The NFL outdid itself today by enacting a policy that punishes players who exercise their constitutional right to protest. Find out what the owners and the Commissioner have to say, including two owners who are trying to distance themselves.

This week, reports stated the NFL owners were meeting to finalize a plan to "handle" players who knelt during the national anthem this upcoming football season.  The owners unanimously finalized said plan today, and the policy says teams and players will and can be penalized via fine if players do not stand for the national anthem. The policy also says players who wish to not stand, should stay in the locker room.

The fact Commissioner Goodell said today that "this is a good opportunity to continue the partnership with our players," is absolutely ridiculous. He said the change the players are looking for, rectifying inequalities in the justice system, will be made through the programs the league is helping to institute in the communities.

"We want people to be respectful of the national anthem," commissioner Roger Goodell said. "We want people to stand -- that's all personnel -- and make sure they treat this moment in a respectful fashion. That's something we think we owe. [But] we were also very sensitive to give players choices."

And then there's this, from ESPN:

Earlier this week, the league finalized an $89 million social justice platform with players to help address "some of the underlying issues" that were under protest, said Mark Murphy, the Green Bay Packers' president/CEO.

Interestingly, two owners are seemingly trying to distance themselves from the decision.  49ers owner Jed York abstained from voting on the NFL's new policy, citing a lack of player involvement in the process.  Christopher Johnson, co-owner and chairman of the Jets, said he would cover all fines placed on Jets players who kneel in protest anyway. It's unclear if he abstained as well.

Despite the fact that players who previously invoked their RIGHT to protest were called unpatriotic by the masses, Goodell now says that was a false perception.

"It was unfortunate that on-field protests created a false perception among many that thousands of NFL players were unpatriotic," Goodell said. "This is not and was never the case."

     photo EricReidSanFrancisco49ersvSeattleSeahawksKE8IAlTUR1fl_zpsl5jeehcf.jpg

If only he had said this before Colin Kaepernick (atop) and Eric Reid (above) were blackballed and nailed to a cross for kneeling.

We wonder what Meek Mill is going to tell his new bestie, Patriots owner Robert Kraft, now.

As for why the NFL seems so dead set on punishing folks for exercising their right to protest in this particular way, Colin's girlfriend and activist in her own right, Hot 97 host Nessa, posted this reminder today.

The NFL isn't necessairly only doing this for the good of "supporting the military." We all support the military. Plus, many members of the military have spoken out in support of the kneeling protest, saying they fight to protect everyone's freedoms. When money is involved though, certain freedoms get infringed upon.

Bigot Barbie Tomi Lahren got a drink thrown on her at a restaurant. Find out why Cardi B jokes about her "spirit" being in the midst inside...

Bigot Barbie Tomi Lahren got a reaction from folks while she was trying to enjoy brunch with her parents at a Minneapolis restaurant. In the clips that are going viral, we see Tomi exiting the venue and then a woman throws what looks like a glass of water on her.

Apparently, after the woman threw water on Tomi, the conservative pundit walked back to the table to confront the person who did it. And ish went left.

    Check it:

So, where does Cardi B come into play?

Well, if you listen carefully, you can hear her track "I Like That" playing in the background.

Here's what she had to say about it:

     photo carditomi1.png

Of course, Donald Trump hopped on Twitter to show Bigot Barbie support:

     photo tomi1.png

The "Fox & Friends" commentator also responded to the "incident" (read from the bottom up):

     photo tomi2.png

    Oh, and get this...

"Superbug" Trump loves to use Twitter as he trools America. And we're sure his block button game is strong. However, he won't be able to block anymore users thanks to a new federal law.

A federal judge in Manhattan has declared it unconstitutional for the president to block users on Twitter.

    The NY Times reports:

In her ruling, Federal District Court Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald wrote of seven plaintiffs who sued Mr. Trump and several of his aides after being blocked by Mr. Trump’s Twitter account that “the speech in which they seek to engage is protected by the First Amendment.” Judge Buchwald added that Mr. Trump and Dan Scavino, the White House social media director, “exert governmental control over certain aspects of the @realDonaldTrump account.”

Judge Buchwald wrote that "no government official -- including the President -- is above the law, and all government officials are presumed to follow the law as has been declared." "We hold that portions of the @realDonaldTrump account -- the 'interactive space' where Twitter users may directly engage with the content of the President's tweets -- are properly analyzed under the "'public forum' doctrines set forth by the Supreme Court, that such space is a designated public forum, and that the blocking of the plaintiffs based on their political speech constitutes viewpoint discrimination that violates the First Amendment," Buchwald wrote.

