Chris Brown has finally revealed the cover art for his highly anticipated album Royalty.  Check out the artwork inside and listen to his new song "Gravity."  Plus, we've got new pics of his adorable daughter Royalty!

"Zero" singer Chris Brown revealed the very intimate cover art for his seventh album Royalty today.  The black and white photo was shot by Italian photographer Francesco Carrozzini, capturing a tender moment between father and daughter.

Francesco shot two other pics from the album's photo spread, which Chris also shared on Instagram (above).  The album is due in stores on Nov. 27th and will also feature the single “Liquor.” 

In addition to the album photos, Chris also posted a few new pics of Royalty on Instagram too.

He captioned the pic above, "Time for school. (Trying to learn how to do her hair)" followed by "confused" and "laughing" emojis.

But it looks like Breezy got it done, and little Royalty looks happy. Adorbs!

Little King Cairo, the son of rapper Tyga and Blac Chyna, celebrates his 3rd birthday today.  In celebration of the grand occasion Uncle Chris shared a new photo of him too!

As we mentioned earlier, Chris Brown's Royalty disc is marked for a Nov. 27th release. While we wait for the disc to drop, Chris  has dipped into his vault of music to deliver a previously-unreleased track for his fans.  According to some of Breezy's hard-core social media followers, the song was completed three years ago. 

The song is from his “unreleased Breezy collection” and it's named “Gravity” (Stuck In The Middle):

There’s a new television series in the works set to chronicle Michael Jackson’s last days, thanks to Tavis Smiley. Come inside to get the deets about the new show and how it came about. Also, we have Will Smith on a serious mission in Bomba Estéreo's new"Fiesta" video….

There’s a new series in the works set to give us an inside look at Michael Jackson’s last months, six years after his passing. And it’s being developed by talk show host/author/producer Tavis Smiley.

According to Deadline, Tavis has inked a multi-year development deal with Warner Bros. Television Group to develop scripted TV series. And one of his first projects will be TV adaptations of two of his books, the upcoming Before You Judge Me: The Triumph And Tragedy of Michael Jackson’s Last Days, an account of the last 16 months of his life, and My Journey With Maya, a memoir of Tavis’ nearly 30-year relationship with legendary poet Maya Angelou.

A synopsis of the book is below:

Set to be published in June 2016, Before You Judge Me is described as a taut novelistic rendering of the final months in the life of the iconic pop star, chronicling his constant hunt for privacy in a life that was more public than almost any other, and the pressures he endured as someone whose fame made him socially fragile and almost unable to live.

No word (yet) on when the series will debut, but it’s likely to be a little ways away. Since the book won’t be published until June 2016, we assume the show will debut sometime after that. We’ll keep you posted.

As for his memoir on Maya, Tavis released the book in April of this year, which is an account of personal memories with the renowned poet and insight on their long friendship. Tavis is also set to develop a stage play for the book along with Tony Award winning director Kenny Leon. Nice!

In a new video...

A few weeks ago Will Smith shocked the world when he hopped on a new track with a Columbian dance group. Now, he’s starring in the new video treatment.

Big Willie dropped bars on a remix of Bomba Estéreo's "Fiesta" after hearing the track during a trip to Colombia. He got in contact with the group, asked to hop on the song and viola! Now, he’s invading a warehouse dance party in the visual treatment. Check it above.

It’s being reported Will Smith has hopped back in the studio to work on a new album with 30 songs supposedly lined up already. He’s also set to go on a world tour next summer with DJ Jazzy Jeff.

We've got good news and bad news.  Lamar Odom is out of his coma and speaking.  Good.  But, workers at Love Ranch South are linking a recent episode of "KUWTK" to his meltdown. Bad.  More on thata nd new pics of Lamar's family inside...

 
Since we last talked to you about Lamar Odom, he's has begun speaking.  According to Page Six, the former NBA star said 'Hey Baby' to Khloe, and will be taken off of his ventilator (very slowly). 

A source also told PEOPLE of Lamar's medical condition; 'The CAT scan came back clean, and they're slowing taking him off each machine. He's off dialysis and that looks good. We're hopeful.' The mag also reports that Khloe said "I Love You" and he nodded his head. 

