Finally, RuPaul nabs his first ever EMMY award! And it was an epic win as it will go down in the EMMY history books. More inside…

RuPaul Charles has been gracing our television screens for YEARS. And now, he’s finally getting his due.

The TV personality-model-singer-author-drag legend was awarded the Outstanding Host For A Reality Or Reality-Competition Program award at the Creative Arts Emmy show held at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. Sunday night for hosting “RuPaul’s Drag Race.”

RuPaul, dressed in a pink polka dotted suit, beat out “Little Big Shots” host Steve Harvey, “Dancing With The Stars” host Tom Bergeron, “Project Runway” co-hosts Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn and “American Idol” host Ryan Seacrest. Yeah, it was stiff competition, but RuPaul came out with the win.

After being snubbed year after year, RuPaul won his first EMMY for the eighth season of his long-running Logo TV series. This is LOGO’s first major EMMY win and the second time the best reality show host Emmy has gone to a cable series. Take that, take that.

“Earlier this year I was quoted saying I’d rather have an enema than an Emmy,” he said in the press room after winning the award. “But thanks to the Television Academy, I can have both!”

After his epic win, he chopped it up with Entertainment Weekly backstage as he relished in victorious moment.

“I did not expect this, honestly,” he said. “I’m speechless. I’m still in shock!”

As he held back tears, he continued, “I think about all the kids who watch this show all over the world who finally have an emotional navigation system. This show and the 100s of girls who have come through our show have told their stories so graciously and have really helped young people around the world navigate their lives.”

He also hit the press room after the awards ceremony to dish on how grateful he is for all of the participants who have shared their stories and helped other young people with their issues on the series:

RuPaul snapped it up with “RuPaul’s Drag Race” judge Michelle Visage and his longtime friend/fashion designer Zaldy. His longtime friend sent out a special shoutout via his Instagram page, saying, "Congratulations #RuPaul @rupaulofficial on winning the Emmy for best host! @rupaulsdragrace @televisionacad #IllBeBack" 

YAS! Comedian Tracy Morgan's wife Megan Morgan STUNNED in a sparkly Walter Mendez mermaid gown on the carpet for the big night. Her hubby has been nominated in the Outstanding Guest Actor In A Comedy Series category for bringing the funny on "Saturday Night Live."

Comedian Keegan-Michael Key, who filed for divorce from his wife earlier this year, hit the carpet solo. While his Comedy Central show “Key & Peele” with Jordan Peele has been cancelled, the show was up for a total of seven EMMY awards.

Speaking of Jordan, he was also on the carpet snapping it up with his wife/comedian Chelsea Peretti.

Actress Tracie Thoms, who starred in The Real MVP: The Wanda Durant Story, hit the carpet with her date Austin.

The Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony will be held Sunday, September 18th at 8pm EST on ABC.

Welp, looks like authorities have pulled back on all those drug possession charges the slammed rapper Desiigner with during his recent arrest.  The latest developments inside, plus why cops say race "had nothing to do with it"....

After Desiigner's recent arrest, he went from being slammed with charges of weapon possession and felony drug possession with umpteen different types of pills.  Authorities originally said they were methamphtemines.  Come to find out, all the 100+ pills found in the car were steroids.  And they belonged to the SUV driver.

TMZ reports:

Turns out, all the pills were steroids, including methandrostenolone, PharmOne Oxandrolone and Halotest Fluxymesteron. In all, there were 302 pills in various Ziploc bags ... all steroids.  

It appears the steroids all belonged to the driver ... not Desiigner, who's rail thin.

...Desiigner was initially charged with possession and intent to sell controlled substances. The intent to sell charge has been dropped but he's still being charged with possession, even though the drugs were not on his person.  

Desiigner says he had no idea there were drugs of any sort in the car.

Also, Desiigner's lawyer said the cops simply don't want to see a black young man enjoying his successes.  The NYPD's response: They say it's not true because the person who called the cops on Desiigner is Hispanic.

The official says, "There was a male Hispanic complainant who said he was menaced with a black firearm from individuals in the car. There was no targeting of him because he was black, NYPD arrested him because he committed a crime."

We guess they're saying it's impossible for the case to be racial because both parties involved are minorities.

The former Ruff Ryderz First Lady took a break from her “This Is What The Truth Feels Like” tour with Pop singer Gwen Stafani to enjoy a fun YBF weekend with her billionaire husband Maximillion Cooper and their adorable French bulldog Hendrix.

The happy couple was headed to the Goodwood Revival race festival to check out some souped up cars and motorcycles drag race on the tracks. As you can see, the Coopers trekked it to the event in their private jet. And Eve served up a black-and-white impromptu photoshoot of the luxury ride.

Eve flossed in the cockpit like a boss:

During the ride, she showed her glam squad some love.

It was too much for little Hendrix.

Eve and Gwen Stafani will return to the stage on October 8th at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA.

Two members from the Final Five Olympic gold medal winning gymnastics team had some fun over the weekend.

Simone Biles and Aly Raisman took over a special live edition of “Lip Sync Battle: All Stars Live.” The Team USA gymnasts were actress Olivia Munn’s secret weapons for her performance Sia’s “Cheap Thrills.” The kicker? Olivia was battling it out against the most decorated Olympian of all time, Michael Phelps. So what better way to try and beat an Olympian than with TWO Olympians.

Actor Terry Crews was also featured on the episode where he performed Public Enemy's "Fight The Power."

A bunch of YBF stars made their way to Milk Studios to soak in all the new runway looks from The Blonds during the MADE Fashion Week show in NYC, including Teyana Taylor, Iman Shumpert, "Color Purple" Broadway star Cynthia Erivo, "Orange Is The New Black" star Vicky Jeudy and celebrity stylist June Ambrose. 

“Fade” video star Teyana Taylor lit up the show in a gold bomber jacket topped over an all black ensemble to show love to designer David Blond on the carpet.

“Orange Is The New Black” star Dascha Polanco continue making her rounds posing it up in a colorful robe created by The Blonds topped over a black-and-white one-piece underneath. We see you Dascha!

Kae's bestie Christina Milian rolled up on the scene in a hot look topped with a fur stole. She'll be hitting the small-screen in her new role for the upcoming FOX series "Rocky Horror Picture Show" set to premiere October 20th.

Singer Tinashe had her lady lumps on display in a long blue shirt paired with black leather pants.

NBA baller and fashion lover Russell Westbrook never misses a fashion event, so it was no surprise seeing him sitting on the front row. He was in good company, sitting beside "Empire" star and singer Jussie Smollett.

Jussie met Tinashe with a hug after the show. Hmm...these two could make a hot track together.

Meanwhile, supermodel Chanel Iman was spotted backstage getting all dolled up before ripping the runway.

Rapper Dej Loaf was spotted in the streets rocking this futuristic look while making her rounds.

“The View” co-host and NYFW regular Whoopi Goldberg took it to a new level, hitting the Opening Ceremony runway at Jacob Javits Center.

Designer Tracy Reese, who recently announced she will be adding extended sizes to her collection, hosted her NYFW show outside. June Ambrose was her usual gorgeous self in a tailored pink suit while posing it up alongside model Damaris Lewis.

Former supermodel Bethann Hardsion and Broadway starlet Cynthia Erivo were also on the scene to show support.

Whoopi hit the scene and nabbed a pick with the woman of the hour, designer Tracy Reese.

Kae was front-and-center stlying in one of Tracy's designs with Damaris and the rest of the models.

A baby bump isn’t going to keep Blac Chyna off the party scene.

For the premiere of her new reality show “Rob & Chyna,” the soon-to-be Angela Kardashian and her bump got all dressed up to attend a party with a few of her friends to celebrate. Chick slipped into a nude bodysuit with a black sheer cover up from her 88 Fin collection to party it up at the PH Dayclub in West Hollywood.

The soon-to-be mom again had heavy security on deck to escort her in and out of the building. Notably missing was her fiance Rob Kardashian.

After announcing she and Rob are having a baby girl during the premiere episode, Chyna also shared a 3D sonogram of their upcoming bundle of joy. Peep it below:

In NFL news, Brandon Marshall says he has no regrets participating in the peaceful protest even after losing another endorsement deal. Meanwhile, Robert Griffin III is OUT with another injury. Is his career on the line? Let’s discuss inside…

Denver Broncos linebacker Brandon Marshall is a man of his word. And he doesn’t have any regrets for standing up for what he believes in.

Brandon decided he would join San Francisco 49er quarterback Colin Kaepernick, one of his former teammates at University of Nevada, in refusing to stand for the National Anthem in support of the #BlackLivesMatter movement. And he has received just as much negative backlash from it as Colin.

On Friday, it was announced that Brandon lost his endorsement with Air Academy Federal Credit Union. Now, another company has cut ties with him. CenturyLink issued a statement explaining why saying:

“We completely respect Brandon Marshall’s personal decision and right to take an action to support something in which he strongly believes,” CenturyLink said in a statement. “America is anchored in the right of individuals to express their beliefs. While we acknowledge Brandon’s right, we also believe that whatever issues we face, we also occasionally must stand together to show our allegiance to our common bond as a nation. In our view, the national anthem is one of those moments. For this reason, while we wish Brandon the best this season, we are politely terminating our agreement with him.”

Cleveland Brown quarterback Robert Griffin III is OUT again after suffering an injury during the season opener game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. (FYI - The Eagles beat the Browns 29-10).

The injury prone QB has been placed on injured reserve with a shoulder injury and is expected to miss at LEAST 8 games. The Browns issued a statement on RGIII’s condition saying:

Browns quarterback Robert Griffin III sustained a significant injury during the team’s season opener at Philadelphia on Sunday and has been placed on injured reserve.

He is expected to miss an extended period of time during the 2016 season after medical tests on Sunday night and Monday morning revealed a fractured coracoid bone in his left shoulder. Although surgery is not required at this time, Griffin’s left shoulder will be re-evaluated in 3-4 weeks.

RGIII, a No. 2 draft pick in 2012, hasn’t quite fulfilled the dream sports analyst said he would when he first entered the league. You’ll recall, RGIII was a BIG deal when he was drafted to the Washington Redskins. He had an exceptional rookie year, but after he tore his ACL in his right leg in 2012, it has been downhill ever since.

Will his latest injury cause him his career? Folks are speculating that it will, but only time will tell. Get well soon!

While serving up as a “hype man” for radio personality Kendra G, who was performing Beyonce’s “Formation,” B. Rocka apparently didn’t know all of the words, not even to one of the most notable lines in the track.

Y’all! This Tupac biopic is going to be everything. Go inside to check out the second trailer for All Eyez On Me that was released on the 20th anniversary of his death…

So we’ve been following the Tupac biopic All Eyez On Me since the first day of shooting. And now that its’ almost here, we’re getting more sneak peeks at what we can expect from the blockbuster film.

As you all know by now, All Eyez On Me will focus on the slain rapper's rise to stardom, his stint at Death Row Records, his role in the east coast/west coast beef and everything in between.

Director Benny Boom will helm the film with an all-star YBF cast. Actor Jamal Woolard, who played Biggie in the 2009 biopic Notorious, will play The Notorious B.I.G; Demetrius Shipp Jr. will star as Tupac; “The Walking Dead” actress Danai Gurirawill star as Tupac’s mother Afeni Shakur; "Vampire Diaries” star Kat Graham will play Jada Pinkett Smith, actress Grace Gibson (Lynn Whitfield’s daughter) is set to play Faith Evans, and actor Dominic Santana will star as Suge Knight (and he looks JUST like him too).

The new trailer gives an extended look at how the film will navigate through Pac’s life, including conversations he had with his mother, being shot multiple times and ultimately the night that led to his death.

And what better time to release a new trailer than on the 20th anniversary of the slain rapper’s death. We noticed Benny released the first sneak peek of the film on Pac's birthday back in June.

It’s being reported that Jay Z’s music streaming company TIDAL's holding company took a HUGE loss in 2015 and have struggled to make payments on time. Yikes!

According to reports, TIDAL’s parent group Aspiro AB recorded a loss of $28 million since March 2015, the same month Hov bought the company through his holding group for $56 million.

Not only that, the company has outstanding payments due that equal up to about $438,000. Now, a source familiar with the situation tells the Wall Street Journal the financial statement doesn’t tell the whole financial story of what’s going on at TIDAL because it doesn’t reflect all U.S. revenue and financing.

Things aren’t looking good for the music streaming service as it still trails behind giants like Apple Music (with 30 million subscribers) and Spotify (with 11 million subscribers). TIDAL is said to have about 4 million subscribers.

The "Vera Wang Gang," including Terrence J's rumored girlfriend Jasmine Sanders, were all styling and profiling on the front row in their sunnies.

Amber Rose graces the cover of Cosmopolitan South Africa magazine newest issue where she addresses the double standard between male and female strippers. Amber Rose just nabbed a new magazine cover, gracing the cover of Cosmopolitan South Africa’s October 2016 issue. The “How To Be A B*tch” author, who’s Cape Verdean – a nation that sits off the coast of Africa, has never shunned away from her stripper past. But, she still doesn’t understand why she’s always put down about her stripper past when other celebrities have done the exact same thing.

Former male strippers-turned-actors like Channing Tatum don’t face the scrutiny that Amber faces. And she says it’s because of society’s double standards.

The 32-year-old businesswoman told the publication:

“He [Channing] even made a movie about being a stripper! And everyone bought it and they loved it and they were like, ‘Oh, my God, ‘Magic Mike’, we gotta go see it!’ But if I did that, people would tell me I was disgusting. I run eight businesses, I’m the CEO of my own company, and still I’m called a stripper. It’s so ridiculous. We’ve had the same life, [Channing] and I, and I’m dumbed down for it. It’s not his fault – it’s just society.”

Good point.

The budding actress, who shares a son with rapper Wiz Khalifa and once dated Kanye West, said she’s more than just a former stripper. She’s a business woman building her empire and she’s working her a** to do it. She said,

“Everything I’ve done; I’ve worked hard for. Anyone can have fame, but I’ve started companies. I’ve brought my brand to the next level. Nobody did that but me. No one is going to dim my light.”

Well good for her.

While she’s often shamed for her past, Amber says stripping was the “best f***ing time of my life.” Amber and her bestie Blac Chyna sat down to dish on being strippers in the past on Playi.it’s Loveline podcast.

“They’ll frown on the girl dancing at the strip club. I’ve made a point of that in my career a million times that Channing Tatum was a stripper, The Game was a stripper, and they are guys. No one says anything. But when it comes to me and Chyna, [people say] ‘They’re f***ing ho’s they’re f****ing gold diggers, they are only out for like money. Basically like we have no hearts, like we don’t fall in love with these people.”

Yara was about 7-years-old when she made her film debut on Eddie Murphy’s comedy Imagine That.“It was just such a fantastic experience," she said. "I learned how to ice-skate for it. It was my introduction to the Beatles because the entire soundtrack was Beatles covers.”

“Going from nobody recognizing you to everybody watching your every move, it can make you a victim of the fame," Yazz said.

He also talked about Will Smith being his mentor and how his manager Charlie Mack took him under his wing to prepare him for “Empire.” He said, “Before I even went to set, I went to his house and he joust broke everything down. He was 21 when he did The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. It’s like déjà vu. We’re both from the same neighborhood and stuff like that.”

Shameik, whose breakout role was in the movie DOPE, talked about going after his dreams and never giving up. He said,“I saw myself on TV and I thought, ‘I’m going to start doing this for real.’ Then it just started happening. I was more thankful that I was blessed with the ability to actually start doing something like living my dreams.”

Lil Wayne doesn’t do many interviews, but when he does, there’s plenty to digest afterwards. Get all of what he said on his “rap retirement,” why he would never work with Birdman and again and Birdman’s response when you go inside….

The Internet has been buzzing since Lil Wayne took to Twitter to seemingly announce his retirement. He tweeted, “I AM NOW DEFENSELESS AND mentally DEFEATED & I leave gracefully and thankful I luh my fanz but I'm dun.”

Yesterday, he appeared on “Undisputed” (he also raps the 'theme song' for the show) to set the record straight with Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe about whether he’s actually retiring from the rap game. By the way, Weezy created the show’s theme song “No Mercy.”

Wayne said the tweet (that was posted at 3 in the morning) stemmed from argument about his situation with Cash Money and he was just airing out his frustrations on social media.

“I’m a Libra. We’re known to not have real emotions. We’re the only Zodiac sign without a heart or a soul. Only sign that’s just a symbol. Since it’s a scale, we have to let something get all the way down there for it to tip over for us to boil out. I was at my tipping point.”

Plenty of people think the on-going argument between Wayne and Birdman over the release of Tha Carter V is manufactured drama. But, Weezy said that’s not the case.

“This is business. I have a family, I have kids, I have a mother. I have bills. Once the business is right, then everything is right. I did feel that way. I didn’t take the tweet down because I still feel that way. And until something is done about it, then maybe that’ll change.”

Wayne said he doesn't think he has reached the height of his talent or career, so he's not finished creating music.

When asked if Birdman made the situation right and gave him his money (an $8 million advance and $2 million after the album was completed) would he ever work with him again? Wayne replied, “No Sir.”

The Young Money honcho said he was surprised so many other rappers came to his defense when news broke that he had filed a multi-million lawsuit against Birdman.

He also explained why he has so many tattoos.

After his interview, Weezy hopped back on Twitter to petition to have his album Tha Carter 5 (aka C5) released:

Now, Birdman is responding to Wayne's interview....

He's placing the blame on Wayne as to why Tha Carter V hasn’t been released. Sources tell TMZ the reason the album hasn’t been released is because Weezy hasn’t turned in the master recordings. Since Weezy is still holding on to the recordings, Birdman claims there’s no way to release the LP.

But Wayne says he’s not turning in anything until he gets the money he was contracted to get for the album.

So, it doesn’t sound like fans will ever hear Tha Carter V until Birdman coughs up Wayne’s dough. Aye Birdman, show some "respeck" and cut the check.

Naya Rivera is out for blood and she’s spilling all the tea on her failed relationship (and engagement) with Big Sean. Find out what she said about catching the rapper with Ariana Grande before he called off their engagement inside….

Back in 2013,  Big Sean and “Glee” star Naya Rivera were drunk in love with each other. After about a year of dating, the Detroit rapper popped the question in hopes of spending the rest of his life with the actress. But, things went south and he eventually called off the engagement. 

Now, we've learned why.

In her new book "Sorry Not Sorry: Dreams, Mistakes and Growing Up," the 29-year-old actress (who’s now married to actor Ryan Dorsey) opens up about catching her then fiancé with Pop superstar Ariana Grande. She says she walked in on the two at his home before they broke up.

She writes:

"We'd been fighting for five straight days while he was traveling, and then on the one day that he was back in L.A., he said he didn't want to see me," Rivera writes of her ex-fiancé. Because she had a key to his house, she let herself in and stumbled upon the pop princess. "Guess what little girl is sitting cross-legged on the couch listening to music?" she asks. "It rhymes with 'Smariana Schmande.'"

Bloop!  But did she say she let herself in though?  Probably extra calmly and matter-of-factly too.  You know how folks do when they have a point to prove with bae.  Ha!

You'll recall, Sean and Ariana ended up getting into a relationship with one another shortly after he called off the engagement with Naya, but they eventually broke up after dating less than a year.

Naya goes on to say Sean didn’t even have the decency to contact her directly to let her know he no longer wanted to marry her. She says she found out via the Internet just like everyone else.

"I learned that I was no longer getting married from the Internet, and at the same time as the rest of the world," she writes. "Not only were we no longer getting married, but apparently we weren't even together anymore."

Damn son.

And here’s a shocker. Naya used to date Tia & Tamera Mowry’s little brother Tahj Mowry…well kind of.

In the book, she says she experienced many firsts with Tahj, including her first kiss. The kicker? Their first kiss happened at a movie theater with their moms sitting in front of them. Ha! She reveals she walked her first red carpet with Tahj at the NAACP Image Awards (in a white dress on the very day she got her period for the first time).  Poor thing.

Their puppy love romance continued before Tahj called it off because “he thought he needed to date someone more on his financial level.” Oh? We wonder which level that would be, if true. However, she claims they’re still friends.

“He thought he needed to date someone more on his financial level,” writes Rivera. “Dick. We’re still friends.”

Well tell 'em how you really feel Naya.

She also discusses her problem with former "Glee" co-star Lea Michele and her abortion she had with her now husband when they first dated back in 2010.

Ludacris and his child’s mother Tamika Fuller are back at it in family court. Get the latest on Tamika allegedly photoshopping bruises on their daughter, plus Simone Biles responding to Russian hackers releasing her alleged medical records that has caused her to reveal she has ADHD. Get it all inside….

Ludacris has some more baby mama drama on his hands!

According to the Atlanta rapper, his daughter’s mom Tamika Fuller, the woman he got pregnant while taking a break from his now-wife Eudxoie, photoshopped bruises on their daughter in an effort to make him look like an unfit father in court.

TMZ got their hands on legal documents. It says Tamika picked up their 2-year-old daughter Cai Bella from daycare back in May (after being in Ludacris’ care) and noticed the child had bruises on her face.

It’s being reported Tamika rushed her daughter to the hospital for care and a social worker recommended DFCS step in, according to the paperwork. She claims DCFS wanted to keep Cai away from her father.

After her filing, Luda, who has physical custody of the child, trekked to the courthouse and filed his own documents claiming Tamika is LYING and even altered photos that she submitted to court. He even says DFCS records will back up his claims.

The case has since been closed. Cai is back to living with Luda, but Tamika claims he used his fame and wealth to manipulate the situation.

In other news...

A new hacking scandal has caused controversy with YBF athletes after their alleged medical information was released.

According to reports, Russian hackers hacked into the World Anti-Doping Agency where they gathered medical information on several superstar athletes, including Simone Biles, Serena and Venus Williams.

It was revealed that Simone had traces of methylphenidate in her system. But it turns out; the stimulant is used for treatment of Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder.

The 19-year-old athlete fired off a few tweets explaining she went through proper protocol as far as letting the USA Gymnatasics organization know she was taking the prescribed medicine and that she believes in “clean sport,” as it very important to her.

Having ADHD, and taking medicine for it is nothing to be ashamed of nothing that I'm afraid to let people know.

ABC News reports, while stimulants are a banned substance, medications used for ADHD may be allowed if an athlete gets a medical waiver. Simone did exactly that, so no rules were broken. Since taking the stimulant on a consistent basis helps control symptoms, WADA officials no longer ask athletes to cease treatment for a competition.

USA Gymnastics defended Simone, issuing a statement that said:

So, we told you a few months ago that actress Lauren London could possibly be pregnant by her boyfriend/rapper Nipsey Hussle. Her ATL co-star T.I. sort of spilled the beans during an interview a few months ago, revealing they had to push back production on the sequel because she was “about to have a baby.” Tip didn’t even realize he had let the cat out of the bag. Bloop!

Anywho, this new picture of Lauren and her boyfriend popped up on Instagram and now we’re raising our eyebrows. Her face looks much fuller than normal.

And she posted subliminal reference to Eva Mendez on Instagram a few months ago. The connection? Eva hid her pregnancy and had twin daughters with Ryan Gosling under the radar. Y'all know Lauren likes to keep her personal life extra private.

We almost didn't recognize her. What do y'all think? Is Lauren about to become a new mom again?

It's been years, and we mean YEARS since Jim Jones and Chrissy Lampkin were "supposed to get married."  We've lost count of the years actually.  But now, they're revealing why they haven't taken that walk down the aisle.  And it involves someone being left high and dry!  Get our exclusive inside....

The R&B singer and producer have been busy making waves together on the Bad Boy Reunion Tour that kicked off last month. The First Lady of Bad Boy and the record producer have posted several flicks of them together on their Instagram accounts, which wouldn’t seem too odd being that they’re on tour together.

But the nature of the flicks, some of the captions and looking at pics BEFORE they went tour has the rumor mill going with dating rumors.

Stevie, who has called it quits with Joseline Hernandez (for now), has also been posting pictures of Faith on his social media.

Toya Wright seems to be handling her recent family tragedy as well as she can.  She appeared on "The Real" to talk about her brothers' deaths, Lil Wayne and more. 

In her first tv sit down since two of her brothers were killed at the hands of senseless street violence, Toya Wright is giving her fans an update on her now totally shaken world.

On Wednesday, the reality star and author sat down with the hosts of "The Real" to give an  update about how her and her family are doing today, and she also debuted the cover of her new book, In My Own Words: My Reality.  She also used the time to set the record straight on her divorce with Mickey "Memphitz” Wright and weighed in on her rapper ex husband Lil Wayne’s rumored retirement.  Surprisingly, she hints that there may still be hope for her and Weezy in the future, but not right now.

Interesting.

Co-host Adrienne Bailon asked Toya to describe the scene surrounding the night she learned her brothers Josh and Rudy were killed.  Toya explained:

Well, I wasn’t able to go up to the scene and see them. But like being around there was like so unreal to me at the moment. So when I went to the hospital after that, you know, my mom identified the bodies. And you know, she said it was my brothers. It’s like I just got numb. I was like, “This cannot be real.” It’s like it’s a pain that I don’t think I ever felt in my life. You know, to lose two siblings at one time over senseless violence.

She got emotional explaining the whole night, and confirmed she happened to be in nearby Baton Rouge hosting an event the same night:
