Earlier today, the Houston family released a statement about Bobbi Kristina as new reports suggest slight improvements.  Also, her husband, Nick Gordon, was spotted with family outside of the hospital.  More inside....

On the heels of statements from Bobby Brown and his legal counsel, the Houston family has released their own statement saying,   "Bobbi Kristina is fighting for her life and is surrounded by immediate family. As her father already stated, we are asking you to honor our request for privacy during this difficult time."

The statement follows a report on TMZ that suggests the status of Bobbi Kris has improved since yesterday. A source connected with the family said doctors performed tests Monday morning and determined the swelling on her brain has gone down. Also, there have been glimmers of progress along the way, such as her ability to"move her eyes". The family member also said doctors told them that Bobbi's oxygen levels increased significantly -- 4 times better than Sunday.

The source who spoke to TMZ today provided a more optimistic look at Bobbi Kris' progress than a local reporter did yesterday.  Jessica Jaglois, a reporter for the ABC-news affiliate WSB is Atlanta, reports that she spoke to a family member who said the Houston family would make a decision about whether or not Bobbi Kris should remain on life support in a few days. 

Based on the latest round of updates from TMZ (via family) we're sure the Houston/Brown families won't be making any hasty decision regarding Bobbi Kris and her life.  We will keep you posted....

Also, Nick Gordon, the husband of Bobbi Kris, was photographed outside of the hospital yesterday.  It's the first time we've seen Nick since he reportedly found her unconscious.

"Selma" director Ava DuVernay has signed on for a new original series with OWN.  Find out about the show inside and watch David Oyelowo dish on his Oscar-snub and Hollywood's White guilt. 

Award-winning director “Selma” filmmaker Ava DuVernay is teaming with Oprah Winfrey to create an original series for OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network.

Ava is on-board to write, direct and exec produce the drama, which is adapted from the novel “Queen Sugar” by Natalie Baszile. "Queen Sugar" tells the story of a spirited woman and her teenage daughter who leave their upscale L.A. life to move to an 800-acre Louisiana sugar cane farm she inherited from her recently departed father. 

The project will serve as Oprah's acting debut on OWN. Lady O said,

“I loved this book and immediately saw it as a series for OWN. The story’s themes of reinventing your life, parenting alone, family connections and conflicts, and building new relationships are what I believe will connect our viewers to this show.”

Ava added,

“From the moment I was introduced to the book, I was captivated by the idea of a modern woman wrestling with identity, family, culture and the echoes of history. To bring this kind of storytelling to life alongside Oprah for her network is wildly wonderful. I’m excited about what’s in store.”

Production is scheduled to begin later this year. 

In other news......

"Selma" star David Oyelowo called out Hollywood during an appearance at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival on Sunday. When he was asked about his Oscar-snub, David took Hollywood to task, claiming Black actors are only awarded when they play subservient roles.  His full comment:

"We’ve just got to come to the point whereby there isn’t a self-fulfilling prophecy—a notion of who black people are—that feeds into what we are celebrated as, not just in the Academy, but in life generally. We have been slaves, we have been domestic servants, we have been criminals, we have been all of those things. But we have been leaders, we have been kings, we have been those who changed the world.

Those films are so hard to get made. People have often said to me, ‘Why has it taken so long?’ I mean, [King] was assassinated almost 50 years ago. There has been no film where Dr. King has been the center of his own narrative until now. That’s because up until 12 Years A Slave and The Butler did so well, both critically and at the box office, films like this were told through the eyes of white protagonists because there is a fear of white guilt.

So you have a very nice white person who holds black people’s hands through their own narrative. We don’t want to see that pain again, so you don’t even go into what that pain was in an authentic way. Both of those things are patronizing to the audience. You can’t have people curating culture in this way when we need to see things in order to reform from them."

David's comments are shocking...but perhaps Hollywood (and the rest of the viewing public) need a wake-up call. Do you agree with his thoughts on white guilt?

Looks like Suge Knight has found himself in some deep ish after allegedly running over two men in Compton last week. He turned himself in Friday morning and NOW he’s being charged with MURDER and attempted murder. Get the latest inside….

It appears Suge Knight could be facing some serious time if he’s convicted of the fatal hit-and-run incident that he allegedly was involved in last week.

