On the 18th anniversary of his death, Faith Evans reflects on some memorable moments she shared with her late husband Notorious B.I.G. in a new interview with HOT 97’s Nessa.

Taking a stroll down memory lane, Faith opens up about some of the most romantic and funny moments she shared with her husband before his untimely death. She revealed one of her best memories of him was when she coached him into getting on a roller coaster at Busch Gardens. She said she talked him into getting on a water ride even though he was decked out in his Coogi attire and gold chains. And they had a blast!

She also talked about the time she hopped on a plane to VA and got into a scuffle with a chick he was sleeping with, which we caught a glimpse of in the biopic Notorious. The "I'll Be Missing You" singer said after she left, Biggie flew to NYC looking for her and had damn near everyone else in NYC looking for her as well. She said Jacob the Jeweler even called her up saying Biggie was looking for her. Although it may seem weird, she said that was one of the sweetest moments she shared with him.

Faith went on to talk about her upcoming joint album with Biggie titled The King & I, posting a pic of Lil Kim on Instagram recently, their 18-year-old son CJ getting into acting, rumors about her son CJ being gay, her album Incomparable and more.

This Just In:"Cara pulled Naomi's weave, but it didn't come off," says a witness.  Come inside and get deets on the supermodel showdown between Naomi Campbell and Cara Delevingne during Paris fashion week....all over pop star Rihanna!

While the beautiful people flocked to Paris Fashion Week, the real show happened OFF the catwalk.  A report in the New York Post reveals that legendary supermodel Naomi Campbell and it-girl of the moment Cara Delevigne got into a screaming and shoving match - and Cara yanked on Naomi's weave!  Here's how it all went down....

The wealthy and connected folks headed over to a swanky party for Dasha Zhukova’s Garage Magazine at Paris club Castel on Sunday night. As you can see from the photos above (taken during Jordan Dunn's Sickle Cell event in 2014), Naomi and Cara are old friends. Or at least we thought they were.  The two ladies do share is a love of pop-star Rihanna. And sources say Rihanna was the catalyst for their Spring 2015 fight.

A witness told Page Six, “Naomi accused Cara of ‘disrespecting’ Rihanna and started yelling, ­before Naomi pushed Cara, who pushed back.” Another witness added, “Cara pulled Naomi’s weave, but it didn’t come off.”

Well shout out to whomever attached Naomi's unit. Now ya'll know Naomi's edges situation...so we don't know what that wig/weave was hooked to. But her hairstylist deserves an award. #noshade

While Naomi and Cara and Rihanna have been spotted together at previous events (and getting along) the witness said,“Naomi was angry because she felt Cara had said something negative about Rihanna.”

Here's what another source added,

“It was a noisy and packed party. Naomi was saying all these nonsensical things, she was ranting. There was a messy pushing match. Cara didn’t understand because there’s no problem between her and Rihanna. Cara didn’t want to be involved and was telling Naomi, ‘Get away from me!’ ”

Only one NY Post source took Naomi's side. “Naomi didn’t do anything wrong. We are talking about a very tiny club in Paris with a very busy table — if someone pushes someone, it’s because there is no space.” SIDE EYE.

After the fight, Na Na kept it moving at Up & Down’s pop-up at Raspoutine, where a spy said, “Everyone was talking about the drama with Cara, but Naomi just smiled angelically.”

Back in Naomi's younger days, she had a very similar fight with "Dynasty" actress Troy Beyer in the 90s.  Gossips says Naomi slammed Troy against a limo outside of the Tribeca Grill (Rob's restaurant) after she made a snarky comment about Naomi's then-boyfriend Robert De Niro.

For long time YBFers, this story might sound eerily familiar with all the previous stories of her Blackberry throwing attacks on asistants and people she doesn't like.  Bottom line - DON'T come for Naomi or her close friends.

"So Gone" songstress Monica traded Atlanta for some fun in the bayou when she headed to New Orleans for the weekend.

Monica was accompanied by her hubby, NBA baller Shannon Brown.

The duo's appearance in the city was unannounced and unplanned - and they sent the crowd into tizzy once their presence was announced by the DJ.  They couple hit up a local club and even dined at a restaurant owned by former No Limit rapper Mia X.  P.S. Monica's been down with the No Limit crew (especially C-Murder) for MANY years.

In addition to posing with excited fans, Mo also bumped into the mother of deceased No Limit rapperrapper Soulja Slim (not pictured).

