NBA Commissioner Adam Silver Had A Talk With Drake About His Courtside Antics + Klay Thompson Is Skipping Drizzy's Emo Songs During Finals

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver had to have a talk with Drake about his courtside antics. Find out what he told him, plus watch Klay Thompson talk about skipping Drizzy tracks during the NBA Finals inside...

Drake caused quite a stir during the Eastern Conference Finals as he cheered on his beloved Toronto Raptors against the Milwaukee Bucks. The SCORPION rapper was doing the absolute most, dapping up the Raptors mascot, stanning out for the players, and hugging the coach.

Drizzy - who is the Raptors global ambassador - got so out of control, Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer blasted him for being extra.

Well, his antics caught the eye of NBA Commissioner Adam Silver and he decided to have a talk with the rapper.

Silver told Yahoo Sports he spoke to Drake about his overzealous support. While he appreciates the rapper’s passion, he wanted to make sure the franchise knew about boundaries.

“We appreciate how big a fan he is, and I know the Raptors do,” Silver said of Drake. “He has the official designation 'ambassador' ... and he's a global star, so it's a huge deal that he's so engaged with the team and loves the NBA so much.”

“Obviously, there's some lines that even ambassadors shouldn't cross," he added.

As you know, Drake was blasted for rubbing Raptors coach Nick Nurse's shoulders during the game. Adam Silver said Drizzy should avoid doing things like that.

“I think Drake understands as excited as he is and as appreciative we are of his support that there's got to be lines drawn. Obviously, you don't want to end up touching a coach because a coach may not realize what's going on in the middle of the action,” he said.

It has also been reported the league spoke to the Raptors about Drake's sideline shenanigans during the Eastern Conference Finals, although details about that conversation have yet to be released.

With the 2019 NBA Finals set to kick off this Thursday, Golden State Warriors player Klay Thompson says he's going to chill on the Drizzy tracks.

While Klay says he's a Drake fan, he will be skipping over his tracks as he prepares for the NBA Finals. During a recent press conference, the NBA champ was asked whether he would be listening to songs by the Young Money rapper to get him in the zone.

"If it's one of his soft, R&B songs, I'mma skip it 'cause I'm in 'kill mode' right now trying to get these 4 games, so I'll skip 'Hotline Bling' and anything along that line," he said.

Ha!

"He's a great artist. Do I like him as a Raptors fan? No. But, I like him as a musician. He's extremely talented, but I will definitely skip the song if I don't like it."

Peep the clip above.

The 2019 NBA Finals kicks off tonight at 9pm EST on ABC. Let's see how Drake will act.

BREAKING: R. Kelly Hit With 11 NEW Felony Counts Of Sexual Abuse

A new case has been filed against R. Kelly in Chicago and court records show he's being brought up on 11 new felony counts of sexual abuse. Details inside...

Prosecutors in Cook County have reportedly filed new sex abuse charges against Robert "R. Kelly" Kelly, adding 11 felony counts of sexual abuse. Some of the charges carry a potential sentence of up to 30 years in prison - the most serious he has ever faced.

As you know, he was previously hit with 10 charges of aggravated sexual abuse back in February that involved four victims - three of which were underage at the time of the alleged assaults. He plead not guilty to all of the charges.

The abuse in question allegedly took place in January 2010. There aren't many details, but the new case may not involve a new victim, since the initials of the victim in the latest case are the same as one of victims in the cases previously charged.

Here's a list of the new charges filed against the R&B singer: four counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault, two counts of criminal sexual assault by force, two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, and three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse against a victim between the ages of 13 to 16.

It's unclear (for now) if the sex videos lawyer Michael Avenatti found allegedly featuring Kelly having sex with an underaged girl have anything to do with the new charges. He's representing several victims in the first case. “We’ll see what the charges are, and we’ll proceed accordingly,” R. Kelly's lawyer Steve Greenberg said about the new charges. “I know this much: it’s old. They’re allegations from years ago.”

The four counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault have been classified as "Class X" felonies, which carry a potential sentence of up to 30 years in prison if he's found guilty. The 10 charges he copped in February were lower-level felonies that only held maximum sentences of up to seven years. You'll recall, after Kelly was charged in February, he turned himself in to police and then was freed on a $1 million bond.

The 52-year-old singer is due to appear in court on the new case June 6th.

Willow Smith Offered Chance To Direct Adult Film After 'RTT' Discussion With Jada Pinkett Smith About Her Hardcore Porn Addiction

 photo willowporn.png

Willow Smith has been offered to direct her own adult film after she and her mother Jada Pinkett Smith opens up about porn on a recent episode of "Red Table Talk." Lordt. More inside...

Nothing is off limits on Jada Pinkett Smith's "Red Table Talk" show that she co-hosts with her daughter Willow Smith and her mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones. Even porn.

On a recent episode, the Girls Trip actress revealed she used to have an unhealthy addiction to pornography. Awkward? There were some awkward vibes between the three generations, but it didn't last long. They laughed about it at first and then kept the conversation going.

