Grace Gealey CONFIRMS “Empire” Engagement To Trai Byers On “FABLife” + Jennifer Hudson Visits Harlem School Ahead Of Education Rally

Grace Gealey is spilling the “Empire” engagement tea on an upcoming show episode of “FABLife.” Meanwhile, Jennifer Hudson is giving back to a few kiddies in Harlem ahead of a huge education ralley. More inside…

We told you “Empire” star Trai Byers popped the question to his co-star Grace Gealey on her 30th birthday back in July. And now, the bride-to-be is ready to spill the beans on their engagement and upcoming nuptials.

Grace will be appearing on an upcoming episode of “FABLife” where she will dish the deets to Tyra Banks, Chrissy Teigen, Joe Zee, Lauren Makk and Leah Ashley about her recent engagement to the sexy actor.

We don’t have any juicy details as to what she’ll reveal, but we do know she’s confirming their engagement. Guess we’ll just have to wait until her segment airs Wednesday, October 7th on “FABLife.”

Grammy Award winning songstress Jennifer Hudson got into the do-gooder spirit yesterday. The fab mom paid a visit to Success Academy Harlem 1 to visit a few kiddies ahead of the “Stand for School Equality” rally where she’s set to perform.

The upcoming Broadway star took time out of her busy schedule to read and meet with a group of students in their classroom. The “Stand for School Equality” rally is set to go down Wednesday, October 7 in Cadman Plaza in Brooklyn, NY.

JHud will hit the stage for a performance in front of 15,000 parents, educators, and students to call for an end to New York City’s separate and unequal schools. She will be joined by joined by international DJ and producer DJ Jazzy Jeff and guest speaker Aloe Blacc.

The singer said via press release,“I’m standing for education equality because every child deserves access to a great school."  Agreed, Jenny!

Following the rally, a representative group of parents, teachers, and students will march across the Brooklyn Bridge to City Hall in Manhattan to demand change to an unbalanced education system currently failing hundreds of thousands of children in New York City.
