Now that it’s spring, the magazine covers are only getting hotter.

Supermodels Jasmine Tookes and Maria Borges just landed two out of six covers for ELLE magazine’s May 2017 issue.  And the VS models are freakin' GORGEOUS!

Victoria's Secret model Jasmine Tookes, who is of African-American, Brazilian, Barbadian, European descent, dished on the power of representation in the fashion industry saying:

"The fashion industry is here for everyone, [regardless] of color or race.  When I was growing up, I never saw someone like me, and now the other girls can see someone like them. It's all about inspiration."

Do you agree?

Model Maria Borges is not only heating up the magazine pages of ELLE, she’s setting records for the history books too.

Gracing her own cover, Maria, who grew up in Angola, is the first African ELLE cover girl in the last century. Yes, it has been 20 years since an African model hit the cover of the U.S. magazine.

A few months ago, the Victoria’s Secret model became the face of L’Oreal Paris and now, she’s considering her own beauty line, specifically for women of color.

"My goal has always been to create my own beauty line. I have such a unique skin tone—when I go on set, makeup artists have to use all different mixes of makeup to match my skin. I'd love to do a line that has tones for everybody."

We're here for all #BlackGirlMagic projects.

Congrats ladies!
