Self-proclaimed Millennial Diva Keke Palmer is also trekking it through the concrete jungle on the promo trail. And she looked fabulous, of course. It was recently announced that the YBF actress will be joining the FOX’s “STAR” cast as the new“ ratchet and rich” artist Gigi.

She made a stop by SiriusXM studios to chop it up with Bevy Smith and “Good Day New York” to dish on the new role.

In the recurring role of the second season musical drama, Keke will premiere in the “It Ain’t Over” episode (airing next Wednesday, October 18th) where she is singled out by Ayanna and the girl’s new label, Midtown records.

Ne-Yo’s wife Crystal Smith has a new gig, so she’s currently making press runs. The R&B singer’s wife is starring on the brand new E! series, “The Platinum Life,” so she stopped by “Good Day New York” to dish on the show.

She rolled up on the scene in an army green leather dress paired with black Valentino rockstud heels.

The first episode of "The Platinum Life" already looks intense. Crystal will get into a heated argument with rapper Kid Ink's wife Asiah Collins on a flight headed to Las Vegas. Peep the clip below:

The new music is set to drop October 20th and she's uber excited about it.

Oh no!

We’re sending up prayers for Tamar Braxton as she is back in the hospital. It’s unclear what sent her to the hospital this time, but she previously revealed she suffers from blood clots in her lungs and she also has a condition called thoracic outlet syndrome, which caused her to have a rib removed. She also suffers from vitiligo.

You’ll recall, the 38-year-old had to quit “Dancing With The Stars” last year after suffering from pulmonary embolism.

It’s unclear what caused her to check into the hospital, but we’re sending up prayers. She posted the picture below with the caption, “#teamoverit #notagain #thisbluebirdisNOThappy”

Gilbert Arenas is known for being petty on social media. So, when the former NBA star tried to blast former porn star Mia Khalifa for being thirsty in his DMs we weren’t surprised. Peep the exchange below.

Well, this isn't hard to believe. Oprah hasn't set foot inside of a bank since 1988. Well, up until recently.

The media mogul played a game of “Show Me More” on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” where she revealed she recently went to the bank, stood in line and deposited $2 million.

“It felt fantastic,” Oprah said about depositing the money.

It’s officially fall and Rihanna is playing up on the season’s fashion like only she can.

Since she’s always ahead of the fashion curve (even when she’s rocking vintage pieces), the “Work” singer strutted her stuff in a denim Tom Ford jacket, matching skirt and boots. Fresh off the runway!

Chick was gone with the wind fabulous as the wind breezed through her locs.

She was making her way to VOGUE’s Forces of Fashion Conference held at Milk Studios to dish on her new makeup line, FENTY Beauty, her FENTY x Puma collaboration, and, of course, fashion.

Below are a few highlights:

On being held to a different standard as a celebrity designer:“Rightfully so, I would be a fool to expect anything less. I also believe that everyone should be accountable, especially the designer of the brand. What I love the most is when someone who is not a fan of mine walks into a store and loves a piece, loves the product, whether it’s makeup or clothes. That tells me a lot; it means that you genuinely love what I have to offer—I like when things are respected solely for how great they are.”

On Fenty x Puma’s wildly immersive runway shows:“It’s creating the environment to tell the story of the product, and the product in that case was the clothing. I wanted people to feel what I was trying to say and what the clothes were trying to portray by creating an environment that represents the clothes. Yara Shahidi and Uzo Aduba brought the girl power to celebrate International Girls’ Day during an event hosted by GLAMOUR magazine. Peep the pics, plus check out how black students at Harvard had the blackest convocation ever, and Malia Obama attended.

International Day of the Girl came with several good surprises for a group of NYC teenagers.

“black-ish” starlet Yara Shahidi, who’s gearing up for her spinoff “Grown-ish,” stepped out to attend GLAMOUR magazine’s “The Girl Project” event. It was a high-energy, interactive morning full of compelling talks and performances designed to address the social, cultural, and political issues that young girls face every day in school.

And who better to have spoken on the panel than FAB chick Yara Shahidi. She embodies #BlackGirlMagic.

As she made her rounds, Yara snapped it up with actress Frieda Pinto, Glamour magazine editor-in-chief Cindi Leive, her mother Keri Shadhi and model Herieth Paul. 