Hip Hop mogul Marion “Suge” Knight (above, previous mugshot circa 2008) has officially been charged with murder and attempted premeditated murder after he ran over two men, resulting in the death of his supposed friend/business partner, 55-year-old Terry Carter, and injuring another “friend” named Cle Shaheed "Bone" Sloan.

According to reports, the Death Row founder has also been charged with additional felonies including, hit-and-run resulting in death and hit-and-run resulting in injury.

A little back story….On Thursday around 3PM PST, Suge allegedly rolled up on a promotional shoot for the Straight Outta Compton film when some type of altercation erupted. It resulted in Suge gunning his vehicle, rolling over TWO pedestrians and then speeding away. His lawyer James Blatt claims his client was trying to escape after he was supposedly attacked by the two men.

Witnesses on the scene tell a different story. They believe the hit-and-run was intentional and so does the late victim’s family. Now the prosecutor is following suit based on the evidence. We hear investigators were able to obtain video footage, which captured a portion of what really happened last Thursday.

Friday morning, Suge turned himself in to the L.A. County's Sheriff's Department in West Hollywood and he was accompanied by his attorney.

Hours before his official indictment, his $2.2 million bail was revoked. Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Nicole Nishida revealed to the L.A. Times why his bail was retracted, which include, “possible flight risk, three-strike candidate, possible witness intimidation issues and his criminal past.”

It's reported if he's convicted of these charges, he could possibly face life in prison.

In foolish activities news….Former NFL star Warren Sapp has been busted for allegedly soliciting a prostitute and is being accused of assault out in Arizona during the Super Bowl festivities. And it looks like THIS TIME it cost him his job as an analyst on the NFL Network. Deets inside....

Looks like someone had a little too much post-Super Bowl "fun" last night that carried into the early morning hours. And this isn't the first time he has found himself in this type of situation. We'll get to that in a minute.

NFL analyst and Hall of Famer Warren Sapp was arrested in Phoenix this morning on suspicion of soliciting prostitution AND assault allegations. Sighs….

TMZ reports the 42-year-old allegedly hired two escorts to join him at his hotel room after covering Super Bowl XLIX the entire weekend. It's the police were initially called for a noise disturbance, but once cops got on the scene, a woman claimed she had been assaulted. Apparently, an argument broke out about money and that’s when things got physical.

A source claims Warren "admitted involvement in the act of prostitution", but “denied assaulting the females”.

Both women were said to have had minor injuries, consistent with assault, so Warren was taken into custody. Both of the women also received citations for engaging in prostitution.

Then it gets worse….

The NFL Network has now reportedly FIRED Warren as an analyst for the network. Company spokesman Alex Riethmiller confirmed to the NY Daily News,

"Warren Sapp’s contract has been terminated and he no longer works for NFL Network.”

And get this…he has been arrested on similar assault charges before. Just last year, it's reported he was arrested on a domestic battery charge in Maimi.

Back in 2010, he was also brought up on domestic violence charges in Miami. In fact, it was almost in the EXACT same situation he's in now! He was accused of roughing up a chick in his hotel room during the Super Bowl festivities. When will they learn? Those charges were eventually dropped, but this new incident has already cost him his job.

In another case....

Recently, Greg Anthony, former athlete turned CBS and Turner sports broadcaster, found himself in a similar situation. He was arrested for soliciting a prostitute last month and CBS ended up suspending him indefinitely. Today, he plead not guilty and will return to court Feb. 11th. Sighs....

Famed British import Idris Elba talked very candidly to the UK's Daily Mail, revealing that he's put it all on the line for his career, at times sacrificing love and friendships."I have sacrificed my personal life to be where I am as an actor. My relationships have suffered."The Jungle Book star also opened up about his childhood and how he felt at the birth of his son. Here are the highlights...

On his earliest memory:
I lived in a two-bedroom flat in Cedar Court in Hackney, London. It was a high-rise – they’ve knocked most of them down now – and my mum would come in every morning and say, ‘Oh, it’s a bit stuffy in here’ – always, always. And I remember being woken up with the sound of the blinds getting pulled back and the window being opened and the sunlight flooding in.

On who he was as a child:
Shy, eager to please, skinny. I remember walking into school on the very first day and one of the kids sang out, ‘Feed the world... let them know it’s Christmas-time!’ And everyone cracked up. My first day! Me and this kid ended up having a fight, although he is now my best friend – but that’s how skinny I was. Also, for one term I was sent to this school for kids with disabilities – my disability was asthma. I learned a lot there – how to deal with different people and develop different skills. It was there that my personality opened and grew.

