Sources said they weren't reconciling, and this time, the rumors were right.  Halle Berry is now officially back on the market again now that her divorce is final.  Details below...

After Halle & Olivier filed dueling divorce papers late last year, we've seen them out and about and on vacay together a few times.  While folks thought there was a chance they were going to reconcile....yeah...not so much.

TMZ reports the couple made their divorce final today, and Olivier apparently agreed to let Halle say she left him.

The exes will share custody of their 3-year-old son Maceo and the property settlement is still being worked out.  They did, in fact, have a pre-nup.

The couple was married for three years.

Actress Ellen Pompeo and her music producer husband Chris Pompeo welcomed a new addition to their family fold. The couple welcomed their third child, a boy named Eli Christopher Ivery, to join big sisters, Stella Luna (7) and Sienna May (2).

The Grey's star posted a pic of her hubby and the super cute Eli saying:

“Eli Christopher[heart emoji] Chris Ivery just fell a notch.. I've got a new guy,” the “Grey’s Anatomy” star shared on Instagram posting a photo of the doting dad snuggling up with their new bundle of joy.

Ellen gave birth to her daughter Stella in 2009. The couple welcomed Sienna in 2014 via surrogate. She kept Sienna’s birth under wraps for two months before announcing they had welcomed their second child.

Now that Trey Songz has gotten released from lock up, we're hearing about what he did inside for the inamtes.  Deets below, plus fans breaking their necks to get a pic with Trigga.

After about 12 hours in lock up, Trey Songz was released from custody at the Detroit Detention Center today.  He pleaded Not Guilty to one count of Assaulting a Police Officer Causing Injury and one count of Aggravated Assault after he spazzed out on stage and allegedly hit a cop when his mic was turned off during his show in the D last night.

At 2:30p today, Trigga was released on $25K bond.  Fans were waiting outside the jail to get a piece of him as he walked out.  Peep the video above to see fans losing their ish.

Ad then there's this.  Fox 2 reports he was serenading the inmates while locked up:

Jamal Smith was released from the DDC around the same time as Songz, and describes him to us as "a cool dude." Smith says Songz signed autographs in the jail cell and sang Christmas carols.

It’s being reported the NYC rapper has filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy after owing over $2 million to creditors. Oh…and his bank accounts are dry. Damn X!

According to The Dirty, he’s desperately trying to save his home in New York from being sold at a foreclosure sale. The site got ahold of the court documents that reveal DMX (real name Earl Simmons) filed his bankruptcy petition on December 6th in Federal Court and breaks down his finances:



The rapper’s assets include his Mount Kisco, New York home worth an estimated $350k, he claims to own no automobiles, no furniture or household goods, no electronics or guns, no jewelry or clothing worth anything and has no cash on hand or any money in the bank.

He lists that he owns no stake in copyrights or trademarks for any of his music for the past decade + of his career.

 DMX’s liabilities include $950,000 owed to Compass Bank, $304,796 in back child support, another $230,898 in support and an additional $1.4 million in family support debt and various other debts for a grand total of $2,030,970.



Back in 2013, X file Chapter 11 bankruptcy, but it ended up getting thrown out since X wouldn’t comply with the bankruptcy laws. SMH

T.I. is trying to talk Tiny out of the divorce, according to reports.  He says his wife Tiny Harris is overreacting and he believes her “jealous friends” got into her head and that’s why she filed for divorce. Hmph. More inside…

Tiny Harris is over her marriage with T.I. and filed for divorce this month. But, T.I. reportedly believes she’s just overreacting.

According to TMZ, the “Us Or Else” rapper gave his wife a few weeks to cool down after she filed for divorce on December 7th, but now he’s trying to talk some sense into her.

He feels like some of Tiny’s “jealous friends” pushed her to file for divorce and put an end to their 15-year relationship. They were married for six years. 

It’s reported that Tip and Tiny live in separate homes. For Christmas, the two reunited to watch their kids open gifts.

The former Xscape singer is seeking primary physical custody of their kids -- King (12), Major (9) and Heiress (9-months-old)—and joint legal custody. Not only that, she’s also reportedly seeking temporary and permanent child support and alimony.

