An unlikely duo linked up over the weekend, sparking relationship rumors and tings. We def didn't see this coming.
Canadian rapperTory Lanez - who is out on bail for violating protective orders in the felony assault case that alleges he shot rapper Megan Thee Stallion’s feet - and Pop diva Madonna hit up the Barclays Center in Brooklyn to catch the Gervonta Davis& Rolando Romero fight Saturday night (May 28th).
Pictures of the DAYSTAR artist, 29, and the “Material Girl,” 63, enjoying drinks and chatting it up in the audience popped up online, sparking relationship rumors since fans were convinced they were quite cozy during the fight.

At one point, Madonna - who was last seen hanging out with rapper Kanye West - opens her handheld fan to have a private conversation with Tory (whose real name is Daystar Peterson).

Before the fight, Madonna seemingly tried to keep a low profile while Tory held a conversation with the paparazzi, sharing his predictions on who he thought would win. He said he believed Gervonta would win in five rounds, however, he said he had “faith in the underdog.”

Nothing really screamed “dating” vibes to us. More like, “look who I’m with - take a picture of me.”
It appears Tory and Madonna squashed their IG beef from a few months ago. In December 2021, Madonna called out the Canadian artist on Instagram, accusing Tory of sampling her 1985 hit single “Into the Groove” without permission for his own track, “Pluto’s Last Comet.”
As for Tory’s felony assault case, his trial is set to begin September 14th. He’s facing charges of felony assault and carrying an unregistered firearm. If convicted, he could reportedly face up to 22 years and eight months in prison.

Madonna’s teenage son - David Banda - channeled his mother’s style, wearing a red and white stripe dress, which is a piece from the collection between adidas and Gucci, set to launch June 7th. The pop legend wore a similar dress in 1993 to the premiere of Sleepless in Seattle alongside Rosie O'Donnell.
By the way, Gervonta won the WBA World Lightweight Championship against Rolando.
