Did Rihanna's late night partying cause a two-hour delay to her Birmingham concert?  Find out what some of the UK critics are saying inside...

Rihanna might be up to her old tricks when it comes to partying with pals (instead of preparing for her next tour stop).  You'll recall that Rihanna had to cancel several US tour dates earlier this year due to "illness", though most folks blamed her late night partying that possibly caused the illness.

And on Monday, Rihanna kepts fans in Birmingham waiting two hours before she finally hit the stage at 10:30pm, for what had been billed as an 8pm concert!  So what was the hold up?  

No one has an "official" excuse, but paps did snap RiRi partying with bff Melissa Forde and model Cara Delevingne at London hotspot Bouijs at 1:45am.  And with reports that she left the club after 3am...it's natural that she would be a little tired.

But there seems to be a bigger issue brewing overseas. It isn't that Rihanna simple starts her shows late.  In fact, UK critics have been panning her concerts as lackluster and boring. The London Standard said this about her recent Twickenham stop, 

"As her penchant for casually singing over the top of her own records at shows suggests, Rihanna wasn’t the most vigorous performer, and she looked dead-eyed …Rihanna deserves a break and so do we."

Damn.  Yet and still, she's been selling out some stadiums overseas.

During her "break" Monday night, Rihanna wore a glittery top with iridescent shoes and a Stella McCartney clitch.  She tweeted "Holographic nights in #London ...." The trio of fab chicks had gone to the hotspot to see Rihanna's brother, Rorrey Fenty, perform.

Outside of touring (and partying) Rihanna announced to fans that her summer collection with MAC will be available today. "My #RiRiHeartMac #SUMMERCOLLECTION is finally here just as we promised!!! Go to www.MacCosmetics.com and join the online queue now before its too late!! #MACgirl #RiRiheartMAC #nobasics"

And the self-assured bad gal tweeted that her Navy fans are buying up the products like they're the next Jordans....esp. since the first lippie sold out in minutes.

Disgraced football star Chad Ochocinco appeared on "Good Morning America" this morning where he described his 7-day jail stint (23 days shorter than what he was originally sentenced) as one of the best things that's ever happened to him.  Find out why jail was a "good" thing for Chad inside...

Now that's he's out of jail, and photos of a bloodied Evelyn Lozada have surfaced, Chad Johnson (Ochocinco) is on a public campaign to repair his badly damaged image.  During a stop through GMA this morning, the disgraced baller talked to Robin Roberts about his stint behind bars where he expressed remorse for his bad "courtroom etiquette".  He also revealed that he hopes he'll get a "second chance" at playing football again.  He better get to doing a bit more than hoping.

Here are the highlights from his interview:

On why he tapped his attorney’s butt in court:

"I know there’s a certain thing called courtroom etiquette.  I’ve never been a part of the courtroom system.  It was a light tap. It wasn’t in any way to disrespect the courtroom and I actually didn’t think anyone would see that because it was my third time doing so.  That’s the way I’ve always interacted throughout life, just in general."

On if the judge was justified in her sentencing:

I support her and her decision to give me the sentence that she did, based on me not meeting the guidelines and criteria that I was supposed to meet in a certain amount of time.

On why he’s thankful to the judge:

"I think that Judge McHugh was able to get me do something many people have tried to get me to do for a long time: slow down, just at life in general. She was able to get me to do that. maybe not in the best circumstances for those on the outside but I see being able to sit down and think about life and where I’m going from this point was probably one of the best things that could happen to me right now.?

On what he's learned from the situation:

"Usually, situations like this break people…but I wouldn’t allow anything to break me. I going to be my same positive self.  I think with me being Chad it kind of made the judge feel that I wasn’t being serious about the situation but, trust me, I understood exactly what I did. I lost two of the things in life that I love the most at the time. Football and my now beautiful, I did say beautiful, ex-wife.

You have to understand, I haven’t had any chances because I’ve never been in any trouble before. I’ve done nothing wrong ever. This is my first time being in trouble with the legal system. My trouble in the past has been having fun entertaining fans when it came to playing the game of football so this is all new to me. 

On playing football again:

I don’t want the last thing to be remembered you know, well, Chad was cut from the Dolphins for an incident he had with his wife. I would love to grace the football field one more time and to help some team. I’m not injured. There’s nothing wrong with me.

