In rapper news, video footage of Safaree Samuels’ armed robbery has come to light, folks were shooting at Webbie’s concert in Ohio and Nelly dusted off his golf clubs for some fun. Get it all inside…

Safaree Samuels was rocked to the core when two men ran up on him and robbed him for $183K of money and jewelry. You’ll recall, right after the robbery went down, he went on Power 105 where he broke down in tears while talking about the ordeal with radio personality Angie Martinez. The robbery was caught on surveillance video and now the clip is making its rounds on the Internet.

In the video, you seen Safaree in his big, red fur coat and another person with him in a parking garage. All of a sudden, two men (at least one of them with a gun) run up on the “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star and his friend. You can see one of the assailants going through Safaree’s pockets before he and his friend are demanded to get down on the ground. After they secured the goods, the robbers took off and once they did, Safaree and his homie got up and sped away.

Not long after the robbery, police chased them over the George Washington Bridge after they fled from Ft. Lee, NJ where the robbery occurred. The suspects have been identified as Jonathan Ricketts and Shawn Harewood. One of the armed robbers was a former friend of Safaree’s. Shawn Harewood used to be cool with Safaree, but they haven’t spoken since he and Nick Minaj broke up in 2014.

So, we're still shooting up concerts in 2018? Apparently so.

Shots rang out while rapper Webbie was performing in a nightclub on Sunday (April 8th) in Columbus, Ohio, cutting the rapper's "Gimmie Dat" performance short. In the clip, you see Webbie on stage with a huge entourage before you hear a single shot ring out. Webbie quickly took cover, ducking immediately.

The Blast has the details on the victims and whether police have caught the suspects:

We’re told a male victim was located with a gunshot wound to his left arm – he was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition.

Columbus PD says Assault Squad was contacted and processed the scene. There is currently no suspect description available and no arrests have been made.

The investigation is ongoing.

It was actually more than one shot that went off in the club. The first clip cuts after the first shot. Here's another video of the shooting below:

Nelly jetted to Augsta, GA to celebrate the biggest weekend in golf at “Tanqueray on the Tee” where he got the chance to meet golf legend Lee Elder, who was the first African-American to play in the Masters in 1975. He also learned the in’s and out’s on how to perfect your golf game– watch out PGA!

Since Tanqueray hosted the event, there was plenty of gin and juice flowing for guests to enjoy.

Mariah Carey opens up like never before about being in denial for 17 years about her bipolar disorder diagnosis. More inside…

With the stigma mental health carries, it seems people don’t like to openly talk about it. Mariah Carey was one of those people, but not anymore.

The Grammy Award winner just opened up to PEOPLE magazine about her battle with bipolar disorder II. The thing is, she has been in denial about the diagnosis over the last 17 years.

Remember that “emotional and physical breakdown” MiMi had in 2001 that landed her under psychiatric care after a stint in the hospital? Well, that’s when she was diagnosed, but she didn’t want to believe it.

The Elusive Chanteuse singer was scared how people would react to the news, especially considering she tries to push the image of the "perfect diva." She’s been living in fear that someone would find out and expose her.

“Until recently I lived in denial and isolation and in constant fear someone would expose me,” Mariah told PEOPLE. “It was too heavy a burden to carry and I simply couldn’t do that anymore."

Finally, after a tough couple of years, she came to the conclusion she needed help and sought out therapy. She’s currently taking medication after surviving those rough years.

“I sought and received treatment, I put positive people around me and I got back to doing what I love — writing songs and making music,” she continued. “I’m actually taking medication that seems to be pretty good. It’s not making me feel too tired or sluggish or anything like that. Finding the proper balance is what is most important,” Mariah shared.

For a long time, Mariah simply thought she had a severe sleep disorder. She noticed she would get real irritable and was in constant fear of letting people down, so she never said “No.”

“For a long time I thought I had a severe sleep disorder,” MiMi said. “But it wasn’t normal insomnia and I wasn’t lying awake counting sheep. I was working and working and working … I was irritable and in constant fear of letting people down. It turns out that I was experiencing a form of mania. Eventually I would just hit a wall. I guess my depressive episodes were characterized by having very low energy. I would feel so lonely and sad — even guilty that I wasn’t doing what I needed to be doing for my career.”

Now, she’s back in the studio working on a new album that is scheduled to drop later this year.

Despite being scared someone would leak her secret, she was inspired to speak out about the disorder after other celebrities came forward about caring for their mental health.

After her hospitalization in 2001, the R&B songbird was adamant that she did NOT have any type of breakdown. She labeled her erratic behavior (going off, breaking dishes) as “exhaustion.”

She previously said:

"I was totally exhausted and I needed to go to sleep and I needed rest and I needed people to leave me alone and stop banging on my freaking door to get up and do a freaking video," she told ABC News a year after her "breakdown."

"There has been so much written and reported about me over the past year … and I've been pretty quiet up until now. It wasn't like I went schizo and needed to be put in a straitjacket or tried to kill myself, what they were saying. I just think it's time to set the record straight."

