We told you Iron Man was getting transformed into a black 15-year-old prodigy named Riri Williams. Now we know, cutie Skai Jackson is the visual inspiration for the new superhero. Deets inside….
As we previously reported, Iron Man is getting a huge make over. Tony Stark will be handing over his Iron Man suit after part two of Captain America: Civil War is completed. And Riri Williams, a black 15-year-old teen prodigy who is a science genius enrolled at MIT, will be taking over.
Iron Man co-creator Brian Bendis said recently a real life young woman from Chicago was the inspiration behind the new superhero. Now, we know who inspired her look.
According to co-creator Mike Deodato Jr., Disney starlet Skai Jackson inspired Riri’s appearance (noted by Blavity). YAS! Let’s keep our fingers crossed she also nabs the role!