You will deal Donald. Now, can she just take away his right to tweet altogether? Wishful thinking, we know.

Ava DuVernay hosted an intimate garden party to celebrate the upcoming season of "Queen Sugar" and was on the scene to soak it all in. Watch Ava praise composer Meshell Ndegeocello and her musical talents, plus peep pics from the soiree inside...

The third season of the hit OWN series "Queen Sugar" is about to return to our TV screens and we're MORE than excited about it. We've been having "Queen Sugar" withdrawals.

As we come up on the season 3 premiere date, the series' writer/director/executive producer Ava DuVernay hosted a garden party at Ladureé SoHo in NYC that promised to bring the spirit of New Orleans to the Big Apple.

It was a total celebrity affair as several YBF stars were in the mix to celebrate the show, including the cast Dawn-Lyen Gardner, Kofi Siriboe, Rutina Wesley and Bianca Lawson. Other celebrities included actress/comedian Tiffany Haddish, singer Maxwell, VOGUE Editor-at-Large André Leon Talley, and actor Michael K. Williams, to name a few. Also, one of the "Central Park Five" men - Corey Wise (above, right) - was there. If you haven't heard, Ava's working on a five-part scripted series about the notorious Central Park Five for Netflix.

Ms. DuVernay took a moment to speak before the party guests, thanking them for their support and she also shouted out all of the stars in the building. There was one star that's likely less known, but if you watch the show, you at least know a part of her.

Ava praised "Queen Sugar" composer Meshell Ndegeocello, a 10-time Grammy nominated singer-songwriter and bassist, for the extraordinary work she has presented over the three seasons of the drama in a video, captured by YBF correspondent Unique Chapman. The fab directress gushed over Meshell's artistry that has brought the show to life.

"Did you know that Meshell Ndegeocello is our composer for three seasons now? Every time you listen to [a song on the show] you're basically listening to a new piece of art by Meshell. And so, it's another gift that Queen Sugar gives to you."

The music definitely helps create the emotions the writers want you to feel. We all know Ava is a huge advocate for creating work for female creatives, especially black females.

"She's been a long time musical love of mine, so when I approached her and asked her if she would be willing to compose for the show, she was so gracious and so generous with her time and her talent. But also she became part of a very small tribe: Black Women Compose For Film & Television. You can literally count them on one hand. It's not a good thing, but she is brilliant and she's the first of many."

By the way, Meshell just dropped a new album titled, Ventriloquism, and Ava said it is BOMB. Meshell also performed a jazzy set during the party.

    Peep the clip above.

We love how Ava continues to push for women's voices to be heard in film and television.

Check out flicks from inside the bash below:

Migos rapper Offset made an appearance after his brush with death last week. Cardi B's fiancé was involved in a car crash in Atlanta that left him scratched and bruised up. But, he seems to be doing well after the incident.

     photo Pretty42.jpg

Luckily for Offset, no charges will be filed.

Sources tell TMZ, the accident will be treated as an "abandoned/recovered vehicle case, with only a tree being hit and nobody else other than Offset being hurt or injured." There's that.

Now, he can solely focus on the birth of his new baby with the "Be Careful" rapper.

The visuals for Jennifer Lopez's new "Dinero" video have finally dropped. See JLo, Cardi B and DJ Khaled on their bougie steez inside...

Finally, the "Dinero" visuals have arrived.

Jennifer Lopez has been teasing the upbeat, dance-heavy track and video treatment for a hot minute on social media. And now, it's here.

Jenny From The Block called up her Bronx sis Cardi B and superproducer DJ Khaled for the Spanglish banger. It's clear nothing maters but the "Dinero," which means money in Spanish. And when you're laced with endless dollar bills, you do bougie walk an ostrich.

In the Joseph Kahn-directed clip, the Bronx babes participate in the bougiest activities, like cook ribs on the grill in lingerie. Yes, the "World of Dance" judge did that. She also roasted marshmallows over a fire of burning cash, spray painted her Lamborghini with dollar signs, and she ate a Jersey Mike’s sub on a staircase in an extravagant evening gown. Meanwhile, preggo Cardi lounged in bed with JLo as they both read their TIME magazine covers and she played croquet with money. Of course.

The 48-year-old entertainer also showed her man/former New York Yankees player Alex Rodriguez some love, rocking a sparkly, oversized jersey outfit with his number 13 on the front. Cute.

    Peep the video treatment below:

    Oh, to be this rich!

JLo performed "Dinero" for the first time during the 2018 Billboard Music Awards, sans Cardi, who's at home awaiting her baby's arrival.

The estate of Michael Jackson is NOT here for ABC's upcoming special about the late King of Pop.  And they have some words for the network who apparently is ignoring all IP rights  of the estate.  Deets inside...

Before ABC's "The Last Days of Michael Jackson" airs tonight, the estate of the late artist is making it known the network is living foul when it comes to using unauthorized footage.

The Estate claims, according to their statement, that the Disney-owned network had the audacity to utilize photos, music and more property they never licensed and definitely have no rights to.  And we're sure whatever story that will be told by the special didn't have any input from the estate either.  But maybe from a family member or two.

We want consumers to know that The Last Days of Michael Jackson, a television special airing on ABC TV (a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company) May 24, is not sponsored or approved by the Estate of Michael Jackson. It is particularly disheartening that Disney, a company known to strongly believe in protecting its own IP rights, would choose to ignore these rights belonging to the Estate. ABC was using a copyrighted photo and silhouette image owned by the Estate in the trailers and promotional material for the special. Only after notice from our attorneys to ABC News indicating they were infringing on our IP rights were the materials removed.

    The statement continues:

We are told ABC intends to use music and other intellectual property owned by the Estate such as photos, logos, artwork, and more in the program itself, without having licensed the rights to any such material. Imagine if this was done with any of ABC's intellectual property. We believe the special to be another crass and unauthorized attempt to exploit the life, music and image of Michael Jackson without respect for Michael's legacy, intellectual property rights or his children.

The audacity.  But is this going to stop you from watching what the Estate is calling a ratings grab?

Morgan Freeman is issuing an apology after he was accused by 8 different women of sexual harrassment and inappropriate behavior. Details inside...

In the wake of the #METOO and #TIMESUP movements, another Hollywood heavy weight has been accused of sexual misconduct.

Famed actor Morgan Freeman is being accused of inappropriate behavior and sexual harassment by 8 different women, some remaining anonymous. CNN published an investigative report that extensively details the 80-year-ole actor's alleged sexual advances he made towards the women, which include production staff, employees at his production company Revelations Entertainment (the production company he started in 1996 with his business partner Lori McCreary), and with female reporters.

The Oscar winner released a statement, apologizing to "anyone who felt uncomfortable or disrespected."

“Anyone who knows me or has worked with me knows I am not someone who would intentionally offend or knowingly make anyone feel uneasy,” Morgan Freeman said in a statement released Thursday. “I apologize to anyone who felt uncomfortable or disrespected — that was never my intent.”

A female production assistant, who decided to remain anonymous, said she was in her early 20s when Freeman - who was 78 at the time - made claims that Freeman constantly made unwanted comments about her appearance in 2015, during the filming of Going In Style. She said Freeman would subject her and to unwanted touching, including one time when he tried to lift her skirt and asked if she was wearing underwear.

"It was constant comments about the way I looked," she said.

She added she would come home from work in tears frequently due to Freeman's alleged behavior. In one incident, detailed one incident where Freeman allegedly “kept trying to lift my skirt up” and asked “if I was wearing underwear.” She has since left the entertainment industry.

Four people who worked in production capacities on movie sets with Freeman over the last ten years described him as repeatedly behaving in ways that made women feel uncomfortable at work, according to the CNN report.

It got so bad, the women who worked on movie sets and at Revelations said they came up with ways to try and combat the alleged harassment on their own by changing the way they dressed when they knew he would be around.

A woman who was a senior member of the production staff of the movie Now You See Me in 2012 told CNN that Freeman sexually harassed her and her female assistant on numerous occasions by making comments about their bodies. She has decided to remain anonymous.

"He did comment on our bodies... We knew that if he was coming by ... not to wear any top that would show our breasts, not to wear anything that would show our bottoms, meaning not wearing clothes that [were] fitted," she said.

It's also alleged Freeman's business partner/Revelations Entertainment co-founder, Lori McCreary, witnessed at least one of the incidents.

CNN entertainment reporter Chloe Melas, who co-wrote the CNN article, claims Freeman subjected her to inappropriate behavior more than a year ago when she interviewed him at a press junket for Going In Style. Get this, she was 6-months pregnant at the time.

The woman said Freeman shook her hand, but wouldn't let go as he looked her up and down. She said he said something along the lines of "I wish I was there." And then he allegedly said, "You are ripe." She said they were in a room full of people, including his co-stars Alan Arkin and Michael Caine, and that cameras were rolling when he supposedly said, "Boy do I wish I was there" to her. She said she reported what had happened to her supervisor, who instructed her to inform CNN human resources.