Another good thing - His family (whom all arrived on Tuesday) were seen smiling yesterday. His kids (Destiny, Lamar Jr -atop) were spotted outside of their hotel while Aunt Janean Mercer (above) was seen at Sunrise Hospital (where Lamar is staying). 

More details about what sent Lamar into a spiral are coming out bit by bit.

Although we're never been to legal brothel Love Ranch South, we've become very acquainted with the staff over the past week.  It's virtually impossible to escape Dennis Hof, the quite messy, publicity loving camera-ready owner who has been on every tv news show imaginable since Lamar was found unconscious earlier this week.  See the FULL report here. 

The world has also met manager TJ Moore who has provided us with our latest set of Lamar Odom tidbits. While most fellas go to brothels for a little privacy...that all goes out the window once you're found unconscious.  Here's what we know about Lamar's $79K stay at Love Ranch South (via TJ Moore speaking to the Daily Mail):

-According to prostitutes Ryder Cherry (who received $37,500) and Monica Monroe (who received $37,500) Lamar watched an episode of "KUWTK" featuring estranged/ex-wife Khloe Kardashian and he was a part of the storyline.

-After the episode aired, he received several phone calls from his assistant that made him irate.  No one knows the nature of their conversation.

-Eventually, Lamar added worker Simone Sinclair  ($3,000) to the bevy of ladies who visited hit VIP suite.  And he complained to the ladies about his life being a wreck.

-Lamar dined on steak, KFC and nearly a full bottle of Cognac.

-He consumed at least 10 Herbal Viagra pills and admitted to Cocaine use on Saturday

Dennis Hof also provided an extra tidbit.  He says Lamar also asked to meet trans prostitute Madison Montag, a lady he'd seen on Instagram.  You may have hard her name as one of the prostitutes who found Lamar unconscious.  She just recently erased her account from social media this week.

Dennis even provided receipts.  Literally, Lamar's receipt for his order-o-women has been scanned and sent to the Daily Mail.  Messy.

According to Radar Online, Lamar had pleaded with Khloe to stop filming their phone calls for "KUWTK," but those pleas fell on deaf ears.  And yes....Sunday's episode featured a phone call with Lamar.  

A source also told the publication, "The Kardashians all have Lamar's blood on their hands. They have demonized and exploited him for their stupid show." 

If this is all true, we look forward to him sitting down with Oprah Winfrey one day and setting the record straight on his life before and after that family.

Rapper Tyga threw his 3-year-old son King Cairo and huge birthday party at the Racer's Edge Indoor Karting centre in LA.  You'll having to check out the photos over on Daily Mail, but we'll describe what went down. 

Many of the #RichKids (under the age of 5) were there. The Who's Who. North West. Royalty. All of Kourtney Kardashian's kids. If your parents are famous and you live in the LA area.....you probably got an invitation.  Drummer Travis Barker was spotted bringing his kids as well.  As for Blue Ivy, she was busy getting ready to hit the Janet Jackson concert with her mom.

Chris Brown brought Royalty along.

The cuteness that is North West arrived with papa Kanye West in her Minnie Mouse hat.  Everybody hit the slides for some fun.

We're not trying to be messy (maybe a little) but we searched Instagram and came to the conclusion that Blac Chyna didn't attend the Racer's Edge party. Maybe because Kylie was there? So......maybe she and Amber Rose are going to plan something later. Interestingly, she and Tyga did host King's b-day party together last year.  They weren't a couple then either, but Kylie, who wasn't yet "legal", didn't atend.

Back to Tyga.....after he left the birthday bash...... 

Tyga and girlfriend Kylie Jenner headed to a video shoot for his next single.  They shot the clip until the wee hours of the morning, while wearing matching letterman jackets. 

We don't know much about the video concept except that they exited a Rolls-Royce surrounded by smoke.  Obviously....the concept and finished product is going to be groundbreaking.  Or so they want us to believe. #staytuned.

