Beyonce and Jay Z went the Warriors game last night looking cool, calm and collected...as if Bey didn't just break the internet a few hours earlier. Pics inside, plus the drama surrounding stealing accusations....

We're not sure if she had her hot sauce in her bag last night, but Bey looked flawless and extra calm as she took in the Warriors vs. Thunder game in the Bay:

Even though plenty of folks were falling out in Beyzus' name over the new "Formation" video, others were accusing her of stealing (again).

Throughout the video, you see clips of New Orleans and BOUNCE culture and more.  Some of it was taken from a 2013 documentary called BOUNCE by Chris Black.  Needless to say, he was quite pissy yesterday when he noticed his work weaved throughout Bey's new visuals.

Bey's director Melina Matsoukas responded saying:

Must give much love to the beautiful NOLA footage shot and directed by @abteen and @lkeber to make #FORMATION whole.

Some folks didn't think it was enough.  Then Beyonce's camp responded breaking down how they actually did pay to use the footage....to the ACTUAL owners.  The statement read:

"The documentary footage was used with permission and licensed from the owner of the footage. They were given proper compensation. The footage was provided to us by the filmmaker's production company. The filmmaker is listed in the credits for additional photography direction. We are thankful that they granted us permission."

Yahoo! News gave the explanation about what the director may still be a little salty:

Beyoncé's new surprise single is an ode to her Southern background and mother's heritage as a Louisiana creole. While the one filmmaker Black was not impressed, writing, "Why Melina ["Formation" Director] gotta use clips from our doc?!? Was the budget not big enough to spend a week in New Orleans and actually build with the people," his fellow director Abteen Bagheri took a much more professional approach, thanking Beyoncé and Matsoukas for crediting the documentary.

The reason Black is complaining? According to reports, the filmmakers sold their documentary to Sundance Channel, which partnered with the directors to produce the film. So, while the film was properly credited in the music video's official credits, there isn't a specific nod to Black.
Bagheri, however, is credited specifically with "additional photography direction."

While Black has since deleted several of the tweets he fired off Saturday night, some remain. "If you're an artist, always protect your work," he wrote, concluding his very public knee-jerk reaction to the video. "They don't know what you had to sacrifice to create."

So, there you have it.

Grab your wallet and get in formation. Beyoncé is going on ANOTHER stadium tour this summer. Deets inside...

Beyoncé is taking no prisoners in 2016. Minutes after she slayed the SuperBowl 50 halftime (which was an EPIC salute to Michael Jackson's 1993 halftime performance), the "Formation" singer announced a stadium tour in the US and the UK.

The tour will roll to 40 cities, split evenly between North America and the UK.  The Formation Tour kicks off April 27th in Miami, and this time Mrs. Carter is rolling to NYC (unlike the On The Run tour).

With a tough loss for the Carolina Panthers, a new NFL champ has been named. The Denver Broncos just took home the Lombardi trophy!

Von Miller (who was named Super Bowl MVP), Peyton Manning and the rest of the Broncos are the 2015-2016 Superbowl champs!  The final score of Sunday night's game: 10-24.

After the game, the two quarterbacks met up a the 50 yard line to say congrats to one another, win or no win:

The Super Bowl halftime performance was everything we thought it would be...and more.  Re-live Beyoncé flawlessness inside from the black power steez to the epic performance with Coldplay and Bruno Mars...

Still recovering from last night's Pepsi Halftime Show at Super Bowl 50?  Beyoncé effortlessly took over the internets and got everyone into Formation, as expected, and here's why.

While this was Coldplay's halftime show (and we loved their set too), Mrs. Carter and even Bruno Mars arguably stole the show at Super Bowl 50.

While incorporating past Superbowl halftime show aspects into last night's show in celebration of the 50th anniversary, Beyoncé gave a salute to Michael Jackson's '93 halftime show performance.  Loves it!

Bey's stylist Marni Senofonte told Essence about her look, comprised of a D Squared designed jacket and harness, an Ashton Michael bodysuit and Louboutin boots, saying:

When Michael Jackson performed at SuperBowl on January 31, 1993, he wore a jacket and harness. Beyoncé wanted to pay homage to Michael. She has always said he is her biggest music influence and Michael’s halftime performance marked a change in global interest for the halftime show.