“Back in the day I had a little porn addiction,” the 47-year-old actress spilled during the episode. “I wasn’t in a relationship when I had a porn addiction, believe it or not, thank goodness.”

Jada's porn addiction was pre-Will Smith and it manifested as she was trying to refrain from having sex.

“I actually feel like I was using ‘addiction’ a little lightly,” she continued. “And maybe I’ll say now that I had an unhealthy relationship to porn at one point in my life where I was trying to practice abstinence.”

Last season, the Hollywood actress first revealed she had a sex addiction and masturbating when she was younger.

Check out the "Red Talk Table" porn episode below:

Now, adult filmmakers are hitting up 18-year-old Willow Smith to collaborate.

Bree Mills, an award-winning adult filmmaker, sent a letter to Willow offering her an opportunity to direct an adult film.  Mills said she caught wind of the positive commentary Willow made about porn during the "Red Table Talk" episode. Willow said on the episode she would be open to working on an adult project if it had artistic value. And here we are.

In the letter (obtained by The Blast), Mills thanked Willow first and then hit her with the opportunity. Mills said she wanted to thank Willow for the “public statements you recently made about the negative impacts of stigmatizing porn."

“Adult films that are artistic and progressive provide an opportunity for people to explore and connect around issues of sexuality, which is very difficult to find in other aspects of today’s society and education systems,” adding, “This is something that, as a woman and an award-winning adult filmmaker, I take very seriously.”

The filmmaker offered Willow the chance to “direct an adult film, digital series or documentary of your choosing,” and made it clear that she would have “full artistic control.”

No word yet on if Willow will accept.

BONUS:

Meanwhile, Jada's hubby Will Smith recently revealed he doesn't even watch "Red Table Talk."

While on the promo trail for his new movie Aladdin (in theaters now), he stopped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and he revealed he doesn't even tune in.

"No, I don't watch it. They're tellin' all our business," Smith - who appeared in an episode last October - told the late night talk show host.

The show is great, Will just can't handle the topics they touch on and the ladies' unfiltered opinions.

"It's actually fantastic – the episodes I could bear," Smith continued. "And they sit down, and it's really wide open, raw conversation across the generations about a cornucopia of topics."

"Even a pornocopia of topics," Jimmy Kimmel responded, referencing the porn episode.

"Absolutely, yeah, porn addiction I think was the topic," Smith added. "They all go into a blur, you know."

"Who it is most upsetting to hear talk about that? Your daughter? Your wife? Or your mother-in-law?" Kimmel asked.

"It's all bad," Smith replied.

Ha. Peep the clip at the 6:25-minute mark above.

We can't say we blame him.  But as a viewer, we're loving it.

Drake took his Troll God ways to another level last night for Game 1 of the 2019 NBA Finals. See the Dell Curry jersey he rocked, his trash session with Draymond Green, the Steph Curry lint he has for sale, and more inside....

Even though NBA Commissioner Adam Silver had to have a chat with Drake about his antics during the Eastern Conference Finals, that didn't stop the rapper from cutting up last night during Game 1 of the 2019 NBA Finals between his beloved Toronto Raptors and the defending champs, the Golden State Warriors.

It's the first time the Raptors have ever made it to the NBA Finals, so it's no surprise Raptors global ambassador Drake was on 1,000.

The Troll God made sure he grabbed everyone's attention when he walked into the Scotiabank Arena last night. He rocked a throwback Dell Curry hybrid jersey in honor of Warriors baller Steph Curry's dad, who played for the team from 1999-2002.

Watch Dell and his wife Sonya Curry's reaction when they peeped Drizzy in his throwback jersey below:

But get this, the Toronto native wore a black armband over his left elbow to cover up his Warriors tattoos. He has the jersey numbers of Steph Curry and Kevin Durant tattooed on his arm, in case you didn't know.

He has Curry's jersey number "30" inked on his arm in the NBA uniform font with the word "Gifted" written in cursive and a small halo. He also has Durant's jersey number "35" tatted with the word "Snipe" below it, which is a play off Durant's social media handle, EasyMoneySniper.

 photo draketroll2.png

The Raptors beat the Warriors, 118 -109, for their first NBA Finals win in franchise history. After the win, the SCORPION rapper was on the sidelines trash talking Warriors baller Draymond Green. He wanted all the smoke:

To continue his trolling efforts, the "God's Plan" rapper hopped on social media and shared a video of himself poppin' off on Steph Curry courtside. In the clip, you see Drizzy reach up to the guard's hair and seemingly grabs something. The rapper then posted a photo of a piece of lint with the caption,“Steph Curry hair lint for sale on my eBay right now!!! username: DraymondShouldntWear23.”

We die.

During his post-game interview....

"Just wanted you to talk about that post-game scuffle between you and Drake," a reporter asked Draymond.

"Do you have a question about basketball?," he asked the reporter. "It wasn't really a scuffle because I didn't hit him and he didn't hit me. I didn't push him and he didn't push me. We talked. We barked a little bit, but I wouldn't necessarily call that a scuffle. Not really what I would personally consider a scuffle," he responded.

Oh yes, we know.

