- 03/26/18--15:23: 11 Times Teyana & Iman Were Entire Bedroom BAE Goals
Teyana Taylor released a workout dvd because, #bodygoals. And her husband Iman Sumpert ain't too shabby in the fitness department either. But there's four other types of fitspo vids we're going to need from one of the world's sexiest couples for us to actually get off the couch, and stat.
Yeah, that Fade 2 Fit workout DVD sounds all well and good. But we're 99% positive we're not going to look like even 1/8 of the fit-without-trying bae Teyana Taylor no matter how many times we press play.
Now that quadruple threat Teyana & her NBA baller husband Iman are about to be gracing our TV's every week, we're feeling a bit motivated to get on their hot bodied level. Or at least to do some ish we can snap for the Gram and feel good about reaching our fitness goals for the day.
So here's four other fitness vids we'd love The Shumperts to drop that don't require a gym or dance skills.
1. Fitness Kama Sutra
Y'all know these two are sexy AF. So if they could dish up a bedroom behavior instructional - R rated, not X - for us to "practice" in our own time, we'd be interested. And would def appreciate it. Thanks.
2. Chasing A Toddler
They're parents to a 2-year-old who has all of her mama's sassiness and energy. So we can only imagine how much they run and chase behind baby girl Junie. Showing us how a day of that goes down in the Shumpert household would be hilarious, but informative. Playing "chase" with a toddler, or bae, could be fun. We think.
3. Paparazzi Posing
Killing some beach "candids" is harder than it looks. It's probably a workout. Hopefully.
4. Modeling runways during NYFW
Apparently, Teyana was born to walk a catwalk honey. And crawl down it, dance down it, strut down it and do everything else on that piece. If turns this art she calls walking down a runway into a workout video, take.all.our.money.
We're just trying to be fit and great around these parts. Hopefully The Shumperts help us help ourselves.
The new "Teyana & Iman" reality show premieres Monday, March 26th on VH1, 8c/9e.
Jeezy will be done with the rap game after he releases his final album titled, Thug Motivation 104. Deets inside…
They say all good things must come to an end.
Rapper Young Jeezy has announced his rap retirement following the release of his last and final album, Thug Motivation 104: Trust the Process.
The Atlanta rapper made the announcement that his ninth album would be his last in a tweet on Twitter. He wrote: "As the Cold Summer tour comes to a end.. It was inspiring seeing my day one fans since my first album & class TM 101 come out every night. Now class is coming to a end. It's time for Graduation! My Last Album & Final Class: TM104 -#TrustYaProcess”

Jeezy burst onto the rap scene with his debut album Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101 in 2005. Since then, he has dropped bangers like "Go Crazy,” "Soul Survivor," “And Then What,” and “Lose My Mind” to name a few. The Atlanta based rapper dropped his 8th studio album, Pressure, in December 2017.
In the beginning, Jeezy wasn’t even supposed to be a rapper. He wanted to be the CEO of his own record label.
“That was my plan — to be this big CEO and run this big record label and make all this big money,” he told Fortune magazine.
Once he realized his artists weren’t putting in work like they were supposed to, he decided to take matters into his own hands and become an artist himself.
“I just decided to do it myself,” he said. “Ain’t nobody gonna go as hard as you gonna go…I have a way with words and I know how to hustle.”
The 39-year-old has plenty of business ventures outside of rap, which include an online merchandise shop and his marketing shop called 99 Agency that will work with entertainers, athletes, and brands, plus real estate investments in Atlanta. He also reportedly sold the remaining stake in his tequila brand Tequila Avion and will remain financially incentivized until 2020.
So yeah, he’s still mad busy.
Serena Williams suffered a tough lost against Naomi Osaka during the first round of the Miami Open. However, her pops Richard Williams was in the stands cheering her on. More inside…
It’s not looking good for our girl Serena Williams as she returns to the tennis court post-pregnancy.
It was bittersweet moment for Naomi, who earned her first career title Sunday at Indian Wells in Southern California. Serena is Naomi's idol, so she had all types of emotions running through her body when she hit the court against her idol/favorite player.
"Sometimes when I am in a really hard position when I'm serving, I'm like, `What would Serena do?,'" Naomi explained during a post-game interview. "It's weird if you grow up watching someone and wanting to be exactly like them and then you have the chance to play them," she said.
"It's sort of this respect thing, but you also want to win really bad. I don't really know how to describe it. I just wanted her to, in the end, like after the match, just know who I am and stuff," she continued.
After the game, Rena declined speaking to reporters, however she did issue a statement about the lost:"Every tournament is an opportunity for me to better understand the areas I need to improve to be my best. Naomi played a great match and I learn something each time I play. I look forward to continuing my return by progressing every day. I'm so grateful for my fans who continue to support me every step of this incredible journey.''
After her year hiatus being pregnant and welcoming baby girl Alexis Olympia, Serena is currently ranked 491st. Ugh.
She has only been eliminated in the first round four other times, most recently during the 2012 French Open. Rena has swept the Miami Open a record eight times and considers the tournament her hometown event. So we know this lost was super hard on her.
In the stands..
Serena's father Richard Williams popped up in the stands to cheer his daughter on, sans his estranged wife Lakeisha Williams since they reportedly filed restraining orders on one another.
Rena's sister Venus Williams was also in the stands to cheer on her sister.
Check out Rena in action below:
The Smithsonian had to move former First Lady Michelle Obama’s portrait due to the high volume of visitors. Did they expect anything less? More inside…
Of course, our former First Lady Michelle Obama is still the most talked about and sought after First Lady to have ever taken office. And her popularity hasn’t died down any since leaving the White House a year ago.
Apparently, folks have been flooding Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery ever since former President Barack Obama and former FLOTUS’ official portraits were unveiled last month.
We’re always changing things up here. Due to the high volume of visitors, we’ve relocated Michelle Obama’s portrait to the 3rd floor in our 20th-Century Americans galleries for a more spacious viewing experience. People have been lining up to see Amy Sherald’s official portrait of Michelle Obama, so much so, the Smithsonian had to move Mrs. Obama’s painting to “a more spacious room.”
Fans can now see the painting in the 20th-Century Americans galleries on the third level.
“We always planned to have the portrait on long-term view, and relocated the work to the third floor sooner than anticipated to provide a more spacious viewing experience due to the high volume of visitors,” a representative of the museum told artnet News in an email.
And we’re not just making this up.
The NPG reportedly saw its highest monthly visitor total in three years, following the Obamas’ portraits being unveiled on February 12th. And mind you, February is a short month.
Down in Miami this week...
Last night, @MichelleObama told us to stop celebrating “the grind” and actually acknowledge the toll it’s taking on our lives—physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I’ll be marinating on this for a long time. #lwdbet@BETherTVpic.twitter.com/esIRHweOgC

