,’ and the ‘Daddy and Angel Bug’s Magnificent Pigtails.’ And the daddy-daughter moments will have your heart fluttering.

Research shows quality time spent with dads is key in raising daughters who are more self-confident, self-reliant and more successful in school and in their careers. The next generation could use all of that and some. It’s a sweet way for dad’s to spend more time with their daughters while building confidence and strength in their daughters.

Peep the clips (if you can stand the cuteness) below:

In another new campaign....

Grammy Award winning singer Alicia Keys is rallying up her fans to help her fight for criminal justice reform. In collaborations with her We Are Here Movement and #cut50, Alicia is getting her flirt on with a married man. But this time, it's all in the name of justice. Alicia Keys is urging the Speaker of the House to schedule a vote on criminal justice reform. She’s concerned about the millions of American children left behind due to a parent(s) being incarcerated for non-violent crimes.

There are only a few months left to pass criminal justice reforms, so she’s kicking things into overdrive to have our voices heard.

The “28 Thousand Days” singer is asking the Speaker of the U.S. House to show love and compassion for people negatively impacted by our criminal justice system. She will be sending out a personal Valentine’s Day card to Speaker Ryan and she wants you to send one too through the We Are Here Movement website. The cards will be printed and delivered to Speaker Ryan’s office for Valentine’s Day to spread some love.

Alicia Keys said about the campaign:

“I have seen the devastating impact that incarceration has had on families. For the women and children left behind, it can deepen poverty and hopelessness. I am asking for Speaker Paul Ryan’s help in bringing about policies that can help rehabilitate instead of punish, so we can keep families together that have been unjustly torn apart by excessive incarceration. Valentine's Day is all about love and compassion, so it’s the perfect time to remind Speaker Ryan why justice reform matters to so many Americans. ”

Great cause! Watch her flirty personal message above.

NO JAIL TIME: Judge Orders Meek Mill To House Arrest For Probation Violation

Meek Mill can thank his lucky stars he will NOT be heading to jail. Deets inside…

MMG rapper Meek Mill just lucked up during sentencing for his recent probation violation. He will NOT be going to jail after his violation probation for 2009 drug and gun conviction.

According to TMZ, a Philadelphia judge sentenced Nicki Minaj’s boyfriend to 6 – 12 months in county jail, but will allow him to serve the time on house arrest. He has to do a minimum of 90 days before he goes back in front of the judge to determine if he’ll remain on house arrest. That means no performing as well. He can only do charity work for the community, as he has been doing since his violation.

 photo Screen Shot 2016-02-05 at 5.22.23 PM.png

The site was told Meek’s girlfriend Nicki Minaj was in court with him and was allowed in the chambers with the judge to discuss the type of charity work he’ll be doing. Interesting.

Also, the judge has banned Meek from releasing any new mixtapes. His enemy Drake could unleash an arsenal of diss-tracks if he so pleases and Meek won’t be able to do anything about it.

Meek will go in on March 1st to be issued his ankle monitor. Looks like Nicki will be in Philly more often for the next year or so.

Tyga Wants Child Custody Re-Evaluated Thanks To Blac Chyna’s Arrest + Kanye West Says Rob Kardashian, Sr. Helped Him With Album...From Heaven

 photo tyc2.jpg

We kinda saw this coming. Tyga believes he’s the more responsible parent after Blac Chyna’s arrest. And now he wants his visitation with their son King rearranged. Meanwhile, Kanye West is no longer going with the album title #WAVES, but calls it a gospel album with a lot of cursing on it. Umm…yeah. Deets inside….

It was just a matter of time before Tyga pulled the trigger on new paperwork regarding his ex-fiancee and mother of his son Blac Chyna’s recent drug arrest.

 photo tyc3.png

After cops booked and charge Chyna for allegedly being drunk and having ecstasy in her possession, T-Raw wants to use that as evidence that he’s the better parent. He has already filed court documents requesting to have their 3-year-old son King during the week and allowing Chyna visitation on the weekends, according to TMZ.

Sources also tell the site that Tyga is well aware Chyna’s new boyfriend Rob Kardashian is spending time with his son, but he’s not concerned. They say he and Rob are cool and no one could ever replace him as King’s father.

Looks like Chyna should lawyer up soon….this could get ugly.

In a new interview...

Kanye West called into Big Boy's Neighborhood radio show to chop it up about his new album and his recent Twitter spat with Wiz Khalifa.