Now it all makes sense.

It’s officially official now. Nicki Minaj is back and she’s making her presence know after hiding out for several months. Chick totally deserted all of her social media accounts and she literally stayed under the radar until she was spotted in Paris earlier this month.

Now, she’s playing dress up and sitting courtside at NBA games. The “Anaconda” raptress sure loves some latex. Who says latex and sports events don’t mix? Not Nicki. She was doing the most with her dominatrix style ensemble to simply watch a basketball game.

Also, she'll be giving her first and "very candid" interview tomorrow at 12pm EST with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 Radio right before her new singles drop.

We wonder what she's going to be "candidly" talking about.  Maybe this leaked verse from an unreleased track roaming the internets today?

From coffee runs to NBA courtside tickets.

We’re used to seeing Eddie Murphy and his girlfriend Paige Butcher grabbing coffee together. Like, damn near every time. But, now we get a chance of scenery.

The couple, who welcomed their first child together (Eddie’s 9th) in May 2016, are still going strong. Leaving babyIzzy Murphy behind, Eddie and Paige trekked it to the Staples Center to watch the Lakers get beat up on by the Utah Jazz. The final score was 112-97.

It just looked like a normal night out on the town for them. Nothing fancy. Just a little basketball fun.

“Insecure” just nabbed a new nomination to add under its growing list of nominations.

The incredibly talented cast and crew of the hit HBO show has been nominated for a Peabody Award in the Entertainment category for the 77th annual ceremony. Woot!

The Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia announced this year’s nominees, which include 60 projects, who will be in the running for the prestigious awards.

Other shows nominated include “Maya Angelou: And Still I Rise” and “Strong Island” (directed by and starring Yance Ford), both nominated in the Documentary category. The nominees will be cut down to 30 winners when the 77th Annual Peabody Awards go down on May 19th, hosted by “Daily Show” correspondent Hasan Minhaj, in New York.

We’re not surprised “Insecure” made the list. It’s witty, funny and SO relatable. You don't get good storytelling like that all the time, especially for US. We just need more episodes in a season! OK, Issa? or HBO?

"Grown-ish" starlet Yara Shahidi also blesses the magazine circuit with her beauty. The ever so intelligent and “woke” actress dished to the magazine how she hopes her activism eventually opens doors for the generation behind her.

“I’m in no way trying to be the face of blackness," she said. "The goal is to open doors, role by role, and be drowning in a sea of people who look like me, or like someone else, so anyone can see themselves reflected on screen.”

Speaking of race...

Yara also did an interview with ESSENCE magazine recently where she talked about colorism in the black community. The 18-year-old has been getting backlash from people about how her "light skin" and curly hair allowed her to enter the spaces she has been in and how being "racially ambiguous" is a privilege.

“[I began to see that] people have constantly had to deal with things that slowly chip away at their identity," Yara said. "These microaggressions make you feel like you’re never enough. I realized that if I still experience it on a level of being socioeconomically privileged, then I’m not even experiencing half of it.”

However, Yara doesn't see herself as having light skin. She feels she's more brown complected.

“I’m brown-skinned. I personally don’t view myself as light-skinned,” she said. “I also understand I’m not dark-skinned. I don’t know how to classify myself, but when you see me, unless you hear my name, no one’s like, ‘That’s a young Iranian girl.'”

Oddly, ESSENCE erased the interview from their site.

Jesse Williams’ estranged wife Aryn Drake-Lee is trying to take the YBF actor to the cleaners! She wants more money because $50,000 isn’t enough to take care of their two kids. Find out why, plus deets on Lil Wayne scoring a paternity victory inside…

Jesse Williams’s estranged wife Aryn Drake-Lee is not playing any games. She’s gunning for more money from her estranged husband. Why? Apparently, $50,000 a month isn’t enough to care for their two children.

Really, girl?

According to TMZ, Aryn filed paperwork asking for an increase to the $50,695 in spousal support she’s receiving every month. And apparently, those funds aren’t enough to care for their 4-year-old and 2-year-old, Sadie and Maceo. At least, that’s what she’s claiming.

The site reports:

In the docs, Aryn says she's paying 100% of the kids' bills right now ... including clothes, food, traveling outside L.A. to visit family, swimming and dance lessons, child care and tuition. Aryn says that pushes expenses to $73,369 per month.

Aryn claims Jesse can afford it since he makes at least $250k per "Grey's Anatomy" episode, so she wants to be reimbursed for what she's had to cover so far.

Aryn is reportedly responsible for paying all mortgage obligations and various other expenses related to the family home. Along with her spousal support, she's receiving half of Jesse's residuals from Sept. 2012 to April 2017 for "Grey's Anatomy" and other projects.

Oh, and she’s not done there...

She also wants $200,000 to cover her legal fees. He already agreed to front her $60,000 for her legal fees, but she wants more. She also previously requested for full custody of the kids once she learned he was supposedly bringing women around them. It's rumored Jesse is dating actress Minka Kelly.

The kids certainly deserve whatever they would have received if their father was still in their home.  That's different than her "$50K isn't enough" argument, though.

We wonder how the judge will rule on her new requests. Back in January, she filed paperwork to raise her spousal support from $30K to $50K.

Lil Wayne, in the case of 16-year-old Dwayne Brown…You are NOT the father!

A woman named Keiotia Watson was claiming the father-of-four was the father of her 16-year-old Dwayne Brown. You see she gave him Wayne's government (first) name. Hmph.

Back in January, Weezy requested a new trial in the paternity case that Louisiana native Keiotia Watson filed against him in 2015. A judge ordered him to pay Keiotia $5,000/a month in child support even BEFORE it was determined he was the father. He was also ordered to provide health insurance for the boy. Cray!

Since Wayne isn't the father, he doesn't have to worry about shelling out money for a kid that isn't his. Now, he can focus on that $51 million lawsuit he has against Birdman. While the legal ish doesn't seem to have made any progress, Wayne and Birdman have been hanging out a bit lately.

Baby Thompson is here! And despite the extremely scandalous time Tristan& Khloe are going through right now, Tristan was indeed right there for the delivery. Deets inside...

Khloe Kardashian has given birth to her and Tristan Thompson's first child together, acording to TMZ.  The baby girl was born around 4am this morning at a hospital outside of Cleveland.  Tristan pulled away from his New York jumpoff long enough to jet back to Cleveland the other day for last night's last home game.  Khloe pushed out their baby girl several hours later.

Khloe's sisters, who we hear are BIG MAD about Tristan's very public cheating foolery especially right before Khloe gave birth, were in the delivery room, as well as mama Kris Jenner.  And yes, even Tristan was there. Reportedly, Khloe insisted he was in the delivery room.

We're dying to know what the vibe was like up in there, chile...

Earlier this week, Tristan was caught kissing and canoodling a woman inside a New York club right before the Cavs played the Knicks.  He was seen in and out of his hotel and even on a date with the same woman throughout the week. 

Another video - from October - also leaked this week showing Tristan clearly swapping spit, tongue and hands with two-three other women whole at a D.C. area hookah lounge.

Since Bow Wow said this is his last radio interview ever, he’s setting the record straight! Go inside to him admit to stealing that private jet flick, how he fell out with Chris Brown, having suicidal thoughts and more. Get it all inside…

When doesn’t Bow Wow have something going on? He stays pulling some type of stunt.

Now, he claims he’s not doing anymore radio interviews after sitting down with Power 105’s “The Breakfast Club.” Umm, yeah. We totally believe you Bow. Just like when he said he was retiring from rap.

The 31-year-old sat in the hot seat to answer/respond to all of the rumors and headlines about him. You’ll recall, Mr. Shad Moss was DRAGGED on social media when it was discovered he was fronting HARD for the ‘Gram. He posted a picture of a private jet with the caption, “Travel day. NYC press run for Growing Up Hip Hop. Lets goo.” However, he wasn't flying on no private jet. He was on a plane like the rest of us (although he pointed out he was in first class).

As the dragging ensued, the #BowWowChallenge hashtag was created and folks started sharing pictures they Google’d with captions pretending its theirs. When asked to address the #BowWowChallenge foolishness, Shad admitted to stealing the picture to front on social media.

“Playas f*ck up,” he said

“Just admit you we’re lying,” Charlamagne said.

“I just said it,” Bow Wow said. “I like the picture, Imma throw it up. Shit, I am flying to New York, but I like this picture better.”

He said by the time he got to New York, his mom called him and asked if he did something about a plane. Then, he said his homies called him to ask him about all the social media backlash.

Once he saw how people were responding to it, he decided to come up with a way to get a check out of it. He said Mona Scott hit him up and asked if he thought of doing a #BowWowChallenge show. She presented him an idea for a show where he would go around and catch people who are fronting for the ‘Gram.

It just got picked up and he’ll start filming the show next month.

It was reported a rapper named Cheeks punched Bow Wow backstage at a Jay Z concert because Bow was supposedly talking ish about rapper Future. However, Shad said the whole situation was a miscommunication. He made sure to clear the air that he has no beef with Future.

“It was just a miscommunication. Real sh*t. No. 1, I never got hit in the face. No. 2, things that occurred after that point, because I was with people, as far as knocked out…I’m little. If you come from way on the right side with all your force I’m supposed to be down. As far as what it’s about to me, it’s a miscommunication.”

He called the situation "fake news."

Speaking of beef, Bow Wow opened up about how he and his former bestie Chris Brown fell out. You’ll recall, Bow Wow recently released a new track titled “Drunk Off Ciroc”where he fired shots at Breezy.

“There is no issue. There is no problem. We grew up together. We made a lot of money together. Throughout the game, we grow and we end up going separate ways sometimes. Even with that record ‘Drunk Off Ciroc’ [where he dissed Breezy], it was more of a question. like damn you just look up and be like ‘Damn, me and the homie not even tight like how we used to be. My daughter never met his daughter.”

He flew to D.C. and sat in the courthouse all day for Breezy when the singer was going through his legal issues. There’s a line in the song “Drunk Off Ciroc” where he said he skipped a show to see Breezy—that’s what that lyric was about. That’s why it’s such a touchy subject for him. He said they haven’t spoken since he released the track.

Switching gears, the “CSI: Cyber” actor got vulnerable while talking about dealing with suicidal thoughts. Not too long ago, Bow posted the word suicide on Instagram spelled backwards and had folks in a frenzy. It ended up being he title of his album. However, he does battle with suicidal thoughts.

“Nah, it’s because how I was really feeling,” he said.

“You really wanted to kill yourself?,” asked Charlamgane.

“Yeah. There’s been times like, years ago. I been saying I don’t want to be here. I done lapped the world 8 times. And it’s like me coming into the game young, and seeing so much and doing so much, Sometimes I just question life, like what is there left for me to do? I’ve done everything that I really wanted to do. Now, it’s like what’s next?”

The return! Nicki Minaj's social media resurgence is here and she's back on the airwaves with two new tracks today. But she also just dropped a few nuggets about what's really good with her & Cardi B.'s "beef." Chick even shed a tear.

We've got everything she revealed inside...

If you've missed the self proclaimed queen of rap, today is your lucky day. She gave her first interview - and an extremely revealing one - in months over at Beats 1 Radio. It's Young Money's home away from home, so it's only right.

Aside from explaining why she took a long hiatus from social media, the music scene and any appearances, she got real about what the deal is between her and certified rising star Cardi B. The rumors didn't simply come from media pitting two female rappers against each other.  The rumor of a rift between the two holds some water, according to Nicki herself.

The "Chun Li" rapper dished to Zane Lowe moments ago saying she applauds Cardi B. and all of the new female rappers doing their thing.

"Cardi did exactly what she was supposed to do," Nicki remarked before saying Cardi took certain opportunities and ran with them.

We knew something was up when Nicki followed that up saying she wanted to shout out the female rappers who have shown her genuine love.  And she emphasized genuine. Cardi wasn't on the list.

Nicki circled back and gave some real talk about her only issue with Cardi.  She said it hurt her feelings when the "Bartier Cardi" rapper did her first interview after "Motorsport" dropped, and she was acting big mad about Nicki’s verse, questioning why she changed her lyrics after Cardi was added. Nicki says instead, she should have thanked her and been gracious about even doing a record at that time with someone of Nicki's stature.  Just like she did herself when she was on a Trina track early in her career.

The Pinkprint rapper went into emotional detail about feeling ambushed by folks involved in that "Motorsport" track.  And Quavo - Cardi's fiance Offset's Migos group member - is to blame.

Nicki says Quavo should have backed her up about her original explanation of how the song came about.  When Quavo originally played the song for her, only he was on it.  She told him it was a hit and wanted to hop on.  When Quavo later told her all the Migos wanted on too, she insisted she still wanted to do the record.  That's when ish got murky.

"Quavo asked me if he could put Cardi on the track afterwards, and I said yeah, sure," Nicki recalled.

When the story hit the media and people thought she was lying and shading Cardi, Nicki asked Quavo to come out and back her up. Nicki's voice quivered a little while revealing his hurtful response:

"I still have his texts. He said 'I would go on Twitter and back you up if you were my girl, LOL,”  and that hurt.  I thought of him as my baby. I think of all of them as my babies.

Nicki says Cardi’s interview on Beats 1 last week is when she finally felt the genuine love from the "Bodak Yellow" rapper. 

"I never felt that from her until then.  There’s so many other girls who wished they could have been on a song with Nicki Minaj.  Not being cocky.  Then the first thing out of your mouth when somebody asked you about a Nicki feature — you go off about me changing my verse? It’s because of the Nicki-hate parade that made her feel comfortable."

We feel her on that.  You can win without coming for those before you and simply paying them the respect they deserve.

Based on productions pics, the first trailer and this brand new trailer that just dropped, Oceans 8 looks like its going to be a fire movie, starring some bad a** women. And it’s the perfect mix of women too. Not just white women. It’s a star-studded cast that includes some melanin too: Rihanna, Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Mindy Kaling, Helena Bonham Carter, Anne Hathaway, Awkwafina and Sarah Paulson.

Sandra plays the sister of Danny Ocean, who starred in the previous Oceans’ movies. After spending 5 years in prison, Sandra’s character is ready to pull off the biggest heist of her life. She and her team of cons are going to rob the Met Gala, resulting in each of the ladies receving $16.5 million each.

Yep, these two are still going strong.

Cutie Karrueche and hottie Victor Cruz are currently in Miami enjoying some quality time together. The “Claws” actress and the NFL free agent were spotted on the beach in Miami for some fun in the sun. Although Kae is filming the new season of "Claws" in New Orleans, she found time to spend with her bae.

The love birds stripped down to their bathing suits and took a dip in the pool. The were all googly eyed while swimming around in the ocean, and definitely all smiles.  They look happy as all hell and we're not even mad. 

These two have been dating/seeing each other for a few months after they were spotted on a movie date around Thanksgiving. Since then, we've seen them together, holding hands as they trek the L.A. streets. They also enjoyed their first BAEcay in Mexico to ring in the new year.

In February, Kae confirmed their coupledom situation a few months ago telling EBONY: “We’ve been hanging out and getting to know one another. My main priority is always work, but he’s a gentleman,” she confirmed.“He’s a sweet guy and he’s really nice. We’re taking it slow, but yes!. ”

Kae has pretty much been single (outside of her rumored Quavo romance) since she called it quits with Chris Brown in 2015 due to him having a baby behind her back. Since then, she and Breezy have been THROUGH it, resulting it her getting a 5-year restraining order against him. A few weeks ago, Breezy hopped on Instagram where he commented on Kae’s new relationship with Victor.

“They look really good together," Breezy wrote with a praying emoji.

Victor’s relationship past isn’t that great either. His ex fiancée Elaina Watley BLASTED him in a group text to all of his side chicks for cheating.

All of that drama is behind them now and Vic & Kae’re building something together. They make a hot couple. Do you boos.

Well, here’s a plot twist. Gabrielle Union was spotted heading inside the same hotel as Tristan Thompson and one of his several side chicks! However, she claims she doesn’t know a damn thing! More inside…

By now, cheater Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian have welcomed their baby girl. We KNOW everyone was feeling some type of way in that delivery room since Khloe let Tristan see their daughter be born.

Some would say he doesn’t deserve to be in the room since days before the baby was born, his trash self was out here kissing, sleeping and doing whatever else he wanted to do with random women who were NOT his pregnant girlfriend.

That one chick he took back to the hotel, Lani Blair…well, there’s a plot twist in the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal. Actress Gabrielle Union was spotted just feet away from the NBA baller’s alleged side chick. Hours after spending time with Tristan inside the hotel, photogs caught Lani waiting to be picked up and that’s when Gabby appeared just feet behind her as she made her way inside the Four Seasons Hotel in NYC earlier this week.

In a zoomed in shot, you can see Gabby getting out of her vehicle just a few feet from Lani. Folks started examining the picture closer and matched her outfit in the flicks to one of the outfits she had on while doing press in NYC. Same coat. Same shoes. Everything.

In a video captured by the paps, you see Lani walk up to Gabby's car, likely checking to see if it was her ride, then walking away.

However, the New York & Company designer wants EVERYONE to know she didn't have ish to do with any of that. She hopped in the comments section of The Shade Room to respond, writing, "Don't know her. Didn't see her. I was enjoying my night with my mama and aunt. We ain't involved in this."

German (Jonathan “Lil J” McDaniel) also returns in an unexpected way, along with other fan favorites who'll make their own vicious moves. We will also meet new dancers battling for the throne of the LA Devil Girls – talented choreographer London (Teyana Taylor) looking for a fresh start, pitted against the ambitious Jamie (Kyndall Ferguson), fighting for her chance to shine. Rookie Devils player Pax (Cort King) arrives on the court looking to prove himself, and there’s sideline reporter Noah (Kristian Kordula), who walks a fine line between making the news and reporting it. Season 4 of "Hit The Floor" returns Tuesday, July 10th at 10pm EST on BET.

Tamera Mowry Housley is about to take her passion for home interior design and bring it to the small screen. Much like her twin sister Tia Mowry Hardrict did with her cooking show.

Making the gig even sweeter, Tamera gets to join forces with her husband Adam Housely – since he’s really into home interior design as well – and their kids, Aden (5) & Ariah (2), will also be featured on the show. Nice!

“Big news!! “The Housleys” are coming to @hgtv in May!,” Tamera captioned on Instagram. “As you guys know, I absolutely love everything about interior design. I'm grateful my husband loves it as well. We are so excited because we just renovated a home for a family of 6 who needed a more functional kitchen and an outdoor makeover to make the most of the perfect Napa climate.”

While the show is expected to debut in May, there isn’t an official premiere date just yet. “The Real” co-host said to stay tune for the details.

The “Being Mary Jane” star was able to convince Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade to join her on a new journey of house flipping. And guess what? We’ll all get to see how they get it done on their new HGTV special, “All Star Flip.” It’s a special, so there will not be a series of shows. However, we will get to see the love birds will work together as they buy, overhaul and flip a home in an up-and-coming Miami neighborhood.

T.I. is ready to return to television with a new show that’s sort of giving us “I Want To Work For Diddy” and "The Ultimate Hustle" vibes. T.I. will be bringing “The Grand Hustle” to BET, a fierce new reality competition series featuring 16 business minded men and women vying for an awesome opportunity.

Executive produced by Grammy-award winning rapper, actor, entrepreneur and the King of the South himself, Tip “T.I.” Harris, the series centers around the hopeful hustlers as they compete for a coveted position, with a six-figure salary, within Tip’s multimillion-dollar Grand Hustle business empire which he built from the ground up.