And let's not forget those dancer Black Panther-inspired uniforms, designed by Marni herself with Zana Bayne harnesses and Doc Martens.  The compelling fact this all went down during Black History month isn't lost on us.

Marni explained why Beyoncé chose the black power steez:

It was important to her to honor the beauty of strong Black women and celebrate the unity that fuels their power. One of the best examples of that is the image of the female Black Panther. The women of the Black Panther Party created a sisterhood and worked right alongside their men fighting police brutality and creating community social programs. That they started here in the Bay Area, where the SuperBowl is being held this year, was not lost on her. And they made a fashion statement with natural afros, black leather jackets and black pant suits. That image of women in leadership roles; believing they are a vital part of the struggle is undeniably provocative and served as reference and reality.

By the way, 2016 also marks the 50 year anniversary since the Black Panthers FORMED for the cause of fighting for justice, by any means necessary.

As for her performance itself: Unapologetic booty, dancing, and high energy.  And the vocals were on point, especially when she was talking about her negro nose and being a Texas Bama.  We're sure it gave the #BoycottBeyonce social media protestors (who call her "Formation" video "anti-police") more to gag about it.

By the way, if Beyoncé and Bruno (who saluted Bay area legend MC Hammer) want to go on tour together after The Formation Tour, we're ALL THE WAY here for it.

Hip Hop’s power couple is digging deep in their pockets for a couple of good causes. Beyonce has announced she will be helping to fund supplies for those battling the Flint lead-water crisis. Meanwhile, Jay Z’s TIDAL is putting up major cash for the Black Lives Matter movement and other social justice organizations. Deets inside….

As we all collectively try to come down from Beyonce’s epic halftime Super Bowl performance, we have even more good news.

While announcing she’s heading out on The Formation World Tour, Beyonce also revealed she's giving back to Flint residents who are suffering due to the lead water crisis. Mrs. Carter, in collaboration with her #BeyGood initiative, will support local United Way programs that are distributing thousands of filtration pitchers, faucet mounts filters, replacement cartridges and truckloads of water to those affected by the water crisis.

And that’s not all…

Bey and co. are also partnering up with the Community Foundation of Greater Flint to create a fund that will address long-term developmental, education, nutrition and health needs of the children affected by the Flint water crisis. She’ll be joining in with a ton of celebs, including YBF folks like The Game, Diddy, Russell Simmons, Wiz Khalifa, Big Sean, Meek Mill, and Aretha Franklin, who have all pitched in to help those in Flint.

Loves it!

Bey is asking all of the BeyHive to get into formation to help the cause.   Details will be revealed on her @beygood Twitter account.

In other do-gooder news....

While Bey helps out the Flint Water Crisis, her hubby Jay Z is looking out for the Black Lives Matter movement and other social justice organizations.

TIDAL announced the company is donating $1.5 million dollars to the Black Lives Matter movement and other non-profits. And they made the announcement on what would have been slain teen Trayvon Martin’s 21st birthday.

The money comes from the $1.5 million the streaming service raised at the first Tidal X: 10/20 charity concert held in Brooklyn last October.

According to MIC, Tidal's grants will be administered through the New World Foundation, which funds several civil rights groups and social movements. The nonprofits Tidal will fund include Opportunity Agenda, Hands Up United, Sankofa.Org, as well as local organizing groups in California: Community Coalition; Florida: Dream Defenders; Illinois: Black Youth Project; Maryland: Baltimore Justice Fund; Empowerment Development Corporation; New York: Million Hoodies; NY Justice League and Ohio: Ohio Students Association/Organizing Collaborative.

Donations will also be given to organizations created by the families of victims of police brutality, including the Trayvon Martin Foundation, the Michael O.D. Brown We Love Ours Sons and Daughters Foundation and the Oscar Grant Foundation.