When did you last feel really happy?
When my son Winston was born. And watching the magic that is childbirth. Of course I was there. Did I feel like a spare part? Nah, but I don’t want to talk about it.

On the worse thing ever said to him:
I was told once that I could never be loved because I don’t love myself. That hurt my feelings.

What has been your biggest achievement?
My career – because every job I ever got I had to fight for. I’m an odd, tall, black man that doesn’t quite fit in. And here I am 25 years later in what I consider to be a very well-rounded career.

... and your biggest disappointment?
My personal life. I sacrificed it to be where I am as an actor. So my relationships have suffered.

What is your worst character trait?
I’m lazy. I procrastinate awfully. There’s always so many things I’m supposed to be doing – for example when I was shooting No Good Deed in Atlanta and preparing to play Nelson Mandela by reading his autobiography, Long Walk To Freedom. Straight after that I had an album to put out. So I am always saying; ‘I’ll do it, I’ll get to it…’

Who would your dream dinner date be?
Mandela, that would be great – it would be nice to understand what made him laugh, what made him relax. I’d love to have dinner with him and just observe him be himself. I would also have the late rapper Biggie Smalls: he was really good at putting words together, so it would be great to understand how he sounds when he’s speaking. I would love to hear what he thinks about hip-hop at the moment.

What are you scared of?
You know The Truman Show [The Jim Carrey film where he is unknowingly on camera 24/7 for a reality TV show]? I’m really scared I’m going to wake up one day and that’s what’s been going on with my life.

Which living person do you despise and why?
Nobody – not even Liam Gallagher. We had a moment of clowning, after the NME Awards, about my hat. But it was never anything more than that.

It was a good three, four months before they said, ‘Yeah, we’re going to do 12 more.’ And that was like winning the lottery.

Which words or phrases do you most overuse?
‘Transparency.’

If you could edit your past what would you change?
‘Miami.’

On the new single, Rihanna attempts to make her vocals the focal point instead of a usual catchy pop beat.  She and Kanye bring the passion when singing about being thisclose to wilin' out and breaking free.  Rebel behavior has become expected of these two, but this time it is set against a simplistic backdrop of black and white visuals.  

Sir Paul McCartney drives the melody on his guitar in the Inez & Vindooh-directed video.  And he just confirmed via Twitter that he will be performing the track alongside Rihanna & Kanye at this Sunday's GRAMMYS.

Over the weekend, Rih & 'Ye took the stage together at the DirecTV pre-Super Bowl party.  And now, they're rumored to be going on tour together.  This image of a Rihanna/Kanye 2015 tour popped up online, and most sites report an "anonymous source sent to them.  So, take it how you wanna.

Rihanna is also set to release a concept album for her upcoming animated film, Home.  It's unclear if this will serve as her 8th studio album she's been teasing for months.

Sources close to the Houston family claim police officers found drugs during a second search of Bobbi Kristina Brown's home.  More inside...

Following a second, more thorough search of Bobbi Kristina's Roswell, GA townhome, cops reportedly found drugs.  While police officials will not go on the record confirming what they found, family sources told TMZ that several items were seized during the search.  Records have also revealed that Maxwell Byron Lomas, a man who had been arrested last month for drug distribution, was with Nick Gordon when they found Bobbi Kristina unconscious.

Meanwhile, another family member spoke exclusively to PEOPLE, revealing that Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown is extremly distraught by the circumstances. "He's so upset," says the family source. "He can hardly put one foot in front of the other."

While reported family members (above, shown outside of the hospital with Nick Gordon) did witness Bobbi Kris open and close her eyes a few times, they are still holding out for additional signs of improvement.  

"The swelling [in her brain] has gone down. The doctor says that that by itself isn't the smoking gun that she's getting better, but it's still a good sign. But she's still not reacting."

In the midst of the storm, the family is keeping a prayer circle at Bobbi Kris' bedside."If she's in there somewhere, we want her to hear us," a family member tells PEOPLE. "We keep it positive. We tell her that God loves her, that we love her. That America is praying for her and that everyone loves her."

Bobbi Kristina's cousin, Jerod Brown, told PEOPLE, "The family appreciates your support. Please, everyone continue to pray for BK. At this point, we want people to pray for a miracle."