I’ve learned my lesson, especially over those past seven days. I think everyone deserves a second chance. Many would say I might not deserve it. I would like to finish my career off the right way.

Don't know about y'all, but we're not totally convinced Chad truly understands the gravity of the situation.  He seemed to give excuses and explanations instead of a true apology.  And we're hoping he learned about tact and respect during that time he was mulling over his life in the jail cell.  Not just thinking about "slowing down".

R&B crooner John Legend has released a new love ballad from his forthcoming Love In The Future album (June 25th). The single features production by Da Internz, Kanye West, Dave Tozer and Nana Kwabena.  During an interview with Billboard, John talked about the album saying,

"Over the years, I've been in a comfort zone with Kanye and Dave, and we’ve had great collaborations. But this album also offers some fresh collaborations. And together that typifies the sound of this album. 'Love in the Future' has the feel of my first two albums but takes that sound forward."

Kerry Washington covers the latest issue of EMMY Magazine.  Inside, find out how Kerry envisioned her future, prior to acting, and see what Miguel told PAPER Magazine about revealing his emotions through music.    

Clad in a white gown with detailed cutouts, NACCP Image Award winner Kerry Washington covers the June 2013 issue of Emmy Magazine.  In the magazine, Kerry revealed that she never had plans to become an actress. In fact, she though she'd become a college professor, “Or a shrink. I had a real curiosity about how people become the people they are.”

She also opened up about her reservations in joining the acting world.   “I thought that to be an actress, you had to want to be famous. And that wasn’t something I was interested in.” But after a summer program, she began to see things a bit differently.  

"I realized there were lots of people who made a living as actors who may never be on the cover of a magazine, but still had fulfilling careers. And I decided, ‘I’m going to go for it.’ But I never really saw myself as someone who would be that girl on the cover of anything.”

In the latest of PAPER Magazine, Miguel opened up about his successful year and how he hopes to prove that R&B has no limits.  But despite the outpouring of emotional songs on Kaleidoscope Dream, Miguel says he's not very emotional in his real life.  He told the mag, "As comfortable as I am dealing with it in my music, it's so much harder to do for real. I'm not even going to pretend."

And when discussing the myriad of sounds on his latest album, and why it won't fit neatly into the box of R&B, he said,

"This was my own anti-establishment way of saying, 'Fuck you, I am my own business. I decide what is good and what is not. I wanted to reconnect to my peers, the people that I hang out with, the ones that go to the same bars, listen to the same music, look at the same blogs, will be at that art gallery, will be at that show. Those people, the ones that I wasn't touching before, finally I had their attention."

Rihanna is back in the news for her Birmingham, UK concert Tuesday night during her Diamonds World Tour.  And this time, it's because she appears to have possibly hit a grabby fan in the face with her microphone.  Video inside...

Obviously, many celebs don't like when fans aggressively pull on their expensive stage clothes or fans who slap their asses during a performance. 

And Rihanna made it known she doesn't have time for folks pulling on her aggressively and holding her back from moving on with her performance.

A video has surfaced, that is labeled as a clip from her Birmingham, UK stop Tuesday night, and it shows Rih Rih taking her mic and hitting an extra grabby fan on the front row.  It all happened when she walked past the front row--with a barricade in between them and with her bodyguards--during one of her songs in order to get closer to the crowd.  But apparently, she wasn't trying to get THAT close.

In the below vid, you can see the "We Found Love" singer pull back and swing her mic at a fan...and reportedly, she aggressively hit the fan in the face:

Some folks say physically aggressive behavior by Rihanna was unnecessary. While others say the fan got what he or she deserved after they got too handsy with the bajan bad gal.

*UPDATE* If there was any doubt if whether she hit someone, chick confirmed it herself on Instagram saying she did it on purpose because they wouldn't let her go.

And in other music news, rapper Nelly is determined to make a comeback.  He performed a remix of his "Crusin" track live on "The Voice" finale Tuesday night with Florida Georgia Line.

Well this wasn't one of Kenya's smartest moves.  Instead of showing up to her mandatory court date yesterday (Tuesday) to defend herself against her landlord's eviction lawsuit.....the "RHOA" diva skipped out on it.  And now, she's homeless in Georgia.

Deets inside on the judge's final eviction ruling....

After Conya Weems, the landlord of the $4,000/month McMansion Kenya Moore's been renting while filming Bravo's "Real Housewives of Atlanta," received a ruling in her favor Tuesday saying she could officially evict Ms. Moore, Conya issued a statement to Radar Online.

“I am making this statement as a result of the eviction order and judgment made against my former tenant, Kenya Moore, on June 18, 2013 in the Magistrate Court of Fulton County.

The decision to file this eviction notice regarding Ms. Moore was reached after pursuing every possible amicable way to settle this matter privately. I am grateful that the judicial system has brought finality to this eviction process and I look forward to regaining possession of my home.”

As we previously reported, Conya filed an eviction lawsuit against Kenya when she was sort $848 of her May rent.  Conya also says Kenya "defaulted on the terms of the lease."  We still don't know EXACTLY which terms of the lease she "defaulted" on, but we do know the landlord mentioned that the home received too much unwarranted attention from the filming fo the show.  And it sounds like the landlord used this $848 shortage as technical ammunition to get Kenya out of the home.

Neighbors also told multiple entertainment news outlets that Kenya was "the neighbor from hell" since she moved into the Roswell neighborhood.  A source told Radar:

“Owners are concerned that the value of their properties are going down because she has not maintained the landscaping, nor the pool, has even storied furniture outside and her dog is always on the loose.”

Sigh.  Reportedly, the landlord is out of town at this moment so Kenya will have a few days to make some plans and pack her ish since many sheriff departments require the landlord to be present on eviction day.

And by the way, Kenya's counter-lawsuit claiming wrongful eviction and other things...it was dropped according to Conya's lawyer.  It probably would have helped had Kenya actually shown up to court on Tuesday.  Guess she's too freakin' fabulous to twirl herself into anybody's courtroom.

Womps all around.  Chick is officially gone with the wind evicted....

P.S.  We hear this is all happening right before Kenya's co-star NeNe Leakes' wedding, which is set to happen soon.  Oh the drama!

Former "Deception" star Meagan Good plays one of Will Ferrell's love interests in the upcoming film Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues. In the film's latest trailer, Meagan dons a long wig and welcomes "Ron Burgundy" to the 80s with a little interracial dating.  

Although the attraction is mutual, things quickly go to the left when Ron attempts "racial assimilation" during dinner with Meagan's family and tries to bond over comments about arrest records and jeri curls.  Ha!

The funny flick is expected to hit movie houses on December 20 and will have cameos from Drake, Kanye West and more.

Kelly Rowland stopped by "GMA" this morning where she chatted with Lara Spencer and dished on the release of Talk a Good Game, which hit shelves and digital outlets this week.

Ms. Kelly also gave a sneak peek at her “Dirty Laundry” video which gives us a look into an abusive relationship from Kelly's past and her bittersweet admiration for her D-Child sis Beyonce.  Kelly revealed that she cried during the filming of the video, but added that the entire experience of opening up to her fans had been very rewarding.

Later, she hit the stage to perform "Street Life" with Pusha T.  And chick's performance slayed.

Diddy, Steve Stoute and Nas were spotted smoking cigars and mingling with other media moguls at the Cannes Lions Festival. See their photos inside and listen to J. Cole chatting with The Breakfast Club about his new Born Sinner album.

Some of the biggest tastemakers in the music and advertising worlds are in France for the Cannes Lion Film Festival this week.

And the smell of money and cigars rafted through the air as businessmen like Diddy, Nas and Steve Stoute nurtured old business relationships and undoubtedly formed new ones.  

We know that Diddy has been going full stream with the launch of his new music-themed cable channelRevolt and Nas has been touting the  re-launch ofMass Appeal magazine, since he acquired it earlier this year.  

Steve Stoute, who wrote the NY Times bestseller, The Tanning Of America, was also spotted at last night's party held at the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc in Antibes.

The three visionaries mingled with other international superstars of the advertising and media industries and were entertained by performances from Michael Bublé and the band Fun.

And in new interviews......

Rapper J. Cole talked to The Breakfast Club this morning where he promoted the release of his sophmore album Born Sinner. During the interview, the rapper revealed that he had very few reservations about putting his album out the same week as Kanye West's Yeezus disc. He also talk about writing his radio hit "Crooked Smile" featuring TLC.