Dania Diaz, managing director of philanthropy at Roc Nation, told MIC, "The process of acquiring recommendations [for nonprofits] was collaborative and inspired by the message that speaks to racial and social inequities and injustice in our society. Each year we will support a different initiative. Our ideology is to have a hifi level of consciousness in everything we do."

The celebuspawns flex their model skills in an array of pictorials showing off the company’s hottest shoe designs.

Quincy, who stars in the blockbuster film DOPE, brought some stylish male ensembles to life in a colorful spread. The budding actor said it was a no-brainer to do the shoot because he hopes to inspire the next generation with his fashion flare.

“I’m very appreciative and proud of being a part of this Creative Rec project because they pay attention to the youth,” said Quincy. “[They in turn] pay attention to me and my style. I want to be able to [positively] influence my demographic with fashion.”

Will Smith’s eldest son Trey Smith, aka “Ace,” is also featured in the new campaign. The budding DJ rocked an array of new offerings from Creative Recreation’s spring collection, which include the Adonis Mid, Cesario Lo Woven and Vibram boot silhouettes.

Things are shaking up in the football and basketball world. Superstar running back Marshawn Lynch posted a cryptic message announcing his retirement. Meanwhile, the NY Knicks just fired Derek Fisher as head coach. Deets inside….

Super Bowl 50 brought many exciting, disappointing and shocking moments. And NFLer Marshawn Lynch is adding to the shock factor.

During the fourth quarter of last night’s Super Bowl match-up between the Carolina Panthers and the Denver Broncos, Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch posted up a cryptic message that seemingly meant he would soon be entering retirement. He tweeted:

The explosive 29-year-old runningback posted a picture of a pair of green cleats hanging off power lines with the peace emoji in the caption. While that doesn’t officially confirm his retirement, his teammates Russell Wilson& Richard Sherman, the Seahawks organization and owner Paul Allen confirmed the news. They tweeted:

After a tough year due to injuries, he posted up the Twitter message hours after a rumor started circulating that he had told close friends he would be retiring. According to NBC Sports, if he does retire, he could owe the Seahawks $5 million dollars, unless he cut a new deal last year when he re-signed with the team.

Marshawn's mom, Delisa Lynch, also took to social media to send out a heartfelt message to her son saying:

He had plenty of supporters there like his mom, Oakland mayor Libby Schaaf and many Seahawks fans. Hours before the grand opening, the baller snapped the pic (atop) and captioned, “It's almost time....14 hours until the doors open at the #beastmode store.

Happy to see he thought about life after football.

Derek Fisher is out!

The NY Knicks have reportedly fired former NBA star Derek Fisher as their head coach in his second season. And unfortunately, it was clear this would be the future.

The Knicks have lost five straight games and the last NINE of the past 10 games. Sheesh!

ESPN notes the Knicks are 23-31 this season after going 17-65 in Fisher's first season in 2014-15. Ouch! Sources told the sports site the team was convinced Derek had a hard time transitioning from the role of player to coach effectively.

Derek was hired by Knicks team president Phil Jackson, hoping he could help the struggling NBA team. You’lll recall, Phil use to coach Derek on the Lakers back in the day. He ultimately had to make the final decision to fire Derek.

In a statement, the baller turned coach expressed his disappointment, but called it a learning experience. He said,

"This is a very talented team with strong character and I am confident they will succeed. Obviously, I'm disappointed, but have learned an immense amount from this experience and hope to grow from it."

Well, there you have it. Now word from Phil Jackson as of yet. He's reportedly set to address the situation later today.

Following Super Bowl 50, Ciara, boyfriend Russell Wilson and Baby Future are headed out of L.A.

Today, the R&B singer, her adorable son and her former Super Bowl champ boyfriend were spotted making their way through LAX airport. While Russ and CiCi were pretty mum on their whereabouts for the big game Russell was pretty active on Twitter last night.

The Seattle Seahawks QB first sent out a tweet shortly after Marshawn Lynch seemingly announced his retirement from the NFL. He said to his teammate, “Honor playing with one of the best running backs of all time! Going to miss sharing the backfield with you 24... #BeastMode @MoneyLynch”

After Peyton Manning and the Broncos were crowned this year’s Super Bowl winners, he posted up a special message to Peyton. He thanked him for inspiring him as a young boy while attending one of his football camps. He wrote,

From all the wins, to the few tough losses.