Actress Samira Wiley and writer Lauren Morelli found love on the set of “Orange Is The New Black.” And now, she’s spilling details about their love story. Get it all inside…

It’s like a fairytale love story.

Actress Samira Wiley and writer Lauren Morelli met and fell in love on the set of the Netflix original series “Orange Is The New Black.” And now, they’re engaged. The thing is, when they first met in 2012, Lauren was already married…to a man.

The couple opens up about their relationship in OUT magazine where they talk about overcoming several obstacles to be together. Samira said when she first met Lauren she thought she was gay, but when she found out she was married to a man, she said that put a “a little dagger in my heart.”

Lauren told the magazine:

“I had started questioning my sexuality as a result of being in the writers’ room and talking about all the themes on the show. I was still very confused, but I knew the attraction between us felt magnetic. We spent a couple of weeks together before Christmas on that first episode, and then I came back to New York in February. On set it’s a bunch of women, so everyone’s hugging and touching. It’s a very affectionate place. I’d fallen into this alternate universe, but I thought I’d go home and it’d disappear. But Samira was still so present for me.”

Once they began dating after Lauren left her husband, Samira talked about being nervous to be the first to say “I Love You.”

“I was scared to be the first to say ‘I love you,’ so I did a little p*ssy version. I said, “I heart you,” which actually ended up in one of Lauren’s Orange scripts. I believe Alex says it to Piper. It felt safer than using the L word. It’s hard to step out on that limb. I thought I’d just be one of those people totally in love with her friend.”

Ironically, Lauren popped the question to Samira to ask for her hand in marriage. Samira gushed about their engagement saying:

“We’d planned this weekend in Palm Springs. I’m pretty laid-back: If it’s five in the afternoon and Lauren wants to beat the traffic, I’m just hanging around. That day, I wanted to be good and get my packing done. She got home and was just not ready to go, and I was confused. She asked me to sit next to her. Then she got me up, and we started dancing together, and she pulled a ring from behind the couch. Lauren has been married before, so I wanted her to tell me she was ready, her to be the one to propose. I didn’t know she was as ready as she was. I was completely shocked. I was crying uncontrollably and kept backing away from her. I asked her after, “Who knows about this?” and she said, “Oh, everyone. Your parents know.” We didn’t tell anyone else for a few days. That was really important to us — to have some time where it was just ours.”

Run DMC just filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against several mega retailers for the use of their likeness without permission. Yeah, they want all of their coins. Deets inside…

Nothing personal, just business.

Run DMC has filed some major paperwork against several retailers and they want their money. All of it.

The legendary rap group pulled the trigger on a $50 million lawsuit in NYC against Walmart, Amazon, Jet and few other retailer for selling products with their name on WITHOUT permission.

According to reports, Darryl "DMC" McDaniels, was listed as the plaintiff in the lawsuit, which was filed yesterday (December 29th) in the Southern District of New York.

In the court docs, it’s alleged that the defendants are "advertising, selling, manufacturing, promoting and distributing multiple products" with their trademarked name. Apparently, they have been selling items like glasses, hats, t-shirts and wallets with the Run DMC logo and never thought to get permission from the rap group.

In the lawsuit, Run DMC claims the retailers have improperly profited, diluted and harmed their brand and they want them to pay up.

Now why in the hell did they think they could sell items with their trademarked name without permission?

Yesterday, Serena Williams shocked the world with news that she’s an engaged woman now. Yep! The tennis pro is set to marry Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, whom she had been dating for a little over a year. They’ve managed to keep their relationship super private and only letting folks in when they want. In celebrity relationships, it seems the less they share the longer they stay together.

Anywho, the 22-Grand Slam winner was spotted for the first time since announcing she is engaged. The media swarmed the tennis super star after touching down at Auckland Airport in New Zealand ahead of the ASB Classic tennis tournament that’s set to go down next week.

Of course, reporters asked the bride-to-be questions about the engagement, but she remained mum. However, she did talk briefly about her sister Venus Williams encouraging her to come to New Zealand.

