Actor Idris Elba overturned his vehicle while filming a documentary in Finland.  Find out about the accident inside and hear what Ciara says is the inspiration for her 6th studio album.  

While filming an upcoming documentary in Finland, Mandela star Idris Elba was involved in a car accident that overturned his vehicle.

UK newspaper, The Sun, reports that Idris was working on a racing documentary, titled Idris Elba: King of Speed, when he went over an embankment that overturned the vehicle.

"I never want to do that again. It's the first time that I have ever rolled a car. I wasn't going fast, the car just had a mind of its own when it hit the band. I cut the corner and then we rolled," he said.

Luckily, the actor escaped with NO injuries. The two-part BBC documentary is set to air in the UK on December 26 and 27.

In music news....

"Body Party" singer Ciara is back in the studio working her 6th studio album, the follow-up to Ciara.  The newly-engaged singer revealed the news to Genlux Magazine during a chat about finding inspiration.

“My inspiration is life and reality. It’s important to express myself musically. I am so connected to who I am now, and I want to share pieces of myself with the world.”

We're sure Ciara will work with her new fiance, Future, on the new project.  It will be interesting to see which comes first....a baby, a wedding or an album.  We have our predictions....

Her daughter Shaniece tweeted her excitement about it as well.

The engagement comes on the heels of Carl reportedly ordering his other baby's mother (of his 5 month old and 9-year-old) to stay away from L.A. where he lives at least part of the time and stay in Arizona.  Carl also lives in Arizona, we're told, where the children's mother has lived for 12 years.

Evelyn's had a busy month with celebrating her birthday a couple weeks ago, announcing she's pregnant....then announcing the super rich father of her baby.  Looks like she's accomplished every reality chick's dream...a ring, guaranteed 18 more years of cash, and continued publicity to boot.

Kanye West copped his fiancee Kim K. her umpteenth Hermes Birkin bag for Christmas.  But this one is more 'artistic' than usual.  Check out Kim showing off her new gift while the twosome went on a shopping ski trip yesterday inside....

So...this happened.  Kanye and his love for 'art' strikes again.  After that Warhol-cousin-painting debacle, Kanye tapped another known artist to help out with his Christmas gift to Kim K.  

'Ye gifted his chick an Hermes Birkin bag.  But not just any ol $25,000+ Birkin.  A super oversized bag with a custom painted design by famed contemporary artist George Condo.  While most of George's work goes for half a million dollars, he happens to be one of Kanye's besties.  And it doesn't hurt that he created five of Kanye's album covers, including My Beautiful Dark & Twisted Fantasy.

Kim IG'd a pic of the present that has Kanye's favorite things...naked women pictured in a sexually but artistic fashion.  She said:

This easily became the most ratchet story of the week as soon as we read the names involved.  Find out what "proof" Soulja Boy's new alleged baby's mama has to prove the rapper IS the father....

Diamond Shantaniece Mackey made a claim earlier this week that rapper Soulja Boy is the father of her 5-year-old son.  Now, she's releasing "proof" to make folks believe her story.

Diamond (not to be confused with Soulja's OTHER ex named Diamond, the rapstress) just put out pictures of herself straddling Soulja in a hotel room back in 2007--fully clothed.  Apparently she is using this pic as proof that she took a pregnancy test in that very hotel room on that very night, and that's when she found out she was pregnant.  Not sure how this proves any of that OR that Soulja's the father, but whatevs.

Reports state that Diamond claims after she delivered her baby boy--NAMED PORTION--Soulja took an at-home DNA test.  He reportedly texted her a pic of the '0% chance he's the father' result. Then, all of a sudden, he got GHOST.  He allegedly changed his number and was nowhere to be found.  This was during the time his hit "Crank That" had taken over.

So now, Diamond has filed legal docs claiming Soulja IS the father, likely because she wants him to pay up.

In the words of Traci Braxton,"Just take the test!"  Preferably in a reputable office this time...