‘Ye revealed the title of his album is changing again, but he hasn’t decided on a name yet. He’s no longer naming his album WAVES and, as of the time of this post, claims it is currently untitled.

He also made claims that his wife Kim Kardashian West's late father Robert Kardashian Sr., who represented OJ Simpson in that infamous murder trial, helped him with the album. He said,

"He's still doing deals for controversial black people from up in heaven."

Oh 'Ye....

As for his wife posting a Twitter poll asking fans what the title of his album should be earlier this week, he said he wanted to get the opinion of his “family” before deciding on a title.

"Yeah, I wanted to get people's opinions on how they felt," he said. “What I've really come to realize about being a celebrity is ... everybody is our family. It's family. If something bad happens, you're gonna hear about it. We love any opportunity we have to involve all of our family in the creative process."

Interesting that he loves the publicity machine when it benefits him, but complains about it all other times.

The “Jesus Walks" rapper then went on to explain that the album is a gospel album, but with a lot of cursing on it. Wait…what? he said,

"This is a gospel album with a whole lot of cursing on it, but it's still a gospel album [laughs]. "It's the gospel, according to 'Ye. It's not exactly what happened in the Bible, but it's a story of this idea of Mary Magdalene becoming Mary."

Oh....k.

'Ye also opens up again about he and Wiz Khalifa squashed their beef after his 17 “Of Alls” Twitter rant. He said his friend Malik Yusef, who is also friends with Wiz, got them on the phone to chop it up. He said he was simply taking up for his wife because he thought Wiz was disrespecting his “family.” He just wanted to show he was going to hold his wife and family down and wasn’t going to let anyone disrespect them.

Well alright. Take a listen to the full interview above.

Whatever Ye calls his new album, a body of work is expected to drop on Feb. 11th with an album listening party at Madison Square Garden. According to Ye, it's already sold out.

Zoe Kravitz On Fashion, Fame, Passing Up "Black Bestie" Roles & Comparisons To Her Parents In TEEN VOGUE + Kendrick Lamar Takes Over BILLBOARD

 photo bdb2_zpsm1iwfigm.png

Most of us think Zoe Kravitz is one of the coolest chicks ever.  The Divergent star personifies the hippie-chic genre every day of her life effortlessly, while nabbing some of the most hard-to-get jobs in the business.  Find out what she REALLY thinks about comparisons to her parents, the "black bestie" movie roles, fashion, and more.  Plus, Kendrick Lamar is all over BILLBOARD magazine...

 photo zoe-kravitz-cover-04_zpsjolpgg76.jpg

Zoe Kravitz is our cute & eclectic little sister in our heads we love to hang around so we can seem equally cool.  The YBF chick, and heiress to the Hollywood crown via her cool AF parents, is covering the March 2016 issue of Teen Vogue.

The new Calvin Klein model was interviewed by her bestie and former Balenciaga creative director Alexander Wang for the cover story.  Here's our fave highlights:

On comparisons to her parents Lisa Bonet and Leny Kravitz

"I used to get either bitchy or uncomfortable. That came from the insecurity of thinking people were talking to me only because of who my parents are. I’m in a better place now where I’m confident in my work. And I want to be able to talk about them with love. They’re cool people — I get it. "

On assumptions she's handed the game because of who her parents are

"My parents didn’t become who they are because anything was handed to them, and they didn’t raise a child who expected something to be handed to her, either. My mom would have killed me if I’d assumed any kind of privilege. At first I was really adamant about making sure people knew that I was working hard. Things were definitely handed to me a little bit easier, but people were also judging me twice as hard."

On people thinking she's super cool, but she thinks she's actually a nerd

"Whatever that means. Everyone is looking at everyone else to see what’s cool. So it’s just all about a level of confidence. When anyone sets out to be cool it becomes contrived. Cool just means “I agree with this in this moment. People thought acid-washed was cool, and it wasn’t cool — it was cool then. So it really is a moment of acceptance. It’s superficial that people think I’m cool because I wear certain clothes and I have tattoos. The funniest part is, when they get to know me, they’re always surprised by how nerdy I am."

 photo zoe-kravitz-cover-06_zpsaqaxxey7.jpg

On acting running in her blood

"My mom and grandmother were actresses, and I knew I was going to do this since I was super young. I would put on shows at my grandparents’ house and sing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” in the living room. I was in drama club and chorus, and I knew every word to Grease."