From the 71,000 yards, to all the touchdowns, to the few interceptions.

From all the meetings, to all the hard practices, to all the film, to all the blood, sweat and tears.

“Celebrity Big Brother” star Tiffany "New York" Pollard and her re-enhanced lady lumps were spotted leaving ITV studios after an appearance on “This Morning” daytime show.

During the interview, Tiffany explained her actions during an episode of the show where she became hysterical after she thought she had learned her housemate David Gest had passed away. But that wasn’t the case. When her housemate Angie Bowie told her that her ex-husband David Bowie had passed, Tiffany mistakenly thought it was David Gest.

She blamed the mishap on the fact that there aren’t any newspapers or any way for them to know what’s going on in the outside world. She said her co-star David Gest had been ill from pneumonia previously and she instantly assumed Angie was talking about him.

“I may be just starting out, but I also like to think that at my height, I might have some different angles than other photographers. After all, you’ve gotta play up your strengths.”

“Time flies when you’re shooting. At first I was just going to cover only the first quarter, then go back up to my seat. But then I was like, why would I stop? I started to see how you build a story with your photos throughout the game. I stayed on the field the whole first half. Right when I was about to call it a night … Beyonce came on stage.”

As much as some people like to believe racism is over in 2016, most of us still know it is alive and well through double standards, prejudices and the like.  Many say it’s also apparent in the NFL. Get the deets on a former Broncos player calling Cam Newton “BOY” and find out the real reason he got up and left the post-game interview inside….

Super Bowl 50 has come and gone. But, there’s still a lot of talk about the huge event that went down last night. Of course, Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton is the hot topic of discussion.

The Denver Broncos defeated the Carolina Panthers 24-10 in the Super Bowl, a major disappointment for MVP Cam Newton and the whole Panthers organization.

Showing sportsmanship, Cam went over to shake hands with Peyton and congratulate him on the win...WITH a smile on his face. (Which was one of very few smiles from Cam as he hardly smiled the entire game).

Per usual, Broncos fans came out the woodwork to go HAM on Cam via social media. But one former Broncos player took a bit too far. In fact, entirely too far.

Former NFLer Bill Romanowski took to Twitter to tweet the one of the most racist comments ever…coming from a white man. He tweeted (and deleted):

Boy?! Really? Cameron is grown man last we checked. The racial undertones of his comment was noticed by Twitter followers and they quickly called him on it. But, NY Daily News writer Shaun King brought up an interesting comparison between Cam and Broncos QB Peyton Manning.

In a new article, King points out out that back in 2010, Peyton was the quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts when Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints defeated them in the Super Bowl.  After the game, Peyton decided to forgo congratulating Drew Brees on the win and immediately left the field.  Salty.

In a Yahoo Sports article posted after that game, Peyton wasn’t labeled as a player displaying unsportsmanlike conduct. He was praised for simply wanting to win the game so badly. The article said:

"Peyton Manning didn't shake hands with New Orleans Saints players after his Indianapolis Colts lost 31-17 in Super Bowl XLIV. Apparently some think this is a sign of poor sportsmanship from the NFL's greatest player. It's not.

Walking off the field without congratulating Drew Brees may go against our misguided notion of what sportsmanship should be, but it wasn't at all disrespectful or bitter. It shows how much Peyton Manning wanted to win the game. And who can argue about that?"

The mainstream media's comments on Cam, today, are a totally different story.

Just another example at racial double standards, ESPCIALLY in sports.

Speaking of the media....

By now, you’ve seen the clip of Cam Newton getting up and leaving shortly after starting a media conference with reporters. His famous smile nowhere to be found and a look of defeat consumed him. But, what you didn’t see was who was sitting right next to him.

Cam didn’t walk off because he was having a temper tantrum. He walked off because he was forced to answer questions in the same room as the opposing team, the Denver Broncos. We hear this hardly EVER happens.