Ms. Jackson's arrival brought out thousands of fans and some of Hollywood's A-listers.  Beyonce Knowles, an admitted Janet-fanatic, was among the folks seen cheering on Miss Jackson (above). 

Beyonce brought her daughter Blue Ivy along to witness the Queen Diva in action too.  Sidebar.....In 2014, Beyonce dressed up as Janet Jackson for Halloween while Blue Ivy served up Michael Jackson tease.  

Emmy-winning producer and actress Queen Latifah was spotted outside The Forum before the show.  Yes...the "Queen" came to pay homage to another queen. It was like a meeting of the royals.....

Zendaya was also on hand to witness Janet in action. Although Zendaya was born AFTER Janet's Control/Rhythm Nation heydays, you can still see how Janet has influenced her. 

Zen, who recently rocked a fantastic photoshoot for Mane Addicts, was surprisingly low key last night.  We were hoping she would have "dressed like Janet" for the evening.

Last ngiht, TheYBF.com attended the 2015 REVOLT Music Conference's EPIC concert experience.  How epic was it?  Listen to the lineup:  Puff Daddy & The Family, Lil Kim, Lil Wayne, French Montana, Los, Christian Combs and Busta Rhymes, Jidenna, Dej Loaf, Travis Scott and Post Malone.  This was the concert of the year!  Fans heard many hits from the past 20 years!  Watch the REVOLT video recap above..... 

SIDEBAR - It looks like Busta Rhymes is finally toning up his bod.  We know he has a gym membership because he beat up one of the trainers a few weeks ago!

Meanwhile, Lil Wayne (shown with French Montana) and his legal team are battling to keep his sex tape off the internet...oops, we've already seen it! 

Iconic rapstress Lil Kim came out and did her verse from "All About The Benjamins."  Of course the crowd went WILD!

"Classic Man" Jidenna brought some of his swag to the stage too.

Funnyman Tracy Morgan made a triumphant return to late night television, hosting last night's episode of "Saturday Night Live."  Come inside and watch a collection of his most funny moments...

Saturday night, comedian Tracy Morgan returned to "Saturday Night Live" for the first time since the tragic car wreck that left him in a coma for eight days and killed his mentor, comedian James "Jimmy Mack" McNair.

But Tracy is back, healed and in rare form! He immediately started off his monologue with zingers like:

"People are wondering, can he speak? does he have 100% mental capacity? but the truth is, I never did!" I might actually be a few points higher now!"

He also reunited with the cast of the hit series "30 Rock" (Alec Baldwin, Tina Fey, Jane Krakowski and Jack McBrayer) for a weirdly-funny scene about his "near" death.

Later in the show Tracy appeared in a "Family Feud" sketch (it was the funniest!), brought back his one of his more popular characters, animal handler, Brian Fellows and joined Kenan Thompson for a sketch dubbed: "Yo! Where Jackie Chan at Right Now?"

Is he still funny? Yes. It was a true comeback.

R&B/Pop starlet Ciara made an in-store appearance at TopShop inside Fashion Show Mall on Friday.

Cici, who was recently named TopShop's brand ambassador, donned a trendy denim jumpsuit from the company's latest collection.  Cute!

After her appearance, she headed to Drai's Beach Club where she performed a few of her hit songs. If you'd like to see her in action for yourself, her Jackie Tour is heading out across North America for it's second leg starting Nov. 27th in Atlanta, Georgia.

On the streets of New York...

Oscar-winning actress Lupita Nyong'o was seen bundled up in a fedora, scarf and thin blazer as she braved the chilly NY weather.

A few days ago, Lupita made her New York stage debut at The Public Theater in "Eclipsed," a play written by actress Danai Gurira. Her reviews were excellent and the critics loved her.  If you're in the NYC area, the play runs until Nov. 29th.

In West Hollywood...

Kanye West and Drake were both spotted dining at The Nice Guy restaurant on Friday.  The two celebs were there for a private star-studded function that also welcomed Karrueche Tran as a guest.

Speaking of Drake, during a recent interview with "W", the former "Degrassi" star revealed that he's interested in conquering Hollywood the same way he's dominated the music scene. And from the sound of it, he and his team are putting those wheels in motion.