The Raptors and the Warriors will meet again for Game 2 Sunday at 8pm, live on ABC. Who ya got?!

Chicago Police Release Jussie Smollett's Criminal Case Files! 'Empire' Star Called Osundairo Brothers 'Black As Sin', Texted For Drugs, Police Told NOT To Investigate

$

 photo jussiecase1.png

The files Jussie Smollett tried to keep under wraps have been released and we've learned quite a few new things about his criminal case. Get it all inside...

Jussie Smollett tried his damnedest to keep the case files in his criminal case sealed. However, a Cook County judge didn't feel like his actions warranted to have the files sealed, so, he ordered the file to be released. And here we are.

Cook County Judge Steven Watkins said the former "Empire" star didn't have a right to privacy in the case since he and his lawyers were so vocal about the case in the media.

"These are not the actions of a person seeking to maintain his privacy or simply be let alone," he said in his order, referring to Smollett's lawyers media tour after the charges were dropped.

Judge Watkins noted there were good arguments in favor of keeping the file sealed, however, Jussie forfeited his right to privacy by speaking to the media before and after the charges against him were dropped. As you know, the 36-year-old actor was hit with 16 felony counts of lying to police after he filed a police report saying he had been the victim of a racist, homophobic attack in January. He was booked and released on a $10,000 bond in April.

All 470 pages of the criminal case were released and here's what we've learned:

According to the report (obtained by The Daily Mail), Jussie changed his story throughout the investigation, first telling police his attackers were white. He then said they were "pale" and admitted he assumed they were white because of what he claimed they yelled at him: "This is MAGA country." He said the attacker had "pale" skin, which he could see behind the mask he was wearing - around the eyes.

 photo jussiecase3.png

After brothers Abel and Ola Osundairo (above) were arrested in connection to the attack, Jussie appeared shocked and explained to police why the brothers couldn't have been his attackers, saying "It can't be them, they'e black as sin."

He said he and the brothers were friends and had no problems. He originally agreed to press charges against them, but was reportedly stopped by his lawyer.

It has been revealed that Jussie sent several text messages to the Nigerian brothers asking for drugs months before the alleged attack. He exchanged several text messages with Abel Osundairo about getting "molly," "pills," and "Whitney," which was a code name for cocaine.

 photo jussiecase2.png

It's reported several line-ups were put together, but Jussie's lawyer did not let him do any. It's unclear if Jussie ever viewed a line up that included the brothers since the case files were so largely redacted.

Some of the files still remain a secret, including exactly what the brothers said in their interviews, which the police department expects to release next week.

Immediately after the attack, Jussie changed his phone number. In earlier interviews, he told police he had only spoken to his manager and creative director on the night of the attack, but records show she spoke with Abel and Ola Osundairo in the hours and days after the January 29 incident.

Weeks before the 16 charges were dropped against Jussie, the Chicago Police Department was reportedly told by Cook County prosecutors to end the criminal investigation into the alleged hate crime, the newly released documents show. They were told a deal was in the works.

NBC News reports:

In the documents released Thursday, detectives note the Chicago Police Department was informed by the Cook County State's Attorney's office on Feb. 28 that they could no longer investigate the crime. Smollett was indicted on March 7. The lead investigators in the case met with Assistant State's Attorney Risa Lanier, who informed detectives "that she felt the case would be settled with Smollett paying the city of Chicago $10,000 in restitution and doing community service."

“Detectives were not aware that the case was going to be handled in the manner that it was," Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said. "If you go on to read the report, the detective writes that the case will be closed through arrest and prosecution.”

The detectives closed the case at that point because an arrest was made and the alleged offender was being prosecuted, according to Guglielmi.

Interesting.

The City of Chicago is suing Jussie Smollett for $130,000 to cover the costs of the investigation.

DING DONG! 'Cardi Don't Need More Press,' But Here's The Statement-Making 'Press' Track (And Her Latest Court Drama)

Press, press, press, press, press.  Cardi B. might not need anymore press, but she's surely getting it.

Bronx Bardi dropped the audio and risque promo shots for her latest track "Press," conveniently on the same day she headed back to court to face felony charges.

Showing up with extra long, sleek wiggery, a tailored pink Ferragamo suit Elle Woods would be super proud of and a taupe alligator-skin Chanel bag, Cardi B. headed back to court today.

Unfortunately, it wasn't the best news.  In her first public appearance since being on doctor mandated rest after complications from her recent breast augmentation and lipo took their toll, Cardi popped up at Queens Criminal Court a few hours ago.  Her recent Not Guilty plea might be coming back to bite her.

 photo PinkCardi2_zpss8ph0qio.jpg

Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar decided to not plead guilty to misdemeanor assault to the third degree in connection to claims that she ordered the attack of two bartender sisters at a New York strip club.  She accused now former dancers Jade & Baddie G of sleeping with her husband Offset.  She was caught on camera, allegedly, throwing an ice bucket at one of the plaintiffs.  Still, Cardi decided to play this out in a trial by jury.  Had she plead guilty, she would have avoided jail time and the case would have been dismissed.

