Melyssa Ford is back in the hospital after the "Blood Sweat & Heels" brawl earlier this week!  Get the deets and the first pics of Melyssa since the incident inside....

That bottle action from castmate Geneva Thomas is the gift that keeps on giving.  A miserable gift.  We've learned that Melyssa Ford was rushed to the hospital again today after her injuries from Tuesday night's brawl between the "Blood Sweat & Heels" co-stars.

Apparently, Melyssa's injuries were more serious than the initial three stitches she received after Geneva allegedly hit her in the head with a vodka bottle at a boat party in Manhattan.

She was being taken back to hospital today because of her head injuries.  We've also learned that she can't walk due to several gashes under her feet from broken glass during brawl.  And based on the pics we nabbed of her hopping on crutches today outside of the hospital, her right foot looks quite injured.

We're told that thanks to all the trauma and drama, she hasn't slept since the incident.

Geneva was arrested after the party brawl and charged with two counts of assault.

Another day, another dating rumor.  This time, it involves actors Tyrese Gibson& Sanaa Lathan.  Are they...or aren't they.  A few intimate dinners this week have folks wondering if they're more than friends.  Deets inside...

Reports state that this past Monday, Tyrese and Sanaa Lathan wind and dined at Pizzeria Mozza in Hollywood.  While no one caught them on camera, the twosome were caught out together on another dinner date Wednesday night.  They hit The Cheesecake Factory in Topanga, CA.  And this is what happened:

When TMZ cameras caught Tyrese exiting the restaurant and asked him about dating Sanaa, he blew them off.  But Sanaa was surely caught in that front seat.

By the way, the pic atop of Sanaa showing off her new ripped jeans, was snapped yesterday....at Tyrese's house.

But, we're not totally believing this dating rumor...yet.

Tyrese and Sanaa have been in this business together for years, and are part of a circle of friends with Taraji Henson and others.  So this could have all been just dinner with a longtime friend.  Or....dinner with a long time friend who is becoming more than a friend?

Or...is this all a cover up for another relationship of Tyrese's?  He's been dating a woman of middle eastern decent named Maya for several years.  Back in March, they spotted together having dinner at Chilli's, and Tyrese attempted to downplay the relationship saying she was a "colleague" at Universal Pictures.  B.S.  We learned they have been dating for 6+ years and are possibly engaged.  For some reason, Tyrese doesn't want the world to know. 

So we wouldn't be surprised if these dinner dates with Sanaa were to simply throw folks off his coupled up scent.

Gospel singer Michelle Williams is headed to reality tv in the Oxygen series 'Fix My Choir'.  She rolled to the series premiere party at Blue Water Grill in a fitted red dress.

Michelle stars in the series with singer Deitrick Haddon, whom you may recognizes as one of the stars of "Preachers Of LA."

Last month, Michelle released her fourth solo disc, the gospel-tinged "Journey To Freedom."

"Braxton Family Values" star Toni Braxton stepped out for the American Friends of Magen David Adom's Red Star Ball.  And to the delight of the photographers and those staring male fans of her...she stepped out braless.

On the red carpet she posed with Dr. Bill Dorfman.  The evening raised more than $5.7 million, making it the most successful single fundraising event in AFMDA history. AFMDA is the American leg of (MDA), which is Israel’s ambulance, blood-services, and disaster-relief organization that serves emergency medical first responders for the state’s 8 million people.

While on the red carpet, Toni revealed that she wants to get married again!  She said, 'I was disappointed in love. I'd think, "Oh God, I'm singing Unbreak My Heart, and it's my life! But now I'm in a better place. I can't wait to get married again.'

And we're not sure what happened to an official "Braxton Family Values" finale, but this recent season has us wondering if it's the last one for the Braxton sisters...