After dinner and clubbing, the two were spotted walking down New Orleans' Bourbon Street.  Probably sipped on a couple of frozen Hand Grenades before snapping these pics.  You have to enjoy your time away from the kids.....

Tiny is caught in the middle of a feud involving her bestfriend Shekinah Jo and her husband T.I. Peep the recent social media showdown inside….

If you’re a fan of rapper T.I., you know it’s no secret he isn’t too fond of his wife Tiny’s bestie Shekinah Jo. You may recall during an interview with the Breakfast Club last year, the Atlanta rapper threw a shot at his wife's bestie/hairstylist saying the definition of a “Shekinah type” is a person who is an education hater. Ouch!

So the two are clearly not friends, but seem to deal with one another simply to keep the peace for the person they love: Tiny. Well, that all went out the door on social media recently.

Tiny's hairstylist and good friend hopped on IG and posted a screenshot of her and boxing champ Floyd Mayweather Jr. (yes, the same Floyd who Tip squared up against in Vegas last year over Tiny) chatting on Facetime:

Then, Shekinah began to respond to her followers in the comment section. She revealed her loyalty remains with her friend Tiny.  She said that she and T.I. have never been friends (something she has said in interviews before as well). She also revealed Tip often refers to her as the "help," that he kicked her off of "Family Hustle" and confirmed she NEVER participated in a threesome with them:

Angie Stone's daughter Diamond is now speaking out. And she's sharing pics of the aftermath of the alleged violent assault by her mother. Diamond took to social media to show the world her missing front teeth, supposedly knocked out after her mother hit her with a metal stand:

Angie's daughter then aired out her frustrations in a Facebook post, saying she's tired of being abused by her mother and she wants everyone to know! She explained,

"People are so quick to pass judgment but never really know the full story. Never uphold people in wrong no matter who they are I’m crushed but I ain’t dead so for the people that praise “her” keep right on just know that it ain’t over. You so big and bad but had to use a weapon on me in a fight that you started. You giggled on the inside because you thought I was going to jail too.?#?Wrong? I’m sick of putting up these fronts and because you took shit to another level I will too. I love all my family but I cannot take anymore abuse so I’m separating myself from it all. I pray God heals us from this but from where I sit there is no turning back cause if you ain’t wit me you against me. You so worried about to media and the press but I promise you this I will not rest until my story is heard!"

UPDATE [4:45pm ET]:

Apparently, Angie was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with her 30-year-old daughter Diamond. And it's being reported she knocked out her front teeth! Ouch.

According to TMZ:

53-year-old Angie told police her daughter Diamond punched her in the face. Angie then told police she defended herself with a metal stand, but accidentally hit Diamond in the face ... knocking out her front teeth.

Angie told police once she realized the mistake she put down the stand and tried to flee ... but claims Diamond came after her again. A family friend eventually broke up the fight.

Diamond told police the argument started when Angie complained Diamond didn't clean up after her children. Diamond was also taken into custody, but eventually released without being charged.

“R&B Divas: Atlanta” star Angie Stone (government name Angela Laverne Brown) has found herself in a world of trouble.

According to the AJC, the Grammy nominated singer was ARRESTED today in Dekalb County on a charge of domestic aggravated assault. Hmm…we wonder if she was involved in a situation with her ex-boyfriend/manager Ashanti Graves? TheYBF.com exclusively told you Angie dumped Ashanti after an alleged affair with a member of the R&B Divas production crew. Messy.

We’re still not sure exactly what happened before this latest arrest, as DeKalb police Capt. Stephen Fore didn’t provide any other details. We did a search for her charges on the Dekalb County wesbite and as of 4:00pm ET, she has not been added to the database.

This isn’t Angie’s first time in the big house. Back in 2011, she nabbed a mugshot after she was arrested due to speeding and driving with a suspended license. Sighs....

Somewhere in LA, Iggy Azalea is crying into one of her Papa John's pizzas.  Maybe the Twitter trolls have gotten the best of her.  Maybe she took offense to this weekend's SNL skit (see below).  Whatever it is....it's affecting her work.  "The Great Escape" tour might turn into "The Staycation."

Today, we received a politically correct press release from Iggy's team explaining that the tour had been "rescheduled" to accommodate her creative team's plans. Oh.