“It was all Venus, so we should just thank Venus when she arrives,” she said. “She told me it was great and that I should come and I always listen to my big sister. It's always fun to go places you've never been and I'm excited to be here.”

It wasn't long before Rena made her way to a tennis court to get in some practice:

Rena is gearing up to dominate the court in the ASB Classic next week. It will be her first tournament since playing in the US Open (back in September) as she prepares for the Australian Open, which is the first Grand Slam event of the tennis season.

Bagatelle employees are blowing the whistle on the eatery for racially discriminating against people of color. Details inside…

We’d like to say we’re surprised, but not so much.

Super trendy french bistro Bagatelle (located in the Meatpacking District) is being accused of using special codes for people of color and customers with the wrong “look,” according to a suit filed by two Bagatelle employees in Manhattan federal court on Monday.

According to the employees, when minorities came in they were assigned to Table 157, which is all the way in the back of the restaurant. According to the lawsuit, staffers call the back of the restaurant the “Ghetto Station” and customers were often forced to squeeze two people in a seat.

Oh hell no.  Why they actually chose to stay and eat there is unclear.

According to the New York Post, staffers would write “DNA” on bills or the reservation book, which meant “Do Not Accommodate. “Ugly” customers were branded with “BO.”

Plaintiff Renato Barreto, who is still a Bagatelle server, revealed management wanted them to make undesirable customers so uncomfortable that they would never return.

“When you see African-Americans walking through the front door, we knew where they would sit,” Renato Barreto told the NY Post. “They would make them wait and wait and wait.”

When Renato addressed the seating with management, he was allegedly told “We don’t want them here anyway.”

The site also reported Renato, who has been a server since 2012, and the second plaintiff, ex-waiter David Kant, were subjected to “obscene behavior,” sexually harassed and mocked by the French workers.

The suit seeks unspecified damages and names Nicoud and several corporate entities.

SMH! We hope they sue them for everything they have.

A few Instagram models were caught doing what many Insta-Thots do: Trying to extort a Nigerian billionaire.  Now they’re apologizing.

Two sisters, Jyoti and Kiran Matharoo, were detained in Lagos, Nigeria after they allegedly tried to extort money and cyber bully a Nigerian businessman.

According to reports, the Instagram “models” attempted to blackmail businessman Femi Otedola claiming they had a sex tape of him cheating on his wife and told him they would blast it on the Internet if he didn’t cough up some dough. It didn’t work though.

A private investigation squashed their scheme and they were both arrested. Now, they’re apolozing to Femi in a new YouTube video. The sisters read their apology from a phone where they said, “We apologize to Femi Otedola and his family, especially his wife and children, and all other petitioners.”

The sisters also own a website and several other social media accounts where they seemingly cyber bully people online.

“We created a platform where people can send in stories. Most stories were sent by close friends or associates of people being written about. The intention was not to hurt anyone or be malicious."

Ish got crazy at a Meek Mill concert in Connecticut last night. It’s being reported two people were killed and multiple people injured. Details inside…

Meek Mill’s concert in Connecticut last night resulted in gunfire and chaos.

According to local news station WFSB, two people were killed after shots rang out outside the Oakdale Theater in Wallingford, CT. Two other people were shot, but with non-life threatening injuries.

Witnesses say Meek had just wrapped up his set shortly after 11pm EST when gunfire erupted in a parking lot adjacent to the theater as people were leaving the venue.

Lt. Cheryl Bradley told reporters at a press conference, "It was chaotic, as you can imagine.”

Police believe those involved were in attendance of the concert. The investigation is still ongoing as police are gathering eyewitness accounts of what happened. As of the time of this post, it’s unclear how many shooters were on the scene.

However, Meek Mill was not injured (he posted the picture above on his IG last night) and is said to not be connected to the shooting.

Before 2016 closes, Kenya Moore had to pop off one last time.

According to the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, three people climbed her security gates at Moore Manor, walked up to her front door and knocked on the door. She said she does not know the trespassers and that they knocked on her door saying “Hi Kenya!”

