R. Kelly’s inner circle just got smaller. WAY smaller. A few important people close to the disgraced R&B singer have jumped ship. Deuces!

The Grammy Award winning singer’s lawyer, publicist, and longtime assistant have cut ties with him. The news comes on the hills of BBC Three’s “R. Kelly: Sex, Girls and Videotapes,” a documentary that examines the sexual misconduct and assault accusations against him, including the accusations that he leads a “sex cult.”

The news also comes after a NEW allegation has come to light against the singer.

A woman claims the "Trapped In The Closet" singer gave her a sexually transmitted disease (HERPES) without telling her he was infected over the course of their 11-month “relationship” that ended earlier this year. She also made claims he emotionally manipulated her during their time together. She was 19 at the time.

The now 20-year-old, who wishes to remain anonymous, has filed a complaint with Dallas police against the 51-year-old last week and now law enforcement has launched an investigation. In Texas, someone who transmits a sexually transmitted disease to someone else without disclosing it first can be charged with assault. She also plans to file a lawsuit by the end of the week, according to her lawyer Lee Merritt.

Yes, another. SMH! Maybe the new accusations is what caused three main players on his team to jump ship.

Diana Copeland, Kelly’s executive assistant for over 10 years, confirmed to the BBC that she has resigned from working for Kelly on April 1st and didn’t comment further. Linda Mensch, Kelly's entertainment lawyer of four years, has also quit. She told the BBC she “no longer represented Mr. Kelly or his entities.” Trevian Kutti, Kelly’s publicist, is also done working with Kelly, telling Rolling Stone he stopped representing the singer as of April 16th. 

It's unclear their exact reasons for quitting, but we're sure you all can come up with a few.

In July 2017, BuzzFeed published a report that put Kelly on BLAST! He was accused of having a "sex cult"inside his homes in Chicago and Atlanta where he controls every aspect of the women's lives. The site reported the “I Believe I Can Fly” singer dictates everything the women do - who they can speak to, what they wear, what they eat, when they can go to the bathroom and more. And, of course, there were reports of lude sexual habits.

Months later, former radio DJ Kitti Jones, who is featured in the BBC documentary, came forward to share how she suffered verbal and physical abuse throughout her two-year relationship with Kelly.

Trump's White House mouth piece KellyAnne Conway's botox and hair bleach have officially taken over her brain.

Paparazzi caught her out and about and asked her a click bait question.  She was asked why Forever First Lady Michelle Obama was covering 30+ magazines and loved around the world while Melania doesn't get the same love. Her answer was wack, and TMZ ran the headline KellyAnne Conway Says Melania Trump Is A Superior First Lady To Michelle Obama.

Listen, TMZ's headline was a clickbait reach, at most.  She didn't say superior TO Michelle Obama.  She said Melania is a superior (even though the better word would have been supberb) First Lady period.  Asking anyone in the Trump administration to use proper verbiage is asking for the impossible. 

However, KellyAnne trying to convince us Melania Trump is superior at anything but being a bomb mail-order bride who knows how to play her position is the real gag.  The fact she had the audacity to read off Melania's "resume" with things she hasn't even done yet, and that are basically dinner parties, is annoying. 

KellyAnne saying how fabulous Melania is, who has done less than Michelle Obama's pinky finger,  is the whitest of white things.  The two aren't anywhere near comparable, bruh.  And the fact KellyAnne thinks they are, we want to fight her. Strictly on GP.  Chick peddled her husband's birther f**kery about President Obama on national tv.  Never forget.

29-year-old James Shaw Jr. is a real life hero after he disarmed a naked terrorist inside a Tennessee Waffle House. True Story.  More inside…

James Shaw Jr. and his best friend sat inside a Waffle House outside of Nashville early Sunday morning before gun shots ran out. Bullets came flying through the restaurant’s windows, causing one man to collapse onto the floor and waiters running for their lives.

James, a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and his friend ran into the hallway outside of the restrooms for cover. However, James was thinking up a plan to deescalate the situation.

According to reports, the suspected shooter, 29-year-old Travis Reinking, ambushed the Waffle House at about 3:25am EST partially naked firing bullets from a AR-15 rifle. He didn’t have any clothes on from the waist down.

Four people were killed.

“I remember I was like ‘Dang, I’m basically in a barrel,’ ” Shaw Jr. said in a press conference after the shooting. “There is no place for me to go.”

The gunshots stopped, and the shooter needed to reload. That’s when James realized it his opportunity to disarm him.

“I distinctively remember thinking that he is going to have to work for this kill,” James said. “I had a chance to stop him and thankfully I stopped him.”