On why she won't be playing the "black best fiend" anytime soon

"Typically white people have the story, and any kind of minority is like adding that pop of red or fun purse or pair of shoes to jazz up an outfit. These people are accents that make things funny, weird, or dramatic....I spent so much of my career saying no to those films. I’ve seen that movie a million times, and I don’t feel right putting that into the world over and over and over again. I’m not going to spend the rest of my life playing some girl’s friend or some girl on crack in the projects."

On redefining role model like she wants to

"I’m another human being, floating around out there in the universe, and figuring it out, too. If seeing that brings you comfort, or gives you hope, or makes you feel anything — makes you feel not alone — if that is being a role model, then I’m happy to do that."

 photo brd3_zpsbl17cwsm.png

 photo zoe-kravitz-cover-03_zpspomsw69t.jpg

She looks like the spitting image of her mother.  Simply gorgeous.

Check out the prank calls Zoe was up to when she had an hour to kill.

Kendrick Lamar is rocking the cover of Billboard and killing it:

 photo brd1_zpsz7jmtvtx.png

 photo brd2_zps3nfwedhm.png

Kendrick told the mag about his To Pimp A Butterfly album:

“The album just had a deeper impact than I expected, because it touched so many homes, and not just in my own community. I guess I’m just speaking words that need to be heard in these times.”

And about those Grammy defeats:

“[The Grammy defeats] would have been upsetting to me if I’d known that was my best work, if I had nothing new to offer,” he says. “Good Kid, M.A.A.D City is great work, but it’s not my best work. To Pimp a Butterfly is great. I’m talking about the connection the record made. Good Kid, M.A.A.D City made a connection. But To Pimp a Butterfly made a bigger connection.”

Solange Gets It Poppin' As Queen of the Muses Mardi Gras Parade...And Tosses Her Wedding Ring Away With The Beads (After Clapping Back At NYT Writer)!

 photo solb2_zpsscomucwj.jpg

Solange Knowles turned ALL the way up in the streets of New Orleans this week.  It IS Mardi Gras and she WAS the Queen of Muses.  She turned up so much she accidentally threw her wedding ring while tossing out beads.  Chile, get the scoop inside.

Plus, she gets the key to the Crescent City and rightfully claps back at a NYT writer...

Have YOU seen Solange's wedding ring in the streets of New Orleans?  Or in a tree somewhere?  Because homegirl got caught up in the bead throwing off her Muses Mardi Gras parade float and accidentally tossed her diamond rocks out with the plastic beadery.

Tragic!

 photo Screen Shot 2016-02-05 at 11.24.19 PM_zpsl4qajgxo.png

The local New Orleans city website is helping Solo find it by putting out this notice:

Muses posted on its Facebook page that the singer thinks the ring went missing between Toledano and Foucher streets.

There is a reward for the safe return of the ring. The reward is being coordinated with the Krewe of Muses, which can be contacted at info@kreweofmuses.org.

It seems Solo is remembering what's most important though.  She posted this message from her adorable son Julez:

My son said, mom I'm just happy YOU didn't fly off the float, & that your safe, & that you still get to have the love you have. *tears dried Also, I can't put into words how grateful I am to be given the Key to the City! NEW ORLEANS, from the bottom of my soul, I am so thankful.

Awwww.

Meanwhile, back at the parade, Solange was getting her entire life in this parade float-inspired blue and green Jeremy Scott for Moschino creation:

 photo solb3_zpsfoq0bnfl.jpg photo soln49_zpsqyi8samr.jpg   photo solb1_zps8jfucso8.jpg

One thing she did walk away with this week, though, is the official key to the city:

 photo Screen Shot 2016-02-05 at 10.50.18 PM_zpsh54qd0nx.png

Since the singer/actress has been living in the 504 for a few years now, and often expresses her infatuation an deep connection to the city, it's only right the Mayor and co. reward her for shining a light on the beautiful city.

Solange said:

Truly, truly honored. Playing Cash Money and No Limit all day. Thank you New Orleans for all the love you've shown....Also, I can't put into words how grateful I am to be given the Key to the City!

She continued:

NEW ORLEANS, from the bottom of my soul, I am so thankful. Hoping this key gets me into Leah Chase's kitchen at least 3 times a week Truly an honor. Thanks Mayor Landrieu!

Sweet!

All this comes after she had to read a writer the riot act for attempting to tell a black woman how she should feel when it comes to her plight in surviving the harshness of America.