For now, Bobbi Kris remains in a medically induced coma.  A source told CNN that the status of her brain function won't be known until the sedatives are reduced.

By now, you know the “Anaconda” raptress and MMG rapper Meek Mill are rumored to be dating. And yesterday, she shared a shot of Meek holding her around her waist as he affectionately kisses her cheek. Chick was all smiles as she looked into the camera rocking a blue and black fur Jitrois coat.

While most assumed it was Meek, some were a little skeptical if the guy kissing Nicki in the pic is really him. So, to verify, here's a couple shots of the "Big Daddy" rapper rocking the same outfit in the Nicki pic, that he posted the same day:

Yep...it's Meek. A PR stunt on Nicki's part....or is she trying to make her ex-boyfriend Safaree jealous? Either way, she's seeking attention...and it's working.

He will star as Darnell Lewis, a man hired by millionaire James King (Will Ferrell) to wash his cars.  Kevin's character ultimately helps Will's character prepare for a prison bid after he was convicted of fraud.  Sounds like a mess.

Reality star Toya Wright is keeping busy, despite issues in her marriage with her husband MempHitz arising.

The Garb boutique owner graces the cover of HOC magazine’s newest issue, flossing her new grey tresses, which she teased fans with via a BTS look last week. ATL fashion designer Reco Chapple had a vision of Toya rocking the pages of his magazine with grey hair, and once he shared his idea with Toya, she replied, “I’ll try anything once!”

Initially, Toya was slated to do the cover with her husband MempHitz, but with everything they have going on in their life, she almost backed out of it completely. When Reco asked her what was going on, she replied, “My husband is going through something bigger than me, so just pray for me and my family”.

She eventually decided to do it and seemed to be in good spirits while posing it up on the set. We will get a behind-the-scenes look of the shoot when it airs on Reco’s upcoming Youtube reality show series “The House That Reco Built”.

According to HOC, Toya has a new book coming this fall, which will cover business tips, relationships tips and she’s supposedly going to give the break down of her separation from her husband. Remember when The Carters went vegan for a while and announced it to the world?  Well, we know everything they announce has a reason behind it.

Ever wanted to know how Beyonce maintains her fabulous bod?  Thanks to a new vegan food system, fans of the "Bootylicious" pop star will be able to join her on the road to health and wellness....kale style!

The new venture, "22 Days Nutrition", is a “plant-based home delivery meal service” created alongside trainer Marcos Borges.  According to the company's press release, the organic meals are non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free and come in a variety of  flavors including the Sesame-Cabbage Lentil Bowl, Ratatouille Pasta with Pesto, and an Almond Blueberry Breakfast loaf.

Bey's "22 Days Nutrition" is rooted in the idea that it takes 21 days to break or make habits.  She added,

"I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example. He is the most energetic person I know and it's all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him."

You'll recall that Beyoncefirst tried veganism a few years ago, with hubby Jay Z, and now she's passing on her own system to fans.  The meals cost $9.76 to $16.50 with plans that include one, two, or three meal a day options. Check out the healthy choices here.

In other Beyhive updates, Bey will reportedly perform during a tribute to Selma on Sunday night, February 8th at the 2015 Grammys.  The tidbit was leaked via Billboard who also noted that Common and John Legendare performing "Glory" from the film's soundtrack.

After being charged with murder and a handful of other felonies, Suge Knight has entered a NOT guilty plea. Soon after, he was hauled off to a nearby hospital. Find out what happened inside….

New developments in the fatal hit-and-run investigation involving Suge Knight have surfaced.

Since turning himself in Friday morning, Marion “Suge” Knight has been officially charged with murder and attempted premeditated murder for his involvement in a hit-and-run incident last Thursday, resulting in the death of 55-year-old Terry Carter and injuring Cle "Bone" Sloan.

His $2.2 million bail was also revoked.

The Death Row founder (above, mugshot from Oct. 2014) went before a judge earlier today and entered a NOT guilty plea for murder and attempted murder. He also pleads not guilty to two felony counts of hit and run and on allegations that he committed a felony while out on bail for another pending case. Suge was out on bail after he was accused of robbery for allegedly stealing a photographer’s camera in October 2014.

After his hearing in the L.A. courthouse, it is being reported an ambulance was called to whisk him off to a hospital after allegedly suffering from a panic attack!

Apparently, he was experiencing chest pains related to a possible panic attack, so he was rushed to the hospital as precaution. You’ll recall in November, he was in a similar situation. Suge was rushed to a hospital after he passed out twice due to blood clots while behind bars. There seems to be a pattern here.

Sounds like he’s trying to avoid the other inmates as much as possible. We know he has made a few enemies over the years. OR he really could be experiencing pain since he was shot multiple times at a pre-VMA party last summer.

The Hip Hop mogul will go back before a judge on Monday for a bail review hearing with his new attorney David Kenner for his robbery charge.

As we told you before, if he is found guilty, he could reportedly be facing life in prison.

Kenya Moore was fired last night during one of the most dramatic "Celebrity Apprentice" boardroom showdowns ever.  Watch it all go down inside and see clips from Kenya's press tour where she jabs Vivica A. Fox and Nene Leakes.   

If you noticed #ToxicTrick trending on Twitter last night, it was coined by "Kill Bill" star Vivica A. Fox during a profanity-laced confrontation with "RHOA" star Kenya Moore.  The two "Celebrity Apprentice" stars went toe-to-toe and word-for-word after Vivica accused Kenya of stealing her cell phone.  The fight was so nasty, famed tv new anchor Geraldo joked that being between Kenya and Vivica was worse than going back to Afghanistan (where he did on the ground reporting in war zones).  Damn!

Following last night's firing, Kenya headed to NYC where she appeared on "Today" and "Wendy".  Here are highlights from both interviews where major shade was thrown at Nene Leakes and Vivica A. Fox.   Oh, and she addressed that sticky cell-phone stealing situation.

On "Phonegate"
I don't think anyone can make sense of that.

Did she steal Vivica's phone?
Ultimately that's what she claimed. It was an accusation. There was no basis for that. This is just another brick thrown at me and I think successful women build a foundation on the bricks thrown at them.

During her conversation with "WENDY"

On if she stole Vivica's phone
Absolutely not. I think the whole thing is quite ridiculous. I don't think I needed to send out a tweet or take someone's phone to win. I was a strong player from the beginning. So I didn't need to resort to such ridiculousness.

Saying she didn't steal Vivica's cell phone:
I think people are entitled to their opinion. If you want to believe that it's true, you believe it. If you don't, you don't. I think that I was made a scape goat. They tried to fire me the week before and I fought my way out of it. I made a bad decision in terms of the creative and that's why I was eventually fired.

Her jabs at Vivica:
"Nobody talks about her face..."
"I never attack women on their looks. I have been a natural girl. I've never tried to turn myself in Maleficent."
"But if I ever need a little tune up, or need to go to the doctor I don't judge....but go have some good work."

On her "Celebrity Apprentice" appearance:
This show is a meritocracy. So we should be winning on or own merit and what we can bring to the table. I had a lot to bring to the table.

On pulling out all stops to win
Well if pulling out the stops means being the most ghetto and ratchet person on tv at the moment, then I guess so. I don't want to bend over and stoop to that level because I might tilt my crown. So I just stay above that.

On Nene:
Well, she tried it. It's nonsense. Nene from day one has been the biggest agitators on our show. She slandered everyone. Last week, she called Claudia [Jordan] a half breed. Said she had so much sex she doesn't have her female parts anymore. And she called her the "W" word no one likes to hear. And she intimated that I lied about the Apollo [Nida] situation. Really, I need to send her a cease and desist for whoever makes her wigs.

On alleged Lupita Nyong'o drama:
I'm a huge fan and I was in my feelings. I saw her and I was like Oh my god it's Lupita. She's a chocolate girl, she won an Academy Award. so of course I'm going to be in support of her.  My friend went to ask for a picture and she was turned her down. I was trying to get a pic with Taylor Swift and she was taking pics with everyone. Everyone was taking pics. I'm still a fan. I still want her to win.

After her firing, Kenya posted a few words about her "Celebrity Apprentice" experience on Instagram saying,

"That's it for me #teamtwirl! Thank you all for riding with me. You all saw the set up last week but I fought my way through it. I tried to be gracious and refrain from losing my cool. Even though the show was shot nearly a year ago, I came in defending myself against people gunning for me and left doing the same. At the end of the day I won $20,000 for the Detroit Public Schools Foundation. Please donate to this amazing charity at DetroitPsfoundation.org. Intelligent people know you cannot believe someone playing a game to eliminate you. Please help to educate the kids of Detroit. Kanye West is on deck to perform two songs at the 2015 Grammys including his surprise collaboration with Rihanna and Paul McCartney "FourFiveSeconds."