"I basically had the concept for the song which is talking about my grill. It was about flipping it and getting people to embrace their flaws. So when I finally got the hook of the song, it reminded me of something TLC would sing because they had monster hits with positive songs."

Author and television host Wendy Williams is expanding her television empire with a new show slated for the OXYGEN Network. Deadlinereports that Wendy will act as Executive Producer on "Secret Celebrity,"  a new reality series produced by T Group Pros.

Serving as part of her first-look deal with Oxygen, "Secret Celebrity" features celebrities "in disguise" who surprise their unsuspecting fans, friends and family. So far, Nick Lachey, Ice-T & Coco and LuAnn de Lesseps are all celebs who've filmed episodes. No airdate has been revealed yet.

America's butter-loving southern queen Paula Deen (shown above with Amar'e Stoudemire) is embroiled in a little bit of controversy over her use of the "N"  word.  Get the deets on some of the off-color behavior that Chef Paula and her sons are accused of behind the scenes inside... 

Charges of racism are being flung at Southern-chef Paula Deen after The National Enquirer published passages from a video of a deposition where Paula admitted to using the N-word and making racist and anti-Semitic jokes.

According to the Huffington Post, the deposition was held on May 17 as part of a court case brought forth by former Paula Deen Enterprises employee Lisa Jackson against Deen and her brother, Earl “Bubba” Hiers. In the suit, Lisa claimed there were several instances of sexual and racial workplace discrimination.

In one particularly salacious story from the deposition, Lisa was asked to plan a wedding for Paula's son Bubba.  Lisa claims Paula said she wanted to do a slave-style wedding.  No, really....she did.  Paula's words:

"I want a true Southern -plantation style wedding.  Well what I would really like is a bunch of little niggers to wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties, you know in the Shirley Temple days, they used to tap dance around.  Now that would be a true Southern wedding wouldn't it?"

The deposition goes on to claim that Black workers at "Uncle Bubba's Restaurant" were required to use the BACK entrance to pick up their checks, and were all required to use the same bathroom at the BACK of the restaurant (while white employees could use the customer's restrooms).  Also, Blacks employees who worked in the back of the restaurant were not allow to go to the front of the restaurant.  

Elsewhere in the deposition, Lisa goes on the quote Bubba saying things like, "I wish I could put all those niggers (in the kitchen) on a boat back to Africa)."  And, he allegedly said, "They should send President Obama to the oil spill in the Gulf Of Mexico so he could nigger-rig it."

When asked by lawyers about Lisa's claims, here are direct passages from the interview.

On using the N-word:

Lawyer: Have you ever used the N-word yourself?
Deen: Yes, of course.
Lawyer: Okay. In what context?
Deen: Well, it was probably when a black man burst into the bank that I was working at and put a gun to my head.

Lawyer: Okay. And what did you say?
Deen: Well, I don't remember, but the gun was dancing all around my temple ... I didn't -- I didn't feel real favorable towards him.

Lawyer: Okay. Well, did you use the N-word to him as he pointed a gun in your head at your face?
Deen: Absolutely not.

Lawyer: Well, then, when did you use it?
Deen: Probably in telling my husband.

And on her brother's behavior:

Lawyer: Are you aware of Mr. Hiers admitting that he engaged in racially and sexually inappropriate behavior in the workplace?
...

Deen: I guess

Lawyer: Okay. Well, have you done anything about what you heard him admit to doing?
Deen: My brother and I have had conversations. My brother is not a bad person. Do humans behave inappropriately? At times, yes. I don't know one person that has not. My brother is a good man. Have we told jokes? Have we said things that we should not have said, that -- yes, we all have. We all have done that, every one of us.

For her part, Paula Deen's lawyer defended her in a carfefully worded statement that did not deny what was revealed in the deposition.

"Contrary to media reports, Ms. Deen does not condone or find the use of racial epithets acceptable. She is looking forward to her day in court."

Sometimes we wish we didn't know the things we know about celebs.  Especially idiotic statements like this.  And no, we're not giving her points for being "truthful."  She and her brothers seem to "miss" the days of the ole South.  And we're going to have to MISS her mac & cheese recipes that were damn good. Too bad so sad....

Porsha Stewart just scored a win in this extra messy divorce she's going through with estranged husband Kordell Stewart.  Check out how the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star nabbed spousal support, despite Kordell going hard via legal documents to say she didn't have a right to it.

