Stacey Dash is talking again…as the world collectively sighs. This time, she’s coming after transgender people and she also opens up about using drugs in the past, how a gun saved her life and how she almost went through an abortion. Get it all inside….
Stacey Dash and her fu**ery...always making headlines. And her most recent controversial comments will surely have folks talking.
The 49-year-old FOX News contributor is making media rounds to promote her new book titled "There Goes My Social Life: From Clueless to Conservative."
In the new memoir, Stacey holds nothing back when giving her views on the transgender community and how Hollywood is pushing a liberal "agenda" on the masses. She specifically calls out fellow conservative Caitlyn Jenner over her wanting to use the women’s bathroom.
In a new interview with "Entertainment Tonight," Stacey says she shouldn’t have to change her views and beliefs to make the transgender community feel comfortable and that she shouldn’t have to suffer because “they” can’t decide what they want to be on a particular day. She tells ET:
"It's tyranny by the minority. Why do I have to suffer because you can't decide what you wanna be that day? It's your body! So, it's your decision, right? We all make choices.”
The "Clueless" actress says the trans rights movement is starting to infringe upon her rights too much and she doesn’t think it’s fair she has to change her views in order to please someone else.
“OK, then go in the bushes. I don't know what to tell you, but I'm not gonna put my child's life at risk because you want to change a law, so that you can be comfortable with your beliefs -- which means I have to change my beliefs and my rights? No."
Oh.
She also blasted Lady Gaga saying she’s using her anti-bullying campaign to promote a liberal agenda. She said Hollywood pushes a liberal agenda to the rest of the country and says Hollywood dictates the culture of the country.
Peep the interview below:
In another interview with PEOPLE, Stacey opens up about being abused in a past relationship and how a gun saved her life. She said she broke up with him after he was physically abusing her daily. One night, the unidentified man tried to rape her at gunpoint with her son (by singer Christopher Williams) sleeping in a bedroom nearby. The actress said she fired her gun at her ex-boyfriend and missed, but the shots scared him away.
"A gun saved my life," Stacey said. "That's why my Second Amendment right will not be taken away from me."
She then talked about how a family member molested her at the age of 4 and how she started to abuse drugs at the age of 16.
"I couldn't find happiness," she said. "It got to a point where I didn't even want to live anymore. The voice in my head was saying, 'There's nothing here for you.'"
Stacey also described how she almost underwent an abortion after learning she was pregnant for the first time. She ultimately changed her mind at the last minute and decided to keep her baby after asking God for guidance.
"When I got pregnant, I was doing a lot of drugs and I didn't want to live," she said. "I wanted to die. I was going to have an abortion. I was crying and I said to God, 'Please tell me what to do.' And God told me, 'Keep your son.' I ripped the IV out of my arm and I said, 'I'm keeping my son.'"
Funny how certain folks get to a certain place in their lives they're so quick to judge and forget the mess they went through to get there. Hopefully Stacey remembers her own story the next time she judges a woman for her choice she legally has.
Stacey’s book "There Goes My Social Life: From Clueless to Conservative" will hit shelves June 6th. Will you be copping it?