EMMY winner Uzo Aduba had plenty of girl power to share as she rolled up on the carpetin a flower print Rebecca Taylor jumper.

She was tapped to host the event. And we're LOVING her hair.

The models were in the mix, including Ashley Graham and Herieth Paul.

Oh, and Yara came baring gifts:

She also spoke on stage alongside Senator Cory Booker.

“Our society needs to condemn this type of behavior by saying that our generation, and in this case your generation, that we are going to change this reality by making it absolutely unacceptable anywhere in our society when we see harassment” said Cory Booker when asked about his take on Harvey Weinstein.

The black students at Harvard are taking matters into their own hands and creating events just for them to celebrate their culture and heritage.

For the first time in the school's 380-plus year history, Harvard held a convocation for black students, following their first all-black commencement ceremony earlier this year. The short film is a celebration of community, support, reflection, unity, and hope as students reflected on their personal experiences and opinions being a student at the Ivy League school. Former First Daughter and our fave YBF Teen Malia Obama just started her freshman year there this fall, and she was right there in the mix.  Peep the 5 minute mark. Looks like she finally made some black friends, and we're HERE for it.

50 Cent got back on his petty horse while celebrating son Marquise's 21s birthday Friday.  How so?  

Well you know it wasn't with cake and presents since he's been estranged from his oldest son for years.  But he took the estrangement another step further by throwing a child support release party.  50's been mad at Marquise ever since he felt like he backstabbed him by fraternizing with his enemies, and it doesn't help that he severely dislikes Marquise' mother Shaniqua Thompkins. So one shouldn't have been too shocked by 50's "acknowledgement" of the day.

Wendy Williams was, though.  And she sounded off about it on Friday's "Wendy Show":

No response from Wendy, and there won't be one. His new BET show "50 Central" supposedly had a 74% increase in ratings, so 50 had some words for the other BET shows.

He specifically fired shots at the newly cancelled "Being Mary Jane." He went off about ot previously as well and star Gabrielle Union popped back saying all the faux beef wasn't necessary. 50 also came for Irv Gotti and his show "Tales." Because, you know, history.

Women’s activist Tamika Mallory and rapper Mysonne was thrown off American Airlines after dispute over her seat. Get the details, plus get the latest on Colin Kaepernick’s war with the NFL inside…

Women's March co-founder Tamika Mallory claims she was kicked off an American Airlines flight on Sunday after a discrepancy with her seating arrangement.

The American Airlines platinum member got into a verbal altercation with the gate agent about her seat being changed. When she arrived, she used an airport kiosk to change her middle seat to an aisle seat. Once she made her way to the gate, she was issued a new ticket where she was placed back into a middle seat.

Tamika hopped on social media to share the details of the incident in a Facebook Live video, where she said the airline employee got really “nasty” and “disrespectful” after she asked why her seat was changed.

During the exchange, she said the pilot pulled her to the side and told her she was acting disrespectfully. She eventually got on the plane, got settled into her seat when she was called to the front and was kicked off the flight.

Tamika said she was racially profiled and that the pilot used “white aggression” towards her.

“It definitely was white male aggression. I was singled out, I was disrespected, and he was trying to intimidate me. I was discriminated against,” Tamika told the NY Daily News.

She said the pilot had her and rapper Mysonne removed and he never explained why he decided to have her kicked off the flight.

The site reports:

When she got there, she said the pilot pointed at her and said, “Her, off.”

“I began to express my outrage,” Mallory said.“Then I asked why I was being removed. I asked why was this happening to me. I told him I felt completely disrespected. I began to weep.”

No one offered an explanation, but the cops soon arrived and Mallory left the plane. A person she was traveling with, who had remained in his seat until she was summoned to the front of the plane, was also removed.

Rapper Mysonne, who delivered a fire freestyle for the BET Hip Hop Award cypher, was with Tamika when this all went down. He spent 7-years in jail on robbery charge, but has completely turned his life around for the better. Based on his caption, it seems he kept his cool as to not get into anymore trouble.

Tamika was leaving Miami after attending the Revolt Music Conference. She was heading to Rev. Al Sharpton’s daughter’s wedding in NYC. Needless to say, she missed it even after being placed on a later flight.

American Airlines issued a statement that reads:

"Our team does not tolerate discrimination of any kind," American Airlines spokesman Joshua Freed said. "We take these allegations seriously, and we are in the process of reaching out to our colleagues in Miami, as well as Ms. Mallory, to obtain additional information on what transpired during the boarding process."

