It appears ToryLanez may have found himself in trouble…again. Comedian RipMichaels has confirmed the Canadian rap/singer has been pulled from his music/comedy tour after the alleged altercation with August Alsina. Now, Tory is being investigated by the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office. Details of the aftermath inside….
Folks are calling Tory Lanez a hot head and a liar after his recent run-in with August Alsina.
If you haven’t heard, it’s alleged Tory Lanez knocked out August Alsina backstage in Chicago over the weekend. Footage of what launched the alleged attack surfaced online, showing August Alsina walking past Tory as he held out his hand to dap him up.
Now, Tory has been kicked off the comedy tour AND the Los Angeles district attorney’s office is investigating since he has an open case for his alleged involvement in the 2020 shooting of raptress Megan Thee Stallion.
Comedian/“Wild ’N Out” star RipMichaels - the tour’s creator - said Tory is NO longer apart of the “Fall Back in Love Comedy & Music Jam ” tour because he wants to make sure “every person in that audience has a great time and a great feeling.” He told TMZ August missed his performance the next day because the assault landed him in urgent care. Rip also confirmed there was no fight.
“He [August] was sucker punched by Tory Lanez. I was there. It was more of an assault," Rip recalled.
Rip said Tory followed August outside WITH security to address why August didn’t speak to him. He said August was polite to Tory, but the Canadian artist wasn’t trying to hear it. When August turned his head, he said Tory punched him.

Over the weekend, August took to social media to share several photos of his injuries, including his bloody lip, skinned knee and a scrape on his arm. He said Tory punched him in the face. Tory denied those claims, claiming he was in the studio all night. Fans later realized that was a lie when video footage of August refusing to dap up Tory surfaced and then celebrating after the alleged attack, which you can check out HERE.
There’s also alleged audio of August confronting Tory about “speaking on his business online,” referring to Tory making a song that referenced August “snitching” about his affair with Will Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith.

Tory’s antics caught the attention of the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office, and now, they are investigating what went down.
“We are aware of the allegations that the defendant attacked artist August Alsina and are investigating these claims,” the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office said in a statement to Pitchfork. “The allegations are serious and will be thoroughly examined.”
As you know, Tory is currently awaiting trial for the 2020 shooting of raptress Megan Thee Stallion. Last November, Tory pleaded not guilty to assault with a semiautomatic handgun. Right now, he’s out on bond and has had his bail increased twice. It was raised the first time after he made a surprise appearance atRolling Loud Miami - after Meg performed, and a second time for discussing the Houston Hottie on social media.
According to Rolling Stone, the trial was supposed to start November 28th, but it has been delayed to December 8th as eyewitnesses are subpoenaed. Do you think Tory Lanez will end up getting jail time and deported?