It’s being reported Cam could hear Denver cornerback Chris Harris talking to the media about how they pounded the Panthers and have every intent on making him prove he "lnew how to throw a football."  And that’s what set him off.  Chris said on ESPN live today that he would have been mad too if he heard his oppnent talking about him in the same room after the game.

We get it.  Being a leader (espcially the MVP) means swallowing some hard pills and staying above the fray.  Still, after a 15-1 winning season, losing at the Super Bowl had to be an extra tough pill to swallow.

Taraji P. Henson was spotted with her rumored boo Kelvin Hayden... again. The twosome hit up Super Bowl 50 together and looked like one, happy couple. Also in the stands, cutie Blue Ivy was spotted sitting with her mom’s bestie Gwyneth Paltrow and her kids during Beyonce’s halftime performance. Pics inside…

After getting cozy at the NFL Honors on Saturday night, “Empire” star Taraji P. Henson and her beau Kelvin Hayden were spotted together again.

The twosome were all hugged up before taking their luxury box seats to watch the Carolina Panthers and the Denver Broncos battle it out during Super Bowl 50 yesterday. We assume the Golden Globe winner isn’t bothered by the other chicks who came out claiming they were his girlfriend shortly after rumors started circulating that he was dating the 45-year-old actress.

Looks like she’s living her life like it's golden, regardless of the rumor mill.

During the game, Taraji made a major fumble off the field! As Coldplay took the stage to kick-off the halftime performance, she shot off an Instagram post that had the Internet laughing collectively.

Apparently, she missed the memo on who the halftime performers were. She praised “Maroon 5” for giving her life when it was Coldplay on the field performing! Oops! She quickly deleted the tweet and said, “Oooooooopppps. Lmao! #Superbowl50.”

Maroon 5 got wind of her tweet and responded:

Hilar! 

But there was a good reason why she confused the Super Bowl halftime headliner. Too much DRANK! She explained to Entertainment Tonight, “So, I don’t know if you know how it goes down in the suites. They put a lot of drinks in there — Kool-Aid, lemonade, iced tea. I mixed it all, and I sat there, and I’m sitting with people who drank the Kool-Aid as well.”

She said her friends kept talking about Maroon 5, so she assumed that’s who was performing. She continued, “Everyone’s talking about Maroon 5, and I put it down. And I’m like, ‘That’s not Maroon 5, right?’ And they’re like, ‘No, that’s Maroon 5!’ and I’m like, ‘Are you sure?’”

She ended with saying, “I’m human. I made a mistake. It happens! Come on, I drank the Kool-Aid!”

That's her story and she's sticking to it!

While her mom was busy snatching wigs and edges with an epic halftime performance, Beyonce’s daughter Blue Ivy was chilling in the suite with her mom’s bestie Gwyneth Paltrow and her kids, Apple and Moses.

Photogs captured cutie Blue trying to get down off of Gwen’s lap as she gave the tot a kiss on the cheek. Looks like Blue was ready to bust some moves like her mama.

LaLa Anthony and Debbie Allen helped celebrate Black History Month at the White House today. Pics and deets inside….

LaLa Anthony jetted from Miami to Washington, D.C. today to celebrate Black History Month at the White House. And she brought her handsome son Kiyan Anthony and her family along with her to celebrate at the joyous event.

Doesn't Kiyan look so dapper in his suit?! He's growing up right before our eyes.

The “Power” star and author took a tour of the White House where they caught up with First Lady Michelle Obama before La hosted a panel discussion. Kiyan nabbed the ultimate pic with FLOTUS.

Then, the First Family's dogs Sunny and Bo came out to meet LaLa and Kiyan. It appears Kiyan must want a dog for a pet. In an Instagram caption LaLa said, "FLOTUS @michelleobama convincing me to get Kiyan a dog AMAZING UNFORGETTABLE DAY!" Ha!

After making her rounds, LaLa joined a panel where she offered up some life gems for a few kiddies.

Also at the White House....