Instead, Cardi showed up a reported 3 hours late today to find out what will happen next.   Prosecutors said they would like to present the case to a grand jury.  She is now scheduled to appear back in court on August 9th.

Also, she still has a restraining order preventing her from any contact with the plaintiffs.

Cardi is super unbothered though, because on her way to court she was extra busy promoting her new single "Press."  She was talking about her face "being maaaaaaaa fat" on Instagram live, and said maybe she needs to"suck some more d--- to do some jaw exercises."  Her 30 minute session was...a doozy.  From her swollen feet to pulling up on a UPS man to her bathroom habits, it was a lot.

Oh.

We're sure these handcuffed & naked promos weren't a coincidence.  As well as her sex worker serial killer-inspired promo.

By the way, she and Offset just reached 100M streams on their "Clout" video. Congrats!

Maleah Davis Update: Mother's Fiancé Allegedly Confesses To Killing 4-Year-Old, Black Bag & Bones Found In Arkansas

Derion Vence - the fiancé of the victim's mother - reportedly confessed to killing 4-year-old Maleah Davis and dumping her body in Arkansas. Police have found a black bag with bones and blood inside that is believed to be the little girl's body. Details inside...

Suspected killer Derion Vence has reportedly confessed to killing and dumping the body of 4-year-old Maleah Davis on a side road in Arkansas, which is over 300 miles from her home in Houston. He allegedly confessed to Quanell X, a community activist who advocated for Maleah's mother, Brittany Bowens.

Vence, the ex-fiance' of Maleah Davis' mother, is being flown to Hope, Arkansas - the place he claims he dumped the little girl's body.

Before his arrival, police in Hope, Arkansas reportedly found a black garbage bag which contained bones and blood and gave off a "foul odor."

It has not been confirmed if the bag contains Maleah's remains.

Quanell told reporters that Derion confessed that the girl died by accident and her body was dumped in Arkansas.

"All I can say is he told me it was an accident, and that she is dead and where he dumped her body," Quanell told reporters in a southwest Houston parking lot

The Houston Police Department has not confirmed Vence's confession and is still investigating everything they have been told by Quanell.

Quanell also spoke to The Houston Chronicle:

"He was very specific with the amount of distance and time," he told the publication. "When I was able to leave and look it up on my phone, he was to the point on the distance and time. He said that he pulled over in Arkansas, got out of the car, walked to the side of the road, and dumped the body off the road."

Vence reported Maleah was missing on May 4th after Maleah's mom left her with him on April 30th to go out of town to attend a funeral. Little Maleah was last seen alive on surveillance footage entering her Houston apartment with her mother's ex-fiancé. He stumbled into a hospital with his one-year-old son claiming three Hispanic men abducted Maleah after he had pulled over on the side of the road to check on a noise coming from his car. He said he was on his way to the airport to pick the mother up.

Soon after, a search for the 4-year-old launched and has been going on ever since.

After searching the family's apartment, investigators found blood evidence that matched Maleah’s DNA that was collected from her toothbrush.

Vence was arrested on May 11th and charged with tampering with evidence in the disappearance of Maleah. He was originally held in the Harris County Jail on a $999,999 bond, but a judge reduced that amount to $45,000.

Quanell X claims he's no longer representing Maleah's mother, Brittany Bowens, because he believes she knows way more about the disappearance of her daughter and isn't sharing the information with police.

Peep the clip below:

Brittany Bowens has received backlash from people who don't believe she's telling the full truth. She was heckled outside of a courtroom earlier this month with people protesting and questioning her about her daughter's disappearance. She was met by a crowd of people chanting "Justice for Maleah!"

A court order banned Bowens and Vence from seeing Maleah's other two siblings on May 8th. Maleah's younger half-brother was reportedly sent to his paternal grandmother, while her older brother was put into the custody of his paternal aunt. The order was reportedly the result of separate motions by Brittany's own mother, Brenda, and the Department of Family and Protective Services. It was previously reported CPS had taken custody of Maleah last year after she was rushed to the hospital with a seizure and a head injury.

While the bag of human remains have been found, the search for Maleah continues until it has been officially confirmed it's her.

So tragic. Prayers up to everyone in Maleah's family.

Infamous Drug Kingpin Frank Lucas, Dead At 88

 photo Screen Shot 2019-05-31 at 5.44.06 PM_zpsndvzqjbs.png

Frank Lucas, the infamous drug kingpin of the 60's and 70's, has died. The story inside.

88-year-old Frank Lucas died at home in New Jersey today, this according to his nephew Aldwan Lassiter who said his uncle died of natural causes.  According to reports, he was being transported to a hospital for an unknown health issue and died on the way.

Frank built a multi-million dollar empire from running a drug ring straight from his international sources in southeast Asia to the streets of America, and it included his "Blue Magic" pure heroin. He was known to smuggle drugs back into the U.S. using coffins of dead servicemen.

While he was doing something many white, Italian and other kingpins had been doing for decades, many in the black community blame him for being part of the downfall of black America.  Some still call him a "legend".  He became even more famous when Denzel Washington portrayed him the 2007 flick American Gangster.