So now, The Great Escape Tour will begin Friday, September 18 in San Diego, CA. Unfortunately Baltimore, Las Vegas and Sacramento shows will not be rescheduled. And opening acts Nick Jonas and Tinashé will be replaced. So there's the spin. But what really happened?

According to TheWrap, Iggy has become increasingly unresponsive to her management and refuses to engage in promotion, social media, or press opportunities -- you know, the busness she signed up for.  And a few weeks ago, she left Twitter and Instagram and turned her accounts over to her team.   Where is TI when you need him?

After a week’s worth of testimonies, a jury has found R&B singer/songwriter Robin Thicke and superproducer Pharrell Williams guilty of copyright infringement. And now, they must pay the family of late singer Marvin Gaye a cool $7.3 million for “copying” Marvin’s 1977 classic "Got to Give It Up."

Robin and P (above, outside the Roybal Federal Building last week) both denied stealing Marvin’s music, but the jury clearly didn’t think so. Although $7.3 milli is a lot of money, it shouldn’t be too hard for Robin and P to pay up. We told you last week, the 2013 hit “Blurred Lines” totaled $16,675,690 in profits.  And yes, the fellas took home a pretty nice portion of it.

During the trial, Robin and P both took the stand to testify, with Pharrell admitting there were some similarities between the two songs saying, “It sounds like you’re playing the same thing.” But, he claims they didn’t copy anything and that the tracks share “feel — not infringement.”

Also, the Paula singer sat behind a piano to play the melody of their track as he tried to prove their innocence in the courtroom. He also claimed he was intoxicated during interviews where he talked about Marvin's influence on the tack and that he made a mistake when he claimed credit for writing the song. You'll recall, P spilled the tea about giving Robin co-writing credit in his deposition.

It was also reported that there was another song in question by the Gaye estate. They claim Robin’s “Love After War” misappropriated Gaye’s “After The Dance" and they are seeking royalties for that track as well. No word on the result of those claims...yet. We'll keep you posted.

Case closed.

[UPDATE] A representative for Pharrell issued a statement regarding the ruling:

“While we respect the judicial process, we are extremely disappointed in the ruling made today, which sets a horrible precedent for music and creativity going forward.  Pharrell created ‘Blurred Lines’ from his heart, mind and soul and the song was not taken from anyone or anywhere else. We are reviewing the decision, considering our options and you will hear more from us soon about this matter.”

And in case you didn't know, the 30-year-old was born and raised in the Cayman Islands and moved to America for college.  She even received her B.A. degree in Theater Arts from the University of South Florida and her Master's degree (M.F.A.) from University of California Irvine in Acting.  Loves it!

Joseline Hernandez has a lawsuit on her hands from former co-star Althea Eaton after she “put her paws” on Althea during the reunion show. Now, she’s confirming the show is fake! As if we didn’t know. Deets inside…..

“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Joseline Hernandez is confirming what most of us already knew (ad if you didn't, bless your heart)…."Love & Hip Hop" is scripted! 

So, why is she spilling the beans all of a sudden? Well, Joseline’s former co-star Althea Eaton is suing her for the violent brawl that went down during the last reunion show. You’ll recall, Althea and her man Benzino were both kicked off the show, likely to do with the lawsuit.

So, Joseline had to testify under oath in a videotaped deposition, caught by TMZ, and that’s where she ade the obvious confirmation! She begin explaining,

“Well with reality tv…it’s mostly…it’s called reality, but it’s a lot of acting in the reality world.”

So does Joseline want to absolve herself of any wrong doing because...she was told to fight?

Althea’s lawyer questioned whether the REAL Joseline was present during the fight or was she simply playing a character. She said,

“The reality tv show showcases a lot of who we are not. And I say that because you never know what happens in reality tv, you know? They’ll showcase your music, they’ll showcase some things, but that’s not who Joseline Hernandez is.”

Chick loves to talk about herself in third person.

Cuteness overload! 50 Cent’s son Sire Jackson made his runway debut at a fashion show to kick off L.A. Fashion Week yesterday. And he’s melting our hearts! Peep the pics of the tot and his parents cheering him on inside….

After nabbing a six-figure modeling gig, 50 Cent’s son Sire Jackson made his debut as a kid runway model yesterday. The 2-year-old tot was tapped to walk in the Isabella Couture kids couture fashion show to kick off L.A. Fashion Week. And he had his dad 50 Cent and mom Daphne Joy in the audience beaming with joy as they showed their support.