The 12, one-hour episode series, is set in Atlanta and the candidates will do any and everything to prove they have what it takes to out-hustle the rest.

“The Grand Hustle Empire is always expanding so therefore we needed to add a very talented, highly skilled executive to our team,” said the Atlanta rapper. “It doesn’t matter if you got your hustle at Harvard or the hood, 'THE GRAND HUSTLE' is about how you handle business and what you can do for the brand so I wanted to create a show that offers an equal playing field.”

Nicole Murphy and Bu Thiam might have a thing going on.  We've got them on a L.A. lunch date inside...

Well what do we have here?  Now that Bu is a single man (his ex is Tracee Ellis Ross) and Nicole Murphy is single and dating, it makes sense that the two would link up in these Hollywood streets.  They both are seemingly each other's types, based on their exes.  Just sayin'.

The twosome was spotted grabbing lunch together in L.A. this week.  It could be a business meeting, since Bu (who is Akon's brother) is an industry executive. Or it could be just a casual run-in.  But something tells us it's quite likely it was a date.

They were seen laughing and smiling as they made their way back to her car before having a small conversation and going their separate ways. 

We're not totally sure what's up, but we'd be here for a coupledom situation.

Big Sean and Jhene Aiko jetted to London to party it up with Italian luxury fashion house Fendi. The iconic brand is relaunching the FF logo, so they threw a bash, “FENDI FF Reloaded Experience,” to celebrate. And, of course, they both were rocking head-to-toe Fendi threads for the fashion festivities.

Mariah Carey was spotted out in public for the first time since revealing she has been battling with bipolar disorder for the last 17 years. The 48-year-old singer stepped out to celebrate her boyfriend Bryan Tanaka’s 35th birthday at Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills.

The Grammy Award winner kept it cute in a figure hugging black dress topped with a black leather jacket and black peep toe booties. MiMi’s beau carried a birthday bag as she helped his lady walk past the paparazzi.

MiMi said she's now on medication and she's much better after going through some "rough years." A source close to Nick Cannon responded to Mariah's bipolar disorder revelation and told Entertainment Tonight this: “Nick has known about Mariah's diagnosis forever. This isn't news to him. This was a big part of their relationship and even today, it's something he's mindful of.”

Glad she's doing better now.

We can't even front, engaged couple Idris Elba and Sabrina Dhowre are hot AF. They make a gorgeous couple.

Keeping it fresh and fun, the love birds did date night at Soho House City's launch party in London. Sabrina held on to the British hottie's arm as he escorted her inside. Such a gentleman.

The “Love Galore” singer graces one of two covers for V magazine’s 2018 Music Issue. The issue promises to spotlight two of the most exciting newcomers in music for the May/June edition. SZA definitely fits the bill. By the way, Dua Lipa is on the other cover.

The Grammy nominated singer got the chance to be interviewed by Hollywood titan Jada Pinkett Smith for the cover story. What a treat! Engaged in conversation with the YBF actress, the “Broken Clocks” singer talked about her artistic energy and how she just wants to love on and heal people.

“In my music, it’s really hard to be super-conscious; I’m in another state of consciousness when I’m making music. But when I’m my most effective, that mode of healing is when I get to perform and see everybody. I send out and absorb love. Meet-and-greets are a new thing I never got to do before. I meet, like, 200 people before each show. We hug each other and really look at each other. Healing and loving people, I guess that’s me.”

She credits being hyper affectionate and extra sensitive to her mother. She said growing up she was “awkward” because the world saw her as “weird.”

“I was awkward. I’m super sensitive, and my mother made me extra sensitive because she’s just so unapologetically loving. I’ve realized some people don’t hug in their families, or say that they love each other all day. My family tells me they love me all day; I’m hyper affectionate, laying it on other people, just because it’s what we do in my house. But in the world, that was weird, and it was really difficult to be super sensitive and hyper-open. It was just frightening. I guess my mom represented something that made me feel weak. I felt like, this is why I’m hurt. When I got older, I realized, Oh shit, the whole world is wrong and my mom is right… “

In regards to being a black female in the music industry, she was asked if she's dealt with misogyny, but she doesn't seem like the type to back down.

"It’s tricky. I’m the only woman on my label. It’s tough, but I’m also not afraid. My mom has a hyper-femininity, but my dad is hyper-masculine. My daddy’s over six feet, bald head, 260 [pounds], he’s immense, but in the most beautiful way. He’s very powerful. It would take a lot for me to be afraid of you as a man"

"I feel like I don’t need a man to protect me. I love my dad. My dad is so masculine, so I feel like I’ve already experienced extreme hyper-masculinity. I’m not afraid of it, but nor do I welcome it. I’ve seen it go in that deep egoic space when it just gets like, you can’t hear me at all."

By the way, the TDE singer is already talking about retiring from music after releasing her debut album, CTRL, in 2017.

"My world got so much smaller so fast. I have so much to write about. I feel like I’m in a cage," she told Flaunt magazine. She continued, "I’m making the best album of my life for this next album and I know that... because it’s going to be my last album" -- but apparently she delivered the news with a smile, which suggested she may or may not be serious about quitting.