First, she posted a picture of herself while holding her gun, but she eventually deleted it (seen above). Following the picture, she posted up two video clips going OFF on the people who showed up on her doorstep.

Gospel singer/preacher Kim Burrell is coming under fire after a video of her preaching about gay people goes viral. In the clip, she calls gay people “perverted” and she even name drops Bishop Eddie Long. Oh? Get it all inside…

Rev. Kim Burrell is receiving negative backlash after going on a rant against homosexual people during one of her sermons before her congregation.

The gospel singer aired the sermon via Facebook Live where she called gay people “perverted” and seemingly suggests that gay people will die in 2017.

In the beginning of the clip, she told anyone who was suffering from the “homosexual spirit” to ask God for freedom.

“Anybody in this room who’s dealing with the homosexual spirit, beg God for freedom. And play with it in 2017 and you’ll die from it,” she said.

She continued:

“I came to tell you about sin, that sin nature. That perverted homosexual spirit, and the spirit of delusion and confusion, it has deceived many men and women.”

“You as a man, you open your mouth and take a man’s penis in your face, you are perverted. You are a woman and will shake your face in another woman’s breast, you are perverted.”

The 44-year-old also mentioned Bishop Eddie Long (who was accused of participating in homosexual acts), commenting that it’s heartbreaking to see him “going down to nothing.” In case you missed, peep his most recent pics HERE.

After the video started making its rounds, folks began hitting up her social media accounts bashing her over the sermon. She returned to Facebook to try and clarify her comments. She said she NEVER said all gay people were going to hell, however she did offer up an apology of sorts. She explained,

“We’re not in a war against flesh and blood. I came on because I care about God’s creation and every person from the LGBT and anything else, any other kind of thing that is supporting gay. I never said LGBT last night. I said S-I-N and whatever falls in the sin was preached.”

“All of y’all that’s so upset…that’s incompetent, it’s childish, it’s not of my nature, natural or spiritual. People are going to believe what they want to believe. People who know me, they know better than what they’re trying to make it look like. It’s like y’all want to be mad.”

Last night, the Elusive Chanteuse singer was tapped to perform live on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” before the ball dropped in Times Square. But ish went from bad to worse once her performance started.

The Grammy Award winner kicked off her performance singing "Auld Lang Syne. Then, the music switched up for her to belt out “Emotions,” but that wasn’t the case at all. As the music blared through the speakers, MiMi complained of not being able to hear and tried to explain that the vocal track was missing. Whet? She continued to prance across the stage as her dancers did their routine, but she didn’t sing a note.

It was tragic to watch. Not only that, she was tapped to sing another song after "Emotions."

So what a new year was right around the corner. Chris Brown’s chill level is still set to zero.

Last night, the R&B crooner went to war with one of his ex-girlfriend Karrueche’s stylists on Instagram. All this week, Breezy has been shooting his shot at Kae desperately trying to get her attention. While he and Kae has yet to reconcile, Breezy did have some words with someone from her camp.

We’re not exactly sure what set the Grammy Award winner off, but he exchanged a war of words with Kae’s people. We hear Bryon put up some laughing emojis under an IG post where Chris is trying to get back with Kae.

Breezy started his rant under wardrobe stylist Bryon Javar’s page. Soon after, a user named @ChinoHillz, a friend of Bryon's, jumped into the mix where he threatened to hit Breezy in the face with a bottle “like Drake did.” Damn!

That must have set Chris off because he gave the man his whereabouts in NYC (for all to see) last night and told him to “pull up.” Chile…

In other ex-couple news...

Kordell Stewart has lawyered up and he’s ready for war against his ex-wife Porsha Williams.

The former NFL player has fired off cease and desist letters to the “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” star demanding she quit talking about him publicly. Last week, a “sex tape” of Kordell showing his man parts and his a** surfaced online and he confirmed it was him in the scandelous clip. Kordell blamed Porsha for leaking the video, but the reality star denied having anything to do with it.

She said she didn’t have anything to do with "Kordell 'TOOTING' his derrière to the camera for the world to see."

This set him off, so he’s warning her to take down ANY posts on any of her social media accounts that slander his name. If she doesn’t, he’s suing!