As little Sire made his way down the runway, he got a little nervous, so his mom hopped on stage to walk her baby boy down the runway. Awww....

Afterwards, everything was all good in the arms of his pops.

If you haven’t heard, Sire is the new face of an audio company, Kidz Safe, where he copped a $700,000 modeling gig. Kidz Safe is a collection of headphones for children with volume safe technology to help protect children from hearing loss. It makes sense little Sire was able to nab such a lucrative deal being that Kidz Safe is an extension of SMS Audio—the audio company where 50 Cent is the majority owner.

We're sure 50 is one proud dad...of at least one of his sons.

On the heels of his two Grammy Award wins, Kendrick Lamar graces the cover of Rolling Stone magazine’s newest cover. And he’s letting us in a bit on what life was like growing up, his personal struggles and his upcoming album, To Pimp a Butterfly.

In the cover story, the Compton rapper gets candid about his struggle with depression and self-doubt, the hardships he faced growing up in the poverty stricken streets of Compton and he also dishes on his upcoming third studio album.

He left a lot to the imagination on the meaning behind the title of his highly anticipated album. He vaguely said,“That will be taught in college courses someday.”

But, he does drop a few nuggets on what we can expect from his newest musical offering (his interesting album cover is above). He spilled,

“[It’s] honest, fearful and unapologetic. You take a black kid out of Compton and put him in the limelight, and you find answers about yourself you never knew you were searching for,” he said. “There’s some stuff in there, man. It’s a roller coaster. It builds.”

Shots reportedly rang out at Lil Wayne's home in Miami and it was reported four people were injured. Miami Beach PD swarmed to the scene and upon arriving, nothing is what  it seemed. Deets inside…..

[UPDATE 3:00p EST] Police have confirmed the call was a hoax.

Miami Beach police rushed to Lil Wayne’s home in Miami moments ago after a call came in (to the non emergency dispatch line) that four people were allegedly shot at/near the rapper's home.

Miami Beach PD raced on the scene in La Gorce Island after the call was made that informed police four people were allegedly shot and seriously injured. Upon arriving and searching the home, authorities say there is NO evidence that shots were fired. Right now, the SWAT Team is searching the 8-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion in search of suspects and/other subjects.

According to a police spokesperson, there is “no indication of any shot being fired” and they have “found no victims.” Police have not yet identified who placed the call.  And as of 2:55p EST, the police department has given the ALL CLEAR.

It appears this may be a case of a swatter, basically a very expensive prank call to police. Once the person is captured, they will be responsible for the all of the costs of having the SWAT Team and police search the home. That hasn't been confirmed, though, as of yet.

This comes a little over a week after police was on the scene at Wayne’s home after reports of a suspicious person lurking outside the home. The person in question was eventually let go since he was on public property.
 

Young Money's official Twitter account confirms Lil Wayne was NOT at the home at the time of the alleged shooting and he is fine:

The racist chant--that went viral--sung by Sigma Alpha Epsilon’s fraternity members is causing all types of drama for the University of Oklahoma. Get the deets on "Morning Joe" hosts blaming rap music for the racist rant, Waka Flocka cancelling his show at the university, the four-star football player who de-committed from OU and the OU football captain poppin’ off in a snapchat video inside….

After a video went viral of Sigma Alpha Epsilon’s fraternity members who attend the University of Oklahoma chanting racist remarks, a series of events have followed, causing bad PR for the institution.

If you've been under a rock, a video surfaced on Sunday of SAE fraternity members on a bus chanting "there will never be a n*gga in SAE" and sang lines about hanging N-wrds from trees and more....while fist-pumping.

Soon after, Waka Flocka revealed he was disgusted by the video and decided to cancel his upcoming show at the university. He took to his Instagram and said:

 

SMFH.. I know for a fact the whole school and SAE don't agree with those kids actions so know that I'm not madd at the whole #SAE just those disgusting kids!!!!!! #WFF We can't change history but we damn sure can create our own future #DeathToRacism

This morning, the “Morning Joe” panel on MSNBC weighed in on the drama surrounding the viral video and they say rap music is to blame, namely Waka Flocka and his explicit lyrics and use of the n-word. Check it below:

Clearly, they believe a rap song with the N-word creates and/or perpetuates racism. Non-blacks singing along to a song that has the N-word in it, and even repeating the word while singing, is one thing.  And folks can have that argument about who's fault it is. 