Twenty-one-time GRAMMY winner Kanye West, who's up for two awards this year (Best Rap/Sung Collaboration and Best Rap Song for "Bound 2" with Charlie Wilson) will perform two songs during the GRAMMY telecast on CBS, Feb. 8th at 8p (ET/PT).

While Kanye and his team have been secretive about the deets of his upcoming performance, they did issue a press release that revealed he'll "deliver a never-before-seen solo performance".  Will it be for his Nori-inspired song "Only One"? Hmm....

The Grammy stage will also see the debut of his "FourFiveSeconds" collaborative performance with 18-time GRAMMY winner/Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Paul McCartney and seven-time GRAMMY winner Rihanna (see the brand new "FourFiveSeconds" video here).  

And on the heels of their exciting performance at the DirecTV pre-Super Bowl party, there's a lot of speculation about RiRi and 'Ye going on tour together.  

Taking place at the STAPLES Center in LA, the GRAMMYS will be hosted by LL Cool J and will feature performances from Common& John Legend ("Glory"), Beyonce, Usher, Pharrell and Sam Smith.

1.  NBC announced that Kanye and Paul McCartney will join Justin Timberlake, Paul Simon and Taylor Swift as performers during Saturday Night Live's 40th anniversary special, which airs February 15th at 8 p.m. EST on NBC. Now, divorce rumors have sparked once again, of course. Despite there being no audio and several other scenarios that took place.  Decide for yourself inside....

Hip Hop’s power couple Beyonce and Jay Z are still spending much of their time in L.A. And recently, the twosome were spotted having dinner together where spies on the scene captured a few pics of Mr. & Mrs. Carter having what the source claims appears to be a "heated" discussion.
 

In pictures you can view HERE (we can't post them ourselves), while waiting on their food, Bey was involved in a discussion with her husband, with a finger in Hov's direction. Meanwhile, Jay was sitting calmly looking unbothered as he went through his cell phone.

Now, divorce rumors have sparked, yet again. Yep, just based off a couple images.  Sighs…

Since there is NO audio of what was said, the pictures could mean so many different things. Was she mad about something else and simply venting her to husband (since that's what couples and friends do)?  Is it possible she wasn't even mad at all and simply impersonating someone? Was she joking? Was she simply getting something out of her teeth?  It’s hard to tell, based on these flicks that really don't show a thing. A video with audio would have been much better.

Even if an argument was taking place, it doesn't necessarily mean there is trouble in paradise.  Last we checked, all couples argue or come to some type of disagreement, so why would they be any different? If they were, in fact, having an argument (which all couples go through), that doesn’t automatically equal divorce.

Kevin McCall is speaking out on what REALLY went down between him and his daughter’s mother Eva Marcille after that alleged confrontation, which resulted in Eva filing a restraining order against him. He also reveals their quick pregnancy, the drama he had with Chris Brown, and more.

In a new interview with VladTV, singer-songwriter Kevin McCall goes down memory lane, explaining how he and “Top Model” chick Eva Marcille went from being madly in love to literally NOT speaking to one another.

Nowadays, these two can’t seem to find a happy medium to co-parent for the well being of their one-year-old daughter Marley Rae. But it was all-good a couple years ago!

Kevin first talked about how he and Eva--who dated rapper Flo rida before him--first met at a Chris Brown concert. He said she asked for his digits after she saw him perform “Deuces” onstage alongside Breezy. Hmph.

Soon after, the two became serious…fast! And Eva was soon pregnant with their daughter about 2-3 months after their initial meeting.

He said marriage became a hot topic once she became pregnant. He claims she was pressuring him to get married, wanting to go to the Justice of the Peace before the birth of their baby girl. Kevin said he wasn’t ready, and her pressuring him often made him feel uncomfortable.

Then, he went on to talk about the day that an alleged physical altercation went down. You'll recall, Eva filed a restraining order and filed for custody of their one-year-old daughter Marley (who celebrated her birthday this past weekend). A judge granted both of her wishes. He INSISTED he never abused her. However, he did admit he kicked down a door in HIS studio.

