Doing the Super Bowl with Madonna doesn’t really change Nicki Minaj’s personal goals. My goal right now is still to put out Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, sell five million copies eventually, and tour every country in the world. That’s what I’ve been working toward. So while the world is talking about, “Oh my God, I can’t believe Nicki Minaj was at the Super Bowl!” I’m mixing and mastering my music. In my scheme of things it’s way bigger.
You’re on track to hit all your marks in 2012. Grammy solo set? Check. New album and tour? Check, check. Five million in sales? Possibly. What else?
I’m working on my fragrance and my apparel line. They took stuff that I’ve worn, focused on what I like, and then they started doing sketches. They’re pretty amazing. I was like “Oh my God, the kids are going to love this.” It’s not gonna get done overnight, but I know that it’s something they’re going to love.
What’s your off-stage persona?
I’m the biggest homebody. But I’ve been like this. Nothing about me has changed since I got fame. I never liked to go to clubs. I never liked to go out. I don’t know where that public craziness came from. I was always like a comedian to my friends and family, but in a lot of ways I’m shy. I think people read my shyness as being mean. They misinterpret it. The first and only person who ever called me out for being shy was Wayne.I always got a kick out of the endless debates over who was managing you. I’ve known you through three sets of managers [Deb Antney, Puffy and James Cruz, and Hip Hop Since 1978] and in every case, it was always clear that...

I meet people that are smart every day. I love collaborating with creative people. I’m not walking around saying I know everything. Hell fucking no. I want to build something. I just don’t allow anyone around me who drops the ball constantly. I’ve never been happier with my current management, because Gee Roberson is such an intelligent man. I learn from him every day, and I’m very, very turned on by people that I learn from. Not sexually—I just love being enlightened. All artists should want to learn the business as they go along. If you’re in this shit, talking about how you just want to be an artist, you’re fucking stupid. It makes me cringe.
If I wasn’t doing it, I wouldn’t believe it’s possible. I remember when I was working with Jay-Z. It was like, “Oh my God. Did I really just do a song with Jay?” I worked with Mariah and it wasn’t commercially successful. But I had fun and I made a real friendship with her. It was, obviously, a life-changing moment for me. It does feel like every moment is getting bigger and bigger. Not only did I get a call to do a song with Madonna, but then I got a call to do a video with Madonna, and then—oh, by the way—you’re going to do the Super Bowl with Madonna. This is not really happening.

"RHOA" star Kim Zolciak has revealed that she is pregnant with her second child with husband Kroy Biermann! Get the deets inside.....
Reality star Kim Zolciak may be aiming for a season two of her spinoff "Don't Be Tardy For The Wedding" (debuting April 26) as she has announced that she's four months pregnant!
She confirmed the news to "Life & Style" saying, "Kroy and I are so excited. To decide we wanted to get pregnant again and have it happen so quickly was such a blessing."
You may remember that Kim recently gave birth to she and Kroy's first child, 10-month old son Kroy Jagger (KJ) Jr., last May. And they are also the parents of Kim's daughters, Brielle, 15, and Ariana, 9, from a previous marriage.
Though a baby boy would balance out the sexes among the kids, Kim said she doesn't know the sex. "People are going to be shocked, because nobody knows...I'm so that KJ will have a little buddy."

During a chat with Power 105.1's Cherry Martinez, Tashera Simmons dished on her new reality show she will appear on, VH1's "Couples Therapy," and her childhood romance with DMX. Here are some highlights:
ON HOW SHE WILL NEVER LOVE ANYBODY ELSE THE WAY SHE LOVES X:
“That’s my childhood sweetheart. We met when we were 11; that’s when we first met. Then we got together when we were 18. So he’s really, like, all I’ve ever known.”
ON DMX VERSUS EARL (X’S REAL NAME):
“No, but guess what, I love Earl. You know what I mean? Because Earl is who I met; that’s who I fell in love with…he definitely has different personalities.”
“He definitely is bipolar. He switches up so much, but it’s like when I met him, he was Earl. And as he came into this industry, I’ve seen him turn into X and now it just got full blown. And it’s like, you already know, this industry is just so crazy. Now Earl is just…and it’s like, that’s who I’ve been holding onto for so long.”
VH1′s "Couples Therapy," premieres on Wednesday (March 21) at 9 pm on VH1.