Legendary actress/producer/dance Debbie Allen was also in the building! The dance icon brought her little dancers to perform for the First Lady and the White House to celebrate Black History Month in the East Room today. FLOTUS said about the event:

It's #BlackHistoryMonth, and we're celebrating today with a workshop on dance bringing African American dance icons to the @WhiteHouse to help teach young, female dance students from across Washington, D.C. Start dancing with them here in the State Dining Room where they're practicing African dance. #DanceAtTheWhiteHouse

During the event, Debbie snagged a few fun “us-ies” with other guests who came out to celebrate. She shared a flick of famed choreographer Fatima Robinson and Dance Theatre of Harlem’s artistic director Virginia Johnson. She captioned,“Excited to be in DC for #DanceAtTheWhiteHouse with @fatima_noir & @dancetheatreofharlem's Virginia Johnson! #BlackHistoryMonth”.

Another dance legend in the mix, Artistic Director of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater Judith Jamison also came out to celebrate our history at the White House.

Speaking of the White House...

For their first LIVE interview together, President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama sat down with "CBS This Morning" co-host Gayle King ahead of Super Bowl 50 to chop it up about their final Super Bowl in the White House and their annual traditions.

POTUS and FLOTUS host several rooms during the big game to keep all of their guests happy. FLOTUS revealed,

"We have sort of three ways that we do the Super Bowl. We have the serious watchers. And that's the treaty room. If you're in that room, you're watching the game. Then there's the outside room where the kids are, where they're kind of fooling around. They're by the food."

POTUS chimed in, "We keep them away.” Ha!

Michelle finished saying,

"Then there's what I call the champagne room. That's where my mother sits. Where you really don't know what's going on but you're close to the champagne."

Not mad!

While we all know FLOTUS is an advocate for healthier eating, the Super Bowl meant many treats floated into the White House. The First Family and their friends snacked on typical Super Bowl food, including wings, pizza and guacamole. There was also a vegetable tray in the mix, but POTUS dubbed it, "the little vegetable tray that nobody touches." Ha! FLOTUS did make sure to mention there were two types of salads being served during the game. Cute.

The President and First Lady also played a fun game of "POTUS/FLOTUS".  Peep their interview above.

After the game....

Late night talk show host Stephen Colbert kicked off his post-Super Bowl 50 show with a surprise (and quite funny) appearance from President Barack Obama and FLOTUS who was dancing it up with the kids. Check it above.

Kel was also spotted taking baby Titan to a birthday party at a Mexican restaurant the next day.  Kelly recently told People.com that Titan's Argentinian nanny is already giving him Spanish lessons!

"I'm having to learn because I don't want him to learn more Spanish than me and start talking circles around me. When she's speaking to him, he's picking it up. He's picking it up rather quickly."

The Weeknd and girlfriend Bella Hadid.  Before the "Earned It" singer hits the Oscars in a couple weeks as a Best Song nominee, it looks like he has some drama on his hands.

When pics surfaced of Weeknd and Bella leaving dinner 5 minutes after they arrived....sources said they got into a huge argument and it got ugly.  From the look on Bella's face above, it's a pretty believable story.

It'll be interesting to see who is date is when the Oscars red carpet rolls around, but for now, he just hit up the Academy Award Nominee luncheon today in Beverly Hills.

Looks like little Violet Nash as been “taking notes” while her mom C-Milli gets her makeup done.

The 5-year-old, who will be celebrating a birthday later this month, made two Instagram clips where she’s showing off her makeup skills.

We noticed some folks in the comments are up in arms that a 5-year-old is putting on makeup, while others praised little Violet as an upcoming makeup artist. While we’re still on the fence about it, Violet is an absolute cutie.

Ciara has inked a new deal with another brand. But, she also has a new lawsuit on her hands. She’s suing her baby's father Future for defamation. Deets inside…

Following a successful campaign with Roberto Cavalli, Ciara is teaming up with another brand. This time the R&B songstress will be the face of footwear brand Keds, along with singer Tori Kelly and actress Allison Williams, dubbed the Keds Collective.

CiCi will flex her model skills in the footwear brand’s Spring 2016 collection to celebrate the company’s 100th anniversary.And we've got the first sneak peek at her spread above.