While she reported Freeman's alleged behavior, several of the women said they kept their mouth shut in fear of losing their jobs.

In all, CNN spoke with 16 people total as part of their investigation. This group of people described a pattern of inappropriate behavior by Freeman

In all, 16 people spoke to CNN about Freeman as part of this investigation, eight of whom said they were victims of what some called harassment and others called inappropriate behavior by Freeman. Eight said they witnessed Freeman's alleged conduct. These 16 people together described a pattern of inappropriate behavior by Freeman on set, while promoting his movies and at his production company Revelations Entertainment.

With their new "Red Table Talk" show, we're learning that Jada Pinkett Smith, her daughter Willow Smith and her mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones are just like us. More inside...

     photo willowbodies.png

Even with money and fame, insecurities can still creep in one's mind and try to wreak havoc. And growing up in the limelight is even harder.

Willow Smith is a teenager and she's dealing with most of the same issues her peers are going through, such as body image and body acceptance.

During the latest episode of "Red Table Talk," the 17-year-old singer opened up about being jealous of girls who have curvier bodies. All women and girls can relate to that. Willow revealed she had a hard time accepting her slim figure because "curvier" girls would get more attention from the boys she liked.

“I, in my own life, struggled with curvier women and curvier girls have always gotten more attention from the boys that I’ve liked and have ended up dating the boys that I’ve liked,” Willow shared with her mother and grandmother.

The "Whip My Hair" singer said she didn't have a problem being "friends" with boys, but it felt like they never looked at her in any other way other than like "a little sister." She said those interactions started to make her question if she was beautiful.

“You start to wonder, ‘Dang am I just not desirable? Is my body just not what society likes?’ So, it does just get really hard for a lot of girls.” We know that struggle. Growing up is hard as hell.

“I hear my friends that are curvy, they are telling me, ‘It’s so great that you can wear some shorts and a tank top and not feel overexposed or feel like people are looking at you differently.’ Everyone wants what they don’t have.”

Ain't that the truth. We always want what we don't have. And like Jada said, there are TONS of women who would KILL for Willow's model-esque body.

By the way, Willow said her dad Will Smith said he was "so happy" she didn't have a curvy body so boys won't be all up in her face. Typical dad response.

The Girls Trip actress also got candid about her body.

     photo jadahair1.png

The Bad Moms actress is just like us as well.  She  opened up about her biggest insecurity: her hair.

The 46-year-old actress gave the real reason why we've been seeing her cover her head with turbans and headwraps lately.

“A lot of people have been asking why I’ve been wearing turbans,” she said. “Well, I haven’t talked about it. It’s not easy to talk about, but I am going to talk about it.”

Jada's hair is falling out and she (nor doctors) know why.

     photo jadahair2.png

“I've been having issues with hair loss. It was terrifying when it first started. I was in the shower one day and had just handfuls of hair in my hands and I was just like, ‘Oh my god, am I going bald?’ It was one of those times in my life where I was literally shaking in fear. That’s why I cut my hair, and why I continue to cut it,” she added.

The YBF actress debuted an asymmetrical cut in early 2018. She shared her hair was her crowning glory and is one of the things about herself that she took pride in.

"I've gotten every kind of test there is to have. They don't know why," she said.

However, she said having her hair wrapped makes her "feel like a queen."

Also, Jada's mother Adrienne even said SHE has body image issues. WHET?! Yes, the 64-year-old with the BANGING bod said she struggles with loving everything about her body.

    Peep the new episode below:

Looks who's BACK in the studio!

Will Smith hopped in the booth to record a new track and the song is better than 90% of what's being played on the radio these days. No lie. His bars are fire! And get this, Will is making a musical comeback! New music will be coming soon from the award winning actor.

Listen to his new song (which he uploaded to his own YouTube account) above and tell us what you think in the comments!

Nicki Minaj's QUEEN album has been pushed back. After announcing she would be releasing her her fourth studio album on June 15th at the Met Gala, the "Barbie Tingz" rapper has pushed the album's release date back to August 10th. Yep, this is the big announcement she has been referring to on social media.

"The album itself I think I want to put out on August 10," she said during an Instagram Live stream. "I want to put out my second single, which I'm really, really excited about, and I want to now start an official countdown."

The Grammy nominated rapper mentioned she wanted to do things a bit differently for this album, such as invite some of her Barbz to her studio session to preview the album before it drops.