Lenny Kravitiz, who stars in the upcoming huge blockbuster The Hunger Games, spoke to Celebuzz about his character, Cinna, whom many fans think is bisexual.
"I’ll be quite frank with you — I didn’t know about Hunger Games — so when I’m telling kids and they say, ‘Who are you playing?’ and I say Cinna, they go, ‘Oh you’re playing the gay guy.’ That was an actual answer. I’ve never brought that up yet. That’s how they perceived it. So I thought about it, and I read the book and I don’t see that he is or isn’t [gay]. He’s a designer, he’s a stylist, he has gold eyeliner—that doesn’t mean anything either way.”
His co-star, Elizabeth Banks (Effie), added,
“I always read the Capitol as f—ked up pansexuality, everybody is doing everybody. Back to Greek and Roman times! It’s all happening.”
Lenny also revealed that he used a close friend as inspiration for the character.
"I actually have a friend who is a dancer who is bisexual, and he was a lot of inspiration for my speech pattern and my rhythm, and kind of the way I sauntered in and out a little bit.”

On how the industry has transformed over the years
"I feel that the next generation is a lot younger and more talented. With technology you can now be your own record company, director, producer, etc. If you have talent you can display it on the Internet and the world will tell you their thoughts in the matter of seconds! Look at how many new artists have emerged from YouTube videos. Entertainment as a whole has changed, but what doesn’t change year after year? To be successful in this industry you have to learn to adapt. The business was different 10 years ago; people did it for the love and the feeling they get when they perform. Nowadays it’s more about the fame."

After a stint in rehab last year, El Debarge has once again been caught in possession of drugs. He was reportedly arrested in L.A. yesterday....and cops suspect he may have been attempting to sell them.

According to TMZ, crooner El Debarge, who has suffered a long battle with substance abuse, was arrested yesterday afternoon in Encino, CA for being in possession of drugs with intent to sell. The site states:
El was popped around 2 PM in Encino, CA ... after LAPD officers observed him participating in what appeared to be a drug deal with another man near the 101 Freeway.
DeBarge was arrested for possession of narcotics with intent to sell. It's the 3rd time El has been arrested for drug possession since 2001.
He was hauled to a nearby jail where he was booked and released on $30k bail. El is due back in court next month.
His brother James is currently serving time for assault with a deadly weapon and drug charges. Hope El gets this together....

Well isn't this special. If you saw the episode on this season's "Khloe & Lamar" where Khloe Kardashian's bestie/actress Malika Haqq was dating Arizona Cardinals star Adrian Wilson, you will know why him renewing his vows with his WIFE this month is very convenient.
Now, Adrian is explaining the "cheating" rumors about him dating Malika while still married, but separated. And took his wife to Hawaii this month to renew their vows...
On this season of "Khloe & Lamar," ATL star (who happens to be Khloe's bestie and has appeared on all the Kardashian shows faithfully) Malika Haqq started dating NFL star Adrian Wilson. The relationship began to wear on her, though, when she began to feel guilty for dating him knowing he was married. But separated.
Malika even got into a fight with married Khloe over it, who was trying to discuss with Malika why she felt guilty. Malika essentially said she feels she's breaking up his kids' family, and knows that she could be the reason Adrian and his wife are not reconciling. So she made the hard decision to take a step back.
Now, Adrian tells Essence.com he doesn't like how he was portrayed. So he's dishing on his take on dating Malika during his separation. Oh, and he decided to reconcile with his wife, Alicia, and give her the "wedding of her dreams" in Maui on March 11th. The couple renewed their vows in front of 60 of their friends and family during a beach ceremony--with 2 gown changes from Alicia (both pictured above). Must be nice....
Adrian Wilson on accusations he "cheated" with Malika on "Khloe and Lamar":
"We were separated for six months. That’s what everybody doesn’t understand. We were separated for a while. Getting back together was something that we had to talk about for a very long time. But at the end of the day, that’s not what is most important to me. It’s no longer on my mind. I told my wife all about it and about everything that happened before the show even aired. She was well-prepared for everything — for the backlash and all that stuff."