FLOTUS sat on a panel to offer her expertise and great advice for BET's Leading Defined event during Women's History Month. Centered on the themes of renewal and wellness, a series of business sessions, networking, and community service allowed participants to engage in dialogue that will lead to solutions to positively impact the Black community.
And while in Miami...
FLOTUS stepped out to Seaspice Miami for an exquisite dinner seated on the orchid covered terrace that overlooks the entire Miami River and skyline. Mrs. Obama dined with a group of 11 friends (and secret service) where they dined on oysters and caviar, local stone crabs, 1855 prime Ribeye and appropriately ending with the bestselling tres leches, cooked up by executive chef Angel Leon.

Meghan Markle is on her soon-to-be husband Prince Harry’s arm as they make their rounds in Northern Ireland together for the first time. Peep their flicks, plus find out about a new documentary about Meghan to be released right before the royal wedding inside….
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are busy making stops to fulfill their royal duties. The engaged couple made a surprise visit to Belfast in Northern Ireland to attend a few events. It’s the couple’s first appearance together in Northern Ireland.
The former actress and British royal made their way to the Eikon Center this morning (March 23rd) where they sat front row to witness the youth-led peace-building initiative “Amazing the Space.”
The bride-to-be rocked a Victoria Beckham sweater paired with a teal Greta Constantine skirt (made by a black designer), velvet Jimmy Choo heels, a Charlotte Elizabeth purse and she topped her look off with a gorgeous Mackage coat.
We see Meghan is bringing some color in her royal fashion game just as we welcome Spring.
After watching some performances, Prince Harry and Ms. Markle heard from the young people themselves about the reconciliation work going on across Northern Ireland. pic.twitter.com/f9JHWU2d0j

When you’re about to become a royal, it’s expected to have everything you do picked apart. And it's no different for Meghan.
The former “Suits” actress is being called a royal rebel for “breaking” royal protocol… again. Apparently messy buns aren’t accepted royal protocol for public engagements. Had she followed the rules to a T, she would have had her hair combed back and cinched with a hairnet. Her soon-to-be sister-in-law Kate Middleton always leaves the house with a hairnet around her updos.
If you haven’t noticed by now, Meghan is obviously going to be the “modern” royal in Kensington Palace. And we love it.
As the couple continued their rounds, they stopped to greet the public standing outside on Great Victoria Street, they visited the Belfast campus to visit science Park Catalyst Inc. to meet some of Northern Ireland's brightest young entrepreneurs and innovators, and they stopped by Titanic Belfast, one of the world's leading tourist attractions.
Look what just became available...
Meghan and Prince Harry are celebrating their upcoming nuptials with commemorative china. The exclusive design shows a monogram surmounted by the coronet of Prince Harry, and tied together with white ribbons. The decorative borders are inspired by the mid-thirteenth century Gilebertus doors at St. George's Chapel.