But yelling and chanting original songs about lynching, killing, and exlcuiding blacks, who are referred to as N-words, is a totally different thing.  And those actions are, indeed, racist.  No debate needed.

A rap or hip hop song doesn't make someone a racist.  And Black Twitter agrees.  Following the show, Black Twitter went into overdrive with the memes using the hashtag #rapalbumsthatcausedslavery. Sometimes, folks have to deal with their frustrations through humor.  Check out a few posts below:

Also....

OU is huge football school and a flagship program in the Big 12 Conference. The school doesn’t want anything to jeopardize their beloved Oklahoma Sooners football program, but it appears the recent viral video has already done so.

Four-star Oklahoma recruit Jean Delance caught wind of the video and it has changed his mind on where he wants to pursue his college football career. Just a few days after visiting OU and days before the racist chant went viral, Jean committed to the Sooners (pictured above on campus).  But that soon changed once the racist video began to spread.

The offensive tackle had a change of heart and took to Twitter to announce it. He said:

Jean also spoke with Fox 4 News, calling the video disturbing and it was the ultimate reason he changed his mind about attending OU:

We must say, we applaud this young man for taking a stand. 

Also fueling the fallout fire....

Eric Striker, a current University of Oklahoma football player, aired out his frustrations in an expletive-filled rant about Sigma Alpha Epsilon’s racist chant. The senior linebacker and captain on Oklahoma's football team recorded a Snapchat video saying,

“I’m so mother f****** serious right now. SAE’s just f****d it up for all you f*****g white fraternities. F*** all you b*****s and if anything you mother f******s affiliated with it, f*** you too,” he is heard saying in the video. “Mother f*****s talk about racism don’t exist, be the same mother f*****s shaking our hand, giving us hugs, telling how you really love us. F*** you phony a** fraud a** b*****s.”

Check it above. He then issued an apology via OU defensive end Charles Tapper’s Twitter apologizing for the curse words, but he's NOT sorry for how he feels:

One of the two students who were expelled from OU for his role in the viral video, Parker Rice, has issued an apology. He said, 

"I am deeply sorry for what I did Saturday night.  It was wrong and reckless. I made a horrible mistake by joining into the singing and encouraging others to do the same. On Monday, I withdrew from the University and sadly, at this moment our family is not able to be in our home because of threatening calls as well as frightening talk on social media.

"I know everyone wants to know why or how this happened.  I admit it likely was fueled by alcohol consumed at the house before the bus trip, but that's not an excuse. Yes, the song was taught to us, but that too doesn't work as an explanation.

"It's more important to acknowledge what I did and what I didn't do. I didn't say no, and I clearly dismissed an important value I learned at my beloved high school, Dallas Jesuit. We were taught to be 'Men for Others.' I failed in that regard, and in this moment, I also completely ignored the core values and ethics I learned from my parents and others."

Rice further expressed concern for the safety of his fraternity brothers.  We'll keep our comments about that to ourselves:

"At this point, all I can do is be thoughtful and prayerful about my next steps, but I am also concerned about the fraternity friends still on campus," his statement said. "Apparently, they are feeling unsafe and some have been harassed by others. Hopefully, the university will protect them.

"For me, this is a devastating lesson and I am seeking guidance on how I can learn from this and make sure it never happens again. My goal for the long-term is to be a man who has the heart and the courage to reject racism whenever I see or experience it in the future.

"Thank you for your consideration of my deepest apologies for what I did."

 

OU President David Boren decided to expell the students and has been speaking out on his school's "zero tolerance" policy for such "threatening racist behavior." He also disbanded SAE from the campus.

If you're wondering why there is so much fallout over "one video", it's because students others have been actually complaining about the racist actions of this Fraternity (and others) for years.  And their complaints have gone unheard, until now.

The OU SAE Board of Trustees states today:

"The OU SAE Board of Trustees has discovered that a horrible cancer entered into the OU chapter of SAE three to four years ago and was not immediately and totally stopped. It should have been. We are sincerely remorseful for the pain that this terrible chant has caused and would ask for your forgiveness. We are truly sorry. For the safety of the students that were involved and the students who were not involved, our desire would be for all parties to begin the healing process. We hope that this despicable situation will forever change an atmosphere that would even allow an incident like this to take place."