About three years ago, writer Jon Caramanica came for Solange when she challenged him (and other R&B writers) about not feeling Brandy's album.  Why is she addressing something three years later?  Maybe because her site SaintHeron.com just did a fabulous feature on B Rocka and it could have stirred up some old emotions.

Get more of the back story HERE.

With Jon's words from 2013 in the back of her mind, Solange went end.  And let him know she's not here for his or anyone else's bullsh*t when it comes to telling a black woman what she can and can't feel through her music.

Peep these twets from the bottom up:

SURPRISE: Beyoncé Just Snatched Our Wigs With A New Song & Video Called "Formation"

The SuperBowl is a little over 24 hours away, and Beyoncé is already snatching wigs before she makes her special halftime appearance.  Get her new video for her new single "Formation" inside....

Queen Bey isn't letting folks breathe.  She's officially back in Formation.

Remember those shots of her filming a mystery video around New Orleans?  Well, now we know why.

The Queen of setting social media on fire with surprise music moves is back at it again.  She just dropped a brand new video, her first -- aside from a feature here and there -- since the Beyonce: Platinum Edition album.  The video is for her brand new single "Formation."

We all know how important visuals are to Beyoncé when it comes to her music.  She wants to roll it out the way she wants to roll it out.  And rightfully so.  That includes putting daughter Blue Ivy in the video when she wants to.  And she does so in these new visuals.

 photo Screen Shot 2016-02-06 at 4.00.31 PM_zpsgep5jevv.png

"Formation" takes us to the Crescent City for another beat-heavy anthem (while sampling the Queen of Bounce herself Big Freedia and the late Messy Mya).  So y'all already know how LIT this is about to get.

As for the vibe, let's just say right before the sick Mike Will Made It-produced beat drops, the message goes something like this:

"My daddy Alabama/My ma Louisiana/You mix that negro with that creole make a Texas Bama"

By the way, her stylist Marni had custom Gucci two-piece sets made.  This should get interesting.

There's also a shout out to the Hands Up Don't Shoot campaign.

Bey is dropping other messages throughout as well: She likes her baby's hair with baby hair and afros, her man's black nose like Jackson 5 nostrils, her hot sauce in her bag, and she's unapologetic about her Texas accent (and everything else) folks give her hell about.  She wants women and black folks to know their formation is their slayage.  So slay on.

Grab your braided wigs, your slay, and twerk somethin' to this #Message below:

He's been called every name under the sun this season.  Now the haters and supporters can add MVP to that list.  Deets inside...

Major congrats are in order!  Panthers QB Cam Newton was named the NFL's MVP Saturday night at the NFL Honors ceremony.

And let's be honest, had he not won, there would have been a revolt led by his fans.

While bringing his team to an epic 14-1 regular season record, Cam also boasts 50 season TDs under his belt.

From the tradition of giving TD balls to kids to his unapologetic blackness on and off the field, it makes this MVP status even sweeter.

He wasn't able to accept the award himself due to being busy with pre-Superbowl activities, but sent in a video acceptance.  Check it HERE

The Atlanta native was also named the Offensive Player of the Year award.  His family was on hand to accept on his behalf.  Check out video HERE.

Rihanna jetted to Drake's hometown of Toronto to film the video for their collabo "Work."  Get the BTS vids of Rihanna putting in work in the dancehall themed visuals inside...

RiRi's new track "Work" is probably stuck in your head daily.  Now, get ready for the video, shot by Director X.

Rihanna and Drake had T Dot's popular Caribbean restaurant The Real Jerk shut down so they could transform it into a dancehall for the visuals.

In BTS clips floating around the net, Rihanna can be seen dutty wining with a beer in her hand while everyone else at the party gets it all the way in dancehall style.

Peep this video where you hear Rih and Drake having a cute convo about the playback that went something like this:

Drake: That's my dog right there

Rihanna: No she ain't, I'm your valentine

Ha.

Well, what do we have here?  Taraji is STILL seeing NFL baller Kelvin Hayden, despte the fact he was put on blast by SEVERAL of his girlfriends he was seeing at the same time as Taraji?  Yep.

Maybe Taraji got him to agree to stop being community d*** and to settle down.

The "Empire" star made her way to San Francisco, just one day after the NAACP Image Awards in L.A., to present an award at the 5th Annual NFL Honors at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium.  But first, she hit the carpet in an all black Balmain dress and gold sexy heels:
