She worked out during her pregnancy, and now she's back to going extra hard in the gym.  Fashionista Angela Simmons gave birth to Sutton Joseph just five weeks ago, and after her spread in People magazine with her cute new family, she's getting back to business in the gym.

She recently revealed she got her doctor's clearance to start hitting the gym again 5 weeks post-partum. She's letting us all in on her new routines and chick is already on her snatchery:

Of course, being a supermom is any mom's first priority (hopefully above physical looks).  Angela seems to be enjoying motherhood and has been giving fans a sneak peek inside her home new home life with fiancé Sutton Tennyson and their cute new bundle of joy:

Angela talked about her new mommy woes saying:

“He hates being dirty but never wants to be naked,” says Simmons. “We try and get the new diaper on him as quickly as possible to calm him down.”

“He is a hungry boy,” she says. “He’s up every few hours wanting to eat. It doesn’t leave a lot of time to close my eyes. But it’s all worth it.”

And yes, her man is on top of his daddy duties too:

“He’s been so helpful, doing middle-of-the-night diaper changes and everything.”

Angela said she's always wanted to be a mom and she's loving every minute of it.  We'd love to be with this cutie too:

It's a Hollywood mansion fit for a Cookie queen.  Emmy winner Taraji P. Henson just cashed out on a $6.5 million home in the Hollywood Hills.  It's totally well deserved.

TMZ reports it's got everything a Hollywood starlet would want -- multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a pool (with a waterfall), and a meditation deck overlooking the city for her to dream up more Cookie-isms.

She also still owns her more modest Glendale home she owned two homes ago, and she leases that out for $3500 a month.

Drake returned to Delilah's the other night for his friend Katy Perry's birthday party.  But hopes of a Dake-Rihanna reunion were squashed once again as the singer was a no-show for her girl's big night.  Deets inside...

After missing Drake's 30th birthday party at Delilah's in Hollywood Sunday night, we halfway expected for Rihanna to still show up to Katy Perry's b-day celebration a couple nights later at the same place.  Nope.  Not so much.

We're hearing that Drake wants something more serious with Rihanna, but she's not here for it.  Chick is young, gorgeous an rich and super successful.  She simply may not feel compelled to be tied down into another serious relationship with another artist again.  That would also explain her absence.

Jay Z is on a mission to snap up ALL of Prince's unreleased music.  The late artist, who joined the Tidal family and it's difficult to hear his music through any other channel other than Tidal, has tons of music that the public has not yet heard.  So Jay Z has officially put in an offer.  A $40M offer.

TMZ reports:

We've learned Jay met with Prince's sister, Tyka, and her husband, Maurice Phillips, several weeks ago. The mogul flew Tyka and Maurice to NYC to meet with him.

Sources close to Prince's family tell us ... Jay made an offer of around $40 million. We were unable to confirm the figure from Jay's camp.

But there was a rub. Tyka may be Prince's only full sibling, but she has to get sign-off from all the brothers and sisters, in addition to the trust that is managing the estate.

This will be a major move of the streaming service if the deal goes through.  Reportedly, other big music companies are also gearing up to make their pitches.

The Cleveland Cavaliers, who won the 2015-2016 NBA Championship (that went down in the history books), received their championship rings from NBA commissioner Adam Silver before hitting the court against the New York Knicks at Quicken Loans Arena last night. And it was a total celebration.

NBA Finals MVP LeBron James was front and center to cop his THIRD NBA championship ring before serving up one hell of game against the Knicks. The 31-year-old baller, who celebrates a birthday in December, scored 19 points, 14 assists, and 11 rebounds, proving why he’s dubbed KING James. The man is a beast on the court and doesn’t seem to show any signs of retiring his crown anytime soon.

The Cavs baller took to his Instagram today to floss his new ring and to revel in the special night he shared with his teammates:

After a successful 2016 with her new talk show and SlutWalk event, the “How To Be A Bad B*tch” author decided to treat herself with something nice. And that something nice is REALLY nice. Chick purchased a white Rolls Royce that cost her a cool $371,000 to celebrate her 33rd birthday.

Photogs caught her picking up her new ride in Beverly Hills just days after her bestie Blac Chyna copped the same car (in the same color) with purple interior. Chyna's new ride set her back about 400,000. That purple interior likely upped the cost. In case you're wondering, Amber went with tan interior.

She told TMZ, "It's a birthday gift to myself."

Over the weekend...

The late night talk show host threw a huge pool party to celebrate her birthday with friends and family.

Amber got cozy with her “DWTS” partner's brother Val Chmerkovskiy at the party after she was voted off the dance competition show last week. There have been rumors swirling that Amber and Val have been getting closer than close lately.

But, Val isn't saying too much. He recently opened up to Entertainment Tonight on their coupledom status, revealing, “I’d make a cute couple with a lot of people, you know what I’m saying? I can’t control what people think. I live my life and I try to live it, you know, the way I want to live it.”

Amber's good friend Quincy Brown was on the scene to celebrate with his homie.

While a good and pregnant Blac Chyna stayed home, her fiance Rob Kardashian made a surprise appearance. Not sure how Amber pulled this one off being that Rob seemingly hates going out and being around people.

Amber's mom Dorothy Rose was also in the mix for the fun.

While Amber has been going hard to celebrate her b'day, she may have went a little too hard. The blonde bombshell has been celebrating non-stop since her birthday (October 21st) and now it's catching up to her. She has decided to cancel her upcoming Halloween bash.

According to reports, she was supposed to throw a private invite-only Halloween party Wednesday night at a mystery location. We assume after her pool party over the weekend, Disneyland on Sunday with her son Bash and hitting up Ace of Diamonds on Monday, she’s super tired. So, no Halloween party tomorrow.

Last month, we told you L'Oréal had been hit with a $5 million lawsuit for their SoftSheen-Carson Optimum Amla Legend No-Mix, No-Lye Relaxer. Several women came forward with claims that the perm caused them to suffer hair loss, breakage, blisters, burns and scalp irritation.

Well, now there's alleged proof.

Delicia Taylor has come forward with before and after pictures to show what the perm allegedly did to her hair. And the photos devastating. Almost all of her hair fell out!

According to reports, famed attorney Mark Geragos (Chris Brown’s lawyer) filed a class action lawsuit against the hair company on behalf of several women, including Delicia, who claim the perm destroyed their hair.

Still no word from L'Oréal yet.

When it comes to dancing, who doesn’t like to bust a few moves to Beyonce? Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton does just like the rest of us.

The Democratic presidential nominee, who turns 69 today, stopped by Power 105’s “The Breakfast Club” this morning just weeks before the presidential election goes down (November 8th).

While she spoke on several topics, she shared a few fun tidbits about herself that we didn’t know before. Let’s set the scene. It’s First Lady Michelle Obama’s 50th birthday and Beyonce serves up a few musical selections. Can you picture Mrs. Clinton hitting the dance floor? Well, she was!

“I went to Michelle’s 50th birthday party and Beyonce performed and that was great dancing,” she said. “I love to dance. Period. Any chance I get, I will dance. I’m not sure it would be anything you would say is good dancing, but I love to dance.”

Get it Mrs. Clinton!

Speaking of dancing, Hillary also weighed in on President Barack Obama dancing it up with Usher and Janelle Monae to Drake’s “Hotline Bling” during the final White House State Dinner last week.

“He can do it, don’t you think?,” she said.

Hip hop mogul Jay Z will be performing in Ohio (a swing state) to show his support and to excite young voters to get out and vote. The former Secretary of State is super excited about it.

“Jay Z’s dong a concert. I’m thrilled to have the support because I think one of the biggest’s job I will face -- assuming everything goes well -- is how are we going to heal all these divides?”

Mrs. Clinton also talked about how she was inspired by Shirley Chisholm, the first woman who ran for office, to run for president:

“Think about Shirley Chisholm who I was privileged to meet and watch as she fought to become really the first woman that even had a chance in a major party. She really set the stage.”

Mrs. Clinton dubbed her husband/former president Bill Clinton as the possible "future first husband" and said she would like for him to work on economy development when/if they make it back to the White House.

She also touched on topics like police brutality and institutional racism:

“That’s one of the highest priorities that I’ve had throughout this campaign because it’s something we have to be honest about,” she said. “We have to face up to systemic racism. We see it in jobs. We see it in education. We see it in housing. Let’s be really clear, it’s a big part of what we’re facing in the criminal justice system.”

When radio host Charlamagne showed her the memes that poked fun at her Death Row Records-like attire, she got a huge kick out of that.

Later, musical icon Stevie Wonder joined in the conversation where he revealed he has 5 children who are eligible to vote and will be voting the "right" way. He also noted he has a one-year-old as well. Sheesh!

To celebrate Mrs. Clinton’s birthday, Stevie serenaded her with his rendition of “Happy Birthday.”

According to the Daily Mail, a source close to the couple spilled the beans on their relationship revealing the lovebirds reportedly met in Atlanta while on the set of Barbershop: The Next Cut last year. The 45-year-old actress, who recently starred in When The Bough Breaks, was hesitant about getting romantically involved with the 44-year-old rapper, but Common put on his charm and eventually convinced her to go out on a date.

“Regina wasn't interested in dating a fellow actor," the source revealed.“She's always shied away from idea of being with one of her co-stars. But Common was persistent and finally won her over."

It’s reported Regina was adamant that they couldn’t start dating until the film wrapped up production. Once it wrapped, that’s when their love fest ensued and now they’re allegedly all wrapped in love.

“This is the happiest anyone has ever seen him. He's a hopeless romantic and after several failed relationships, he lost faith in love,” the source said.

Common has been linked to several high-profile celebrities such as Serena Williams, Taraji P. Henson and Erykah Badu, but we hardly hear much about Regina’s love life. Although, she has been linked to NBA baller Arron Afflalo.

Since the two hit it off, it has inspired Common to get into the studio to make more music, specifically new love tracks. The Chi-town native supposedly contemplated not releasing any more albums, but it appears Regina has sparked new content. It’s said after he and Regina started kicking it, he started recording new songs, including his latest musical offering titled “Love Star,” a track from his upcoming album Black America Again (November 4th).

Interesting.

Last month, Regina sat down with Power 105's "The Breakfast Club" where she was questioned about her "high profile relationship." Radio host Angela Yee said she knew who her man was and that she was looking forward to them coming out as a couple. Angela asked Regina if "he" was marriage material and Regina answered "Yes." Hmm... was she referring to Common? Possibly.

Regina is currently filming Girls Trip (hitting theaters in 2017) and she’s gearing up to begin production on a comedy titled Naked. Since the cat is seemingly out of the bag, we wonder if Common will pop up on a red carpet or two with Regina to show his support.

Rapper Kanye West is still hitting up cities on his PABLO Tour. Last night, the Chi-town native put on a show at The Forum in Inglewood.

Yeezy took a moment from his set to send some positive vibes to rapper Kid Cudi, who’s currently in rehab. He encouraged his fans to join in as he performed “Father Stretch My Hands, Pt. 1,” a track on his PABLO album that features Cudi.

He paused for moment and said,“So Cudi, he is [in] rehab right now, but he got a No. 1 song on the radio and I want you to sing so he can hear it.”

Oddly, Cudi called out Ye (along with Drake) in a Twitter rant, but it appears Yeezy has put it behind him, dubbing Cudi as the “most influential” and “most important artist of the past 10 years.” Remeber when he blasted Cudi on stage last month?

"The Get Down" star Jaden Smith and NBA baller Jordan Clarkson stepped out to peep Yeezy's show. Spies on the scene say Jordan was "coupled up" with his rumored girlfriend Kendall Jenner. Hmph.

The rest of the Kardashian Klan was there, sans Kim Kardashian West. She likely stayed in due to the robbery. While she was spotted for the first time getting ice cream earlier yesterday, she opted to miss her husband's show.

32-year-old dancer Shirlene Quigley (above), who dances for Rihanna and Beyonce, has been found safe after she was reported missing. The North Bergen Police Department confirmed she was located in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

Shirlene Quigley, a 32-year-old backup dancer who’s worked with the likes of Rihanna and Beyoncé, has been found safe after being reported as a missing person. She was reportedly shopping at a Chelsea bridal store and was later spotted near the Port Authority bus terminal at around 1AM on Sunday.

 

After an extensive search by North Bergen Police Department Detectives in cooperation with the NYPD, we have located SHIRLENE QUIGLEY. She is safe and at a medical facility which location is undisclosed at this time. North Bergen Police Detectives have contacted her father and he is in route from Los Angeles to reunite with his daughter. We are very pleased with this outcome. We want to thank the New York City Police Department for their tremendous amount of cooperation in this matter.

LaLa Anthony lets us raid her closet for The Coveteur and she talks about her evolving style, how she picks red carpet looks and more. Get it all inside….

LaLa Anthony is no stranger to the fashion world. She’s a staple at Fashion Week shows and she rarely ever disappoints when she’s hitting up different events. We’ve watched her style evolve from her “TRL” days to now making waves on the Hollywood scene with several acting roles. Now, she's giving us a sneak peek inside her closet for The Coveteur.

If the New York Times Best selling author had to describe her style she would sum it up as edgy with a splash of tomboy. Throw in a bit of chic pieces with a jacket or some boots and she’s set to go.

“If I had to describe my style, I’d say whatever I’m feeling that day," LaLa said. “Naturally, I’m more on the tomboy side, so I try to bring some edginess to my clothes—whether it’s through a leather jacket, or a pair of boots that I love.”

Fashion trends come and go, but LaLa believes as long as you have the swag to pull off a look, you can rock anything you want.

“I think now, fashion has become, like, ‘whatever.’ Anything’s accepted as long as you have the swag and the confidence. You can throw prints, mix everything together. Back in the day, I don’t think that was the case.”

Diversity is a hot topic these days and LaLa feels the fashion world is making strides in including different types of silhouettes and looks.

“I definitely see a difference in [fashion becoming more diverse]. We still have a way to go, but whether it’s curvier women, or women who look more like the everyday girl, I’m seeing a lot more diversity. It’s nice to see women of all skin tones, all shapes and sizes modeling, because that’s what the world looks like. Everyone’s not a size zero, or a size two, and if you want to cater to the world, you have to show diversity in skin color, and size, and everything. It makes me excited when I see that.”

When it comes to picking looks for the red carpet, LaLa has learned to trust her gut on whichever ensemble she chooses and out the door she goes. She said:

“I’ve learned to follow my gut with red carpets. If I don’t like how it looks at home, I won’t wear it; I’ll change and put something else on. I’ve learned to just trust my gut when it comes to that stuff.”

“I have tons of red carpet moments and pictures I wish I could erase off the Internet forever, but it’s all part of the process. Styles change, and back then you didn’t think you looked crazy—you thought you were killing it! No one thinks they look crazy when they go out, but then they look back and think, ‘What was I thinking?’”

We all can agree on that one.

As for how she got her foot in showbiz, LaLa credits her humble beginnings working for free as an intern:

“I started as an intern at a radio station. I’m such a big advocate of getting in on the ground level of what you want to do and learning everything you can. I feel like internship programs aren’t as popular because people don’t want to work for free, but interning is the first step in saying, ‘Is that what I want to do?’, understanding what it takes, learning the ropes.”

Raven Symoné is leaving "The View," but she's got a major new project on deck.  Deets inside...

Our inner teen is freakin' ECSTATIC right now!  Remember "That's So Raven," the Disney show that further solidified Raven Symone as a super talented teen star? Well, it's coming back!

Raven just made a huge announcement on "The View"!  She will not only Executive Produce the new spinoff/extension show that she's calling "That's So Raven 2," but she'll be starring in it as well.

The original hit show, which centered around high school fashion-loving teen Raven Baxter, was on for 4 seasons and 100 episodes before wrapping in 2007.

In the original series, Raven Baxter navigated her premonitions, her best friends (played by Orlando Brown and Anneliese van der Pol), her hilarious family, and all the foolish situations she gets in and out of thanks to her "psychic visions."

Since the show will be shot with the Disney family in L.A., Raven announced she'll be leaving "The View" before the end of the year to relocate.  She has been appearing on the talk show mainly on Fridays only as she's been busily working on the new series.

Raven revealed much of the cast will return, and she will return as a divorced single mom to a son and daughter.  Her daughter has inherited Raven's gift of premonitions.  Auditions will be held soon for other roles on the show.  There is no premiere date set just yet.

Fun facts: "That's So Raven" was the highest-rated series in the history of Disney Channel, and one of the first four live action original series where the lead and most of the supporting main characters are minorities (The Famous Jett Jackson, Cory in the House, and K.C. Undercover are the others).

Between this and the Netflix return of "Gilmore Girls," the nostalgia is on extra status this year.  Here for it!

Spiritual life coach Iyanla Vanzant invites six men into her “House of Healing” in an attempt to help fix the black man’s heart for an upcoming episode of "Iyanla: Fix My Life." R&B singer Kevin McCall, former Boyz II Men singer Michael McCary and Lira Galore’s (Rick Ross’ ex-fiancée) father Terrence will be joining on the healing session.

We know Kevin McCall has issues controlling his anger and struggles to co-parent his daughter Marley Rae with his ex-Eva Marcille. Michael McCary was once a member of the hottest boy band in the 90s, but ultimately left the group. He has said in interviews he left because of money issues while his former bandmates claim the cause was lack of participation. And Lira Galore’s dad Terrence was M.I.A. in his daughter’s life, which ultimately affected how she interacts with men in relationships.

It’s going to take more than one episode to fix these men. In Part 1 of a three-part episode, we see the guys attempt to face their demons, tackling issues like their criminal histories, being dead beat dads, dishonesty and much more.

Preacher/producer DeVon Franklin will visit the home to help the guys identify tools to aid in their healing process.

In legal woes...

Rapper Kevin Gates has been sentenced to 6 months in jail after he was convicted of battery for kicking a female fan last year.

According to Fox 13, a jury of six white women found the “2 Phones” rapper guilty yesterday after just two hours of deliberation. Kevin will spend 180 days in a Polk County jail and one-year probation, reportedly three times what prosecutors asked for from the judge.

You’ll recall, the Baton Rouge rapper foolishly kicked 19-year-old Miranda Dixon in the chest during a performance at Rumors Night Club in Lakeland, Florida. He later said he kicked her because she kept grabbing his pants and ankles. The video of him kicking the woman went viral and he was charged with battery in September 2015.

Kevin’s lawyer, Jose Baez (who represented Casey Anthony, sigh), tried to have the charges dropped under the Stand Your Ground Law, but that didn’t stick. Mr. Baez also accused the woman of lying about her injuries in order to get money.

“Her credibility is to be questioned and you will not be able to beyond and to the exclusion of every reasonable doubt in this case believe her and that is why you should enter a verdict of not guilty in this case,” Mr. Baez said.

Christmas is right around the corner, and so is the new holiday film Almost Christmas, starring Keri Hilson, Gabrielle Union and Mo’Nique. The film centers around an estranged family brought together over Christmas for the first time since their mother's passing. The family's beloved patriarch asks his family for one gift this holiday season: To get along. If they can honor that wish and spend five days under the same roof without killing each other, it will be a Christmas miracle.

The YBF ladies looked exceptional on the red carpet at the Regal Atlantic Station in Atlanta for the screening:

Flawless! Gabby’s skin glowed as she strutted down the red carpet in a cobalt and white bamboo printed Prabal Gurung dress, black Stuart Weitzman sandals and she accessorized her look with Of Rare Origin jewels.  She's currently in ATL still shooting "Being Mary Jane."

Not only is she starring in the film, she's got an executive producer credit and it's her first for a studio film.

The “Being Mary Jane” star will celebrate her 44th birthday on Saturday (October 29th), so the cast surprised her with a birthday cake. By the way, a new season of “BMJ” premieres January 2017.

Oscar winner Mo’Nique made it a family affair. She brought her husband Sidney Hicks and their sons. “We're having a date night with our babies,” Mo shared on Instagram.

“Going to the @almostchristmasmovie premiere in Atlanta. This is our babies first premiere. What a great time we had. Sooooo proud of our young men.” Cute. Her twins are growing up.

Singer Keri Hilson is getting her feet wet in the acting world. On the red carpet, she stunned in an all black jumpsuit topped with a white blazer. A classic look we're loving.

R&B crooners Tyrese and Usher came out to support producer Will Packer and his new film. The fellas were all smiles.

Will’s wife Heather Hayslett made sure she was right by her man’s side to celebrate his new film.

Speaking of new films, Will is currently producing Girls Trip that stars Queen Latifah, Jada Pinkett Smith and Regina Hall.