The (black) women we wake up to every morning are taking over the magazine circuit. ABC’s Robin Roberts, CBS’ Gayle King and NBC’s Hoda Kotb nab their own covers for The Hollywood Reporter’s newest issue. They are joined by CBS’ Norah O’Donnell and NBC’s Savannah Gutherie.

It’s been a rocky year for female TV personalities as their male counterparts have been accused of sexual assault, including the firing of CBS’ Charlie Rose and NBC’s Matt Lauer. The scandals have started a conversation across the nation about sexual assault and equal pay for women. Especially since women are now becoming more vocal about things rarely spoken about before.  We're here for the fresh take on women's empowerment.

How has the industry changed for women?

ROBERTS I've been doing this morning show as an anchor since 2005; we now see two women prominently at the other two morning shows. Diane for a time was the evening anchor. We've had Katie Couric as an evening anchor and our friend Gwen Ifill at PBS, may she rest in peace. My sister Sally Ann just retired after 40 years in [local news]. And to see the old footage of her from the '70s, we've come a long way in what women are doing now in TV news.

When CBS This Morning launched a little over six years ago, Charlie Rose was clearly the anchor with the most experience and visibility. But last year, both of you renewed your contracts with CBS. Was pay equity a priority for you in those negotiations?

KING Well, I don't know what Charlie was making, and all I wanted to do was to make sure that I was well paid. When I first came, I felt they were taking a chance on me, even though I had done TV news for many, many years. I wasn't a novice. I certainly wasn't a media icon the way Charlie Rose was. So I didn't expect to make what Charlie Rose was making. But as time went on and I felt that I was bringing value to the table, I did expect to be paid what he was paid. Though I still don't know what he was making.

O'DONNELL You are selling yourself short. You'd been on the air for 20 years in Connecticut.

KING Oh, I know, but the thing is, unless you were in Connecticut or Kansas City, I was not a national name outside of being Oprah's best friend. And I don't run away from that, I'm OK with that. But it became clear to me that I was also bringing something to the table and I thought I should be compensated for that. And certainly I felt that way with the three of us. People got to the point, and they would say this to me, "The show is not the same without the three of you there." I heard that a lot. I never felt that one of us was a dominant person on the show. I thought that show worked because all three of us were very much in sync. And I expected that we should be compensated for that.

Can you still engage in the male-female, sometimes flirty on-air banter, or do you have to tiptoe around that now?

KOTB The guys who we have on our set are Carson [Daly] and Al [Roker] and Craig [Melvin], and their sense of humor is not that. Al's like your crazy uncle, Carson's your best guy friend. I hug Craig when I see him. We don't feel like there's a new set of rules that we cannot be ourselves.

The #MeToo movement has focused people's attention on the retrograde gender roles that have existed for so long, and not just in TV news. Where do you think this discussion goes?

ROBERTS I think it's to be determined. When you see what we saw [on March 24 with the March for Our Lives], these aren't the same times. People are speaking up, whether you're a woman that's saying "#MeToo," or a man who is saying "#MeToo," or you're a kid saying "enough." So I hope we don't go back to business as usual. Being a little bit older, there was a part of me at the beginning going, OK, how long is this going to last? But I am an eternal optimist, and I think this time it's different.

KING I call 'em Wakanda Nation moments. It's really important for women, minorities, to see people that look like them doing things that you go, "I want to be like that." And you can use your voice. Girls coming up today, I'm excited for them. They're not gonna take crap.

It’s your boy James Harden!

The Houston Rockets baller is bringing is bold personality and fashion flare to the cover of GQ magazine, accompanied with a colorful spread. You see, James loves to stand out of the crowd. In one of the shots for his spread, he rocks a pair of pink sequined Comme des Garçons Homme Plus basketball shorts. Yes, very extra.

"Pink glitter shorts,” he said. "You're judging me already. I can see it in your face." He loves this, loves these reactions, loves being weird. "That's one of those outfits where, you know, it'll go on Instagram and guys will be like, 'What the heck is he wearing?' Most guys wouldn't do that. Most guys don't want that attention."

It’s clear why he’s called the Beard Gang Leader. GQ even dubbed him as the Migos of the NBA with his infectious, yet chill personality. Being the Beard Gang Leader comes with a struggle. James said he hates eating around people he doesn’t know, especially on blind dates, because he doesn’t want to get food stuck in his beard. It happens all the time!

"I get food in this shit all the time," he shared."Like, all the time. If it's people that I don't know, I won't eat around 'em. When I'm, like, going on blind dates, I'll wait till I get around people I actually am comfortable around, because then they'll tell me I have stuff in my beard. It kinda comes with it. If you wanna look as good as I do."

Ha.

The NBA baller shared some inside information about the YBF moms of the NBA. Several of the moms get together for “meetings” to chat about their sons.

Harden takes evident pride that his career has enabled his mother, Monja Willis, to have an NBA life of her own. Willis is one of a bumper crop of delightful NBA moms, led by Draymond Green's mom, Mary Babers-Green, and Kevin Durant's "real MVP," Wanda. They are funny, salty, ferociously protective of their sons, and living their best lives on Instagram. "My mom—she hangs out with, like, moms of other players that I don't even talk to," Harden said, amused. How does that happen?

"There are mom meetings, things like that."

You're joking, right?

"No, I'm serious. Mom meetings. That makes me happy, 'cause they get to talk about their sons behind our backs. She deserves that."

Yes to the NBA moms!

Singer Tinashe is fresh in a new relationship with Philadelphia 76ers Ben Simmons. The singer and NBA baller recently confirmed their budding romance with the official Instagram posts. Y’all know it’s not official until it’s posted on social media.

Now, the R&B songstress is dishing on what the relationship is like post updating everyone on her relationship status.

“It’s super new for me. Definitely weird, not used to it,” she said on the “Ebro In The Morning” radio show. “Kind of makes me nervous, but yeah it’s fun, it’s exciting.

“I feel like people were already talking so it’s like you can either try to hide it and be like no, no nothing’s happening. Or you can just be upfront with it. Like I was going to all his games and people would see me there.”

Well alright.

Diddy, his son Christian Combs, Naomi Capbell, Normani and Logan Browning were spotted out and about. Peep their candids inside…

Before Coachella 2018 gets fully underway, we spotted a few celebs who may trek it to Indio, CA before the festivities kick off.

If didn’t know, Diddy is all about healthy living and fitness, so it was no surprise to see him after decked out in workout gear after a good workout. The paps snapped flicks of the Hip Hop mogul leaving SoulCycle after a session with his homie Justin Bieber.

Diddy will likely be in party mode this weekend since his son Christian Combs just released a new mixtape:

After flexing his model skills in Dolce & Gabbana’s FW18 show, Chrisitan “King” Combs made his way to D&G’s store opening in SoHo. Taking a page from his father’s blueprint, King Combs just released his first ever musical project, a mixtape titled 90s Baby.

Former "Hit The Floor" star Logan Browning was a breath of fresh air as she trekked through Beverly Hills while on a retail run.

The YBF actress was totally ready for spring in a denim romper. Her faux locs finished her tropical look off perfectly.

Page Six reports that a reunion is totally happening, thanks to Bey wanting to make up for pulling out as a headliner last year.

“Beyoncé and Destiny’s Child are reuniting,” claims the source. “It was teased, rumored, squashed, so nothing much else was said . . . But it’s happening.”

The insider said the added surprise is “to make up for the fact she was unable to perform last year,” when pregnant.

“The girls really wanted it and felt they owed it to the fans.”

And we're not just talking about the D3 version of Destiny's Child.

It's rumored she's bringing back to the original 4 - including Latavia, LeToya, and Kelly. We wouldn't be surprised if Michelle popped up to, though. A couple of days ago, Latavia Roberson posted up a video singing Beyonce's "Countdown" and said, "Let the countdown begin." S

Sure, she could be just counting down to watching Bey perform and extra excited like the rest of us, but that red wiggery.  It's telling.  LaTavia rocked this same color and style back in her D-Child days.

We also hear Bey's team is back on their image control steez and sending out preemptive warnings notices to certain news outlets.  Apparently, they're being told to refrain from publishing fan pics and stick to the approved official pics.

Like last time, when Bey's team shut down folks from posting unflattering pics of her 2013 Super Bowl performance, we doubt follks will take heed.  Get stung if ya want to.

As for what to expect from Bey's set: We know there will be less dancers than she usually has.  Because, reportedly, she fired about 20 of them recently.

TMZ reports:

Our Coachella sources tell us Beyonce fired about 20 of her backup dancers earlier this week. It's unclear why Bey axed the dancers -- as we told you, she's got plenty to spare -- but we're told about a dozen or so hit up Cardi's team to get into her highly-anticipated Sunday show.

At first, it was said Cardi B., who performs Sunday night, picked up those dancers at the last minute:

Our Cardi sources tell us she already had about 16 backup dancers when the new crew came calling. We're told Cardi mulled it over, and liked the idea of making her act even more grandiose. The plan is now to hire 4 to 5 of Bey's ex-dancers, and confidence is high they'll be able to nail the choreography in time.

Cardi called bullsh*t on it (Nicki Minaj already told the world chick took the Barb's hairstylist, let her live!) and TMZ basically said "nevermind" in an update.

Bey has something special in store, and she did one of the rarest things and spoke directly to her fans earlier today:

And her stepdad Richard Lawson reminded folks she's still the biggest star.  Here's what happened when a paparazzo had the audacity to question it:

We know this performance is about to be fire AF.  Mainly because Bey has been on grind mode, and we all know what that results in.  Reports from TMZ revealed:

She started getting serious about practicing for her show Tuesday, scheduling 11-hour days in a high-profile L.A. studio that’s been booked solely for her and her dancers, choreographers, technicians and other members of her crew.