Not only will she be featured in the new campaign, she’s also creating a customized Keds collection in collaboration with TopShop (another brand she faces), according to WWD. The new collection is expected to hit stores in March.

The “I Bet” singer will perform at the “100 Years of Keds” event in West Chelsea (NYC) held at Refinery 29 on February 10th. Congrats CiCi!

Today, the singer debuted a new blonde hue after ditching her long, dark tresses. She seemingly seems unbothered, especially with these new reports that she filed a lawsuit against her ex-fiance Future.

According to The Jasmine Brand, CiCi pulled the trigger on a $15 million defamation lawsuit last month claiming the ATL rapper is trying to ruin her career with false statements and accusations.

She’s trying her damndest to keep Future from talking about her negatively and to keep their son Future Wilborn's name out of his mouth.

The lawsuit was filed in Fulton County, Georgia on January 21st with accusations of defamation, slander and libel. She claims over the past year Future has made false statement regarding her character and her parenting skills. She claims he dragged her name in the media in an attempt to boost album and tour sales.

You’ll recall his attempt at dragging CiCi via Twitter with claims that she has control issues and that she was keeping him away from his son.

She mentions her current boyfriend Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson in the suit as well. She says Future is exploiting her new relationship, using lies to help promote his new music.

She also recalls that HuffPost interview that Future did where he disclosed details about their sex life. She says he inappropriately revealed details about their personal life that should have remained under wraps. She points out another interview Future did with XXL where he called her evil for letting Baby Future attend Russell’s NFL training camps and being photographed together.

The suit also says since December 2014, Future has seen his son a total of 19 times, with some occasions spanning several days. 19 times? Really Future? She claims she has gone out of her way to bring her son to Georgia to spend time with his dad, but to no avail.

As Future continued to blast her in the media, CiCi finally decided she's no longer keeping quiet and is now taking matters into her own hands…legally. She's demanding $15 milli in damages and another $25K in legal fees.  This could be a move to simply get him to shut up. 

As of now, Future has not responded to the pending lawsuit. This could get messy….

Sad news for DMX.  Reports allege he recently had to be brought back to life...by cops. The reason why, though, is unclear.  All the details inside, plus updates about Buffalo Bills baller LeSean McCoy and his brawl with Philly cops...

On Monday night, DMX reportedly collapsed and lost consciousness. A pulse could not be found and cops were called tot he scene.

While X's reps claimed this was a horrible bout with asthma, other reports state all signs point to an overdose.

That's two totally different things, so who's right?

A witness told cops X definitely ingested a white substance, which prompted the cops to use the antidote to narcotic ODs to bring him back to life:

Yonkers cops responded to a call about an unconscious male at a Ramada Inn just after 6 PM. We're told when cops arrived DMX was on the ground in the parking lot next to a parked car. Cops quickly determined he was lifeless, not breathing with no pulse and immediately began CPR.

After a minute of CPR X's pulse came back.  

A witness on scene told cops DMX had ingested some sort of powder before lapsing into unconsciousness. Cops gave him Narcan, an antidote to narcotic ODs. DMX became "semi-conscious" and wastaken to the hospital.

X's reps, however, say the rapper claims he didn't take any drugs or powder.  He's been suffering from bronchitis for a few days.  A family member says X asked for his inhaler (for his asthma) right before he fell unconscious but was unable to get it to him in time.

The rapper is currently in stable condition.

In other news:

Former Philadelphia Eagle LeSean McCoy returned to the city of Philly this past weekend.  Ish quickly went left for the current Buffalo Bills baller, and a huge fight ensued.

The brawl was all over a bottle of champagne early Sunday morning (around 2:45AM) at Recess nightclub.  ABC News reports that off duty officers tangled with a group that McCoy as in, then four members of the group turned on the officers and beat him severely:

The argument, which, according to multiple reports, took place inside the Recess nightclub in the Old City, began over ownership of a bottle of champagne, according to the police statement. Police said "pushing and shoving" over the bottle led to one of the off-duty officers being knocked to the ground, and while he was on the ground, he was "punched, kicked and stomped about his body and head multiple times by all four suspects."