"I can’t wait to get back into acting. No one ever asks me to do movies, and, although music is my focal point now, I'd love to do a film. That was the life that I lived before, and it would be interesting to live it again."

In Las Vegas....

Malika Haqq, the bestie of reality star Khloe Kardashian and the star of the E! spinoff series "Dash Dolls," was spotted shopping for supplies and other essentials yesterday. 

We suspect the family sent her out to get a few items that Khloe might need while camped out at Lamar's bedside inside Sunrise Hospital.  Reports says Khloe has been a constant source of strength for Lamar and has been in charge of all medical decisions during his time of need.  An insider told US Magazine,

"Making these decisions is very hard. Most people have been waiting in a waiting room outside the room and will go in one at a time. Khloe has really been the only one in the room 24/7, sleeping by his bedside and keeping vigil."

According to TMZ, Lamar has made drastic improvements in the past 24 hours. In fact, he is breathing completely on his own and has been taken off the ventilator! But as a cautionary measure, he's still wearing an oxygen mask to increase his oxygen levels.

They're also reporting that he is responding to doctors both physically and verbally and his heart is still doing well. #PraiseGod That said, Lamar still has a long journey ahead of himself as several organs are still not responding.

Rapper Kevin Gates married his longtime love over the weekend.  See wedding pics inside and check out "LAHH ATL" star Erica Dixon with her boo William Gay.

Baton Rouge native Kevin Gates married his longtime girlfriend Dreka Haynes yesterday in a lavish hometown wedding.  Both he and Dreka (who refers to herself as #BigBootyDreka on Instagram) posted several pics and videos on their social media platforms.

When you click on the videos below, you'll see that their wedding was a family affair and everyone hit the dance floor!  In addition to the wobble, there was a lot of "bounce" music played and everyone participated in the line dances. 

On one of the pics, Kevin wrote "The best thing I ever did.”

In this pic, Kevin and Dreka posed with their kids.

In one funny video, Kevin shows he hasn't lost his sense of humor regarding groupies.  He looks into the camera and says, “Yall gotta go ask Dreka...if y'all could borrow some of her Royal Pickle from here on out.”

"LAHH ATL" starlet Erica Dixon has finally found her "Mr. Right" in William Gay, a star player for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Last night, the pair stepped out for a fancy A-list function and Erica really looked like a football wife.  She's seems very happy now that she's moved on from Lil Scrappy...so we wish her the best.  #fingerscrossed

They've been dating for a few months now, but you wouldn't know it.  Erica and William have been pretty smart about keeping their relationship off of social media.  Every now and then, one of them will post a pic or two.  But it's never anything too intrusive.  Based on the way they've handled their "love" so far, we don't expect to see him on "LAHH ATL" next year.

Iconic comedian Eddie Murphy was honored by The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts with the nation’s top prize for humor. See photos and video inside...

Last night at The John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts in Washington, DC, Eddie Murphy was awarded the nation's top prize for comedy: The Mark Twain Prize.

The festivities brought out a handful of the most famous comedians in the world, who all paid tribute and homage to Eddie: one of the best to ever do it.

The list of folks who hit the stage to crack jokes and honor the legendary actor/standup specialist included Dave Chappelle, George Lopez, Chris Rock, Kathy Griffin, Arsenio Hall, Trevor Noah and Whitney Cummings.

As a recipient of the prize, Eddie joins a very distinguished list of folks that include Jay Leno, Carol Burnett, Tina Fey, Whoopi Goldberg, Ellen DeGeneres, Will Ferrell and Richard Pryor. Not bad company at all.

Also....Eddie made a joke about Bill Cosby during his acceptance speech.  Peep that at the end of the post....

Eddie's entire family was on hand to watch him receive this honor, including his beautiful daughters (above), girlfriend Paige Butcher and his mother Lillian Murphy.

You know.....we usually see these two holding coffee cups and wearing sweats - but they clean up nicely.

Arsenio Hall, Eddie Murphy's best friend and co-star of the CLASSIC film "Coming To America," was among the comedians who paid honor and tribute.