All of the lucky people who landed a spot on Meghan and Prince Harry's guest list should be receiving their invitations soon.
“The invitations follow many years of Royal tradition and have been made by Barnard Westwood,” Kensington Palace tweeted alongside a photo of the royal invite. “They feature the Three-Feathered Badge of the Prince of Wales printed in gold ink.”
Around 600 people will attend the service and the luncheon, which will be hosted by the Queen at St. George’s Hall at Windsor Castle. Later, about 200 guests will attend a private reception hosted by Prince Charles at Frogmore House on the castle grounds (where the couple snapped their gorgeous engagement photos).

Speaking of Tristan...
The NBA baller is gearing up to be a dad again. And, like most dads, he’s doing everything his pregnant girlfriend wants him to do. The Cavs player went shirtless for an intimate lingerie maternity photoshoot with girlfriend Khloe Kardashian, who was showing off her growing baby bump, shot by Sasha Samsonova.
There was talk on the Internet that Khloe's bump is fake and we've noticed she has been posting her growing belly non stop on her Instagram account. Hmph.
Khloe is about 8 months along, so their baby girl will be making her arrival soon.

Amber Rose confirms she and 21 Savage have called it quits, but she’s still in love with him. Find out what she said about the breakup, plus see how she goes to bat over her bestie Blac Chyna’s d*ck sucking skills inside…
Amber Rose finally addresses those breakup rumors about her and rapper 21 Savage.
After starting a relationship last summer, the Slut Walk founder and the “Bank Account” rapper have called it quits. However, while the two have called it quits, it doesn’t seem like the relationship is totally dunzo.
In a radio interview with Big Boy’s Neighborhood Friday, Amber revealed she’s technically NOT single because she’s no where near ready to start looking to bring someone new in her life. She said she still loves him and she STILL smells his un-washed underwear from time to time.
Not only that, she also gives a little insight as to why they decided to end it:
“Am I single? To be in a relationship, in general, is very difficult. To be famous and in a relationship is even more difficult because you have teams and people,” she explained. “Then you have teams and people and everybody feeding you both stuff. And then you wind up and arguing about things that you wouldn’t usually argue about as a normal person, but I love him. I really love him. I miss him. I think about him every day. I can’t say that I’m single because in my heart, I still love him.”
She said their sons, who are 19 days apart, really miss each other and Sebastian will ask her all the time when they’re going back to Atlanta, so he can play with 21 Savage’s son.
Since the breakup, Amber has found comfort in smelling her ex’s underwear. By the way, she did this when they were together as well.
“I still sniff them,” she said. “I was just sniffing them before I got here. Like damn, I miss this muthaf*cka. I believe if you don’t love the smell of your man’s private area then you don’t really love him.”
Oh? News to us.
We all need a friend like Amber Rose when it comes to someone taking up for us in our absence. When the sex tape of Blac Chyna leaked, everyone had jokes about her lackadaisical fellatio skills.
Well, Amber wants you to know that her bestie knows how to get down on the “D.”
“If you think Blac Chyna don’t know how to suck a d*ck, you have her ALL the way f*cked up.” She said sometimes when you give oral you just want to do something a lil’ cute and other times you O.D. on it. “Don’t ever for a second think that my bestie, my sister Blac Chyna can’t suck a d*ck. Just look at Blac Chyna. You think that she’s incapable of going ham on the D? You’re out of your mind.”
As for her relationship with her ex-husband Wiz Khalifa, they're doing great co-parenting. You may remember last year Amber said she wanted to have another kid with Wiz. However, she no longer feels that way anymore.
"It's such an intimate thing we're just not there anymore. We're just more so just like family. We don't have that relationship to lay down and make another baby."
When asked if she would prefer a boy or a girl the 2nd time around, she said she would like to have a girl. She said she can have a girl and be done with having children.
The entrepreneur also talked about why she popped back at Internet trolls for calling her son gay, bashing the #METOO movement, her new sex toy line and more. Peep the interview below:

"We are very sad to announce the untimely death of beloved Chicago actress DuShon Monique Brown. A book about how Kendrick Lamar captured our hearts and minds through rap is on the way. Also, Alicia Keys is producing a biopic about the life of legendary choreographer Alvin Ailey and it just got the greenlight. Deets inside…
When Kendrick Lamar first burst onto the scene, it was obvious he was something special. The thought-provoking musical genius unleashed three poppin’ albums -- m.A.A.d city, To Pimp a Butterfly, and DAMN– that not only kept us entertained, but it also made us think.
Now, K. Dot is arguably one of the best rappers in his generation. Soon, fans will get a behind-the-scenes sneak peek at Kendrick’s rise to fame in an upcoming biography.
Some big news I've been eager to share: I've signed with @TouchstoneBooks to write the cultural biography of Kendrick Lamar. My book, "The Butterfly Effect: How Kendrick Lamar Ignited the Soul of Black America," will detail his rise to rap superstardom. pic.twitter.com/6Fm68sFBad
— Marcus J. Moore (@MarcusJMoore) March 22, 2018
Bandcamp Senior Editor/Pitchfork contributor Marcus J. Moore announced via Twitter he’s about to write a “cultural biography” detailing the Compton rapper’s rise to superstardom after inking a deal with Touchstone Books, which is a Simon & Schuster-backed imprint.
"My book details the artist's coming of age as an MC, how he helped resurrect two languishing genres (bebop and jazz), his profound impact on a racially fraught America, and his emergence as the bonafide King of Rap,” Marcus explained to Pigeons and Planes via email.
"It centers on three albums—good kid, m.A.A.d city, To Pimp a Butterfly, and DAMN.— and examines how Lamar charted a personal and societal awakening in America," Moore continues. "It details how his story directly connects to the charged spirits of art and revolution. Ultimately, the biography explores the broad global impact of Mr. Lamar and his work."
Marcus Moore has interviews lined up with people in and around the environment in which Kendrick grew up as well as people who helped him to catapult his career. He said K. Dot’s camp is fully aware of the biography.
"Having covered Lamar's music over the years, I'm always fascinated by the sheer gravity of his work," Marcus said. "He's an iconic musician, and someone who truly appreciates the foundation of black art, using it as a vehicle to shed light on his community. He's never forgotten where he's come from and I think that's honorable. He's also a conflicted soul who's always looking to improve, and is never satisfied with the status quo. He shapes culture and music in a way no other lyricist has. As a a big fan of his work, I want to shed adequate light on the man behind the music while giving proper context to his art."
Can't wait to read this one. No word yet on the title or when it will be released.
Speaking of biographies...
Here’s another biography you’ll be interested in.
FOX Searchlight is currently working on a film that will chronicle the life and work of famed choreographer Alvin Ailey. Thankfully, the project is supported by the Ailey organization, which controls the rights to Ailey’s choreography.
For a truly authentic story, the studio will reportedly be working closely with Artistic Director Robert Battle and Artistic Director Emerita Judith Jamison, to bring Ailey’s story and choreography to the big screen, according to Deadline. Knowing the studio is working with people from his company is reassuring that they’ll get it right.
"We are thrilled to be working with these incredible partners to bring to the screen the amazing journey and revolutionary choreography of Alvin Ailey, whose life and legacy profoundly impacted people of all backgrounds around the world,” Artistic Director Robert Battle said.
Singer-songwriter Alicia Keys will be producing alongside Susan Lewis through her AK Worldwide production company. Judy Kinberg, Rachel Cohen, and Jana Edelbaum from iDeal Partners have also signed on as producers.
The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater totally changed the game of modern dance, creating ethnic tradition into art for everyone to see. He started the troop in 1958 and it became known as the "Cultural Ambassador to the World" due to its many overseas tours.
Mr. Ailey passed away at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC on December 1, 1989. He was 58. It’s reported he told doctors to say his cause of death was from "terminal blood dyscrasia, a rare disorder that affects the bone marrow and red blood cells" to spare his mother the social stigma of his death. It was later discover that Ailey had died of AIDS.

Black Panther is STILL booming at the box office becoming the highest grossing Marvel movie ever at the domestic box office. Get the official numbers inside…
All this winning at the box office!
We knew Ryan Coogler’s Black Panther would be a force to be reckoned with, but we had no idea the superhero film would dominate the box office like it has.
By the close of its sixth weekend at the box office, the Marvel film will become the highest grossing superhero film in the U.S.
As of the time of this post, Black Panther has raked in a total $ $618.6 million at the domestic box office. By the end of the weekend, it’s expected to surpass 2012’s The Avengers’ $623 million. Once they do that, Black Panther will be the top-performing domestic release in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. NICE!
The film is only one of seven films to ever earn $600 million or more domestically (it currently sits at No. 6 on the list).
On the global front, Black Panther has earned north of $1.2 billion. By the close of the weekend, it’s expected to pass Iron Man 3 ($1.214 billion) to become the third-highest grossing superhero movie ever made behind The Avengers ($1.5 billion) and Avengers: Age of Ultron ($1.4 billion). Black Panther is the biggest solo superhero movie of all time in North America and worldwide. How you love that #BlackExcellence?
With all of the success of the film, lead star Chadwick Boseman has displaced Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark as Earth’s Mightiest Hero, and rightfully so.