Police say that officer was treated for a possible skull fracture and another officer had broken ribs and cuts on his eye.  The fight had to be broken up by another officer and security guard.

TMZ released video of the foolery that went down.  They report that their Philly PD sources told them, "We believe the man in the red boxers who gets pulled into the ice bucket is LeSean McCoy."

As of today, no charges have been filed and no arrests have been made.  An investigation is pending and LeSean has been named a suspect. 

Not sure why these PROFESSIONAL athletes get themselves caught up in avoidable situations such as this.  Putting your NFL paycheck and job in jeopardy over some bubbly....just Nah.

P.S. Meek Mill ALSO was reportedly in the club, but had nothing to do with the fight.  He may be questioned about what went down though.

The new platform will highlight diversity in the creative sphere through images, visuals essays and insightful interviews to tell our stories and to make our talents more visible.

We’re SO here for black empowerment!

In the compelling pictorial, Jussie and Jurnee are dressed in all black while raising their black-gloved fists in the black power salute. Their photo is the first installment of an ongoing portrait series shot for Creators of Color. The campaign will be highlighting artists both in front of and behind the camera who inspire us to push the limits of creativity everyday.

Jussie shared the image on his Instagram with the caption,“Happy Monday. #StayWoke @l10_lax for @CreatorsOfColor portrait session -- a new platform highlighting diversity in the creative sphere through images, visual essays and insightful interviews. #creatorsofcolor”

We’re sure folks will have something to say about this, just as they did when Beyonce and her dancers held up the black power salute during her halftime performance at Super Bowl 50.  If you haven't noticed, tons of think pieces both supporting and condemning Beyonce's performance have taken over the net since Sunday.

When one of the most powerful living entertainers in the world takes a stance on anything, it's almost guaranteed there will be backlash.  Beyoncé said she seems to cause all this conversation, and here.we.go.  Find out about who's coming for the Queen Bey now inside and how she's upgrading everyone involved....

When Mrs. Carter dropped that "Formation" song and video on Saturday, pretty much sewing up everybody's weekend, it was the line about Red Lobster that went viral instantly.

The married singer said when her puts it down right, she takes his ass to Red Lobster.  Hilariously good.  Unfortunately, Red Lobster didn't cash in on it like we KNOW Whataburger or Burger King's social media would have.

When they did, several hours later, folks were underwhelmed and asked if that was the best they could come up with.  Ha!

Yet and still, the chain said sales were up 33% on Sunday over the previous year.  According to CNN Money:

Red Lobster spokesperson Erica Ettori said the brand was mentioned on Twitter 42,000 times in a single hour and trended for the first time in history.

A similar situation occurred when she randomly shouted out 7-11 in her 2014 song.  Now THAT is influence.

But there's another side to the singer's power and outspokeness she exudes through her art:

When Beyoncé put on that unapologetic AF performance at Super Bowl 50, the Hive was probably salivating while waiting for folks to say something crazy.  So Beyhive, assemble!

There have been plenty of folks coming for Bey's crown, but something tells us that's exactly what she expected.  People are uncomfortable hearing all that unapologetic blackness in her song, then even more uncomfortable seeing it play out on their TV screens on Super Bowl Sunday.  In other words, Beyoncé did her job as an artist.

Still, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was quick to slam Bey’s black pride performance telling FOX News, "I think it was outrageous. The halftime show I thought was ridiculous anyway. I don't know what the heck it was. A bunch of people bouncing around and all strange things. It was terrible."

The fact you, a lawyer and politician, "didn't know" what black berets, black uniforms, black fists, black bands around the leg and the big huge X on your screen were, is B.S.  Or it's white privilege.  Either way, that says more about you, Giuliani, than it does anyone else.  You were damn near a grown man during the black power movement, so acting clueless to prove some point doesn't work in this case.

There's also a boycott being formed for next week in NYC at the NFL Headquarters.  People are in their feelings about the Superbowl halftime show being used as a platform to talk about the current environment in America.
