Singer Janelle Monae covers BUST Magazine’s August/September issue where she talks about her upcoming album The Electric Lady (September 10th).  Speaking about the disc, she told the mag,

Kenya Moore has signed on for season six of "RHOA" and rumor has it that her salary is $600K!  Decide if we believe it inside..... 

For many "RHOA" fans, Kenya Moore was the main reason they tuned in to season five.  From "Gone With The Wind Fabulous", to her "Stallion Booty" vs "Dookey Booty" video, Kenya managed to keep most of the attention to herself.  Now, Andy Cohen and the execs over at BRAVO are rewarding her very nicely.  According to US Weekly, BRAVO is bringing Kenya back for a whopping $600K. 

Thanks to her huge pay raise, an insider told Us, "Kenya is very happy to be back!"  And with such a hefty salary increase, we hope Kenya plants her feet on solid ground and avoids any more eviction drama.  

A second insider spilled a few other payroll secrets, saying,"NeNe [Leakes], Kim [Zolciak] and Kandi [Burruss] make $800,000 a season but they can make more for doing certain special things, like Kim taking off her wig. Phaedra and Porsha make $50,000 per season."

Although other reports put Nene Leakes at the $1 Million mark for season 6 of "RHOA", we realize contract negotiations are secretive and usually the numbers are a little off. But perhaps Kenya More DID bring in $600K worth of ratings.

Thursday on"The Real", recording artist and social media correspondent for "The Voice", Christina Milian, joined  Tamar Braxton, Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai and Tamera Mowry-Housley at the round table to discuss being a single mother to her daughter Violet, losing her pregnancy pounds and what she's doing get get her butt back!  Here are the highlights:

On being a single mom:

It’s difficult at times, but I think we’re in a day and age where it’s more acceptable to be a mom that’s working. And so in cases where we’re in the entertainment industry, I’m able to bring my nanny and she brings my daughter and I spend time with her at lunch break or anytime in between what I’m doing…She comes to the studio. But other times when I can’t spend that time, it’s the morning. I make sure that I make her some breakfast in the morning and we get that hour to two hours in. I usually run late to wherever I’m going. She’s like mommy don’t leave, but it’s so worth it. It’s our special time.

On losing her baby weight:

My daughter Violet is 3 1Ž2 (years old). She is a handful. She's just crazy, fun. My little best friend. It's crazy even at that age right now. We're just so close. But she loves to make me laugh. And she's just constantly performing. She's doing new things everyday…I tried to get in shape immediately after having the baby because I was ready to get back to work.

It took me the full nine months of actually being pregnant, a full nine months of actually taking the same weight off. And I'm still not back at the shape that I was before I had a baby.

On getting her butt back:

I like the meat in the new places that it wasn’t at before. It's like, ‘Oh, now I have some hips and a little something’…I actually lost my butt after I had the baby. I had no booty at all so I had to start working out to get my butt back…I had a big old booty when I was pregnant and then I had her and it disappeared. It made me very upset but I'm glad it's back.

Rev. Al Sharpton (who's still technically "married") has responded to critics of his relationship with a much younger woman.  Find out what Rev. Al said inside....

Some folks (including us) have been raised their eyebrows at Rev. Al Sharpton, the civil rights activist turned MSNBC-star, who's been stepping out on the town with a much younger woman, 35-year-old Aisha McShaw on his arm.  

We never expected the 58-year-old tv star to let grass grow under his feet, but it's common knowledge that he and his wife Kathy Sharpton have NEVER divorced.  Though they separated in 2004, Kathy still has papers on Rev. Al.

But that has not stopped Aisha from claiming Rev. Al in public.  When the Daily News bumped into Aisha and Rev. Al at at the New York County Democratic Committee Award Ceremony a few night ago, they ask her about her relationship and she replied, “I’m his girlfriend.” Of course Rev. Al ushered her away......quickly.

Now Rev. Al may not want the world to know the exact nature of his relationship Aisha (which is why he doesn't want her talking to press) but he did have a message for the nosey critics.

When Rev. AL found out that we were all a little concerned about his love life, his publicist, Rachel Noerdlinger, told RumorFix,

"His exact words to me were, ‘Rachel, I’m not announcing an engagement or a marriage. Don’t I have a right to date when my marriage has been over for a decade?’”

Rev. Al....you have every right to be boo'd up (especially if your marriage is over). We're just wondering why you and Kathy don't go ahead and complete that paperwork??!!

Photographer Kawai Matthews (above, left) has captured the newly launched #ForTrayvon Campaign. For the photoshoot, Chris Brown, Meagan Good, Vanessa Bell Calloway, Dawn Richard and hot YBF couple Eva Marcille and Kevin McCall each raised their hands in memory of Trayvon.

According to their press release, the launch of www.FORTRAYVON.org and its #ForTrayvon social media campaign was spearheaded by I AM READY Foundation founder Jason Lee to directly benefit The Trayvon Martin Foundation to assist in creating awareness of how violent crimes impact families of the victims and provide much-needed support for those families.

Jason spoke about the foundation saying, 

"I launched my foundation to create programs that would address the issues that seemed to constantly plague my community. After my brother's murder, ending senseless violence was at the top of the list. As a witness of his murder and a victim of gun violence myself, I understand implicitly the pain that is felt daily by families and communities like Trayvon Martin's."

While some celebs participated in protest rallies around the country, and others, like Mary Mary have joined Stevie Wonder to boycott the state of Florida's Stand Your Groud Law, it's just good to see our celebs speaking out and using their fame to make a difference in any way they see possible.

Vivica Fox lost her edges cool on tonight's episode of "L.A. Hair."  And it was all because a stylist wasn't up to par when it came to her professionalism of getting the wig styling done on time for a shoot.

As we all know, Aunt Viv launched her Vivica Fox Hair Collection a few years ago.  So, for her most recent promo shoot, Vivica took her wiggery to celeb hairstylist Kim Kimble's folks so they could work their magic.  And stylist China made Viv fly into a controlled rage when she showed up late and completely unprepared for the shoot.

According to WWD, Barneys has remained mum when asked about the collabo talks, but with Jay's recent musical assets that scream a love for fashion ("Tom Ford"), a collabo isn't too far fetched.

Singer Chris Brown dons a classic tuxedo and tie for the cover of BLANK Magazine.  See his photoshoot inside and see Skylar Diggins modeling her Nike Air Force 1s.

"Fine China" singer Chris Brown covers the the latest issue of BLANK Magazine. For the cover, Mr. Breezy went on his high fashion tip and posed in a classic black and white tuxedo, while the rest of the pictorial shows him posing by a pool and inside a Hollywood Hills mansion. The black and white spread was shot by photographers Gomillion and Leupold.

And things seem to be going Chris' way in terms of that hit-and-run incident that led to his probation being revoked. In fact, the case is on the verge of getting dropped.  His rep told Hollywood Life,

“Two counts against Chris Brown were dismissed yesterday in relation to the Hit and Run charge to which Chris pleaded Not Guilty. In order for the charge to be heard by a judge, Chris has to be officially booked. We expect this charge to be dismissed as well, as the lawyer for the driver in this case clearly specified that his client did not want to press charges"

You def dodged that one Chris.....

Unfortunately, the young lady who claimed that Chris pushed her at a club last month has decided to pursue her case. She wants $25K.  We will let you know how far she gets with this case.....

NY Knicks star Amar'e Stoudemire married his long time love and the mother of his three children, Alexis Welch, in a lavish dream wedding in Miami, FL.  Get the deets on the nuptials inside.....

Amer'e Stoudemire and Alexis Welch (who are currently on vacation in Israel with their kids) revealed their exclusive wedding photos and details to Essence magazine.  