Black Panther breakout star Letitia Wright recently opened up about how she almost quit actin to focus on her Christian faith.
"I was going through a lot, a very difficult time in my life and I just needed to take a break from acting because I really idolized it. So I came off from it and I went on a journey to discover God and my relationship with God and I became a Christian," the Guyanese-born British actress told U.K. ITV show "This Morning." "It really just gave me so much love and light within myself. I felt secure and I felt like I didn't need validation from anyone else or from getting a part. My happiness wasn't dependent on that, it was dependent on my relationship with God."
"I'm centered in who I am and I'm really grateful. I'm not perfect," she said. "Especially as a Christian you're not perfect. But you're walking everyday and trying to just stay connected and yeah it's helped me a lot so I'm really grateful." And look at her now.

“Married To Medicine” star Miss Renee is putting all of the fakery from her “friend” Dr. Contessa Metacalfe on front street. Sip the tea inside…
“Married To Medicine” star Miss Renee (aka Renee Byrd) is spilling all the tea about her relationship with her “boss”/”friend” Dr. Contessa Metcalfe. Y'all know these two have gone through it on the show.
Miss Renee, singer/mother of singer Donell Jones, claims the only reason Dr. Contessa is even on the show is because of her. She said Dr. Contessa tried to get on “Married To Medicine” in the past, but producers said she was too boring. Once Contessa told producers about Miss Renee, they were interested in bringing her on the show. Her words.
“The lady [Married To Medicine production] told me that I was the one that got Contessa on the show,” Miss Renee told AllAboutTheTea.com. “I was told I wouldn’t be on contract,” began Renee. “I only did the show FOR HER because I knew she wanted the show BADLY. She told me she wanted to be a screenwriter.”
Miss Renee made claims that she was never paid to be on the show and felt like her “friend” Dr. Contessa used her.
“I told Contessa I would do one show, but it ended up that I was doing more than one. They kept calling me to film several scenes but no one was doing my make up and I wasn’t being paid,” Renee said. “I’m doing everything for her and getting nothing, so I started to feel used & abused.”
Apparently, Miss Renee assumed she would come on the show and be presented as a friend of Dr. Contessa’s, but that was not the case. She was introduced as the nanny even though Miss Renee was no longer working as Contessa’s nanny.
“I was presented as her nanny that did not do what she told me to do, but I was not her nanny. When they (Contessa and production) called me I hadn’t been her nanny for a very long time, because she was staying at home a lot,” Renee spilled.
“Contessa called me from New Orleans pretending to act like I was at her house babysitting the kids, but she had hired another babysitter and was pretending while they filmed her,” Renee revealed.
As they got into filming, Renee claims Contessa became jealous of her because producers wanted to film her more.
“Contessa wanted to be in the spotlight but the producers wanted to film me more, and Contessa became jealous of me. Contessa told the producers they’re taping me too much. They were a lot of times Contessa didn’t know I was coming to her house to film,” Renee said.
While Renee didn’t have a contract with the show, Contessa assured her she would pay her some of what she was making. But, once Contessa got mad at her, she said she wasn’t giving her a dime.
“Contessa told me, they’re only paying her $2,000 an episode but that she would give me something. But I was never paid,” Ms. Renee said
She continued: “I filmed about 8 scenes and I haven’t gotten a dime. After she got mad at me about the social media stuff, she texted me, ‘get your money from Bravo because I ain’t paying you nothing.’ But she knows I wasn’t under contract with Bravo, so they can’t pay me.”
We wonder why Contessa never addressed this during the reunion. So many questions that need answers….

Ashanti opens about how sexual harassment is just as prevalent in the music industry as it is in Hollywood. Read her #METOO story inside…
No matter what industry you’re in, when you’re a woman, it seems you’re always trying to prove your value to others because of societal bias. Men can do this, women can’t do that.
And then there are times when the man feels so powerful he can do and say whatever he wants without having to worry about consequences. Sort of what happens when men push their luck and try to get you in bed with them by any means necessary. It happens in Hollywood, it happens in the music industry, it happens everywhere.
Singer Ashanti recently shared her own #METOO story during an interview on SiriusXM's “Conversations with Maria Menounos” radio show. The “Say Less” singer revealed a producer charged her $45,000 for a track AFTER she refused his sexual advances.
"I've come across a situation where there was a certain producer that, you know, he had his little crush or whatever, but it wasn't anything new, you know?" she said. "And once I said 'no,' all of a sudden the track became $45K."
"It's funny because he said something like, 'Well just take a shower with me and let me do this,'" she recalled.
The 37-year-old said she called up some of her “scary, big brothers” who dealt with the producer and made him apologize.
"The way that apology came in, I actually got three records for free!" she said."And I got two of them mixed and mastered for free also."
The Grammy Award winner said the #METOO movement is important because it can empower women who don’t have people around them to protect them like she does, so the movement inspires women to speak up for themselves and refuse to do anything they don’t want to do.
Take a listen below:
She wouldn't reveal the name of the producer. Any guesses?

The brave, young activist led a walkout at her elementary school to bring attention to the gun violence in schools across the country. Check out her full speech above.
LeBron James' LJ Fam Foundation hit the streets in his honor:

I’ll always stand for open dialogue and action - it’s the only way to ensure bad history doesn’t repeat itself. Not only are the Parkland students hitting the streets, they're igniting headlines as well...
Parkland survivor David Hogg has been at the front of student protests for better gun laws since the Parkland shooting. He’s now calling out the media for its unfair reporting.
David -- and #NeverAgain, a student-led anti-gun violence movement created since the massacre –calls out the unequal coverage of the unfortunate shooting. And he told no lies. He said had this shooting happened in a black area, the media wouldn’t have covered it like they did the Parkland shooting.
“There is a lot of racial disparity in the way that this [shooting] is covered,” the 17-year-old activist said during a live Q&A on Twitter.
“If this happened in a place of a lower socioeconomic status or ... a black community, no matter how well those people spoke, I don’t think the media would cover it the same,” he continued. “We have to use our white privilege now to make sure that all of the people that have died as a result of [gun violence] and haven’t been covered the same can now be heard.”
The Parkland students recognize their white privilege and plan on using it for the greater good.
“We’re an affluent community ― that’s why initially everybody followed this [shooting] so closely,” Kasky, 17, said during the Twitter Q&A. “There are communities that ... have to deal with [gun violence] on a much more regular basis and have to feel a lot less safe than we do.”
A few days before the protest, David spoke during an Axios event where he pointed out another way the media hasn't properly covered the massacre.
“Not giving black students a voice,” Hogg responded. “My school is about 25 percent black, but the way we’re covered doesn’t reflect that.”
While protesting in the streets is good, we also need to have our voices heard via our right to vote! If you need to register, click HERE.
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon had some fun twining with their twins, Roc & Roe, at the 2018 Kids’ Choice Awards. Peep their family shots, plus everyone else that trekked the carpet inside…
How cute is this?!
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon continue to make this co-parenting thing look super easy following a divorce in 2016.
The friendly exes got dressed up in super cute outfits to match with their 6-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, on the orange carpet at the 2018 Kids’ Choice Awards.
The 47-year-old singer and her daughter upped the edge factor in black leather jackets, white tops, black skinny jeans and pair of sunnies to top off their look. Meanwhile, the 37-year-old TV personality and his son rocked white and orange KCA themed tracksuits.
Both Mariah and Nick have always been adamant about putting their kids first, so we're not surprised to see them together on the carpet with their kiddies.
Gotta love it.
Diddy's daughters -- D'Lila, Chance& Jessie Combs --are growing up! The sisters, all rocking Gucci purses, were all smiles together on the carpet. The twins kept it cute in Dsquared dresses, while Chance styled in Gucci.
Their big brother Quincy Brown wasn't far behind.
NFL baller Odell Beckham Jr. kept his mind off his legal issues and made his way on the orange carpet snapping it up alongside Jaylin Smith.
After protesting in the LA streets for the March For Our Lives demonstration, "Grown-ish" actress Yara Shahidi posed it up on the orange carpet in a polka dot Rasario mini.
Show off sis! "black-ish" starlet Marsai Martin struck several poses in a fun Alexander McQueen ensemble paired with Loriblu sandals.
"black-ish" cutie Miles Brown kept it cool on the carpet in denim.
Slayed! A Wrinkle In Time star Storm Reid rolled up on the carpet in striped, multi-color Moschino pantsuit. We love it.
Disney actress Skai Jackson killed this printed Alcoolique set cinched at the waist. She hardly ever disappoints on a carpet.
"This Is Us" actor Lonnie Chavis flexed in a Dsquared outfit paired with Vans sneakers before getting acquainted with celeb dog, Jiffpom. He's too cute.
“Stranger Things” actor Caleb McLaughlin was there with his castmates to accept the Favorite TV Show award.
Mel B brought her daughters (and their friends) with her to soak in all the slime worthy moments.
Former NFL player Terrell Owens popped up at the event.