The R&B singer also revealed Eva asked him to move BACK in after everything went down... and he did! According to him, she wanted to put it all behind them and still wanted to get married.  But there was one problem: Once the story about him abusing her spilled into the media, she wouldn't speak out to denounce the allegations that he hit her. He said she advised him to keep quiet about it and it would go away, so that's what he did. He wanted to say he didn't do it, but kept quiet for her. Clearly, it was too much for him to handle, so he decided to leave for good.

Remember when he posted those videos of him and Eva arguing to Instagram? Well, he said he did that because she made him look like a woman beater. That conversation went down about a month ago, and they have not spoken since! Yikes.

Getting into his professional life a bit, he talked about bitterness he felt towards Chris Brown (who he is signed to) after Breezy (who signed him to CBE) stopped signing off on new deals which caused the money flow to stop.

In new Columbus Short foolery news….because it never seems to end....a pregnant woman is accusing the fallen actor of abusing her and her son.  And she has filed a restraining order to keep him as far away as possible. Not only that, he allegedly went on a rant threatening Jamie Foxx’s life. Sighs…deets inside….

So it appears Columbus Short isn’t leaving his foolish antics in 2014. The former “Scandal” star is back in the headlines and it’s not for anything good. Dammit Harrison!

It’s being reported that a pregnant woman named Agostina Laneri, who claims Columbus is the father of her baby, has filed a restraining order on the actor after he allegedly turned abusive towards her and her son. She claims he was emotionally abusive to her and soon became physical to her child and now he must stay at least 100 yards away from them.

Then, during one of his rants, he claimed if he had to kill someone he would do it.  And he would be known as the crazy fool who killed Jamie Foxx. Chile...

TMZ reports:

She also claims in the docs, Short told her, "If I choose to kill one of these n****s ... I will do that. I'm that crazy n**** that will be on the news as the n**** that murked [murdered] Jamie Foxx." She says he then went on, "Y'all should be very afraid. Very afraid."

Laneri also claims Columbus hit her child, justifying it by saying the boy needed to learn.

She says he was definitely a threatening dude, once telling her, "Don't forget who I am. I have a knife."

Sound familiar? His estranged wifefiled a restraining order on him back in April 2014 after he allegedly assaulted her, then allegedly threatened her with a murder/suicide. And we all watched his career crash and burn after he lost his job on he hit ABC series "Scandal".

How long is this guy going to self-destruct before he gets it together? We thought he may have learned his lesson after he owned up to all of his mistakes in his public apology to all of his supporters...but maybe not.

In a shocking turn of events, Bobby Brown has revealed that his daughter Bobbi Kristina is not officially married to Nick Gordon.  More Inside...

It seems like yesterday (or more like three years ago), Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon were happily posting photos of their "wedding" rings and professing their love all over social media.

From Instagram to Twitter, the twosome flaunted their relationship in the face of family and friends who were uncomfortable with the progression of their coupling. But a new bombshell dropped by BK's father, Bobby Brown, (via his laweyer) reveals that is was all a sham (from a legal standpoint).

While we can't dispute the nature of their relationship, Bobby Brown did confirm the two never "put it on paper."  In fact, ChristopherBrown (the legal counsel for Bobby Brown) released a statement saying, "Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon."    Also, Christopher added, we are "currently investigating the events that led to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina." 

Hmm...that may explain why we've only seen Nick "outside" of the hospital.  He is not a part of the family (officially).  And according to ABC News and "GMA", all medical decisions for Bobbi Kris are being made by her father.  He had Bobbi Kristina moved to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA which is considered one of the top facilities for neurological problems.

In a new statement released to PEOPLE on Tuesday, Bobby Brown spoke out once again saying, "We continue to request privacy in this matter. Please allow for our family to deal with this matter and give Bobbi Kristina the love and support she needs at this time."

In other Bobbi Kris news, Radar Online published what they claim are some of Bobbi Kristina's final texts. The texts were allegedly sent to a family friend a few days ago, revealing a deep loss over her mother’s death.

“...pain like your heart has been ripped out of your chest.”

“I was ALLLLL my mother lived for. Despite the fame, the fortune, the power — any and everything, my mother has done FOR ME lady.”

“She was and is my everything ma’am. And if you don’t think I don’t know [what] an ounce of HURT anguish and pain is, you are preaching to the wrong women [sic], because I’ve lves [sic] in the public eye since I was born.”