He added: “I grabbed the gun and kept it down. He had one hand on it. I pulled it away and threw it over the bar.”

Wow!

As he fought to get the gun away, a bullet grazed his arm before he was able to throw the assault rifle across the counter. He also suffered a burned hand when he grabbed the rifle’s hot barrel during the scuffle.

After a brief tussle, James pushed the gunman out the door and the man walked away.

Unfortunately, four people all under the age of 30 were killed before James could disarm him. Nashville police identified the four people who died as a Waffle House employee, Taurean C. Sanderlin, 29, and three customers: Joe R. Perez, 20, of Nashville; DeEbony Groves (member Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.), 21, of Gallatin; and Akilah Dasilva, 23, of Antioch.

21-year-old Shanita Waggoner, a member Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., is still in critical condition.

Police are still looking for the gunman. According to reports, police believe the alleged gunman went to his apartment, put on a pair of pants and then escaped into the woods. A police helicopter and a police dog tried to track the suspect after the shooting, but the dogs lost the scent. As of now, there are more than 80 officers looking for the suspect, but there have been no credible sightings. Nashville schools are on high alert until police notify education authorities that the suspect is no longer in the area.

James, who is the father of a 4-year-old daughter, is being hailed as hero even though he doesn’t feel like one.

“I’m not a hero. I’m just a regular person,” the Nashville native said hours after the shooting Sunday morning. "I'm a believer that everybody could do what I did."

We would have to respectfully disagree. Whoever says a good guy with a gun is the only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a liar.

LA Fitness is coming under fire for an incident that went down in one of their New Jersey locations, similar to what happened in a Philadelphia Starbucks recently. Get those deets, plus see Ellen DeGeneres pour her heart out about racism to Van Jones inside…

Looks like we have another Stabucks situation!

A LA Fitness employee called the police on two PAYING black men, one of whom was a member for eight years, and now folks are calling for a boycott.

Last week, Tshyrad Oates and his friend went to the national gym chain in Secaucus, New Jersey. Tshyrad was attending on a four-day pass as his friend had been a member of the gym for years. For whatever reason, LA Fitness felt the men were in there illegally and asked them to leave.

In a Facebook post, Tshyrad explained what went down:

“After about a half hour I was approached by this same employee telling me that I had to leave or pay and I explained to her that I just signed in with her with the guest pass. She stated that it was my friend who did not pay (unaware that her manager had already signed him in with his membership pass). My friend stated to her that he is an active and current member and that his gym tag was in his locker. He felt racially profiled and embarrassed by the harassment of this La Fitness employee in front of other members at the gym.”

He said they went back to working out and next thing they know two police officers show up questioning them on why they were there without memberships. They explained to the officers about the guest pass and then they re-scanned the friend’s member tag in which it resulted in “current active status.” After that, they went back to working out again, and then a LA Fitness manager walked up to them and told them to leave!

The guys told the manager they didn’t do anything wrong and was asked why they were being asked to leave.

“2 mins later 5 police men show up asking us to leave,” Tshyrad continued. “This La Fitness manager who refused to give us his reason to kicking us out, and refused to give us his name stated that I was banned from the gym and my friend’s gym membership has been terminated effective immediately. This is ridiculous and the last video sealed the deal.”

As all this was going on, Tshyrad had his phone out recording. Here’s the footage he captured below:

LA Fitness released a statement to CNN apologizing to the men who were discriminated against. It was reported that the friend’s membership was terminated and that both men had been banned from all facilities. However, the company said that’s not true.

“Clearly, this is a longtime member, with a current, valid membership. We want to clarify that no membership was canceled and no one, including the member’s guest, was banned from the club.”

LA Fitness also said in the statement that a front desk employee was confused and thought the member was a guest. “Regrettably, from there our staff unnecessarily escalated the situation and called the police rather than work through it,” LA Fitness said, adding that the company is “currently exploring potential training content and opportunities to better train our staff."

"We have spoken to the member to apologize and assured him that he and his guests are welcome in our clubs at all times.”

In addition, all three LA Fitness employees who appeared in the video have reportedly been fired.

Sounds like the company is taking a page from Starbucks' blueprint. The coffee company is closing 8,000 of its stores on May 29th for “racial bias training” after two black men were wrongfully arrested inside a Philadelphia Starbucks. The manager who called the police on the patrons was "removed".

However, folks are still boycotting the gym:

Speaking of racism...

Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres recently welcomed CNN analyst Van Jones on her show to chat about racism in America.

Ellen brought up the insane number of police shootings of unarmed black men and boys and said she’s ashamed to be a white person.

“I’m furious,” she said about the police shootings. “As a white person, I’m ashamed.”

The talk show host basically summed up all that we as black people have been saying for decades.