Former Disney starlet Zendaya was awarded the Favorite Movie Actress award.
In her speech, she thanked fellow marchers from the demonstration in Los Angeles earlier that day:
“Everyone that I marched beside this morning and everybody out there, thank you for what you’re doing. Continue to know that your voice is a real thing, and it’s a powerful thing, and it’s a beautiful thing, and you should never let anybody tell you that your age should limit you from actually feeling and doing whatever you think you need to do in the world,” she said. Earlier on Saturday, the actress shared a photo of herself marching alongside her sisters.
Peep the clip above.
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson copped two awards, Favorite Movie Actor and Favorite Movie (Jumanji). See his acceptance speech above.
The 2018 KCAs, hosted by John Cena, also paid tribute to the "March For Our Lives" rallies held earlier that day:
And here's Marsai having some fun backstage below:
Since we hardly think about anything other than being a nosy ass fly on their bedroom wall anytime we think about Teyana Taylor & Iman Shumpert, let's just go with it....
They're #baegoals on a different level. Teyana Taylor & Iman Shumpert scream sex without saying a word, and that's why everybody - admit it - sees them as smash-inspo. We're not even mad at it.
Here's 11 times one of the sexiest couples on earth made marriage and coupledom look like the hottest thing next to bae doing the dishes:
1. That shower scene in the "Fade" video. Yeah, THAT one.
2. That time when Iman delivered Iman Jr. on the fly, in their home bathroom. Because when bae takes charge but still breaks down with emotion...*melts*.
3. When Iman threw Teyana a party to celebrate her new Harlem nail shop. Support from bae is always a turn on.
4. When they play dress up - in the bedroom or out.
5. When they do beach body battles.
6. This chest lick.
7. When they refuse to keep their dirty talk and love talk off social media.
8. Every time basketball lover Teyana supports her man at his NBA games.
9. How they met is straight up goals.
10. When they do shoots like this:
11.When they get caught on flirt level 100 and damn near smashing each other at a party:
"Teyana & Iman" premieres tomorrow night, March 26th, at 9p/8c on VH1.
While mainstream media has been damn near drooling over troubled former NFL QB Johnny Manziel making a comeback, Colin Kaepernick, who never got into any legal trouble, is still unemployed.
Cari Champion is calling folks out, and Johnny himself used his white privilege to respond in a surprising way.
We all know Colin Kaepernick has been blackballed by the NFL. Ever since he kneeled in protest during the national anthem before games, simply as his way of raising awareness of racial injustices in America, it's been a rocky time in the NFL. And folks' true colors are showing.
Johnny Manziel, the troubled Heisman trophy QB who never quite lived up to his Texas A&M fame, has been revamping his image with a new wedding, rehab and letting folks know he wants back in. Interestingly, media is salivating and praising him even at the thought of his return, despite the fact he's been in MAJOR trouble with the law - multiple drunken issues and arrests, allegedly assaulting women, etc.
But when it comes to a certain other QB, media either jumps through hoops to give excuses for why Colin hasn't been picked up by a team, or flat out says he doesn't deserve to be back in the NFL. Colin has even made it known he still hits the gym and runs drills daily to stay in the best form possible just in case an NFL team calls. He still want to play. And deserves to.
"Sports Nation" host Cari Champion recently used her platform at her new gig to call out this hypocritical foolishness:
But it's Johnny's response that kinda has everyone shook. Unlike many of the white NFL players who choose to remain quiet and turn a blind eye to what's really going on, Johnny spoke up and agreed with Cari. Peep his tweets below:
And there it is. The only way racial inequalities will change is when white people also use their privilege to speak up in support of and amplify the voices of the marginalized.
Star Jones is officially a married woman again. This time, she married her businessman bae Ricardo Lugo...on a boat. Pics from her birthday/wedding weekend with all her celeb friends inside...
Lawyer & producer Star Jones walked down the aisle again this weekend, but this time she was on a cruise ship. Ten years after her divorce from Al Reynolds, who recently came out as gay, she married Chicago businessman Ricardo Lugo.
The couple - who got engaged last October - took their friends and family on Royal Caribbean's Anthem of the Seas cruise over the weekend to celebrate her 56th birthday and a wedding.
They both had snatched eyebrows and glowing skin, so it looks like the newlyweds are super happy together:
Before the big day, Star's girl Phaedra Parks, Holly Robonson Peete, Tina Lawson and more threw her bridal and bachelorette parties on Friday and Saturday:
Bill Bellamy and his wife Kristen were there too.
The double party turn up:
We hope Star finally found her forever.

Virgil Abloh is making historic moves in the fashion world. The designer is Louis Vuitton’s first African-American artistic director and it’s a huge deal. Because, #BlackExcellence. More inside…
As actors and actresses fight for more inclusion in Hollywood, the fashion world seems to be headed in the right direction when it comes to that.
Virgil Abloh, Off-White founder & longtime creative director for Kanye West, will be the next artistic director of men’s wear at Louis Vuitton, one of the oldest and most powerful luxury groups. And he'll be the first African-American to ever hold the position.
Let’s face it, it's not every day a black man is at the top of a French heritage house. It’s almost unheard of, so the fact that Louis Vuitton is shaking things up with some melanin magic is music to our ears. Since blacks are a major consumer group of all things retail, and we all know how folks love their LV, why not have a brand reflect its consumer base on the creative side?
“It is an honor for me to accept the position of men’s artistic director for Louis Vuitton. I find the heritage and creative integrity of the house are key inspirations and will look to reference them both while drawing parallels to modern times,” the designer said in a statement.
The former Fendi intern will show his first collection during Men’s Fashion Week in Paris in June. We can’t wait to see how he incorporates his love for streetwear into the luxury world.