Oh?! Late NFL star Aaron Hernandez's fiancé just announced she's pregnant, 13 months after his death.  So, who's the father?  Deets inside...

Well this was unexpected.  Shay Hernandez was Aaron Hernandez's #1 supporter during his murder trial for a 2012 double murder conviction. He was indicted in 2014 and aquitted in April 2017, but shockingly killed himself days later by hanging himself in his Massachussets jail cell.

     photo aaron-hernandez-fiance-shayanna-jenkins_zpsijn6voeu.jpg

Aaron and Shay had been dating for years and shared a daughter together. Shay was called to the witness stand during the trial since she was seen on home surveillance camera fetching a box for Aaron (that prosecution believed was the murder weapon) and throwing it into their outdoor trash.  Shay always maintained his innocence and was very much still his other half throughout the trial appearing almost daily in court.

Shay even legally changed her last name to his in 2015 while Aaron was incarcerated, despite them never getting legally married. During Aaron's defense attorney Jose Baez's recent four-hour Oxygen docuseries about the life and trials of his client, Shay continued to defend him.

Now, 13 months after Aaron's death, Shay is pregnant.  Seeing that they were still a couple at that time, the pregnancy - she looks pretty far along - does seem sudden.  She says while she needed a minute to prcess the news, she's blessed and excited to welcome a new baby:

A post shared by Shay (@shayjhernandez) on

Many of you have had speculated that I may be expecting another miracle which is very accurate , I wanted to take time and process and post when I was ready to. I wanted to have a moment for myself alone with my daughter ... we are beyond excited about the new addition and chapter we will soon begin . I couldn’t be a luckier woman to have such a perfect little girl that’s prepared to become the best big sister , and even more blessed to welcome another babygirl to our home . BabyG we are very excited to meet you !!! Mommy and sissy will continue to wait patiently for your arrival. I thank everyone for the continued support and appreciate the respect for our privacy that has been shown .

Her comments are turned off, because, understandably, folks have questions.  Did she start a relationship with a new man months after Aaron's death?  Is the father someone she's known, or a new person? Or is there another intersting explanation?

Hernandez had just signed a seven-year, $40 million contract with the Patriots prior to the 2012 season, one of the biggest contracts in the league at the time.

Shay, on behalf of her 5-year-old daughter, recently sued the estates of three men the former New England Patriots player was charged with killing.  She reportedly did so to ensure their daughter benefits from the sale of their home.  She also "requested a trial to determine whether Hernandez's declaration of homestead remains in effect."

Yesterday, she spoke about encouraging herself:

Incase you needed that encouragement today like I did #beyourbestyou

Nicki Minaj just pushed back her QUEEN album date and she also teased a new track. Get those deets, plus watch Snoopg Dogg talk Kanye West inside...

    Sorry Barbz!

This news comes right after Nicki canceled her appearance on the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" set for May 23rd due to "doctor's orders." She claims she canceled because she was suffering from the flu.

The latex goddess also confirmed she's still planning on helping her college Barbz with their tuition bills and the world tour is still a go in September.

    Peep her live stream below:

The Young Money rapper didn't give any details about the second single, but we think it may feature rappers YG, 2 Chainz, and Big Sean. She teased a collaboration track in an Instagram post, writing, "Ayo @yg @2chainz @bigseanWHAT'S GOOD?!??!!!!!!!! Big [money] Take Lil [money] T O M O R R O W NIGHT"

    Check it:

When she's not making announcements, Nicki has been making time to clapback at her hates via social media.

The "Motorsport" rapper has been dragging folks all in the comments. Here's some of what she said:

Fan: "Her fans lame as hell. A bunch of kids ranged from 12 to 15."

Nicki: "Your entire page is bending over showing you p*ssy. Girl STFU. You're pathetic."

Fan: "She does so much these days."

Nicki: "I've been interacting with my fans the same exact way for 9 YEARS. Y'all just want smthn to say. STFU."

Fan: "She probably has the most annoying fanbase tbh."

Nicki: "my fans are 'annoying' b/c they're showing LOVE & cracking jokes w/one of their fave artists on Twitter & didn't ask to be posted on here??? While you spew HATE on a blog called the SHADE ROOM? At least they're having fun. You have nothing to do but be a hateful clown with a miserable life. Eat d*ck."

Fan: "She can keep it lmao"

Nicki: "and you can SUCK it."

    Fan: "She's annoying"

Nicki: "no that twerking video you posted on March 7th in that musty room is 'annoying.' Exit."