"The Daily Show" host Trevor Noah told the crowd he was introduced to Eddie via the film  “Coming to America.”  He said,

“Eddie Murphy’s influenced almost every single comedian— especially of my generation. He did everything brilliantly. He showed me a benchmark to aim for. He made me realize that there was a level of excellence to try and attain, and I still think I’m working at that ’til this day.”

TV personality and actor JB SMoove, also one of the funniest comedian's in the business, spoke to to audience about Eddie's impact on his career.

Funnyman Tracy Morgan, who made a triumphant return to late night via his hosting gig on "SNL" over the weekend, arrived with his wife Megan.

He told the audience,“He’s the reason I’m in comedy. He’s the reason I have a job. He’s the reason I have a career.”

Dave Chappelle brought wife Elaine and daughter Sonal to the event. He also spoke to the audience about Eddie and his cultural influence through sketch comedy.

"SNL" standout Jay Pharoah joined fellow SNL stars (and alum) Kevin Nealon and Joe Piscopo to talk about the road Eddie paved before him.

After rocking the stage at the 2015 Revolt Music Conference, Robin Thicke cleared his schedule for some family time over the weekend.

Escaping the cold weather, the shirtless 38-year-old singer took his 5-year-old son Julian Thicke (with ex-wife Paula Patton) and his 20-year-old model girlfriend April Love Geary to hang out at the beach in Miami for some fun in the sun.

The threesome hopped in the ocean and had a ball splashing around in the waves. Fun times.

Afterward frolicking in the ocean, Robin cuddled up with his lady on the beach. Must be nice....

Another daddy on duty...

Rapper Tyga and his adorable son King Cairo are still celebrating King’s 3rd birthday. After throwing a huge racecar themed birthday bash at Racer's Edge, T-Raww took his baby boy and some friends out to eat in L.A.

While Blac Chyna wasn’t invited to King’s racecar bash, she threw her own party to celebrate his birthday in the backyard with tons of friends over the weekend.

For yesterday’s festivities, Tyga, King and friends dined at Yang Chow restaurant in L.A. to chow down on Mandarin & Sichuan cuisines. Sounds yummy.

Today, we're shining a light on two YBF celebs who used their talents and financial resources to "better" the lives of others.  Find out what 50 Cent and R. Kelly did inside....

"Power" producer 50 Cent recently made a huge donation to support families fighting against breast cancer.  On his Instagram page, he shared a picture of battle rapper Hitman Holla (left) and his mother, Sevmek Fulton after they'd received a check for  $10K, which he donated to her foundation, Passion for Pink.

In case you didn't know, 50 Cent lost his grandmother (who raised him) to cancer a few years ago.  That's one of the reasons he decided to join in the fight against cancer.

"If you noticed me over the years you know I don't mind fighting. I been fighting my whole life. I had to fight in my hood for position, fight my way into music, fight to Win. Now I gotta fight to keep it, it's cool it's just another fight. The only lost on my record is to cancer my Nana was the love of my life, but @hitmanholla mom is gonna Win the rematch for me."

FYI - Hitman Holla's mom is a survivor of breast cancer and she held a a fundraiser for Passion for Pink over the weekend. The event was sponsored by 50's company Effen Vodka.

In other charitable contributions...

R&B crooner R. Kelly held a benefit concert on October 14th at the Chicago Theatre to help save the home of famed Chicago Public Schools teacher and vocal coach Lena McLin. Ms. Lena was the first person to recognize Robert's talent and see the superstar he could become. In an interview with the Chicago Sun-Times (which we've included below), he spoke of her powerful influence saying,

“On the first day I met her, Ms. McLin told me, ‘You’re going to be one of the greatest singers, songwriters and performers of all time.’ I thought the lady was crazy,

Ms. McLin reached down in me and pulled out something greater than me. She taught me opera, classical music, jazz, gospel. She said, ‘You are music. You’re not in any one category. Anything you attempt, you’ll be able to tap into the spirit of it, and that’s the gift you have.’ She made me.”