Here's the rundown of the ish YOU want to know about the wedding:

• The Dress: Alexis chose a stunning gown by J. Anton for Ever After Miami. She said,"That was a special moment for me. Seeing my dress fully done for the first time. Since I was pregnant for most of the time between our engagement and our wedding, I didn't really get to try it on."
• The Ring:  Alexis' 8.5 carat diamond ring was designed by Amar'e, who popped the question in Paris in June 2012.
• The Wedding jacket: Stylist Rachel Johnson said, “Alexis and I were texting back and forth during the Grammy’s and she loved what Wiz Khalifa was wearing that night. And it was a white jacket with a black shawl collar. And so that was also part of what I pitched, and that’s what Amare gravitated towards. But because Alexis wanted everything to be embroidered and feel regal, and somewhat over the top, we went with an embroidered back detail. It probably took about two months for it to be created, and it arrived maybe two weeks before the wedding. The bridal atelier Ever After applied all of that bead work and the result was literally icing on the cake.”
• The bridal shower - Alexis had a party with 40 of her female friends and fam during a Kentucky Derby themed brunch in the Sorrento Penthouse at the Fontainebleau Hotel.
• Reception and rehearsal attire:  Alexis donned a Giambattista Valli Couture gown from Spring 2013 collection for the reception while Amare’s looked suave in a red suit by Lanvin, paired with a tee with the STAT family crest, and retro Jordan 11s.
• On the couple meeting at the altar: Alexis said, "I felt comfortable. I felt safe. As soon as I saw him, I wasn't nervous anymore." Amar'e added, "I was almost in somewhat of a daze, but I was at peace. It was a very gratifying feeling to be standing up there with Alexis."
• The shoes - Alexis wore custom shoes froom Nicholas Kirkwood. Her stylist Rachel Johnson said, “They were happy to accommodate us. We utilized existing silhouettes but we had carte blanche at choosing our fabric, choosing our lining, choosing the colors of the soles”.
• The ballers in the audience: An array of athletes came out to support Amar'e including Carmelo Anthony, Iman Shumpert, JR Smith, Allan Houston (retired) and the Raptors' Rudy Gay. Professional athletes Victor Cruz, Kurt Thomas and Drew Gooden.
• Amar'e on having his kids at the wedding:  (Assata, Ar’e, Amar’e Jr. &baby Alijah) in the wedding, "Seeing my wife walk down the aisle and having my children be in the wedding was one of my favorite moments,” reflects the groom. “My son Alijah actually made quite a few noises, but of course only during the moment of silence [laughs].”
• Alexis on her gold, red velvet wedding cake:  "We chose our cake because we wanted something royal and regal. In magazines I've always seen cakes with gold trim or gold accents, but never a fully gold cake. We wanted our cake to be something completely different."
• Amare on the wedding party (Six bridesmaids, 11 groomsmen, and three of their four children:  "It felt like I was a king in the ancient times of Abraham, especially with all of my groomsmen standing by my side.  My friends and my family look up to me, and we are all extremely close. When I was standing up there with everyone surrounding me, I knew that I was making the right choice and that everyone supported us."

VH1 has revealed the official trailer for the made-for-TV movie CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story (airing October 21). The film stars Lil Mama, KeKe Palmer, and Drew Sidora as Left Eye, Chilli, and T-Boz.  In the teaser, we watch the ladies recreate the videos for TLC’s hits “Waterfalls” and “No Scrubs,” and their resemblance is spot on! 

In other TLC news, the group has revealed the details about their new album.  According to a new press release, Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas and Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins have re-signed with L.A. Reid to LaFace under Epic Records and will release their album on October 15.

Though the project does not have a name yet, it will feature fan favorites, biggest hits, plus four all-new songs including “Meant to Be,” (penned by Ne-Yo and used in the VH1 Original Movie); and “Posh Life” (produced and co-written Dallas Austin).

T-Boz and Chilli have also tapped Lil' Mama to perform with them at VH1’s Mixtape Festival in Hershey Park, PA on July 26-27.

Chill spoke about the addition saying,

“For 10 years we have been mourning the death of our sister Lisa, and although we have discussed the option of bringing in someone to perform with us, it never felt right at the time,” said Chilli. “Watching Lil Mama on the set of our movie CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story reminded us of Lisa’s spirit, and, for the first time since her passing, we felt everything come together in an organic way.”