Frank was brought down when the law and Richard Roberts, who oversaw the Essex County Prosecutor’s Bureau of Narcotics in the 1970s, indicted Lucas after shutting down a heroin market run by Lucas’ brother, Vernon.

After Frank's multiple arrests and several years served in jail, he flipped and became an informant, putting dirty cops and other dealers on blast. In the 80's, he moved to New Jersey where he died this morning.

“I probably did more damage than I did good. I probably did, and that’s a fact,” Lucas told the Star-Ledger in New Jersey in 2013. “At that time, I wasn’t aware of what I was doing. All I knew is, I was making big dollars. A bad business was a good business. It was a horrible business, put it that way. I was in the heroin business ... the worst you can get. You can’t get no lower than that, and I was in it. Up to my head. If you wanna put that I was a no good son of a b*tch, be my guest. 'Cause that’s what I was.”

Roberts told the Ledger:

“There are a lot of people that love him and a lot of people that hate him,” Roberts said after Lucas received probation in 2012 for stealing more than $17,000 from the federal government. “He’ll always have the stigma of heroin distribution. Let’s face it, a lot of people died because of what he sold.”

But Roberts also added: “He also did good by helping put a lot of people behind bars. It was a hell of a run.”

Frank had 7 childreen.

Diddy himself has never publicly acknowledged anything between them,  but Gina took to her Instagram today to show off videos of them kissing and boo'd up:

He certainly has a type. Maybe since his ex Cassie has clearly moved on, he's ready to as well.

It's unclear when the video were taken or even if Diddy claims her as his girlfriend, seeing that he seemed to be totally focused on mourning his children's mother lately as opposed to dating. But who knows.

ANOTHER ONE! ABC & Walt Disney Company Follow Netflix's Lead - Threaten To Stop Filming In Georgia If Anti-Abortion Law Takes Effect

 photo disneyabortion.png

The Walt Disney Company - which owns ABC - is following in Netflix footsteps in threatening to stop filming in Geogria if their controversial anti-abortion law takes effect. More inside...

Just a few days ago, Netflix became the first Hollywood studio to speak out against the anti-abortion bill Georgia Governor Brian Kemp signed into law. The company said they were considering to boycott filming in Georgia if the law takes effect.

Now, The Walt Disney Company is following suit.

Disney's CEO Bob IGer recently spoke out about the controversial anti-abortion law and said it would be "very difficult" for the company to keep filming in the state if the law goes into effect.

"I rather doubt we will," Iger told Reuters. "I think many people who work for us will not want to work there, and we will have to heed their wishes in that regard. Right now we are watching it very carefully," he said.

"I don’t see how it’s practical for us to continue to shoot there" if the law went into effect, he said, according to Reuters.

A slew of Hollywood movies and television shows are filmed in GA due to the state's favorable tax incentive. Production companies get a 30% tax break for filming in the southern state.

As of now, the anti-abortion laws Georgia (and the other half dozen states) passed are on hold, pending the outcome of legal challenges.  But will likely take effect in January if all goes according to the states' plans.

The Walt Disney Company owns ABC, Marvel Studios, 20th Century Fox, ESPN and a slew of other prodction studios, networks and products.

Film crews, though, are pissd.  They say this boycott only hurts the small guy - the workers behind the scenes.

A grip working in Atlanta told BuzzFeed News he's worried they won't be able to pay their insurance or housing if this boycott happens:

“It’s ultimately hurting more people than it is going to do any justice,” a 39-year-old best boy grip told BuzzFeed News about a possible boycott. The grip preferred to remain anonymous because, like many other staffers who spoke to BuzzFeed News, he was afraid of losing his job.

“It’s not going to affect the politicians and the actors,” he said. “They’re still going to keep going to work in other places like they always have. But with us here, it’s going to destroy us.”

Well, there's also that.

There are several other companies monitoring what's going on in Georgia before taking action over the anti-abortion law.

NBCUniversal:

“If any of these laws are upheld, it would strongly impact our decision-making on where we produce our content in the future,” a spokesperson for NBCUniversal told Reuters.

Warner Media (which includes HBO, TNT and TBS, as well as its film distribution unit, Warner Bros.):

“If the new law holds we will reconsider Georgia as the home to any new productions. As is always the case, we will work closely with our production partners and talent to determine how and where to shoot any given project,” WarnerMedia company said.

HEARTBREAKING: Search Ends For Maleah Davis After Police Find Child Remains In Trash Bag

$

In very tragic news, the month-long search for 4-year-old Maleah Davis has ended after police reveal the trash bag they discovered contains a child's remains. They believe it's Maleah after her mother's ex-fiance, Derion Vence, allegedly confessed to killing her. Details inside...

Police have been searching for 4-year-old Maleah Davis for a month. Today, the search reportedly ended after police revealed that they believe the remains of a child found in a trash bag in Arkansas are those of the four-year-old girl.

Yesterday, police in Hope, Arkansas reportedly found a black garbage bag which contained bones, blood, and gave off a "foul odor."