Virgil will move his family to Paris to fulfill his duties at the largest brand in the stable of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton.
“This opportunity to think through what the next chapter of design and luxury will mean at a brand that represents the pinnacle of luxury was always a goal in my wildest dreams," he shared. "And to show a younger generation that there is no one way anyone in this kind of position has to look is a fantastically modern spirit in which to start.”
Diddy hopped on social media to congratulate Virgil on his new gig:

After getting caught riding around town together months ago, 19-year-old Reginae Carter and her 27-year-old rapper boyfriend YFN Lucci have gone public.
See how they made their debut inside...
She's technically a grown woman, but not everybody is here for Lil Wayne's teen daughter dating a 27-year old rapper.
Last month, the twosome were caught riding around in his whip when fans ran up to them and got them on camera. Reginae tried to hide, but didn't hide well enough.
We guess they're over hiding their new relationship, because college girl Nae and the "Everyday We Lit" rapper went all the way public last night. Atlanta hosted the "InstaGala Prom" last night, so the couple showed up and even copped Prom King & Prom Queen.
Reginae posted about hitting up the event, with a heart and rose emoji so you know it's real:
Well aren't they cute.
By the way, Nae's dad is about 8 years older than Lucci.
The two even got all cutesy together at the party and didn't care who snapped pics and vids this time:
Reginae's mom Toya Wright, who just popped out baby Reign about a month ago, was there too with her man Robert Rushing.
Also in the mix: Porsha Williams, MiMi Faust, the other MiMi, and Yandy Smith:
You feeling Reginae and her new rapper bae together?

The YBF kiddies were busy this weekend. Blue Ivy and her mother Beyonce ran to Target to prepare for Easter. Peep the pics, plus see what baby Sienna Wilson (Ciara & Russell Wilson), baby Olympia Ohanian (Serena Williams & Alexis Ohanian), baby Reign Rushing (Toya Wright & Robert Rushing) and more were up to inside…
Beyonce and Blue Ivy love a Target run just like the rest of us. Fans caught Bey shopping for Christmas decorations in Target back in December and now she’s back for some Easter essentials before the spring holiday on Sunday.
Over the weekend, Beyonce and her daughter Blue Ivy made their way to a Target store in Cali, following their trip to Jamaica to shoot a new video with Jay Z, to pick up some Easter decorations. What’s an Easter Sunday celebration without an egg hunt? We know the Carters plan on doing something big for Easter that involve Easter eggs since their buggy was filled to the top (and bottom) with plastic Easter eggs.
Naturally, people in the store were freaking out:
Here’s the video leading up to the moment, yes I look like a potato, yes I was being a fan girl, and I was on my break so I wasn’t on the clock pic.twitter.com/DOqe4GUF0v

Mrs. Carter kept her afternoon retail run look laid back, yet stylish, of course. The “Top Off” singer rocked a polka dot Self Portrait top paired with boyfriend jeans and pair of red furry heels. Meanwhile, little Blue kept it comfortable in a pair of gray shorts and a gray hoodie.
We wonder what the Carters have in store for Blue and her twin siblings, Sir and Rumi Carter.
By the way, did any of you get lucky to nab tickets for the added "OTR II" shows that went on sale today?
Ciara and Russell Wilson’s daughter Sienna Wilson have our ovaries in overdrive! The YBF baby was ALL smiles during bath time, showing off her two bottom teeth. Aww! CiCi shared the adorable shots on her Instagram and Sienna is looking every bit like her NFL pops.
Can you believe Baby Sienna will be turning 1 on April 28th?! Time is flying. As you know, the Wilsons kept Sienna under wraps up until February 2018. Now, (hopefully) we’ll get to follow baby Sienna as she hits different milestones. Like now, we know she has at least two teeth at the bottom!
Baby Olympia Ohanian was pretty in pink while hanging out with her mom Serena Williams over the weekend. We know Olympia is giving Rena all the hugs and kisses after her unforunate loss at during the 2018 Miami Open.
Speaking of babies...
Toya Wright and Robert Rushing's baby girl Reign Rushing is getting all dolled up to snap Easter pictures today. Her mom shared a sneak peek at Reign's outfit before the shoot.
Over the weekend...
New mom again Toya stepped out for a family function while new dad Robert took care of his baby. Aww! Love seeing our YBF fellas on daddy duty.
Now, how cute is this?!
Fetty Wap and MasikaKalysha's daughter Khari made her orange carpet debut during the 2018 Kid's Choice Awards ceremony over the weekend. She totally stole the show with that fur coat.