T-Boz added,

“Lil Mama’s authentic style, although very different from Lisa’s, got our creative juices flowing. By bringing her in, we will continue to keep TLC’s music alive for a new generation of fans. We are thrilled to be writing this new chapter in the TLC story.”

Lil Mama expressed her excitement saying,

“Lisa Lopes was a one-of-kind performer who cannot be replaced,” said the 23-year-old rapper. “I am grateful to Chilli and T-Boz for the confidence they had in me to portray her in the film and to invite me to perform and record with them and pay tribute to her incredible talent.”

On why he almost skipped an interview due to anger over George Zimmerman's acquittal:

“I was at the L.A. Dodgers game with my girlfriend,” Jordan revealed to rolling out. “And once the verdict was read, you could see how it affected the crowd. You could see the people in the audience, one person finding out from the next. People were just talking to one another about the verdict. After the game, I had to go to a Q-and-A session for the film. My heart was hurting so bad that I thought about skipping the interview. I didn’t know how to respond or express myself in a manner that I should have. But I sucked it up and went to do the interview. I spoke my peace. But it was hard. To look at the evidence and he’s not guilty, that’s tough. It’s really tough.”

On how he relates to Trayvon Martin and Oscar Grant:

It could have been me,” Jordan says of the untimely deaths of Grant and Martin. “Around the time I read the [Fruitvale] script, Trayvon Martin’s shooting had just happened a week or two before. I remember when Oscar Grant died in 2009 and how frustrating it was during that time. And then the Trayvon murder occurred, it was like all of this was happening again. I’m from New Jersey and Oscar is from Oakland, but the same things are occurring. When I was younger, I always hung out with my boys. So we could’ve experienced a situation that was similar to Oscar Grant’s. Being from the inner city, you have to do the best with what you have — even when the odds are stacked against you. People from outside your community may judge you because you may look different, walk a little different, or talk a little different. But, dealing on a more personal level, after I got a chance to get to know Oscar’s story, I saw a lot of similarities between Oscar and I. With the film, I really wanted to give him a voice. It’s kind of fun for me to dive into those characters as well.”

On the impact of Fruitvale Station:

“We hope that we will create something that can stand the test of time,” Jordan says. “As far as opening numbers are concerned, it doesn’t really affect the project. Hopefully, this movie will cause people to make a change on how we look at each other when it comes to violence. I hope it has a positive impact. I hope it’s a project that will be talked about for years and years to come.”

Beyonce's new direction for her fifth studio album has put an anticipated fall release at a disadvantage.  Get the deets on Bey's recording halt inside and see why Solange is cancelling her European tour.  

For the past few months, we've talked about Ne-Yo and The-Dream working with Beyonce on her fifth studio album, but now industry insiders say the singer has scraped nearly 50 songs and is seeking a new direction for her next project.  

So far, THR reports that Ryan Tedder, Sia and Diane Warren had all contributed to an anticipated fall album, but now those songs may be trashed.  Why?  Ne-Yo says the direction of the disc is something Bey is "still trying to figure out".

Insiders also cite the success of her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour as one of the reasons for the recording halt. So far, only "Grown Woman" has emerged from Bey's most recent sessions.

And since a rep for Bey told THR that "there was never an album release date", Bey stans may have to keep 4 on replay until Mrs. C drops something new in 2014.

In other news about the Knowles... 

Solange's European fans won't get to see the True singer this summer as she's recently cancelled the remainder of her European tour.  

Solange released a statement this week citing her mental and physical health as the deciding factors in her decison.

"I am completely devastated to announce that I will be canceling my international festival dates for the Summer. I wish I could put in words how much of a difficult decision this was...but between moving part time to a new city, starting my son in a new school, and writing/ recording my new record...I really had to make the best decision for my mental/physical health and provide some stability for my family. I am so so sooooo sorry if Ive disappointed...... and really hope to make it out to those special cities soon enough!"

Luckily for US fans, Solange hasn't cancelled any of her upcoming dates stateside.

Singer Keyshia Cole posted a sneak peek at her upcoming collaboration with Steve Madden recently.  She's been working at it for a while, and ow,s he's got a whole new line for you ladies who are all about that R&B style for the hood.

The soles of the shoes are inscribed with Keyshia's signature, something she seemed excited about.

Keyshia tweeted, "Got my own shoes (Literally) in my closet. These are not all of them, but its kinda dope to see em lined up! #SoBossy

In other shoe launches.....

Former reality tv star Emily B (who's also Fabolous' girlfriend as we all know) is launching her own shoe line.  She tweeted, "Ladies!!! I'm so excited to finally announce my NEW SHOE LINE "Emily B" dropping this Fall!!"

We told you previously that shoes were one of Emily B's passions, and now she's following her dreams.

Rapper DMX was arrested in South Carolina this morning.  Yep, AGAIN! Find out what sent DMX to jail inside...

Someone needs to dial up Iyanla Vanzant ASAP because there's more work to be done! You'll recall that Iyanla confronted rapper DMX about possible drug use during an explosive episode of "Fix My Life", and now it looks like the rapper is still "using".

Earlier this morning (around 3am ET), DMX (dude is going grey and still doing these antics) was pulled over and arrested for allegedly driving under the influence.  And he was also charged for driving without a license, this according to Splash News.  The ex Ruff Ryder was taken to Greenville County Detention Center and released an hour later, around 4 AM ET.

Unfortunately, this arrest and mugshot puts X clear into the double digits when it comes to arrests and jail time.  SMH.....

Reality tv star Coco Austin stopped by "The Real" today and taught the hosts how to Twerk, she let them squeeze her donk so they know it's real, and she also revealed how she became confident with her curves--all thanks to her hubby Ice-T. Here are the highlights:

On her butt being real:

"I think it just goes back to when I first got into the picture and I heard that I had booty implants, I was so taken aback because for the longest time I was trying to hide my butt so then they’re saying I had something but then I took it as a compliment because then I was thinking, if it looks that good."

On sexual confidence:

Like I said, I was a tomboy and I started noticing I could get a lot out of people at a certain date. I was like, 18, (and thought) wait a second, I can work with these curves. But I really kind of hide my hips. I hated my hips. Now, I flaunt it. I was always flaunting my boobs. I loved my boobs. I bought them at 18. I loved them. I was taking away from the hip area. I was covering it up and it wasn’t till I got with my husband, Ice. He’s the one, I give him credit for me being me to this day because he’s the one who’s like, ‘You have something to work with, work it. It’s unique.’

44-year-old actress ("Facts of Life") and director Kim Fields announced this week that she, her husband Christopher Morgan, and her six-year-old son Sebastian Alexander will soon welcome a new addition to their family.

"Sebastian and Christopher are very excited, We're very, very blessed. We actually had been trying for a couple of years... Funny enough when God says that's when it's gonna be then that's when it was."

Congrats to Kim!  And are we feeling this new hair of hers?

Things aren't looking good for your fave R&B prince Frank Ocean.  After ripping his vocal chord on the first night of his Aussie tour dates on Thursday, it's a wrap for that tour.

With some dates in Australia selling out in just minutes, Frank Ocean kicked off his Aussie tour last night at Melbourne's Festival Hall.  And after his opening night performance, Mr. Ocean went to the docs down under and found out he tore his vocal chord.  So now, future Aussie dates have been axed.

The Live Nation promoter tells Billboard.com:

"After last night's concert... it was necessary to seek medical advice due to vocal issues Frank Ocean experienced during the show," the promoter comments in a statement. "It has subsequently been confirmed that Frank has suffered a small tear to one of his vocal cords and has received medical advice that he must rest his voice."

It all started when Frank reportedly sounded a bit off key during last night's opener, and he told the crowd during "Forrest Gump" that "I'm sick...don't know if you care."

He then told the crowd, without doing an encore,“I don’t wanna speak much tonight but I do wanna thank you guys.”

Meanwhile, Frank used this week to show he hasn't forgotten about Chris Brown slighting him at the Grammys.  Remember when Frank beat Chris out for an Award and Breezy was one of the only people who remained seated while Frank went up to accept his award?  Well, Frank surely remembers it.  And their fight that happened at a recording studio before that.