If you'd like to know how Ms. McLin ended up in a financial bind...here's the backstory. Although she taught at Chicago Public Schools for 36 years, she couldn't afford to keep her home (at 69th and Oglesby) once her building went condo. Because she's s living on a teachers pension, news about the "condo" situation put her in a huge predicament.  Luckily....her star student came to the rescue. Now.....we are happy to report that enough money was raised to save her home!

One of our fave YBF chicks is being honored in a new issue of Harper’s Bazaar. And she’s bringing the FAB in her pictorials. Tennis champion Serena Williams made the list of Harper Bazzar’s Women Who Dare, a celebration of women who are living by their own rules and not apologetic about it. While hanging out in a Toronto hotel (likely with her boo Drake), the 34-year-old undisputed champ chopped it up about how she’s trying to play calmer, what "daring" means to her, how she prepares for red carpet events and more.

Below are the highlights:

On playing calmer on the court:"I've made it a point to be calmer. You know me, I'm really intense and really crazy, but in my career I want to be more calm." Her reasons are physical as well as emotional. "When I went through all of that stuff with my lungs [she suffered a life-threatening pulmonary embolism in 2011], that's when I decided to be more calm on the court."

On being 34 and still playing tennis:"Yeah," she agrees. "But you know what? I think I was prepared for this for so many years, practicing, training. I'm 34. I've been training and doing this …" Since she was a kid. She corrects me. "Since I was three."

On her definition of “daring”: "Daring to me is taking a chance but not doing it blindly. A very calculated chance. Think of amazing women like Sheryl Sandberg and Oprah Winfrey—they're daring, but they're not jumping off a building without a parachute, you know?" Again, this perspective comes with growing up. "You have to be smart about it. You can't be afraid to be a pioneer and take a chance and speak up and just be bold." Williams characterizes her tennis game as "built around chances. I don't know any other way."

She adds,

"Venus is daring," she says of her sister. "And Ronda Rousey, the UFC fighter. The way she speaks up for herself is bold and inspiring." For Williams, there is no choice but to live, and play, boldly. "I feel stronger now," she says before heading off, with a little shrug, to training. "Some people are born to do certain things, and I think I was born to do tennis. I definitely didn't miss my calling!" She laughs. "I think all that training just comes together."

On how she gets rid of the nerves before a red carpet event:"Every time I go down a red carpet, I get a little nervous," she says with a sigh. "I've done it 20,000 times, but you'd be surprised. I always have to take a deep breath before I go out there. Put on a brave, bold pose."

On when she’s the most comfortable: "Walking around without makeup. I like the feeling of being stripped of everything and just being myself." She grins. "Watching Netflix."

Talk show host Chrissy Teigen, the outspoken wife of John  Legend, thought she was doing a "cool" thing by posting her first baby bump pic.  Sadly,  she was wrong. The kids on the Internet came for her.....

Here's what happened.....

Chrissy posted the pic above with the caption "Somebody is early to the party."  Seems pretty innocent right?  Why did folks get "offended" that her bump is so big...so fast?  Seriously. 

This led to an entire round of back-and-forth with "followers" asking if she used IVF (which she admitted) and questioning how long she's been pregnant.  She responded,

While admitting to using IVF, Chrissy also revealed that this Twitter exchange with fans (regarding her pregnancy) will be her last.  

Her final words to haters...."Get Out Of My Uterus." 

SMH.......we hope she doesn't stop sharing photos.  We're very happy for her and John.

Pop stars Evan Ross and Ashlee Simpson Ross (who shared their wedding album a few months ago) have also gifted fans and followers with an adorable pic of their 2-month-old daughter Jagger. 

The proud mommy added the caption, "Yessssss!!! Baby we did this. Look at our lovely daughter.!! #jaggersnowross She is LOVE pure love!! @realevanross"

Evan and Ashlee, whom are also the parents to Ashlee's 6-year-old son Bronx, don't post too many pics of their kids....but we're very happy when they do!

Look who hit the runway...

Over the weekend, Christina Milian brought her "We Are Pop Culture" line to life on the runway with the help of her adorable daughter Violet Nash.  It was all part of the "Pop Gang Kids" collection, for fashionable youngsters.  Christina captioned the pic, "Had my mini me out there for the first time and she was smiling from ear to ear. I Love this picture."