In today’s candids round-up, Nick Cannon was spotted in NYC. During a daytime TV appearance, he dished (once again) on his break-up with Mariah Carey on “The Meredith Vieira Show”. Meanwhile in L.A., Amber Rose, Teairra Marí, Rachel Roy, Iggy Azalea, Evan Ross and his wife Ashlee Simpson Ross were out and about. Find out what they were up to inside…

Nick Cannon has been globe trotting all over since news broke about his split with Mariah Carey in August. He and his client Amber Rose have been spotted making appearances at nightclubs and kiki'ing it up on rollercoaster rides. And in between spending time with Amber (nothing to see here since they CLAIM to just have a platonic relationship), he has been making media appearances to promote his new telefim “Drumline 2: A New Beat” premiering on October 27th on VH1.

There were rumors that Mariah had placed a ban on Nick from saying anything about their divorce, but that hasn’t stopped him from talking.
 

Nick (above leaving “Good Day New York” studio yesterday) recently hit up “The Meredith Vieira Show” where he gets candid on how their divorce is effecting his 3-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan, how the media is playing a part in their divorce and dishes on covering his “Mariah” tattoo.

Below are the highlights:

On dealing with his divorce in the public eye:
Nick: It’s one of those things being someone who is in the public eye you never want to deal with your personal life into public eye but we have to. The media, they can say whatever they want to say and obviously because you are not giving them anything so they kind of create all these stories and make it way worse than it actually is.

On rumors that annoy him:
Nick: You know what I heard the other day, I heard there is a family dispute over our 8 dogs. Its the Jack Russell puppy dispute. They just make up all of these things. It’s truly just staying focused on family and what’s right and getting through these times and doing what’s right for the kids, so that’s just where we are.

On how his twins are handling the split:
Nick: I think they are just happy. They love mommy, they love daddy. Being the fact our situation we have always been people who have been on the go coming and going, there life hasn’t changed one bit. We spend holidays together, we do everything that we are supposed to do together as a family.
Meredith: Well that’s good parenting for sure.

On covering his “Mariah” tattoo:
Nick: I’m still getting it done. It’s like a while work of art, my entire back and my arm and everything. I was leaving the gym going into the studio just having had that work done and they got me. It’s going to be a big reveal but it’s not finished it’s half way done. It’s a lot of pain.

Nick’s client Amber Rose still seems unbothered by her pending divorce from her estranged husband Wiz Khalifa. The budding actress was ready to party arriving at Xen Lounge for the "Sister Code" wrap party in L.A. in a "Biggie" t-shirt.

Although things started to get messy with cheating allegations, Amber and Wiz seem to be getting along nowadays. Amber celebrated her 31st birthday earlier this week. Wiz hopped on Twitter to wish her a Happy Birthday. Amber responded with a thank you and added, #StillLoveYouNoMatterWhat. Oh…so maybe there’s a possible chance for reconciliation? Time will tell…

She told Women's Wear Daily,

“For many years, I’ve endorsed the brands of others like Revlon. I sort of partnered with Coty and started making my own fragrances. But those aren’t my own companies. I decided for my own evolution as a woman and an entrepreneur, it’s time for me to step out and really be part owner of something that I believed in and not just lend my name to a brand,” she said.

Yesterday morning, she was spotted trying to keep dry as she made her way to Ladurée in SoHo for her 10-piece Scandale Paris negligee unveiling. Inspired by classic Scandale ads and wanting to fuse Parisian style into America she said, “I thought this would be the perfect way to bring that Parisian glamour and sophistication that I feel about all things Parisian to America.”

The 48-year-old Oscar winning actress trekked it in a black Rebecca Vallance leather skirt, sexy black lace top and black Louboutin heels.

So what inspired her to do lingerie?

“I understand that women want to feel sexy and beautiful. They want to have undergarments that are very functional, but to still feel beautiful when we take our clothes off. That’s really important and that’s a way to make women feel sexy and validated — all the ways we as women need to feel. And I love lingerie. It’s always been important in my life. This is a very important endeavor that feels very in line with who I am.”

Janay Rice has expressed her feelings about the Halloween costume that makes a mockery of her domestic dispute with husband Ray.  See what she said inside... 