Last night in D.C., R&B crooner Robin Thicke chatted exclusively with TheYBF.com about his recent arrest for weed possession, if there's a baby #2 in the works and why he thinks his wife Paula Patton should play Whitney Houston in the upcoming biopic (which he thinks is happening way too soon). Deets inside....
Mr. Robin Thicke serenaded the packed Park at Fourteenth in Washington D.C. last night. The 35-year old singer performed “Love After War,” “Lost Without You,” “Pretty Little Heart,” and ended his set with the Marvin Gaye classic, “Sexual Healing.”
He was every bit the laid back, smooth gentleman that we expected. Here’s what he shared with TheYBF.com about his and Paula Patton’s relationship, his son Julian's upcoming playdates with Blue Ivy Carter, who he thinks should play Whitney Houston in a biopic, and his weed bust.
YBF: Who do you think should play Whitney Houston in a movie?
Robin: "My wife [Paula Patton]! She reminds me of Whitney Houston. And when she was first starting, she was going out on auditions, they were like ‘ you know you remind me of that Halle Berry meets Whitney Houston.’ She got that a lot when she first started. So she’s been getting a lot of Twitter’s and Google’s about her playing Whitney Houston. But I think it’s way too soon. I think anybody that tries to do Whitney within the next year or two is a big mistake."
"Everybody just wants to appreciate Whitney for the genius that she was, and let everything else come in a few years. Besides my remake of course. That wasn’t for attention, it was just out of appreciation. But everyone that’s gonna make a movie is gonna wanna make money off of it and it’s all gonna get jumbled and no one is gonna wanna tell the bad stuff because it’s too soon. And then you wont get the real story that what makes a human being a human being is their greatness and weakness. And Whitney was one of the greatest singers of all time, so it’s gonna be hard to tell that story honestly."
So you and Paula have been together since high school. How have you both been able to channel the negative feedback towards your interracial relationship?
"If you've been dealing with it for twenty years, sooner or later you wouldn’t let it bother you anymore. We’re not worried about the interracial stuff because that's just other people having to deal with their own issues about how they see the world and how they've been treated. If you got a problem with any other race, then some of those races haven’t treated you right. I’ve learned that with us, we try to focus on taking care of our baby, taking care of each other, and trying to change the negativity in the world one day at a time instead of trying to change it all at once."
So your son Julian is having his 2nd birthday on April 6th, how are you all celebrating?
"We haven’t figured it out yet. We don't know if it’s a Barney party or maybe doing pony rides. My wife says as long as there’s cotton candy, she’s happy. So cotton candy for mama and pony rides for the babies. My father has a place in Santa Barbara outside of L.A. that has a ranch with a lot of horses and stuff. I think we might just take a few of our friends and their kids to just have a baby day. We get enough adult days."
Will Julian be hanging out with other celebrity babies like Blue Ivy?
"I’m sure they’ll naturally end up hanging out. I mean, I was born in Hollywood so I have a lot of Hollywood friends. One of my most famous actor friends was talking about babies and said, ‘I gotta get one for the house.’ It was pretty funny, it was a good line. I think it’s natural, with who our friends are ,when they have children we’ll end up hanging out together. And Jay and Beyoncé are probably my most favorite couple in the whole world."
So are you all expecting to have another baby soon?
"No. Not expecting, not planning. We are protecting ourselves from it. I think because of our schedules and because of the amount of love, we are both big love bugs. We have big hearts so we give the kid so much. I don't know how we could split that into another kid. Maybe in five years, but right now it seems like momma, and dada, and baby is plenty right now."
Any update on your recent legal situation?
"Oh, the weed? Oh no that's done."

Talk about juicy. The ex-wives of Eddie Murphy, Prince, Will Smith, Jose Canseco and R. Kelly are all about to be in one room. On one show. Producers at VH1 are making that vision a "reality" with their upcoming series "Hollywood Exes." Get the deets inside....
With perhaps one of the best reality show concepts heard thus far, VH1 is going to put the ex-wives of some of the world's biggest stars together for a reality as only they can. It's been rumored this was happeneing....and now it is.
The working titles of the series is "HOLLYWOOD EXES" and will star Nicole Murphy (ex wife of Eddie Murphy – 13 years), Jessica Canseco (ex wife of Jose Canseco - 4 years), Sheree Fletcher (ex wife of Will Smith – 3 years), Mayte Garcia (ex wife of Prince – 3 years), and Andrea Kelly (ex wife of R. Kelly – 12 years). The network expects the show to premiere in the summer of 2012 with 10 one-hour episodes.
The show is described this way:
Hollywood ex-wives are part of an exclusive sorority whose members' lives seem to mirror that of a modern day Cinderella fairytale. But all the fame and fortune of marrying a celebrity may seem fun and glamorous at first, but it often comes with a price tag. Living in the shadow of your very famous husband can take its toll on your psyche when you feel second to his career.
These five women, who have all been friends for years and in some cases for as long as 20 years, want to show the world they are more than just a trophy wife with a pretty face. They want to establish themselves as independent, successful women and bring relevance and honor to themselves separate from their very famous exes...even if there is a little drama along the way.
"These extraordinarily strong women adjusted to and endured a lot while their ex-spouses won fame and fortune defining pop culture for that moment," said Jeff Olde, Executive Vice President, Original Programming & Production, VH1.
