In a black two-sided leather/fabric mini dress and black suede Louboutins, Ciara and her shorter blonde waves made her way to Capitale in NYC today for BILLBOARD's Women In Music Luncheon honoring their Woman of the Year--Katy Perry.
Once inside, the hot-bodied 27-year-old rocked the red carpet for the cameras:
And she posed it up with the woman of the hour saying,"Had A Great Time 2Day At Billboards Woman Of The Year Event.. @katyperry Is Truly 1 Awesome Lady! Ow!"