Whether a pre-nup was in place is still a point of contention.  Kordell's lawyers filed papers saying there would be no division of assets (which means a pre-nup is in place) and he would not pay spousal support since Porsha was "an able bodied person" who could get her own money.

But during this past season of "RHOA," Porsha specifically told the girls she has NO pre-nup with Kordell.  And it looks like it's Porsha who was telling the truth.

A Fulton County Court judge awarded the evangelist turned diva some cash in a spousal support order...so she could keep up her lifestyle on Kordell's dime.  The good folks over at Hip Hop Enquirer nabbed the docs which say that a Superior Judge ruled on the spousal support motion in Porsha's favor, and awarded her $5000 in temporary support.  And if Kordell took anything from her (remember when his low down self changed the locks on poor lil Porsha?), he's been ordered to return it or pay for it to go in storage.

As for which party will be paying the attorney fees, the judge decided to hold off on that ruling...for now.

Time to pay up Kordell...

Dwight Howard is a baby's daddy for the 3rd (or 4th) time.  There's at least 2 other women said to have or are about to have his baby. 

As of yesterday, singer Christine Vest...who plays the innocent Holy Roller card much like Dwight....just became his newest baby mama.  Deets inside on how Royce Reed called them out, and how Christine prevented Kim K. from getting the maternity suite she wanted...

While fitness queen Hope Alexiswas being exposed on the internet streets back in February for secretly having Dwight Howard's baby girl (who is now a toddler), there were rumblings that Dwight had another baby on the way with his secret girlfriend Christine Vest.  We first posted about her dating Dwight in June 2011.

And it looks like all is true.  Neither Christine nor Dwight have confirmed they are dating or have dated (if anything, Christine has issued some subtle denials). And all of a sudden, a few weeks ago, she posts the above pic of the twosome hugging with the caption--"My favorite place in the world."

And yesterday, Dwight's original baby mama, Royce Reed, blasted the two on Twitter with the above pic.   First, Christine tweeted, "Im happier than i've ever been."

Then Royce responded while trying to sound nice & congratulatory--while we all know she was doing nothing but being low key messy.  She said, "Congratulations to Dwight & Christine on the birth of their baby boy! Bray has a baby brother!....I hear wedding bells in the future!!!" 

Neither Christine nor Dwight said anything publicly about the baby....and we ALL know Dwight & Royce do not have a good relationship after he tried to sue her multiple times and was one cause of her getting kicked off "Basketball Wives".  So, of course, her message sounded like subtle shade. 

Still, Royce says she was only being nice, "Why some of y’all trynna make drama out of a joyous occasion? If u found a congratulatory message messy check yoself! I’m blunt I don’t sub!

Yeah...OK Royce.

For several months now, the guitar playing singer (who is like Taylor Swift meets gospel) hasn't posted many NEW pics of herself.  Her fans have gotten suspicious and have asked questions that she's avoided.  But it looks like the reason is INDEED because she was pregnant...out of wedlock. 

Despite Dwight never acknowledging any of his kids outside of Braylon (his son with Royce), it's pretty clear this dude is slinging his piece in anything he can with no protection.  And continues to do so 3+ baby mamas later. 

Hope he gets the NBA contract he wants next season because this child support is about to get mad expensive...

BONUS: TMZ reports that Kim Kardashian didn't get the maternity VIP suite she wanted at Cedars Sinai Medical Center (she DID deliver 5 weeks early afterall).  And it's all because Dwight's baby mama (who the site did not name but we know it's Christine) was occupying the suite.  Dwight blocks on the court...and off.

R&B songstress Brandy was spotted running errands and picking up a few toiletries in NYC recently.  Check out the fab chick hitting up WHole Foods inside...

"Wildest Dreams" singer Brandy was spotted on the streets of New York yesterday.  The songstress was in town with her fiance Ryan Press.  And she's not too much of a diva to shop it up for her own toiletries.

Earlier in the day, the "Drop Dead Diva" guest star was spotted at Whole Food where she popped in to pick up some specialty toothpaste and a toothbrush.

And while shopping for her organics, she even posed for pics with one of her littlest fans.  How cute!

Ryan and Brandy posted a pic from the Reebok Classics 30th Anniversary Event for their Classic Leather silhouette. The duo partied with Doug E. Fresh, Freeway, Travi$ Scott and Ace Hood.