Halloween sometimes brings out the worst in people.  Every year, our Facebook feeds and Twitter timelines are hit with folks dressing up in Blackface (because it's still funny to some) or other offensive costumes in the search of a few laughs.  The photo above shows a new entry into the world of tasteless costumes via the Ray and Janay Rice elevator abuse video. 

While Ray and his legal team fight for his right to return to the NFL, Janay is fighting her own battle...online.  Recently she responded back to a Twitter troll who suggested that her domestic dispute happened because she married a Black man and THEN she was confronted with the costume above taking over her timeline.  Here's what she said... 

We can only imagine the position Janay Rice is in..... having to deal with this in a very public manner.  We hope people stay away from this costume and recognize that domestic violence is not a laughing matter.

Usher is now ready to let the world know about the love of his life: Girlfriend Grace Miguel.  Check out what the Billboard cover guy had to say about his woman inside, plus the status of his indefinitely pushed back album and more...

After years of hiding her under the guise of ONLY being his manager, Usher is opening up about long time girlfriend Grace Miguel.  At 44, she's 8 years his senior (we all know he has a thing for older women).  And it seems she's used her wisdom to help the superstar turn his way of thinking all the way around.

In the new issue of Billboard, cover star Usher spilled his heart about Ms. Grace saying:

 

"I have an incredible partner and manager.  She has helped me through some of the hardest times in my life and my career.

She's someone who has been able to support and understand all of who I am.  Not just as a dancer or as a performer or as a singer, but as a humanitarian and a businessman and as a person.  One thing that has come from having a great partner like Grace is being able to cherish the places that I've gone," he says. "We see the monumental sites, go to the museums, eat in the best restaurants. I'm that guy now! In the past I'd do what I have to do and get on the bus to the next city. Life has become a vacation."

On pushing his album back indefinitely:

"I just ain't ready. Meaning I have more that I want to say and more that I want to do. My process is pretty different. L.A. Reid will tell you, it takes two albums to make one with Usher.

Marketing is more important than it has ever been," he says. "But I'm trying to tear the layers back and make it not so contrived. I think people just want entertainment. For certain artists it might be hard, but they don't have the show."

On his extra fit body

 "These days, I try to eat for my blood type when I'm not eating for the fat kid inside me," he says. His blood type? "A doctor I know came up with it, but hasn't released it yet, so I don't want to tell you too much about it," he explains. "But the idea is to eat the foods that work best for your body. For my blood type the meats I can eat are pork, beef and fish."

On his friendship with Diddy

"I'd say I earned my stripes in New York City. My time with Puff, it gave me chutzpah....I got to see performers like Tupac Shakur," he says. "Redman, Method Man, Ice Cube. I got to perform onstage with The Notorious B.I.G., be in sessions with him and Craig Mack. I got to be part of the driving force that was Bad Boy, that was Puff."

On his current relationship with protege Justin Bieber

"Our relationship is more man-to-man now.  He's making his own decisions and it's important to show support. I can say I'm not happy with all the choices my friend has made, but I'm supportive of him. I try my hardest to give as much positive reinforcement as I can. I'll punch him in the f---ing chest when I need to, and give him a hug and kiss when I need to. It's more than just mentoring. I love the kid."

Season 7 of RHOA won't premiere on BRAVO until Nov. 9th at 8/7c, but the fireworks have already started. It appears that Miss USA Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams have not kissed and made-up since their exchange at last season's reunion became one of the most talked about fights in reality tv history.

During a recent interview with Enstarz, Kenya was asked about Porsha's demotion to "friend" and the shade began. First Kenya said,

"Um, honestly I don't have any thoughts about it." Then she added, "It's just that I've made people relevant on this show for negative occurrences and I'm just not doing that any more. I think people need to stand on their own two feet and not ride my coattails, and you see when they don't ride my coattails, they don't get very far."

We’re well into breast cancer awareness month. And to continue to keep folks informed on breast cancer and women’s health, Planned Parenthood and BET joined forces to throw the “BREAST Party Ever”, a community event to help raise awareness about the importance of breast health in women with early detection through self exams and screenings.