    She clearly had time.

    In other news...

Snopp Dogg appeared on "The View" where he dished on Kanye West...again. The rapper doubled down on saying Kanye West misses having a black woman in his life.

"I started feeling sad for him. He truly misses his mother, he truly misses a black woman in his life,” he said. "He truly misses the stability of having somebody telling him when he’s wrong and correcting him and checking him as opposed to allowing him to continue to do what he’s been doing.”

Snoop shared these same comments during a recent interview with Power 105's "The Breakfast Club" as well. Peep the clip above.

Looks like Donald Glover is preparing for the upcoming Holiday weekend, which is also his big Solo: A Star Wars Story opening weekend.  Pics of him grabbing goceries with his girlfriend and their new baby boy inside...

Donald Glover is on chill mode as his Star Wars opening weekend racks up the big dollars.  Very early estimates say the movie made about $13M-$15M Thursday night, which is on par with Thor & Iron Man 3's opening nights.

Donald plays Lando Carlrissian, which was originally played by Billy Dee Williams in the franchise in the early 80's, and he told "GMA" recently he made the role pan-sexual - someone who is attracted to everyone.

The actor/rapper is attracted to these dollars that keep rolling in too.  He's fresh off his his huge "This Is America" viral video, a Twitter storm of controversy due to alleged disparaging comments about black women in the past, and a big "SNL" hosting/musical guest gig.  His show "Atlanta" is also in its second season on FX.  So it's no surprise he needs a break with his fam:

He and his blonde girlfriend Michelle welcomed their second son recently, so they hit the streets of downtown Manhattan this week with the tiny bundle.

We're not exactly Star Wars fans around these parts, but what we can say is that A Solo Story is the only installment we've been able to sit through, happily. It's a great summer flick and quite good.

Rachel Dolezal is out here catching welfare fraud charges.  And no one is really surprised.  Deets inside...

Rachel Dolezal, the white woman who claimed she was black while leading her local chapter of the NAACP, is caught up in a welfare situation.

After changing her name to Nkechi and getting a whole Netflix documentary, the hair braider and soap maker was just charged for allegedly trying to scam the U.S. Government via welfare fraud.

Rachel's hometown news put the mother of three's whole situation on blast.  Rachel, who legally changed her name to Nkechi Diallo in 2016, has now been accused of 1st Degree Theft by Welfare Fraud, Perjury in the 2nd Degree, and False Verification for Public Assistance.

    Spokane, Washington's KHQ reports:

...Diallo illegally received $8,747 in food assistance, and illegally received $100 in childcare assistance. Total restitution, according to the documents, is $8,847, allegedly stolen from August 2015 through November 2017.

According to the court documents, "The state of Washington seeks prosecution and restitution in this matter. In addition, the Department requests Nkechi Diallo be disqualified from receiving Food Assistance for at least a 12 month period for breaking a Food Assistance rule on purpose. This is known as an Intentional Program Violation."

She's facing up to 15 years in prison.

It's unclear how much assistance total she received, and if the close to $9,000 mentioned above was only the portion illegally received.

Rachel apparently under reported to the courts about how much income she received, and has even gone on record telling media and fans she is "barely" making ends meet with a $500/month income.  Her bank statements say otherwise.

The investigator conducted a review of Diallo's records and found she'd been reporting her income was usually less than $500 per month, in child support payments. At one point when asked as to how she was paying her bills, she reported, "Barely! With help from friends and gifts."

However, a subpoena for her self-employment records, which included copies of her bank statements from 2015 to present, tells a different story. The bank records, court documents say, showed Diallo had deposited about $83,924 into her bank account in several monthly installments between August 2015 and September 2017, without reporting the income to the Department of Social and Health Services. The money, according to the case file, had come from authoring her book, 'In Full Color,' speaking engagements, soap making, doll making, and the sale of her art.

Rachel did adjust her income with the courts around the time her book came out, but she reported it a sa "one time job" in October 2017, as opposed to including the residual income she made from it.

During the course of the investigation, Diallo did report a "change of circumstance" to the Department of Social and Health Services, saying she did a one-time job in October of 2017 worth $20,000, and Diallo voluntarily came in for an interview with fraud investigators last month. But when questioned about possible discrepancies in her income reporting, Diallo stated she "fully disclosed her information and asked, 'what discrepancies?". Diallo then told the investigator that she "did not have to answer" any more questions, since she had not waived her Miranda rights, which ended the interview.

    A mess.