In sports news....

Colin Kaepernick, who still hasn’t been picked up by an NFL team, is starting a war against the NFL. According to reports, the free agent, who launched the national anthem protest last season, just filed a grievance against the league under the latest collective bargaining agreement against NFL owners for collusion.

And he has decided to NOT go through the NFL Players Association and has hired high powered attorney Mark Geragos.

ESPN reports:

The filing, which demands an arbitration hearing on the matter, says the NFL and its owners "have colluded to deprive Mr. Kaepernick of employment rights in retaliation for Mr. Kaepernick's leadership and advocacy for equality and social justice and his bringing awareness to peculiar institutions still undermining racial equality in the United States."

Mark Geragos wrote in a statement and sent it to the 32 owners and the NFLPA. It reads:

"If the NFL (as well as all professional sports teams) is to remain a meritocracy, then principled and peaceful protest -- which the owners themselves made great theater imitating weeks ago -- should not be punished and athletes should not be denied employment based on partisan political provocation by the Executive Branch of our government," Geragos said in a statement. "Such a precedent threatens all patriotic Americans and harkens back to our darkest days as a nation. Protecting all athletes from such collusive conduct is what compelled Mr. Kaepernick to file his grievance.

"Colin Kaepernick's goal has always been, and remains, to simply be treated fairly by the league he performed at the highest level for and to return to the football playing field," the statement continued.

While we applaud Colin’s efforts as he continues to “fight the powers that be,” this may be a hard case to win. It’s reported he would have to prove that all 32 owners got together and conspired against him. Either way, we’re glad he’s continuing to take a stand against the racist league.

If you keep up with “love & Hip Hop,” last we saw was Yandy Smith and Kimbella hashing out their differences and squashing their beef to revive their friendship. But maybe it was all for the cameras. At least, that’s what Kimbella is saying.

Over the weekend, Yandy hopped on Instagram to wish her “bestie” a Happy Birthday. Problem is, Kimbella claims she only did it to make herself “look good.” She went on to say a real friend would have called or even texted the message she wrote on IG. Apparently, Kimbella hasn’t heard from Yandy, so the birthday tribute threw her off guard.

Former Pussycat Doll Kaya Jones opened up a can of courage serum and unleashed it on Twitter about how she and her band mates were allegedly involved in a prostitution ring.

In a series of tweets, Kaya talks about how she and the other members of the Pussycat Dolls were groomed to be a part of a prostitution ring. Kaya called out the “den mother” of the group, but she didn’t name any names. One can only assume she’s referring to Pussycat Doll founder Robin Antin.

Kaya also alleged one of the girls in Robin’s G.R.L. girl group committed suicide. Fans alleged that she’s referring to G.R.L. singer Simone Battle. She reportedly took her life in September 2014, although it has not been confirmed that Simone is whom Kaya is referring to.

Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin has responded to Kaya’s accusations, calling them “disgusting” and that she’s “clearly looking for her 15 minutes of fame.”

The 56-year-old choreographer told The Blast she was shocked that Kaya made these accusations and then went on to reveal that Kaya wasn’t even a part of the actual group. Robin spilled the tea and said Kaya only auditioned for the group over the years, but ended up being fazed out and never became a permanent fixture. Bloop!

It’s alleged the Pussycat Dolls are drafting up a legal letter and may pursue legal action.

Thank goodness for friends…who can sing!

We told last week Tamar Braxton had fallen ill and had been hospitalized. While it’s unclear what sent her to the hospital, she’s out now and getting back to herself.

However, Bluebird of Happiness singer (who's heading out on tour with XSCAPE) was tapped to perform at the “BET Her Fights: Breast Cancer” event at the Epicenter in Atlanta, but she had to back out due to her hospitalization.

Luckily, she has a few famous friends that can blow and weren’t booked. XSCAPE stepped in to perform in Tamar’s place for the inaugural event. Hosted by “Power” star Naturi Naughton, the event helped educate the masses on breast cancer, providing information about services for those diagnosed with the disease. Gabrielle Union has had it with people's victim-blaming in response to sexual harassment. So she let everybody HAVE IT. Find out what the rape survivor herself had to say, plus what she's now saying about her infertility struggles.