Last night, “Being Mary Jane” star Gabrielle Union and Hip Hop icon Doug E. Fresh came out to support the 2nd Annual Breast Party Ever event at the Overtown Youth Center in Miami.

Gabby, all smiles in a cute & comfortable look, posed it up alongside Planned Parenthood of South Florida and the Treasure Coast CEO Lillian Tamayo. Lillian encouraged the crowd to become advocates in their communities, and to educate others on the importance of annual exams and breast screenings. She said,

“The Breast Party Ever is Planned Parenthood’s way of honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month here in Miami, because we know breast health is a serious matter. For more than 12 years we have provided breast health outreach and education across our service area. Women, men, and young people need to understand their risk and be advocates for their own health and that of the people they love.”
 

Doug E. hopped on the mic to provide the entertainment for the evening.

The Breast Party Ever brought together women, elected officials, entertainers, medical providers and community leaders to help women take charge of their health through breast cancer education and early detection.

Gabby took the podium to speak out on the importance of women being in the know when it comes to their breast health. Knowing all too well how important it is to stay healthy, she shared a personal story about losing a close friend from the unfortunate disease.

And then she partied with guests while Doug E. Fresh performed.

At another event...

Last night, VH1 held a screening for the upcoming telefilm Drumline 2: A New Beat at the Paramount Theater. And it brought out D2 stars Letoya Luckett, Alexandra Shipp and Jordan Calloway.

The former Destiny’s Child member turned budding actress Letoya Luckett stars in the made-for-tv film as the beautiful and intelligent Dr. Nia Phillips. In the film, she has romantic ties to Sean Taylor (Leonard Roberts) and is on a quest to have Sean return as the band’s leader. Problem is, her ex-husband leads their rival band, who is also Sean’s brother.
 

The former “Single Ladies” star is also starring in another telefim titled “Seasons of Love” alongside Taraji P. Henson coming to LIFETIME in late November. She is also working on her third album studio album “Until Then.”

Alexandra Shipp will play Danielle "Dani" Raymond, the brilliant drummer whose goal is to become the first female percussion section leader in the famous Atlanta A&T drumline.

This year has been a success for the young starlet. She is also playing the lead role of Aaliyah in the upcoming LIFETIME biopic (premiering Nov. 15th at 8pm). FUN FACT: Alexandra sings, dances, plays the piano and the guitar. Go girl!

Actor Jordan Calloway joined his cast mates on the red carpet for last night’s event. He plays the talented, cocky complicated kid, Jayven LaPierre, the son of a very famous New Orleans jazz drummer.

And to add a little drumline authenticity, the cast was joined by members of the Brooklyn United Marching Band:

The film premieres Monday, October 27th at 9PM ET on VH1.

Conscious rapper Common is making a much needed return to the silver screen. He recently wrapped up filming for a demanding role as civil rights activist James Bevel in the upcoming film SELMA and we have the first look at the Chi-town rapper on the set.

Common’s character led the monumental 1963 March on Washington and the 1965 Selma Voting Rights Movement. The epic march from Selma to Montgomery culminated in President Johnson signing the Voting Rights Act of 1965, one of the most significant victories for the civil rights movement.

The Ava DuVerney-directed film will follow civil rights activist Martin Luther King Jr. and his supporters in the civil rights movement that forever altered history. British actor David Oyelowo will be starring as Dr. King, Carmen Ejogo as King's wife Coretta Scott King, Cuba Gooding Jr. as veteran civil rights attorney Fred Gray, Lorraine Toussaint as civil rights activist Amelia Boynton, Niecy Nash as teacher Richie Jean Jackson and Oprah Winfrey and Brad Pitt will serve as producers. The film will hit theaters on December 25, 2014.

In an act of declaring her single status, she popped up on the red carpet at the wrap party for her upcoming rom-com “Sister Code” at the Xen Lounge in Studio City Thursday rocking a “Ms. Rose” nameplate (above).