If you're wondering about the young lady holding Violet's hand, her name is Mychal Bella.  She's a highly sought after kid actor and model in Hollywood.

Anthony Mackie is no stranger to controversial topics in the media. Remember when he said black men wearing "locks" led to racial profiling? Yeah, well now he’s raising eyebrows with his presidential endorsement.

The Captain America star sat down with BET recently to promote his upcoming film Our Brand Is Crisis, a drama flick about politics in Bolivia.

When asked if he had to choose between running Hilary Clinton’s campaign or Donald Trump’s campaign, he said he would 100% choose Trump over Clinton. His reason? He claims Trump is an easy sell because “you can sell him as the guy who worked his way up from nothing.” Hmm… did Anthony know that Donald’s father Fred Trump was a real estate developer and reportedly left Donald $300 million when he died? Hardly "working his way up from nothing."  Plus....Hilary's family was not upper class by any means.

Back to the interview...

Anthony revealed his endorsement saying,

"I would 100 percent want to run Trump's campaign. 100 percent," he said. "I mean, first that'll be the best party ever when he won, and second, Trump's an easy sell... When you look at Trump, he's an easy sell because you can sell him as the guy who worked his way up from nothing. And I think if you're a 'pull yourself up by your bootstraps' candidate, people would identify with that."

So does this mean Mr. Mackie will be putting in a vote for Trump if he makes the ballot? He said,

"I'm on the bandwagon," he said. "I'm drinking the Kool-Aid!"

As his worldwide apology tour continues, TI proved to a few ladies that he's very supportive of women and their endeavors...especially if they are naked and dancing to his music.  Watch TIP lay out $30K in tip(s) inside plus, we've got a statement from Scarface regarding his arrest... 

So......let's talk about TI.  A few days ago he made headlines around the world after he made some very sexist comments about women and their capabilities.  Mainly, he argues that a woman could not lead the United States. Why?  He feels that women make decisions based on emotion.

His exact words were:

“Not to be sexist but, I can’t vote for the leader of the free world to be a woman,” he said. “Just because, every other position that exists, I think a woman could do well. But the president? It’s kinda like, I just know that women make rash decisions emotionally – they make very permanent, cemented decisions – and then later, it’s kind of like it didn’t happen, or they didn’t mean for it to happen. And I sure would hate to just set off a nuke. [Other leaders] will not be able to negotiate the right kinds of foreign policy; the world ain’t ready yet. I think you might be able to the Lochness Monster elected before you could [get a woman].”

Well.....the collective response to those comments were negative.  Even Oprah Winfrey chimed in to share her disapproval.  So guess what came next....his apology.  He tweeted,

Over the weekend, TI's apology tour continued in Dallas, TX where he headed to VIP Live to prove to a group of ladies that he DOES support women. In fact, he spent $30K in singles....showing how much he values women for their appearance, choice of song and ability to do a handstand.

Oh Tip....

Remember that time Scarface got arrested?

A few days ago, we revealed to you that rapper Scarface was arrested shortly after he accepted the "I Am Legend" Award” at the 2015 BET Hip Hop Awards, when sheriffs whisked him off to jail. Allegedly, the rapper owed thousands of dollars in child support payments.   Now....he's speaking out for himself.

Today, we received a statement from Scarface (aka Brad Jordan) clearing up the matter...

First and foremost I would like to thank my supporters for their concern during my recent arrest in Atlanta. While we have resolved the issue I would like to correct some misinformation. The amount reported that was owed is inaccurate and I had no knowledge about there being an arrest order for me as I have traveled to Atlanta many times; with the latest trip being in September to perform at the One Music Festival. Due to the nature of the case (having a minor child involved), I will make no further comment at this time. Brad Jordan AKA Scarface Mr. Jordan was released on Friday, October 16th

While Scarface did not include how much he actually owe(d), we trust that he is now in good standing with the law.