“I think, how is this possible that this keeps happening and nothing — there’s just blatant racism,” Ellen said.

Van credited the messed up way of thinking as a “glitch” in the minds of many people. A glitch though, Van?

He pointed out how white students at Yale University can use drugs regularly and receive little to no repercussions. However, it’s a totally different story when black kids use drugs.

“Four blocks away, in the housing projects, kids were doing drugs and they all went to prison,” Van said. “Because we have this brain glitch that says, if a white kid does it, eh, maybe they need a little bit of help. If a black kid does it, we’ve gotta punish them.”

Accused Waffle House gunman Travis Reinking has been captured by Nashville police! Deets inside…

29-year-old Travis Reinking, Waffle House shooting suspect, who fatally shot four people with an assault rifle, has been caught! Thankfully.

According to the Nashville police department, the suspected shooter was picked up moments ago in a wooded area near Old Hickory Blvd & Hobson Pk.

Earlier today, police found an empty laptop bag they believe belongs to the suspected shooter. A Nashville resident found it near a road. Police didn't find anything in the bag except a handwritten ID card with Travis Reinking's name. It's unclear if the shooter threw it out before or after the shooting.

Law enforcement had been looking for the alleged shooter since he walked into a Waffle House in Antioch around 3:25AM Sunday morning partially naked and let off rounds from an AR-15 assault rifle, killing four people and injuring six. We can thank #WaffleHouseHeroBae (real name James Shaw Jr.) for his brave move disarming the shooter as he tried to reload his weapon.

Before cops got a hold of the suspected shooter, they expressed concern for the people in the area. “He shows signs of significant instability," Don Aaron, a spokesman for the Metro Nashville Police Department, said, citing news that Reinking breached a White House security barrier in July. "We are concerned for the citizenry, not just here but anywhere else he may go.”

During the manhunt, police went door-to-door on patrol in neighborhoods close to the Waffle House to complete wellness checks.

The motive behind the shooting is still unclear at this time.

Shockingly, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders praised #WaffleHouseHeroBae for stopping the gunman.

"I also want to commend the heroic actions of James Shaw Jr.," Sanders said, crediting him with saving lives. She added that Trump "offers condolences to the victims and their families" and is "monitoring the ongoing situation. Hmph.

Y'all! The other day Wendy Williams TRIED it while dishing on The Clark Sisters, a legendary gospel singing group, during her "Hot Topics" segment. The daytime talk show host talked about Snoop Dogg’s gospel album, titled Snoop Dogg Presents: Bible of Love, success and mentioned the LP had reached No. 1 on the Billboard Gospel charts.

The 53-year-old host took that moment to shade the Clark Sisters, who are featured on the album, saying they should feel some type of way since they haven’t topped any music charts during their 40+ years career. Say what now?

“If I were the Clark Sisters, would I be mad that Snoop got No. 1?” Wendy asked. “You know the Clark Sisters, they’ve been doing gospel forever. Have they gotten No. 1?”

"Well, step your game up,” she answered.

Yara Shahidi’s light just keeps on shining where she’s educating the masses unbeknownst to themselves. Being a celebrity, you might find your face plastered across t-shirts and walls that was never brought to your attention before it made it out into the world. But, that pretty much comes with the territory when it comes to fame.

The “Grown-ish” actress’ symmetrical face is now the highlight of an alley in northwest London after artist Richard Wilson painted the mural beautifully. And get this, when he created the masterpiece he had no idea who Yara Shahidi even is! He said he saw her face in Drake’s new “Nice For What” video and was inspired to create something.

“This is pretty crazy, a couple days ago i saw a still from a Drake video, i liked the colours and this girls look (hoops and curls u GOT ME lol) and needed to paint something on a wall cos its been a minute.” He shared in an Instagram post. “So I found a little spot and painted. I wanted to know who it was so asked on here and was told its Yara Shahidi.”

Once he did some research, he realized he was painting #BlackExcellence. He said had he known who she was before he painted the mural he would have selected another location, but he said he learned a valuable lesson: “Content is key.”

“So since then I find out shes an amazing role model for young women in particular and has a huge following,” he continued.” Its really cool cos this wall is pretty random, the path its on is used by Parents taking their kids to school, cyclists, some alcoholics and dog walkers. Definitely not a place i’d have painted Yara if I knew. Excuse my ignorance not knowing who she was, but i learnt a lesson that you dont always need to go big, its been a fixation for me lately tbh to find BIG walls only, but maybe the content is the key, just like everything always Thanks Yara for the lesson, and inspiration too! Thanks for the love and comments about it”

On the magazine front...

She’s more than just a pretty face. Winnie Harlow is a model with brains and beauty and she highlights them both on several covers for Harper’s Bazaar Singapore’s May 2018 issue. And she totally taps into her inner Grace Jones for the photoshoot. You cansee the resemblance in the editorials are so clear.

Inside, the cover girl applauds the fashion industry for making strides towards inclusion, however, she says “it still has a ways to go.” You see, the fashion industry seems to be looking at diversity like a trend where it’s hot one second and then it’s like they go back to the same old thing.

“It’s really about people opening their minds, not just for a season, a trend or a show but, like, actually properly diversifying, she explains. “I’m proud of the recent changes being made in the realms of fashion and beauty. It’s amazing to be among the wave of rule breakers for diversity. I keep hearing this term ‘new norm’ but really, this was always the norm; it’s just beautiful that it’s finally coming to light.”

While it may seem we’re seeing more people of color on the front of magazines, Winnie points out a report that found the number of people of color on the covers of leading American fashion publications had actually dropped in 2017 compared to 2016.

“How is it reversing rather than growing?” she says incredulously. “I feel like until the number of diverse models that are on covers is equal to the number of white girls on covers every year, we have work to do.”

“I find the reason why it sometimes goes forward and then backwards is because people are, like, ‘Okay, cool, I’m going to put a whatever model on the cover to make a difference, and then next season it’s right back to the same thing’, you know? Which isn’t diversifying; it’s like shock value, or a trend,” says the London-based model.

With models like Winnie in the game, we can only hope the fashion industry wakes up FOREAL and really put forth a genuwine effort towards inclusion.

Now that another season of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” is over, its time for another one of your guilty pleasures.

We’re less than a month away before the 7th season of “Basketball Wives” debuts (May 14th) and VH1 just released the 2nd drama filled promo clip. Peep the 1st HERE in case you missed.

In the new clip, we see some of the new faces will be setting ish off on the OG “BBW” stars, including Shaunie O'Neal, Tami Roman, Evelyn Lozada, Jackie Christie, Malaysia Pargo, and Jennifer Williams.

This season on Basketball Wives, family ties will be tested, emotions will explode louder than ever before, and friendships that once seemed rock solid will be shaken to the core. Season seven has everything from unexpected wedding proposals to risqué business ventures.

In moview news...

After 14 years in the NBA, former Lakers baller Matt Barnes is focusing his time and energy on life after the NBA.

The now retired baller wants to produce and direct and he’s currently working on a biopic about the life of Black Panther co-founder Huey P. Newton.

During an interview with Power 105’s” The Breakfast Club,” Matt revealed he was able to get the rights to do the film. He first made the announcement about the film, titled Power to the People, about two months ago. Since then, “The New Edition Story” Keith Powers has signed on to play Huey, while actors Wood Harris and Hill Harper also have roles in the film. He said Dr. Dre is also involved where he has signed on to do the score and Bryan Barber will direct.

So, who does Matt has his eyes on to play political activist/ Communist Party USA member Angela Davis? He wants none other than BEYONCE. He said his team is trying to get in touch with Bey’s team to make it happen. Think she’ll do it?

This isn’t Waffle House’s week, bruh. A black woman, named Chikesia Clemons, was brutally arrested by police inside an Alabama Waffle House. And the video of the police man handling her has gone viral. However, folks want to know why there hasn’t been more coverage. Find out what Waffle House has to say about the Alabama incident, plus how they’re helping the slain Nashville victims inside….

This has been a TOUGH week for Waffle House, as well as its patrons of color.

After a white gunman took four lives at a Nashville Waffle House, a black woman was assaulted by police inside a Waffle House in Saraland, Alabama. And it was caught on video.

According to reports, 25-year-old Chikesia Clemons (above) got into a verbal altercation with a Waffle House employee after she was charged for extra plastic utensils. It’s reported Chikesia asked the employee for the phone number to the company’s corporate office so she could talk to someone about her experience at the location. A friend of hers has stated she wasn't charged the day before when she patronized the restaurant and received the utensils.

Ish hit the fan real quick when one of the employees called the police on Chikesia and her friends.

That’s when the video starts. In the clip, you see one officer restraining Chikesia as she sits in a chair trying to explain what happened. Before you know it, she’s on the ground and there are three white police officers holding her down. At one point one of the officers puts his hands around her neck and she’s threatened to have her arm broken if she didn’t let them arrest her while exposing her breasts.

People have also pointed out the unnecessary tugging of her clothes by the cops.

Chikesia was eventually charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The friends she had with her aren’t facing any charges. Once the video hit the Internet, it instantly went viral with people up in arms that police had NO regard for this black woman’s safety as they tried to arrest her. Did they do the Nashville Waffle House shooter like this? We wonder.

Now, the Saraland Police Department is speaking out and they are supporting the actions of the police officers in the video. And so is Waffle House:

The company tweeted, "We are still obtaining and reviewing information. However, the information we have received at this point differs significantly from what has reportedly been attributed to Ms. Clemons. After reviewing our security video of the incident and eye witness accounts, police intervention was appropriate. The Saraland Police Department is conducting its own investigation. We take this matter very seriously and think it is important for all those involved or interested in the matter to exercise caution until the facts are developed."

The police department said the arrest didn’t have anything to do with the plastic utensils. In fact, it was reportedly over the alcoholic beverages Chikesia and her friends allegedly tried to bring inside the establishment.

According to the Huffington Post, a Waffle House employee asked Chikesia and her two friends to leave the restaurant after they realized the group brought in outside beverages. Instead of leaving, Chikesia allegedly started “being loud and using profanity.” She reportedly got into a verbal altercation with the staff and hurled threats at the workers behind the counter, alluding she had a gun.

Witnesses inside the Waffle House told officers that Chikesia allegedly said things like, “I’ll come over this counter and beat your fucking ass” and“B*tch, you don’t know what I’ve got going on. ... I may have a gun, I may have anything, I can come back and shoot this place up if I need to.”

Saraland Detective Collette Little said Chikesia “appeared to be intoxicated” at the time of the incident and was sick later.

She has since started a GoFundMe account to help raise money for Chikeisa's lawyer and legal fees:

People launched protests at the Saraland Waffle House, but apparently black people don't have the right to free speech or the right to peaceably assemble. Look how they arrested one black protester above.

As for the other Waffle House situation...

Waffle House has offered to pay for the funerals of the four innocent people killed: Taurean C. Sanderlin, 29; Joe R. Perez, 20; DeEbony Groves, 21; and Akilah Dasilva, 23. They have also offered to cover all of the medical expenses of those injured.

One day after the massacre, police caught suspect 29-year-old Travis Reinking who opened fire with an AR-15 assault rifle. Thankfully, American hero James Shaw Jr. was able to disarm the gunman before he killed or injured more people.

Congrats are in order for former Lakers head coach Derek Fisher and former "Basketball Wives: LA" star Gloria Govan!

The sports analyst popped the question to his boo of 3 years at their - yes, THEIR - L.A. home on April 7th.  And now the pics are out.

Reportedly, Derek had Gloria's friends take her out for the day while he decorated the house, and he got down on one knee when she returned while surrounded by flowers, candles and a romantic setting.

We guess Derek's ex-wife might be asking for a child support increase soon.  Hmph.

Derek and Gloria have been through it all - Glo's ex-husband/Derek's former Lakers teammate Matt Barnes literally chasing Derek down the street and beating his a**, Derek getting a DUI in Matt's SUV while with Gloria, and plenty cheating accusations from at least one of their exes.

Derek and Matt are also "cool" now.

Now they're about to live their best life in their second marriages and a blended family with two kids each.  Derek seems to have bonded with Gloria and Matt's twins already.

Black Panther star Letita Wright put her own spin a on a feminine pantsuit. The 24-year-old rocked a funky printed Prada suit that was custom made for her. The outfit featured black tulle around the waist to resemble a skirt. We feelin’ it?

Such a risk but we kinda love it for her.

Our #WakandaBae Winston Duke was also on the purple carpet rocking a green suit like his "leader" T'Challa.

Love this look! Zoe Saldana, who will star as her Guardians of the Galaxy character Gamora, worked her magic on the carpet in a Givenchy outfit from the brand’s Fall/Winter RTW collection.

The mom-of-three brought her husband Marco Perego and her grandmother, who she calls a diva, as her dates for the evening.

Actor Vin Diesel, who also stars in Avengers, stayed in character by wearing a white bomber jacket with Groot-like twigs sticking out from it.

Samuel L. Jackson made his way on the carpet, however it's still unclear if he will actually make a cameo in the film or not. He was spotted hanging around the Marvel set during filming, but it still hasn't been confirmed if he's acting in it.

Well, hello there sexy! "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." actor Henry Simmons came out to show support.

During the opening, Avengers star/Iron Man Robert Downy Jr. hopped on the mic to give praise to Black Panther. However, the joke he made afters has us like "umm..."

"Wakanda forever!" Robert said to the audience as he turned around to look at Chadwick. "I can say that as an honorary black man.”

OH? If you didn't know, it seems Robert was referring to his blackface role in 2008's Tropic Thunder. Putting black paint on your face doesn't automatically qualify you as an honorary black man. Especially when we haven't heard you speak up not once about all the racial injustices going down in in America and beyond.

From CONGRATS to extensive research.

Folks showered Michelle Williams with love when it was revealed she was getting married to pastor Chad Johnson after dating for a year. They actually got engaged under the radar last month, but they didn’t announce it to the world until after Michelle’s Coachella performance with Destiny’s Child.

Now, folks are digging up information on Pastor Johnson and the receipts are eyebrow raising. Or maybe not. Depending on who you’re talking to. If you didn’t know, Michelle’s man is a white man even though he could pass as a black man. And it seems he’s super conservative.

Famed (or infamous) hotep "activist" Tariq Nasheed caught wind of Michelle’s engagement promo tour and decided to look up her soon-to-be-hubby. And y'all know why.

Upon his findings, he discovered Pastor Johnson, who is the leader of Elevate International, appears to be a Trump supporter. He follows president Donald Trump on Twitter, as well as Vice President Mike Pence, First Lady Melania Trump, House Speaker Paul Ryan and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas). What an interesting group of folks to follow.

Tariq did some more digging and found the NFL chaplain’s family member who ALL appear to be Alt-Right based on the types of things they are interested in. He pulled up screenshots of Chad’s mom page (Barbie Johnson), who’s a Blue Lives Matter member, and possibly two aunts named Sherry Simpson and Cheri Johnson. They too are apart of several Alt-Right groups on Facebook:

Chad also mentors black youth, however, we haven't come across any social media postings where he's speaking out about the injustices black people face on a daily. In the picture above, it is believed Chad had a group of black kids to take a few police officers breakfast. Oh.

It's no surprise #METOO founder Tarana Burke was in the mix. She made this year's list as well for launching the #METOO movement.

Olympic winner Ibtihaj Muhammad, who made the list a few years ago, posed it up on the carpet before heading inside.

It takes balls to publicly relive what life was like after you were exposed for cheating on your then pregnant wife. Kevin Hart has “heart”!

The Night School star let art imitate life as he’s the lead star in J. Cole’s newly released visuals for his track “Kevin Heart.” How ironic that Cole would make a song about fighting the urge to cheat. Or maybe Kevin’s cheating scandal inspired the conscious rapper to write the song. It’s a topic most men can relate to.

In the video treatment, we get to see what life was like for the Jumanji star after he admitted to cheating on his wife Eniko Hart. Folks staring at him everywhere he went and strangers offering their unsolicited advice is some of what Kev had to endure after coming clean. You know you effed up when a man starts dropping gems on you in the bathroom. However, no one wants to be left with "d*ck fingers" on their jacket. HA!

Right before he released it to the masses, he hopped on Twitter to explain the album’s title. It has several important meanings. Issa reunion…again!

After hitting the stage together for “Beychella” over the last two weekends, Destiny’s Child reunited once again. That’s 3 DC reunion in the last two weeks.

Beyonce, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams popped up a fashion designer Peter Dundas’ store opening in Los Angeles last night. And, as expected, the ladies were the talk of the event. Like, if Destiny’s Child walks into a room, no matter where you’re at, y’all can not convince us that you wouldn’t start acting up and stanning out. Folks in the room basically did just that.

Mrs. Carter rolled up to the event in a black long-sleeved mini dress with fringe accents on the sleeves. Cute.

Kelly sparkled in a silve sequin jumpsuit she topped with a white blazer, while Michelle rocked a black crop top to show off her midsection paired with black high wasited pants.

After the event, all three ladies hopped in the same ride together:

The $5 million rape lawsuit against Russell Simmons was dismissed. Why? Find out inside…

Russell Simmons is likely feeling like a winner after the $5 million rape lawsuit that was filed against him was dismissed.

Aspiring filmmaker Jennifer Jarosik came forward with claims that the Hip Hop mogul raped her inside of his Beverly Hills home in 2016 in exchange for him to fund her project. After filing the suit, Russell responded, saying ALL of their encounters were consensual and that she’s only looking for a quick come up. Not only that, he filed paperwork stating Jennifer sent him text messages and nude photos after the alleged sexual assault.

Well, now the lawsuit has been dismissed!

According to legal docs (dug up by TMZ), the suit was "dismissed with prejudice" this morning, which means Jennifer can not file another lawsuit based on the same allegation. It’s unclear IF a settlement was involved, but usually when a case is “dismissed with prejudice” it means some coins were exchanged.

While he hasn’t officially commented on the matter, he posted this on his social media accounts:

Just because Russell scored this "victory" doesn't mean he's out of the woods just yet. The NYPD is investigating Russell after two other women came forward with rape and sexual assault allegations. And there are about 14 women have come forward with sexual assault allegations against him, resulting in Russell stepping down from his own company, Def Jam.

After everybody was ridin' through the streets hollering "Free Meek!," he's finally free.  For now.  The rapper was released without bail this week and his first couple days out have been quite litty...

After Meek Mill's lawyers appealed to the Philadelphia supreme court to get his case to qualify for bail status, Meek became a free man until his probation violation case is heard in full.

The Court overruled Judge Genece Brinkley, saying"the alleged corrupt police officer who served as a "critical witness" in Meek's original gun and drugs case as a crucial point in their decision to order his bail."  Since prosecutors were not opposed to him being released, they granted Meek's team's wishes. He was released as he appeals his decade old conviction and probation violations.

So what did Philly's native son do as soon as he got out?  He was picked up in a chopper by 76ers owner Joshua Harris, and was flown straight to the playoff game. Meek also revealed just moments ago that he's been working non-stop on new music since getting out about 48 hours ago.  With no sleep.

Meek's clearly grateful for his release saying,

To the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office, I’m grateful for your commitment to justice – not only for my case, but for others that have been wrongfully jailed due to police misconduct. Although I’m blessed to have the resources to fight this unjust situation, I understand that many people of color across the country don’t have that luxury and I plan to use my platform to shine a light on those issues. In the meantime, I plan to work closely with my legal team to overturn this unwarranted conviction and look forward to reuniting with my family and resuming my music career."

Jay-Z, whose Roc Nation label Meek is signed to and who has been vocal about raising awareness about prison injustices, said in a statement:

"Today, Meek Mill, a son of Philadelphia, is a free man. He was incarcerated unjustly and caught in a probation trap for years by a broken system. Now we can celebrate his release.  We thank every individual that has supported and fought alongside Meek every step of the way."

After the game, Meek chopped it up with NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt, who also spoke to him in prison a few weeks ago:

Tom Joyner is boycotting ALL of R. Kelly’s music. Get those deets, plus find out when Nas, Teyana Taylor and Pusha T’s albums will be released inside…

Tom Joyner’s annual cruise won’t be playing any R. Kelly music this year and y’all know “Step In The Name Of Love” was a fan favorite.

The veteran radio show host announced on his show that he will no longer play ANY of R. Kelly’s music. #METOO founder Tarana Burke called into his morning radio show to chop it up with Jacque Reid during her “Inside Her Story” segment. Tarana explained how the #METOO movement came about and how she has been receiving criticism for not targeting certain men who have been accused of sexual assault, i.e. R. Kelly. Tarana made it clear that the #METOO movement isn’t about taking a man down, but more so to help women and girls who are survivors of sexual assault.

However, Tarana did call out Tom Joyner for “supporting” the R&B singer over the years by inviting him to perform for his Tom Joyner Foundation Fantastic Voyage Cruise and playing his music on the radio. He last performed in 2015. Tarana said by supporting Kelly’s music that is what keeps him "wealthy" and that’s how he can continue to prey on young black and brown women.

“We need the Tom Joyner Morning Show to stop supporting R. Kelly,” Tarana said. Before she could get the entire statement out, Tom replied, “OK, you got it. I’ll do that right now. I won’t play anymore R. Kelly music. You want that? You got it.”

While we applaud Tom for making a bold move, the 68-year-old radio personality did announce he will be retiring next year. So, this “boycott” will only last a year, and you'll probably still be hearing R. Kelly's music on radio stations everywhere. He did confirm he wouldn’t be inviting Kelly to his cruise again.

Within the last week, Kelly’s lawyer, publicist and longtime assistant cut ties with the singer amid a new report came out alleging he gave a 19-year-old herpes.

In Kanye West’s recent Twitter rants, the rapper/producer announced several albums that are set to drop, including Teyana Taylor, Nas and Pusha T’s new projects.

We’ve been waiting on some new Teyana music for ages, so we’re super excited we’ll finally get some when her LP drops on June 22nd. Thanks to certain folks leaking deets, we hear Teyana's album is FIRE. 

Nas is set to drop some heat on June 15th. And Pusha T’s album is set to hit the streets on May 25th.

Yeezy will be dropping his own solo album on June 1st and then a collaboration album with Kid Cudi, titled “Kids See Ghost,” on June 8th.

Romeo Miller just gets it! It’s clear he’s insanely in love with black women and he’s not afraid to show it. Yes, despite his ex who lacked melanin.

The hottie chopped it up with TheYBF.com and he dropped some gems on us that instantly became the best choice of words from a man all year.

We’ve known him since he was a kid when popped up on the music scene dropping his self-titled album Lil Romeo in 2001. But, Lil Romeo isn’t “lil” anymore.

Romeo Miller is a grown a** man now. One who loves and has a deep appreciation for women. It’s clear his dad Master P and his mother Sonya Miller raised him right, despite their rough split. And it doesn't hurt that he's fine AF.

Like the rest of us, Romeo was WOWED by Beyonce’s groundbreaking, game-changing COACHELLA performance. He said seeing Mrs. Carter slay the stage with the explosive #BlackExcellence theme was so inspiring and he declared Bey rocked the stage ten times better than any man ever could.

“Seeing Beyonce perform at Coachella is probably the most inspired I’ve been in a long time,” Romeo tells TheYBF.com.“Even with music, I’ve been away from music for a while because a lot of people lost the art of it. And seeing Beyonce perform, it was so inspiring. To see such a powerful and strong woman do it ten times better than any man."

"I really felt this Coachella was about the women. Seeing SZA up there, Vanessa Williams' daughter Lion Babe, Dej Loaf– I feel like they took over Coachella and we need more than that.”

The "Famous In Love" star went on to say how men are sometimes afraid of powerful women, despite vocalizing that’s what they want in their lives. Ladies, y’all know how they do.

“I feel a lot of men nowadays, they say they want a strong woman and a powerful woman then when they come across them they are kind of afraid. I got four little sisters. The way that men go out and they’re independent, so why shouldn’t a woman be that way? I just want more women to have that mind frame cause Beyonce said it best ‘Who run the world? Girls!’ We’re only here because of a woman.”

HE GETS IT! And he has a message for the ladies longing to find and man and live happily ever after.

“Don’t be afraid to be strong. Don’t be afraid to be independent. A real man is going to be there and understand and you’re going to build an empire. You see that’s what Beyonce been doing.”

Beychella has even inspired Romeo to get back to his own music after neglecting it for a while.

“I stayed away from music because people were around me for the wrong reasons and it wasn’t about the art and magic of it. It was more about the money. Like I said, watching Beyonce definitely inspired me to come back and give what I got because I have so much to give. I really do have a uniqueness that fills a void. It’s kind of like that gap in the middle. You have Drake coming out, you have Cole, I feel like I’m like literally right in the middle of both of those guys.”

Speaking of Drake and J. Cole, both artists are dropping new album in the coming weeks (Cole’s has already been released). We wanted to know whose album will he be bumping the most this summer and he explained to us why he will be vibing out to both of their LPs.

“Why can’t it be both? Those are my two favorite artists. It’s kind of like a Michael Jackson and a Prince where two people are so talented and so monumental but they’re different. There’s enough space for everybody."

"When it comes to music, we put each other against each other, but there’s so much room because everybody is going through something different in life. And you never know what you’ll get from a certain artist. Drake may have more fun, uplifting songs where as Cole may have something where it’s just in a moment in your life where you want to think.”

The former USC baller confirmed he will drop a new project next month and already has released new music as he gears up to drop it. He said he’s about to release a new track titled “Real One” and he also has a song called “Islands” featuring his dad Master P. He plans on reaching out to Lil Wayne to hop on the track to “get that Down South music back.”

As for his other projects, Romeo is the host of the new MTV dating show, “EX On The Beach.” The show is a social experience that features 10 romantically embattled reality stars who will go on dates with everyday singles. While they’re on their date in paradise, they’ll be blindsided by their ex (or in some cases multiple exes) face-to-face. Lordt!

The verdict is in.  Bill Cosby has been convicted of sexual assault.

80-year-old Bill Cosby was found guilty moments ago on 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault.

The iconic, and now infamous, actor and comedian was given the verdict at the Montgomery County Courthouse at the conclusion of his two week sexual assault retrial.

Cosby was found guilty on all accounts after a former Temple University employee, Andrea Constand, alleged that the entertainer drugged and molested her in 2004 at his home in suburban Philadelphia.

More than 40 women have accused the 80 year old entertainer of sexual assault.  While most of the accused assaults were not able to be tried due to the statute of limitations, five accusers did take the stand as witnesses who prove Cosby performed many "prior bad acts." The defense called the entire trial a "witch hunt." 

Cosby, whose wife Camille Cosby was not in court today, faces up to 10 years in prison per count, which is 30 years total. 

ABC News reports the prosecution will likely ask for bail to be revoked. Cosby's defense team will fight back, saying the star is legally blind, turning 81 in a few weeks, and is not a threat to society. Sentencing will happen in 60-90 days.

Legal expert Sunny Hostin stated that there is a good chance he will serve at least some time, especially considering that we are in the #MeToo era and the judge may want to make a point.

There is also the possibility that he will live his remaining years in prison.