While on the carpet, the video vixen turned actress chatted with HipHollywood, where she opened up about how devastating it is to be going through a public divorce and revealed she still misses her husband very much. She dished,

Taking a break from filming, “How To Get Away With Murder”, star Viola Davis and her adorable daughter Genesis spent their Friday evening picking pumpkins for Halloween.  Peep this adorableness.

The mother-daughter duo hit up Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood with family. And Viola couldn’t get enough kisses from her precious baby girl.

In TV news, “How To Get Away With Murder” has been nominated for Logo TV’s 2014 Now Next Award. You can find out if the ABC series is the winner when it airs Dec. 7th on Logo and re-airs Dec. 12th on MTV.

In Brooklyn....

Looks like Willow Smith is gearing up to kick off her singing career once again.

After releasing a few tracks of her own, 13-year-old Willow Smith was tapped to perform before a packed crowd at The Fader magazine’s FORT concert in Brooklyn last night.

Before her 14th birthday this Halloween, she and her brother Jaden Smith wowed the stage with their performance, vibing to some of their original tunes. Willow performed a few tracks from her upcoming EP titled 3, which is expected to be released on iTunes Nov. 10th.
 

After performing three tracks from her forthcoming EP, she brought her brother Jaden up to rock out on stage to her 2010 debut hit “Whip My Hair.”

She was also joined on stage by songstress SZA to perform their duet “Domino“ at The Fort for the magazine’s three-day music event.
 

And the Smith kids had a little fun backstage before rocking the mic. Ha!

Tired of wearing contacts to change her eye color, Tiny has taken it to the next level and allegedly got implants to change her eye color. No really. Deets inside….

First breast implants, then booty injections…now eye color-changing surgery?

Since returning from a recent vacay with herdaughter Zonnique and hubby T.I., “Tiny & Shekinah’s Weave Trip” star Tiny Harris came back with a brand new look…ice gray eyes. And apparently, she allegedly went under the knife for the permanent fix.

Once she debuted her new eye color on Instagram, rumors sparked that the reality star had undergone surgery to have her iris color changed.

Confirming rumors herself, she hopped on Instagram and confirmed she did indeed have surgery to permanently change the color of her eyes using implants to change the color from brown to “ice-gray”. She thanked the doctor who performed the procedure and seemed pleased with the "exceptional customer service" she received. She allegedly posted (and deleted):

Over the weekend, Ciara celebrated her 29th birthday with some family fun at the zoo, and she was joined by her son Future Jr., bestie LaLa Anthony and La’s son Kiyan. Meanwhile, Swizz Beatz’s son Prince Nasir had a teen bash at Lil Wayne’s skate park for his 14th birthday. Peep the birthday fun inside….

New mom Ciara skipped out on the club scene and decided to bring in her 29th birthday with a super chill trip to the zoo. And course, she brought along her 5-month-old son Baby Future, her bestie LaLa Anthony and her son Kiyan for some family fun with the animals at Central Park Zoo in NYC.

While LaLa held on to Future Jr., CiCi and Kiyan explored the exhibits, crawling inside a huge tortoise shell to see what it would be like to be a land-dwelling creature inside of a shell. Cute.

Then they hopped into a giant sized turtle egg and Ciara said, "A Turtle Laid An Egg, and This Came Out! #GoldenEgg!#PerfectBirthdayFun".

CiCi was all smiles snapping a selfie with a goat named Virgo until....

Virgo got a little hungry and tried to munch on her hair! Ha!

While Ciara and Kiyan explored the zoo, LaLa held Baby Future close as he looked around and explored in his own way. 

Then after the zoo....

The ladies and little gents trekked it to the Upper Eastside for some delectable desserts at chocolate and coffee shop Serendipity 3. The birthday girl enjoyed a massive Oreo sundae all to herself. Looks deelish!

While the "Body Party" singer enjoyed her sweet treat, Kiyan schooled Future Jr. how to operate an iPad. Too cute!