First Lady Michelle Obama is taking her Reach Higher initiative up a notch. Today, she kicked off the “Better Make Room” campaign at the White House. And she invited Ciara and Angela Simmons to attend. Peep the pics and a few funny videos we rounded up inside….

First Lady Michelle Obama launched an amazing new campaign to empower young people to take control of their education and power their dreams. As a part of her Reach Higher Initiative, FLOTUS kicked off her new public awareness campaign, Better Make Room today at the White House, inviting 20+ social media, business, and nonprofit partners for the launch.

The campaign targets Generation Z (young people 14-19) to celebrate education, change the national conversation, and reach students directly where they are and give them a space to create content while also navigating the college-going process, according to the White House.

Our fabulous First Lady expressed her vision for the initiative saying,

“We want to create a space where young people can engage with each other. Where they can inspire each other to complete their education beyond high school. We want to make room for their stories, their dreams and their achievements. Right now, that space doesn’t really exist in pop culture. It's about turning the culture of celebrity upside down so that we don’t just have kids worshiping celebrities, but we also have celebrities honoring kids who are working hard and achieving their goals. That's where we're going to shine the spotlight on those kids and their stories."

We've got a recap from Day 2 of the 2015 REVOLT Music Conference where music mogul LA Reid received the event's highest honor.  See pics inside and watch conference attendees Sevyn Streeter and Mario singing an impromptu duet.

For the past couple of days, we've been bringing you recaps from Sean Combs' 2015 REVOLT Music Conference (RMC), held at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach.

The theme of the conference was “The Merging of Music, Technology and Innovation," and TheYBF.com was live on the scene to witness a long line of industry trailblazers passing on their knowledge and expertise to the next generation.

One of our favorite moments was the #AskDiddy panel where Mr. Combs answered questions from the audience and around the world via Twitter and Google Chat.

There was also an exclusive one-on-one conversation with Scooter Braun and Andre Harrell discussing the changing industry landscape of music, which now includes streaming and digital downloads.  So.....they gave tips on how to make those coins during changing times.

Another epic moment included Andre Harrell and Diddy teaming up (above) to honor Antonio “L.A.” Reid (Chairman and CEO of Epic Records) with the Started From The Bottom Award (atop). 

During his speech, which received a standing ovation, Mr. Reid discussed the importance of the 2015 Revolt Music Conference for networking and discovering new talent.  FUN FACT: Mr. Reid revealed that he met producer Sickamore at last year's RMC which led to him producing Travis Scott’s highly acclaimed album.  RMC makes things happen!

There was also an in-depth conversation about "Young Black Hollywood" featuring movies stars Michael B. Jordan and Tessa Thompson, who joined director Ryan Coogler to preview Creed.  

Then Mike Bivins (above) spoke during a panel session named "Artist Development: Image Makers" featuring Derek Roche, Stylist, Don C., Designer and Entrepreneur and Lisa Cambridge-Mitchell, SVP of Marketing at RCA.

Troy Carter, who discovered Lady Gaga and went on to make millions in tech investments in Silicon Valley, led a panel dubbed "Silicon Valley: From Start Up to IPO" with Laurence Toney, Partner at Google Ventures and Diiashan Imira, Founder of Mayvenn.

Another YBF favorite was "The Power of Radio" panel featuring Angie Martinez, On Air Talent at Power 105.1, Doc Wynter, SVP Broadcasting & Urban Programming at Clear Channel, Thea Mithcem, EVP of iHeart Programming and Production, Jill Strada, Director of Branding and Programming at COX Media Group Miami, Dion Summers, VP Of Urban Programming At SiriusXM, and fan favorite radio personality Big Boy, On Air Talent at The Real 92.3.

If you didn't make it to Miami Beach this year, please make it a point to attend the RMC next year!  

BONUS:

Saturday night, many of the A-listers and conference attendees headed over to LIV nightclub to party and dance the night away.  One of our YBF faves, Sevyn Streeter, was a part of the action. 

On Instagram, she posted a pic of herself before she headed out to the club.  Once she got to the function, she hooked up with her good friend and fellow singer Mario.  Then Mario shared this video from inside the party...