Oh, and rapper Khia is completely out of line for what she said about Gabby's 9 miscarriages.

Mrs. Union-Wade, pictured above at the 11th Annual Golden Heart Awards benefiting God's Love We Deliver last night in NYC, has had it with folks victim blaming.  She's been open about her rape as a young teen working at Payless shoe store.  So she has a first hand perspective on how rape and the aftermath truly affects victims for the rest of their lives.

With the Harvey Weinstein sexual assault fall-out reaching epic proportions, some folks are making a point to say they were never harrassed because they carried themselves properly.  Oh?!

"Blossom" turned "The Big Bang Theory" star Mayim Bialik wrote an op-ed for the NY Times recently.  She's an outspoken conservative (meaning she is vocal about dressing and parenting a certain way) child star turn adult actor.  And her views on parenting and feminism have always been a bit...interesting.

Now, even though she makes it clear women "can wear whatever they want," her comments in the op-ed seem to still victim blame.

She said:

"...I always made conservative choices as a young actress, largely informed by my first-generation American parents who were highly skeptical of this industry in general...

I have also experienced the upside of not being a “perfect ten.” As a proud feminist with little desire to diet, get plastic surgery or hire a personal trainer, I have almost no personal experience with men asking me to meetings in their hotel rooms. Those of us in Hollywood who don’t represent an impossible standard of beauty have the “luxury” of being overlooked and, in many cases, ignored by men in power unless we can make them money."

This is where she messed up:

"I still make choices every day as a 41-year-old actress that I think of as self-protecting and wise. I have decided that my sexual self is best reserved for private situations with those I am most intimate with. I dress modestly. I don’t act flirtatiously with men as a policy."

Folks took this "i don't act flirtatious with men or dress provacatively" statement to mean those who were assaulted did, and therefore brought it on themselves.  Why even mention this?

She seemingly recognized how this would be intepreted, and continued in her essay saying we can'tbe naive about the culture we live in.  So she seemingly still puts the onus on women to police their own assaults:

"I am entirely aware that these types of choices might feel oppressive to many young feminists. Women should be able to wear whatever they want. They should be able to flirt however they want with whomever they want. Why are we the ones who have to police our behavior?

In a perfect world, women should be free to act however they want. But our world isn’t perfect. Nothing — absolutely nothing — excuses men for assaulting or abusing women. But we can’t be naïve about the culture we live in.

I believe that we can change our culture, but it won’t be something that happens overnight. We live in a society that has treated women as disposable playmates for far longer than Mr. Weinstein has been meeting ingénues in luxury hotel rooms."

Gabrielle Union isn't here for this.  At all.  She responded about her own rape, saying she was attacked while working at a Payless shoe store.  So, she was wearing a tunic and pants.  And was still raped.

Ugh.

The rumors are true.

Dancer Alexis Skyy is pregnant, which means, she’s joining the bevy of women who have conceived children with rapper Fetty Wap. Don’t even ask us how many he has. We believe the number is at 5-6 after introducing his newest baby girl, Lauren, last month.

Last night, Part 1 of “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” premiered. Alexis put the rumors to rest and confirmed she’s carrying Fetty’s baby. Producers had her sit backstage to film since she and Fetty’s other baby mama Masika Kalysha hate each other.

As soon as they introduced Alexis, she and Masika were at each other’s necks about this pregnancy. Alexis’ ex-boyfriend Solo Lucci was also there and she made it clear he’s NOT the father, Fetty is.  Chile folks are DETEREMINED to get off the pole any way they can.

We've been knowing about the Pied Piper's super young girlfriend Halle Calhoun for over a year now.  She seems quite proud to be the singer's main chick, despite the recent hot water he's been in after he was exposed for allegedly running a sex cult with underaged girls and young women.

Many believe all the women who are seemingly in his harem have been brainwashed into not leaving his side.  The women have completely cut off communication and ties to their own families.  Halle seems to be allowed to be on social media more than the other young women living with R. Kelly.  We hear that's because she's his "main" and gets special privileges.

Bow Wow is no stranger to getting dragged for a social media post. It's almost like he likes it or something.

"X Factor" Finalist Stacy Francis peeped the documentary and decided to give her own personal commentary via her Facebook page. She recalls the night news broke that Breezy had assaulted RiRi. She says the media spun the story as if the “Loyal” singer was the only one throwing jabs when actually, the “Work” singer was allegedly the one who started the physical altercation.