"The Bobby Brown Story" just got its first teaser treatment.  And they're going there.  Check it inside, plus the Whitney Houston pic that has  everybody mad at Kanye West (again).

Woody McClain s reprising his role as the King of R&B, Bobby Brown, in the upcoming "Bobby Brown Story."  He killed that ish in The New Edition Story, so it's only right BET tapped him again for the solo project about Bobby's life.

Yup, they're showing all the drug and alcohol problems, and more based on the recent still released from the biopic.

Gabrielle Dennis is playing the late Whitney Houston, and Bobby himself was on set with Woody to make sure everything was on point as possible.

Are you ready for R&B's original bad boy's story?  We for damn sure are.  It premieres this September on BET.

Speaking of Bobby and Whitney, Pusha T's brand new album that just dropped at midnight has everybody hating Kanye all over again.

Daytona is a fire project, and everybody's ranting and raving about it.  But what has plenty of people pissed is the cover art, and apparently it was all Ye's idea.

Kanye executive produced Pusha's album, and when the veteran rapper told Angie Martinez in a recent interview that his original album art was scrapped by 'Ye just days before this release.

“He changed my artwork last night at 1 a.m. He wasn’t feeling it,” he revealed.

The current one 'Ye put in place ruffled some fans' feathers.

I finally got my album art... #DAYTONA 5/25

A post shared by Pusha T (@kingpush) on

The cover art is a pic of Whitney Houston's drug infested bathroom, allegedly taken without her knowledge or consent in 2006.

Kanye reportedly paid $85K to the copyright holder to license it for Pusha's cover, despite Whitney supposedly trying hard before her death to halt the publication of the photos in the National Enquirer.

Folks are saying it's exploitative, especially since Kanye himself has admitted to being addicted to opiods.

Others say folks are overreacting, and says Pusha himself raps about cocaine use often.

Well, at least Diddy is here for the album, for the music. And folks everywhere are giving it rave reviews:

Debra Lee is out at BET, and it looks like the changing of the guards is officially upon us.  Details inside...

A little more than a year after BET's other top exec Stephen Hill announced his departure, which some say wasn't necessarily amicable, Debra Lee is out as well.  Her last day as CEO & Chairman of BET is May 28th.

There's been rumblings that she as on her way out over the last couple of years as BET still is finding its place within Viacom, and now it's official.

The lawyer turned network executive has been with the company over 30 years, and she says she still sees herself as the protector and defender of the brand.

“In 1986 I joined BET Networks to be its very first Vice President & General Counsel. I have called BET Networks home for over three decades and this team is part of my extended family,“ Ms. Lee says in a statement to BET staff and executives.

“I could not be prouder of the enormous amount of talent and creativity at BET Networks today and I will always be BET’s number one fan."

She's going out with a bang, at least.  Plenty of ratings records with original shows giving the network a much needed boost. says:

Under her leadership, the network has enjoyed record-breaking success, including the 2014 series premiere of The Game, the most-watched sitcom premiere in cable TV history with 7.68 million viewers, and the 2017 hit mini-series The New Edition Story, which brought in 28.4 million viewers from the initial run through subsequent encores, making it the highest-rated TV biopic of all time.

Next for Deb, she reportedly is planning to do other things in media.

"....She plans to stay involved in the media industry and continue her role on corporate and non-profit boards. In addition, she also plans to continue her commitment to diversity and inclusion by advancing the rights of women and girls as well as people of color through her work with Times Up and The Recording Academy Diversity & Inclusion Task Force, to name a few.

Congrats to Debra Lee on a long and prosperous career as one of very few female television executives.

On a side note, her so, who just turned 29, is fine.  And we're sad we didnt even notice until today:

Nicki Minaj and Eminem are trolling folks today, and mainstream media is falling for it.  Deets on whether they're actually dating inside...

Nicki just hopped on a brand new track with Big Sean, YG and 2 Chainz to get everybody ready for the Holiday weekend.  While her Barbs are soaking up her bars on "Big Bank," one had to ask her what she meant by one of her lyrics.

Rappers never learn.  Come for Drake, and he's got heat sitting on wait for you.  Get into the latest savagery between Drizzy and Pusha T and Kanye West) inside...

Ever since Pusha T's Daytona album dropped right before the weekend, it's been steeped in controversy.  The controversial album cover and even more controversial executive producer, Kanye West, is making tons of people not even want to listen to the latest project out of the G.O.O.D. Music camp.  While plenty of folks say it's solid and n automatic classic, people are pissy with 'Ye and Pusha.  Especially Drake.