Rapper Bow Wow was seen partying with his baby's mother "MissJoie" in Atlanta on Christmas night.  Are they trying to rekindle something?  FInd out inside.....

Christmas evening, "106 & Park" host Bow Wow was seen partying at Metero Fusion in Atlanta.   And he hit the club with video vixen turned baby's mother Joie, the mother of his two-year-old daughter Shai Moss.

The twosome smoked hookah and popped bottles all evening.  And were seen holding hands and looking real close again.  And considering Bow has posted on social media a few times recently about wanting his old thing back....it looks like them hooking up again may be happening....

The twosome were spotted exiting the club together and heading to their vehicle.  And even though Bow's had a very tumultuous relationship with Joie originally nixing his name from Shia's birth certificate and Joie sister's publically blasting him as a deadbeat, ish looks to be all good again.

Looks like they're working it out.

Denise Vasi is a newly married woman.  So in honor of season 3 of VH1's "Single Ladies" kicking off soon, the star dished up her own personal advice for those women still looking for The One...

Whether you watch "Single Ladies" for the fashion game, the drama, or to see women going through the same ish you have when trying to make a relationship work, star Denise Vasi has a little advice for you.

The 30-year-old model/actress (who previously dated successful businessman Noah Tepperberg) dished to TheYBF.com about a month before her wedding to famed director Anthony Mandler, all about her character "Raquel".  And she even had some advice for the women who seem perfect on paper, but may be having the hardest time finding a good guy.

She told us about what we can expect from Raquel in season 3 saying:

"She has matured.... she is no longer trying to find happiness is all the wrong places.  She's content."

And the advice the self-proclaimed music lover has for all the real life single ladies?  Denise says you've got to open up...to different races, your surroundings, and more.

"I have a few friends who have great jobs, great personalities but can't seem to find a good guy. I think that a lot of it has to do with your surroundings, and you have to be open to explore different things.  Like other races and just in general.  People are really comfortable with what they know. You continuously hang in the same crew, you have met everyone in that crew and the friends of the friends in that crew, so it is now time to step outside your comfort zone.  I also think that things happen when you least expect them... when you don't want to be married everyone asks you to marry them!"

"Guys don't like pressure and so many women are desperate to get married. That just makes them run. Sometimes you have to have a Samantha (from Sex And The City) mindset.  Also, you need to learn from your past experiences so you can be better for your next relationship."

Looks like somebody is surprisingly retiring....at the age of 32.

Nnamdi Asomugha, who married actress Kerry Washington earlier this year, will retire as a member of the Oakland Raiders after 11 years in the NFL.  The announcement was made at a news conference at team headquarters today.  He signed a $60 million 5-year contract two and a half years ago when he played with the Eagles.  They paid him $25 mill when they traded him to Oakland.  Apparently that $25 mill (with the added bonus of a superstar wife) is enough for him to chuck deuces to the game forever...

As Kevin Hart partied with girlfriend Eniko in the Caribbean, his ex-wife Torrei Hart and their kids Heaven (age 8), and Hendrix (age 6) kicked off the new year at the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort in The Bahamas.

The kiddies had fun taking a dip and posing with the dolphins.

Torrei and the kids also attended the historic Bahamian Junkanoo celebration (a celebration in which slave owners allowed slaves a day off  to be with their close families and friends). She said,

“2013 has been a ground-breaking year for my career. I feel that I’m in a space where I can 100% own who I’ve grown to become as a woman outside of identity as the ‘ex-wife’ of Kevin. I wanted to take time to reflect on this year and reward my children for being great kids and being able to deal with their parent’s schedule. From the junkanoo celebration to the relaxed way of life, I really felt grounded. My kids were able to learn so much from this experience. Not to mention, having sister-locks allows me to be more active and adventurous without having to worry about what I’m going to do with my hair!”

Fans of Torrei should expect to see her make a big splash in the coming months as one of the stars of the new reality show "Atlanta Exes" where she'll star opposite Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond, Cee Lo’s ex-wife Christina Johnson, and Idris Elba’s ex-wife Kim Alba.