She went on to say that Rihanna should apologize for hitting Chris, claiming she never said sorry and that she only played victim.  Hmm....

In surprising and sad news, designer Mychael Knight has passed away at the age of 39.  We have the full story inside.

Mychael Knight, who rose to fame during his season 3 stint on "Project Runway," passed away after battling an ongoing illness.

The news has been confirmed by Obvious Magazine which is run by his close friend Jerris Madison.

The media mogul hosted a Gospel inspired brunch to celeberate her new book, “Wisdom of Sundays,” a collection of what she calls her “a-ha moments” from her conversations with thought-leaders and writers from OWN’s “Super Soul Sunday.”

Lady O said she wanted to put something together for her A-listers friends who contributed to the collection of stories that make up the book at her luxurious 65-acre estate in Montecito, California.

“I wanted to do something uplifting,” Oprah said.“I wanted to do something that launches this book into the world in a way that leaves the people who are a part of it — all the ‘Super Soul’ guests, friends of mine — to come together and spread the word and message of this book.”

The guest list was nothing short of extraordinary, including Common, Alicia Keys, Sterling K Brown, Angela Bassett, Bebe Winans, Andra Day, Mary Mary’s Erica Campbell, Niecy Nash, Magic Johnson’s wife Cookie Johnson, Meagan Good, DeVon Franklin, Lady O’s lifetime partner Stedman Graham, Marvet Britto and tons more.

“Whenever I really believe that something I’m doing is going to be impactful, I try to put everything I have into making that possible,” Oprah said.“Bringing people to my home is what I decided to do.”

Cardi B’s ex-boyfriend Tommy Geez has been released jail.

If you watched “Love & Hip Hop” when Cardi was on there, you saw her talk about Tommy while holding him down after he was arrested on gun possession charges. He spent four years behind bars.

The twosome ended up breaking up in 2016 while he was still behind bars due to her newfound fame. We saw them argue a lot on the phone as Tommy was upset that Cardi wasn’t giving him the attention he needed. But she couldn’t. Her career was taking off, so they decided to part ways.

Now, he’s out.

Blac Chyna is NOT stopping at that $20K a month she's going to be getting from baby's daddy Rob Kardashian.  She's going for the Kardashian-Jenner's jugular with a new lawsuit.  Deets inside...

Blac Chyna spent the weekend celebrating with son King Cairo for his 5th birthday(above).  And baby's dad Tyga joined in.  We hear the nanny is who got them to come together for the sake of King and put their differences aside.  And things went quite well.

But something else she just pulled out of her bag of tricks: Another lawsuit!

The Lashed queen unleashed a fiery new lawsuit naming not only Rob, but his mother Kris and sisters Kim, Kylie, Kendall and Khloe!  She's suing everybody!

Chyna claims the whole family conspired to torpedo her career and reality show after ish came to a head between her and Rob.  And she's not having it.

Radar Online unveiled snippets of the explosive suit, filed this morning in L.A. Superior Court, which calls out the family's abuse, stripper shaming and revenge porn:

“Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season.”

“After Ms. White obtained July 2017 court orders finding that Rob Kardashian’s revenge porn rant was a form of domestic abuse, and knowing that Ms. White was intent on standing up for her rights, Rob Kardashian and Kylie Jenner hastily filed this lawsuit, which attempts to shame her for having worked in the past as a stripper, a legal profession peopled by actual human beings as deserving of respect as their famous sisters, who perform in sex tapes and pose naked.”

Now Kim and Kourtney KNOW they can't talk about nobody else'ssex selling past.

The document also says the family used their power to take down Chyna:

“The unwritten rule no one told Ms. White when she started a relationship with Rob Kardashian is: the entire family takes it personally if you leave and will come after you, using their fame, wealth and power to take you down,” the documents continue.

“They will get your television show canceled, they will go after you. They will spread lies about you, they will claim you are a bad mother without evidence. They will even fund a lawsuit about crumbled cookies to get revenge on you leaving a Kardashian.”

“Rob Kardashian and his powerful, vindictive family have done enough damage to Ms. White’s career and professional reputation, which she singlehandedly built from scratch — without the help of a famous last name.”

Chile.  Looks like Kim and co. aren't the only ones who can play victim.