Pusha had some words for Drake by mentioning his alleged ghostwriter on his "Infrared" track.  He spit:

"It was written like Nas but it came from Quentin."

Quentin Miller is who folks claim writes Drake's verses, but Drizzy ain't having this reignited beef.  By the way, folks would say Drake started all this on his "Two Birds One Stone" track off More Life when he came for Kid Cudi, who was once a part of G.O.O.D. Music.

Drizzy dropped a response called "Duppy," literally hours after Daytona dropped.  On it, he reminded Pusha & Kanye that ghostwriting shouldn't be anything new to them, since Drake wrote one of 'Ye's biggest hits, "Father Stretch My Hands."

"Father had to stretch his hands out and get it from me / I pop style for 30 hours, then let him repeat"

Drake also said on the track:

“Tell 'Ye we got an invoice comin' to you / Considering we just sold another 20 for you.”

Then, the petty reach peak levels.

After Pusha tweeted to Drake to send him said invoice, Drake responded with an actual invoice. On OVO letterhead. For $100K. Peep the description of services though:

    You’re welcome.

A post shared by champagnepapi (@champagnepapi) on

Drake had plenty of bars for Pusha & 'Ye (mainly the latter), so it's definitely worth a listen or two.  The G.O.O.D. fam should have called Meek Mill to ask him how this would end before they even got started.

Some are saying Drake is acting really light skinned right now being in his feelings over a track that didn't even directly reference him.  But y'all know the 6 god.  Drake gonna Drake.

The Toronto rapper is spending Memorial Day weekend in Miami, and he kicked off the Holiday weekend partying at Story with Diddy, Migos, Justin Combs and more last night. Unbothered AF.

Sometimes it takes for your long time friends to call you out for you to see you f'ed up.  That's exactly what Rhymefest is doing with Kanye West, who he says has abandoned his promise to Donda's House and Chicago's youth.  He's now even asking Drake for help!

UPDATE 2: Rhymefest, who is widely credited with giving Kanye the best beats and lyrics of his career, responded to Kim Kardashian. He checked Kim about her privilege.  And the fact she's never even visited Donda's House and never been involved.  He also corrected her about the trip to Wyoming.  He also says Kanye sought him out to come there, not the other way around.

UPDATE: Kanye's wife Kim Kardashian chimed in and went all the way in on Rhymefest in response.  And revoked his plane ticket to Wyoming.

After Drake's invoice-heard-around-the-world yesterday, rapper Rhymefest chimed in asking him to help pay for Donda's House since Kanye has reportedly ditched his responsibilities.

Kanye put out a statement years ago saying he would be co-founding Donda's House - his childhood Chicago home he's turning into a place for young people to come learn and create in art, music and more. Rhymefest ended up buying the home himself, and after Kanye helped raise $130K, he stopped doing what was needed for the project. And he hasn't been putting in the funds he allegedly promised as well.

     photo Screen Shot 2018-05-26 at 1.26.27 PM_zpsretuu8xg.png

So Kanye told his longtime homie "F**k the youth of Chicago"?! Oh.

Rhyme took to Twitter to post a statement about how difficult it's been to keep their supporters happy since Kanye went off the rails with all his pro-Trump talk.

Part of the statement said that they're unable to secure help from Kanye, and people have been boycotting their nonprofit instead of just Kanye himself:

Over the last few months due to Kanye’s statements and tweets, we have fielded requests for interviews and statements. We have been tagged in comments on social media about Kanye West, and we have been questioned by our foundational supporters and corporate supporters about Kanye’s public involvement in our organization. While we cannot and do not speak for Kanye West and his views, we can and will speak up for the youth that we serve. We ask that those who feel hurt, angered by or frustrated with Kanye West not penalize or throw away their support, respect and advocacy for us. We ask that as you boycott and protest Kanye West, that you not forget that we are a non-profit organization that like other non-profits needs donations, corporate support and volunteers. We do not want your rejection of Kanye West, to be a rejection of Dr. Donda West and the thousands of lives she impacted including her own son.

As we prepare to launch our summer programming, we have been bombarded with inquiries about Kanye West. As we seek support to convert Kanye’s childhood home into a recording studio, museum and learning space – we have been unable to secure the financial support of Kanye despite multiple attempts, and despite those early conversations about his plan of support and advocacy for the youth in our programs. Nobody wins when the Chi-Town family feuds.

Sad to hear.  We guess Kanye's Donda's House and Donda Social projects he's talked about are just that, talk.
