So, about that multi-million dollar mansion of Tamar Braxton's & Vince Herbert's....it's now up for sale. Conveniently, it comes after Vince has been ordered to pay millions in a legal battle. Deets inside....
Either they're over living in a home the size of a small city, or they want to free up some cash. The Braxton-Herberts have put their Mediterranean Calabasas mansion on the market for a whopping $15 million.
We've seen the gorgeous pad all over the latest seasons of "Tamar & Vince," and it's legit like a small palace.
The twosome copped the 13,716 square ft. 7 bedroom home that rests behind the gates of the Estates at The Oaks enclave back in 2013. And if they make the sell at asking price, they stand to make about a $5M profit after purchasing it for $10M.
The extra cash will surely come in handy as Vince recently was in a legal battle with SONY, and he's been demanded to remit 3.7 million in a settlement to cover an advance he was accused of owing.
Also, they've been embroiled in several filings that say they have missed mortgage payments. Variety reports:
"...public records show since then there have been several notices of default filed and subsequently cancelled against the two-acre spread that provides a total of seven bedrooms and nine full and two half bathrooms between the main house and poolside guesthouse."
In the meantime, the couple and their son Logan will continue to bask in their epic pool, theater, custom bar, beauty salon and more:
By the way, season 5 of WE tv’s “Tamar & Vince” premieres Thursday, November 9th. Must be nice...