Houston Police believe they are the remains of Maleah Davis, but that can't be confirmed until an autopsy is complete. It's reported the remains were sent to Houston - the city the girl lived in with her mother, Brittany Bowens, and her ex-fiance Derion Vence before her death - Friday night. The remains will undergo forensic testing to confirm the dead child's identity and attempt to determine cause of death.

"Do we believe that's it's possibly her? Yes. But can we confirm it right now? No," Houston Executive Assistant Police Chief Troy Finner said at a press conference on Friday.

Suspected killer Derion Vence reportedly confessed to killing and dumping Maleah's body on a side road in Arkansas, which is over 300 miles from her home in Houston. He allegedly made his confession to Quanell X, a community activist who advocated for Maleah's mother.

Quanell revealed to The Houston Chronicle about what Vence told him about Maleah's disappearance:

"All I can say is he told me it was an accident, and that she is dead and where he dumped her body," Quanell told reporters in a southwest Houston parking lot

"He was very specific with the amount of distance and time," he told the publication. "When I was able to leave and look it up on my phone, he was to the point on the distance and time. He said that he pulled over in Arkansas, got out of the car, walked to the side of the road, and dumped the body off the road."

In an interview with Fox 26, Quanell shared details about Vence's confession:

"I was able by God's grace to visit Derion,’ Quanell said. ‘He voiced his concerns about how he was being portrayed in the media. He was upset with Brittany. He thought he acted as more of a [parent than Maleah’s mother Brittany Bowens]."

"What hurt me [is] he had no remorse. He had no feelings of regret ... and I can't stop crying,’ an emotional Quanell admitted.

"I had to stop myself from crying because he was so cold in this discussion with me. He cared more about what people think about him, than what he did with Maleah. There was no remorse."

If true, Derion is complete and utter evil.

Quanell said he believes Vence snapped after finding out that Bowens was having an affair.

"I asked him, 'Are you a cold-blooded murderer?' He said it was an accident ... He wanted to make it clear everything he was doing for the children by himself. He was cold. He had a cold spirit, almost like I don't care spirit. That's the part I expected emotions and remorse, there is none."

Apparently, simply ending things with his fiancé wasn't an option.

Vence is being held in custody on a charge of tampering with human remains in the disappearance of Maleah.

You'll recall, he told police three Hispanic men kidnapped her after he pulled over on the side of the road to inspect a noise coming from his car. He claims he was headed to the airport to pick up Maleah's mother who had left the child with Vence (on April 30th) so she could attend a funeral. Maleah was reported missing on May4th.

After searching the family's apartment, investigators found blood evidence that matched Maleah’s DNA that was collected from her toothbrush. Vence was arrested on May 11th in connection to her disappearance.

 photo maleahdead2.png

Quanell is no longer representing Maleah's mother because he believes she knows more about the death of her daughter and is keeping quiet.

A court order banned Bowens and Vence from seeing Maleah's other two siblings (above).

During a recent court hearing, Maleah's biological father - Craig Davis - revealed that he tried to see his daughter the same day she was reported missing, but Vence allegedly wouldn't let him. Davis and his sister reportedly went to the Houston apartment where Maleah lived to check on her, but Vence said they couldn't see her "because she had the flu."

That court hearing was in regards to the custody of Maleah's brother. Maleah's mother was also present.

It was also revealed that when Davis and his sister asked if they could just get a look at her sleeping, Vence told them no and would not let them inside the apartment. Hours later, Vence stumbled into the hospital with the story about Maleah being kidnapped.

When it was reported Maleah was missing, Davis https://theybf.com/2019/05/15/search-continues-for-missing-4-year-old-ma... ">shared intimate photos of his daughter on social media.

So incredibly sad.

Lots Of Viewers Had To Take A Break During 'When They See Us' Because It Was Too Gut Wrenching + Central Park 5 Prosecutor Linda Fairstein Gets Dragged

 photo when2.png

Ava DuVernay's "When They See Us" was too much for many to handle causing many to turn it off - temporarily - because it was too raw, emotional and gut-wrenching. But it's oh so necessary.

Also, the Central Park 5 prosecutor, Linda Fairstein, is getting rightfully dragged online for her role in putting five innocent teens behind bars. More inside...

Ava DuVernay's miniseries "When They See Us" just premiered on Netflix and it's too much for viewers to handle.

 photo when1.png

The Netflix miniseries tells the story of a group of Black and Latino teenage boys who were wrongfully convicted of a brutal rape in Central Park. They became known as the Central Park Five. Antron McCray, Yusef Salaam, Korey Wise, Raymond Santana, and Kevin Richardson, ages 14 to 16, were wrongfully accused of raping and nearly beating to death a white female jogger named Trisha Meili, who was a 28-year-old banker, on the night of April 19, 1989.

It became one of NYC's most notorious cases. Donald Trump - who was a real estate developer at the time - paid an estimated $85,000 to post an ad in local newspapers calling for the death penalty to be reinstated. That ad played a key role in shaping the public's opinion about the case.

 photo when3.png

 photo when4.png

The Central Park 5 spent between 6 and 13 years in prison before the real perpetrator, Matias Reyes, came out and confessed he was the one who assaulted the female jogger.

All of their convictions were overturned and New York City reached a settlement for $41 million. Santana, Salaam, McCray, and Richardson each received $7.1 million from the city for their years in prison, while Wise received $12.2 million for his time in prison.

Korey Wise's story hits harder being that he was taken into custody when his name wasn't even on the list detectives had when they were rounding up potential suspects following the brutal attack. Wise didn't fit the description either. He only went down to the precinct to support his friend Yusef, who's name was on the list. Wise was 16 and the oldest out of the bunch, so when they were convicted, he was sent to adult prison while the others went to juvenile detention centers.

 photo when5.png

During press interviews, Ava said she wanted to humanize the boys and share what they went through from their perspective to the world.

And that's exactly what she did. In fact, she did it so well, people could barely stand it.

Viewers have been sounding off on social media, saying they had to turn the series off due to it being too emotional to watch.

Some viewers were able to watch the entire thing, but after watching they were left fuming:

Viewers are also dragging the Central Park 5 prosecutor Linda Fairstein, and rightfully so. She went after the five teenage boys with ZERO evidence tying the teens to the jogger's attacker and to this day she still believes their confessions are legitimate, despite the fact detectives spoke with the teens when their parents were not present, which is illegal.

In 2018, after New York City released thousands of pages of case documents supporting the decision to vacate the convictions, Fairstein wrote an op-ed in the New York Law Journal defending the initial convictions and saying the confessions weren’t coerced.

Oh, and get this, she's also the same woman who helped Harvey Weinstein get out of a sexual assault charge in 2015.

In the series, Fairstein is played by “Desperate Housewives” star Felicity Huffman. She recently pleaded guilty in the college admissions bribery scheme, the biggest name to do so in the scandal.

Hmph.

"When They See Us" is currently streaming on Netflix, but be sure you're mentally prepared to watch because it's triggering and intense.

You can catch a behind-the-scenes look at the series HERE.

Lil Kim Reportedly Sued For Alleged Insurance Fraud & $15K In Upaid Medical Bills, Reunites With Lil Cease

Lil Kim is being sued by a urologist who claims she's involved in insurance fraud and that she still owes him $15,000 in unpaid medical bills. Get those deets, plus see Kim reunite with Lil Cease and Brooklyn re-name a street after the Notorious B.I.G. inside....

Lil Kim has new legal issues on her hands.

The NYC raptress is being sued by New Jersey urologist, Dr. Gregory Lovallo, for breach of contract for allegedly failing to pay $15,000 for specialized medical treatment she received that the doctor believes is part of a scam.

The urologist also believes that Kim’s treatment may have been related to an insurance scam that she later profited off of. Oh?

According to Bossip, the doctor doesn't go into details about what exactly made him suspect the "How Many Licks" rapper was part of an insurance scheme, but he did say that she was “unjustly enriched” as a result.

“Based upon information and belief, defendant improperly converted insurance proceeds to his/her own personal use,” Dr. Lovallo’s complaint states.

Dr. Lovallo is seeking $15,000, plus interest and his lawyer's fees paid.

The "All About The Benjamins" rapper hadn't responded to the case as of May 31st. If she doesn't respond by next month, a judge could put her in default over the case. Last year, Kimmy filed for bankruptcy after admitting she owes millions to creditors.

This news comes after a super busy week for the female rapper. She recently reunited with Junior M.A.F.I.A. member Lil Cease at TAO Downtown during a special birthday dinner for their friend/late rapper the Notorious B.I.G. They celebrated in honor of what would've been Biggie's 47th birthday.

It was the first time Kim had seen Cease since he snitched on her in court during her perjury case in 2005. Kimmy spent a year in federal prison. After she got out, she blasted Cease other JM members for betraying her and breaking the street code.

They've let bygones be bygone and patched things up in honor of Biggie:

She also reconnected with Biggie's daughter T'yanna, whom she posted a picture with on Instagram with the caption, "Yes this is that beautiful little girl that was sitting on my lap in The Lox “We’ll Always Love Big Poppa” video."

Rappers Fabolous, Fat Joe, Jadakiss, and Styles P were also in the mix, along with Kim's manager Big Fendi:

Speaking of Biggie...

A Brooklyn street is getting the Biggie treatment.

On June 10th, the Fulton Street intersection at St. James Place will soon be known as Christopher Wallace Way, to commemorate the life and legacy of the Brooklyn-born rapper, Notorious B.I.G.

His mother, Voletta Wallace, his two children T’Yanna and Christopher Jr., as well as close friends and other family members are expected to attend.

“Honoring Biggie symbolizes more than just one man,” LeRoy McCarthy told Rolling Stone in November. “It symbolizes a culture. It symbolizes a borough. It symbolizes a people, and hip-hop is worldwide.”