Swizz gave a birthday shoutout to his young king saying, "Happy Bday to my oldest Prince @nasbeatz love you so much. I wish you endless blessings".

And the icing on the cake was when Nasir got the chance to hang out with one of his favorite rappers to bring in his b'day. Sweet!

We are months away from the premiere of the 2014 remake of the 1982 classic musical film Annie.

Yesterday, Tyrese Gibson and his cute daughter Shayla hosted their very own private screening of the flick in their outdoor home theater for family and close friends in Woodland Hills. And it looked like fun times.
 

Former SVP of Production for Columbia Pictures (who recently inked a new production deal with SONY) came out to check out the film. DeVon thanks Tyrese and Shayla for their hospitality saying, “Thank you to the homie @tyrese and his beautiful daughter Shayla for hosting an epic advance screening of @anniemovie !!! At their home in their backyard amphitheater! Truly a night to remember! @anniemovie comes out Dec 19th”. 

Cute.

Larenz Tate (who is returning to star on “House of Lies”) also came out to check out the family flick.

Annie, starring Academy Award winner Jamie Foxx and Oscar nominated actress Quvenzhane Wallis, was produced by Will Smith and Jay-Zand will hit theaters Dec. 19th. The Annie soundtrack will be released a few days before the film on Dec. 15th.

Mo'ne Davis is having the best year ever.  The 13-year-old prodigy of a baseball player went from the Little League World Series to throwing out the first pitch at the World Series Saturday.  And nailing it, obviously. 

Check out the record holder doing what she does best, plus her new Chevy commercial that teaches America what "throwing like a girl" really means...

We've talked about her 70 mph fastball and making history by becoming the first female in history to pitch at shut out game at the Little League World Series.  Now, Mo'ne Davis is still taking over 2014.  The real life YBF chick threw out the first pitch at yesterday's World Series Game 4 at AT&T park.

Christina Milian and LA baller Nick Young was spotted out with their kiddies this weeknd. Meanwhile, Blac Chyna left her son King Cairo behind as she made her way through LAX. Peep their candids inside….

Taking a break from jet-setting with her rumored beau Lil Wayne, Christina Milian grabbed breakfast with her favorite little girl… 4-year-old daughter Violet.

The mommy-daughter duo threw on some leggings and t-shirts before trekking it to Subway in L.A. to fuel up for the day.

Violet is growing up fast! And is so adorably cute. Look at that face! We will be seeing more of little Violet on her mom's upcoming E! docu-series. The show is tentatively titled "Christina Milian Turned Up" and it is set to premiere in 2015.

L.A. Lakers baller/Iggy Azalea’s boyfriend Nick “Swaggy P” Young was in full daddy-mode taking his adorable son Nick Jr. to pick pumpkins. The NBA player and his 2-year-old spent their day at Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood.

Earlier this week, Nick starred in some festive shots for Forever 21’s holiday ad campaign alongside his girlfriend Iggy. It appears daddy Nick will be asking his son for modeling pointers. Nick Jr. nabbed his first modeling gig for a high-end children's clothing line called Roubleau. And we hear he’s a natural.

And while munching on a hot dog, Nick was nice enough to chat it up with the photogs. Nice.

And at LAX....

Dressed in all black, her Chanel bag, LV luggage and a pair of Timbs, Blac Chyna rumped her way through LAX airport, sans her baby boy King Cairo.

Earlier this week, the video vixen dressed up as a “naughty nun” to party it up with Amber Rose for her 31st birthday. In true Blac Chyna fashion, she left hardly anything to the imagination.

Much like her everyday wear.  And while her son’s father continues to shoot down rumors he’s dating 17-year-old Kylie Jenner, Tyga did open up on why he and Chyna went their separate ways. He told VIBE,

“We decided to take a break apart ’cause you don’t wanna raise an emotionally unstable child, and that’s what it comes down to,” he said. “It wasn’t my happiness, and it wasn’t her happiness. It was for the sake of King.”

 

Well good for them. They may be “broken up” but they're definitely still spending time in bed….