THE ANTICS!: KD & Klay Thompson Clown Drake's 'Bum A**' After Game 2 Win, Troll God Rocks 'Home Alone' Sweatshirt + Drizzy Daps Up Obama Before Tipoff

The Golden State Warriors won Game 2 of the NBA Finals and they made sure to rub it in Drake's face. Watch Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson clown "bum a**" Drizzy, see the rapper's "Home Alone" troll sweatshirt, and the "God's Plan" rapper dap up President Barack Obama, and more inside...

The Golden State Warriors redeemed themselves last night during Game 2 of the 2019 NBA Finals held at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.

The Warriors took down the Raptors in Game 2 with a final score of 109-104. Close game.

After the game, Warriors players Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson had some words for Drizzy. They wanted to make sure they rubbed their win in his face when they crossed paths. As the Warriors made their way into the locker room after the game, someone called for them to come back out because the Raptors global ambassador was about to walk by.

When Drizzy popped up, KD and Klay started clowning the Young Money rapper, calling him a "bum a**" and questioned why he wasn't talking trash like he has been previously.

"See you in the Bay, Aubrey. You weren't talking tonight, were ya? With ya bum a**," KD said.

"That was light work too," Klay said as he celebrated with his teammates.

"It's alright, it's okay, we still got more games to play," KD added.

Watch their exchange below:

Oop.

By the way, Klay ended up having to leave the game early due to a hamstring injury. He scored 25 points before leaving the game.

As expected, Drizzy was still on his trolling ish. The Raptors global ambassador walked into the Scotiabank Arena wearing a hoodie with Macaulay Culkin as Kevin McCallister in the classic 1990 comedy, Home Alone."Kevin?!?!?!" was written on under the image of Kevin McCallister's famous face from the clip. It was a shot aimed at Kevin Durant who has been out hurt for sveeral weeks, and is usually waiting and watching back in the locker room by himself.

Macaulay Culkin got wind of Drizzy's shirt and responded hilariously:

"See you at the BBQ" - took us out!

Before the game, the SCORPION rapper linked up and greeted leather jacket wearing President Barack Obama:

Still our President!

The Raptors had a "mini Drake" come out to perform and Drizzy showed him love courtside:

CONFIRMED: Remains Found In Arkansas Positively Identified As 4-Year-Old Maleah Davis

The child remains found in Arkansas have been positively identified to be those of 4-year-old Maleah Davis. More inside...

Today, police confirmed the human remains found in a trash bag in Arkansas last week are those of 4-year-old Maleah Davis.

According to the Daily Mail, the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences positively identified the victim as the 4-year-old, who has been missing for a month. The cause and manner of her death have not yet been determined.

 photo maleahdead2_1.png

Just a few days ago, the search for the young girl was called off after police revealed that they believed the remains they found in Arkansas were Maleah Davis. Police in Hope, Arkansas found her remains near a freeway after suspect Derion Vence (above) confessed to coummunity activist Quanell X that he killed the girl by "accident" and disposed of her body there.

Police reportedly found a black garbage bag which contained bones, blood, and gave off a "foul odor." Her remains were flown back to Houston after they were discovered on Friday.

Quanell X revealed to The Houston Chronicle about what Vence told him about Maleah's disappearance:

"All I can say is he told me it was an accident, and that she is dead and where he dumped her body," Quanell told reporters in a southwest Houston parking lot

"He was very specific with the amount of distance and time," he told the publication. "When I was able to leave and look it up on my phone, he was to the point on the distance and time. He said that he pulled over in Arkansas, got out of the car, walked to the side of the road, and dumped the body off the road."

Vence is being held in a Houston jail on a charge of tampering with human remains in connection to the disappearance of Maleah. Vence's charge remains the same, but that could soon change with the identification of the little girl and the processing of the body.

By the way, Quanell is no longer representing Maleah's mother, Brittany Bowens, because he believes she knows more about the death of her daughter and is keeping quiet.  Brittany previously revealed she and Derion were on the outs after she caught him sending sexual pics to men.  It's unclear why she would then leave her child with Derion if they were no longer together.

Prayers up for Maleah Davis' family during this impossible and tragic time.  We hope everyone responsible for her death is prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of the law.

It's time to toast it up!

Ciara is super busy these days being a mom, wife and entertainer. However, she found time to complete a business course to help her along as she embarks on her new journey as a record label owner.

The Beauty Marks singer just completed a four-day course called “The Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports,” taught by Harvard Business School professor Anita Elberse. It's a course that regularly brings celebrities to Cambridge. Students in the class learned "new approaches for driving revenue and success in today's entertainment environment."

There were several A-listers taking the course with CiCi, including "Fixer Upper” husband and wife stars Chip and Joanna Gaines, Cleveland Cavaliers power forward and NBA champion Kevin Love, Los Angeles Clippers small forward and Cameroonian prince Luc Mbah a Moute, New Orleans Pelicans power forward Julius Randle, “NCIS: Los Angeles” actor Eric Christian Olsen, former Bayern Munich goaltender and 2002 World Cup Golden Ball winner Oliver Kahn, and former Everton midfielder Tim Cahill.

After finishing up the course, "The Greatest Love" singer hopped on Instagram to gush over the accomplishment:
