Looks like Dame Dash is way worse off than he has led folks to believe.  Thanks to his new court filing this past Thursday at Manhattan Supreme Court, we've learned he's getting crushed by millions of dollars of debt and may lose the only house he has to live in.

In order to stop his checks from getting garnished, Damon Dash--who formerly boasted having a $50 million empire (thanks to Roc-a-fella and Rocawear) about a decade ago--showed up in court in Manhattan on Thursday.  He was fighting a charge of ignoring a 2008 lawsuit from a garment industry lender who wanted payback on their $237,078 loan.

And the papers he filed tell all his business. 

The NY Daily News reports:

In a sworn statement asking a judge not to garnish his wages, Dash disclosed:

- He pays $24,000 every three months to his ex-wife, fashion designer Rachel Roy, for child support of their two kids, and to cover money owed on the lofts.

- New York state forces Dash to send another $4,341.10 per month for support of his son, Christian.

- He paid nearly $20,000 in garnished wages in late 2012 for other debts.

- And he faces a pending $40,000 tax payment for business earnings.

And after losing two of his lofts in Tribeca to foreclosure back in 2010, with $7.3 million still left on the mortgages, he's now about to lose his mansion in Carmel, NY. 

Dame wrote in the 5-page filing, “I am currently several months behind in paying my personal bills.  For instance, I am currently over $100,000 behind in rent for the only home in which I live and at risk of being evicted.”

And in an email from his attorney, Gregg A. Pinto, he said,"I'm an independent businessman and this is what comes from business.  I have the guts to fight my battles on my own and it's entertainment to everybody else because I'm so cool about it."

And by "being cool about it," we guess he meant this interview he did last month.

After Chris Brown's vague statement on Twitter about implying ho activity that many believe was against Rihanna, Rih has been dropping subliminals all weekend.

Back in March, we reported that we were tipped off that Monica was expecting.  And we put her on official Preggers Watch.  Tonight, she finally made the big reveal of her baby bump.

Monica and her husband of two years, Phoenix Suns baller Shannon Brown, are indeed expecting!

Her baby bump required no confirmation with words, she confirmed her pregnancy with a simple pic.  The "Everything To Me" singer posted the above image this evening right before hitting the stage in Chattanooga, TN.  And her baby bump is clearly visible through her blue Roberto Cavalli maxi dress.  

A couple of months ago, we broke the news of her pregnancy, along with images of her shielding a tiny bump.   We reported then that our source tipped us off a month prior--back in February--that she was indeed pregnant.  And based on when our tipster learned of the pregnancy, we're guessing she's about 5-6 months along.  But that's not yet confirmed.

And the news of Mo becoming a mom of three is just in time for Mother's Day.

We met her in her first starring role as the cute teen everyone had a crush on during "The Parent 'Hood" TV show back in 1995.  Now, Reagan Gomez is 33, a wife of 14 years, a mom to two ridiculously cute kids, and one of the feistiest (politically) chicks we know on Twitter.  And while she expands her acting career into the world of creating her own web series around black actors, she's had to fight to win the struggle of every working mom: Being the best available mom to your kids while simultaneously giving your best to your career.

Being a mom has totally changed my perspective on many things...including the business.  Having my children has really inspired me and given me the courage to get behind the camera.

I had my daughter, Scarlett, after my last tv show (Love, Inc.) ended (in 2006), and I immediately got "The Cleveland Show" which gave me SO much time at home with she and my son, Tyger, who's now 2.  I never want to give that up.  Ever.  My family comes first.

I feel like so many women in the business have to put LIFE on hold, because we're always waiting for that part that might change our lives.  I'm glad I decided to live my life.  Career and work will always be there.  My real blessing in life is my amazing husband and beautiful family.

Pregnant moms in the YBF world spent their Mother's Day Weekend with fam and friends.  We've got pics of mommy Halle Berry at a picnic birthday party with Nahla, DJ Envy's wife Gia's baby shower and Alexis Stoudemire showing off her baby belly...

Nahla loves a good day at the park!  So yesterday she and her celeb mom Halle Berry hit up a friend's birthday party outdoors in the springtime Cali weather:

Nahla kept it cute in a striped multi-colored top and pink leggings and matching sneakers.

And Halle rocked a cute and comfy sundress that perfectly covered her burgeoning baby bump for the occasion.  Cute!

Over in New Jersey, The Breakfast Club's DJ Envy is back in wife's good graces.  After his cheating scandal with "LAHH" chick Erica Mena and all.  So he dished out the cash for wife Gia Casey's baby shower as they prepare to welcome baby #3:

He said, "2dys baby shower was worth every penny."  We're sure it was.

His co-host Angela Yee came out to support (Charlamagne skipped it) and kicked it with Wyclef & Jersey's own Naughty By Nature.

And in the midst of NY Knicks baller Amar'e Stoudemire balling in the NBA playoffs, he posted a pic of his, his kids' and his wife's hands all touching Alexis' baby belly.  How precious!

KeKe Wyatt has made a fab comeback on the music scene, thanks to starring on the hit TV One show "R&B Divas" and keeping those talented pipes in tip-top condition.  She can still sing circles around most chicks in the business, even after mothering 6 kids and being a wife to her husbandger.

And for Mother's Day, KeKe tells us how amazing motherhood is even with a basketball team of kids, and how even the most annoying times lead to the most love....

In an open letter exclusively written for TheYBF.com, the fabulous KeKe Wyatt is dishing the real deal about juggling a load of sweet kiddies, an R&B career, and all that's good and bad in between.  The 31-year-old, who made everyone take notice in 2000 with her collabo with Avant, "My First Love" (that she recorded when she was just 15!), birthed 5 of her kids and is also stepmom to her husband Michael's kiddie from a previous relationship.

KeKe may have caused a bit of controversy with her stuck-at-the-hip style relationship with her hubby of three years during season 1 of "R&B Divas" (shown above during recent filming), but her mommyhood skills are nothing short of admirable.  The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence spokeswoman opens up candidly about the joys and realness of motherhood in her open letter below:

I thank God every day for blessing me with the greatest gift of all, my children. Anyone who really knows Keke Wyatt will tell you the one thing that I do not play about are my children honey. Most of you only know me as an artist or from R&B Divas ATL, but before any of that; I am “mommy” first. I come from a history of large families. My mother has 8 brothers and sisters and my father had 4 sisters; who in the world would ever think that I would have 6 of my own, Lord Jesus. Bean 13, Poopy 11, Makayla 9, Mimmi 4, Ke’mar 2, and Wyatt who will be 1 this month all have brought unspeakable joy to my life. Please don’t get it twisted I only have 2 baby daddies of whom I was and am married to now…BOOM! I know y’all thinking, “Dang Brady Bunch; no ma’am more like Wyatt-Ford Bunch.”…. lol

Sometimes I find it hard to put into words just how I feel about my children. No Shade but sometimes my kids do get on my nerves but they are my hun buns and they are the center of my life. As a mother, every holiday is a proud moment because I get to see the smiles on their faces. There are times I do feel a little guilt because my profession requires me to be on the road so much and miss quality time with my family. Thankfully my children know that mommy is always available to them even when I am not near them. Thank God for technology, because it allows me to stay in constant communication whether by skype, tango, or by phone. Once I return home I devote all of my time and energy to them. I truly thank God for my gift and the blessings that it has afforded me. Knowing and working in an industry that can be cruel and judgmental, my children provide just the amount of peace I need when times get really rough. Honey, I don’t know what I would do without my babies, every last one of them. I am honored to be able to wake up every day and hear my teeny weenys say, “Mommy”… OkaaaaaY!!!!

Mathew Knowles is on the IRS most wanted list after being slapped with a $1.2 million tax bill.  Get the deets on Mathew's tax woes and hear a snippet of Beyonce's "Rise Up" from the EPIC movie.

It's been a bumpy ride for Mathew Knowles since he ended his business relationship with daughter Beyonce Knowles and his superstar group Destiny's Child record their last album together.  Though Mr. Knowles' Music World Entertainment group still carries some of the world's top gospel acts on its rooster, the label hasn't seen a great deal of success on the pop and R&B charts.

Despite his chart absence, Mr. Knowles is still racking in dollars from Bey's earlier chart take over...but he's never paid taxes on it!.  Now, Uncle Sam has come calling and he wants his money. Based on the years 2010 ($485,575.95) and 2011 ($728,004.89), Mr. Knowles owes $1,213,580.84 dollars.

We're sure he's not hurting for money so he shouldn't have a problem paying his bills, bills, bills.  Or is he?  Wouldn't be the first time a rich person squandered their money on bad habits.  Plus, he's got a new mouth to feed thanks to him knocking up his mistress.

In the upcoming Disney animation film EPIC, Beyonce (who's also the voice of the Queen Tara character), sings the uplifting "Rise Up" song. Written by Australian songwriter Sia and Beyonce, the ballad was produced by Hit-Boy and Chase N. Cashe.

EPIC, opening May 24, also stars the voices of Colin Farrell, Amanda Seyfried, Christophe Waltz, Aziz Ansari, Pitbull, Jason Sudeikis and rock legend Steven Tyler.  You feeling the song?

Singer Bobby V, who co-starred in the film Switchin the Script with Ray J., may have taken cues from the "I Hit It First" singer's playbook and shot a homemade sex tape. 

A new video is being shopped on the underground market, according to TMZ, starring Bobby V and a video vixen.  The hotel sex romp was shot a la Ray J/Kardashian style with both parties engaging in some heavy touching before getting right into the act. 

Though Bobby V. knew the sex acts were being taped, we're not sure he knows the video is being shopped around. So far...he has not addressed the issue.   That's one way to make your career more relavant.

And in child support news....

So how much does 17-year-old rapper Chief Keef make every month?  According to child support documents filed on his behalf, the rapper allegedly clears $13K a month.  Now, his middle school aged baby momma (the one he impregnated when he was 15), has been awarded $2,600 a month in child support plus $500 in day care expenses. 

Going forward, Keef (who's now dating urban magazine model Pretty Mesha) will be ponying up $3K a month in child support in addition to the  $10,400 he already owes.  We just hope this time around he stays away from guns and other violent activities that land his ass in jail so he can keep making money to support his kids. 

Diddy made sure to make all the mothers of his children feel special on Mother's Day yesterday.  So he pulled double duty spending time with both Kim Porter & Sarah Chapman and the kids.  Andhe had some sweet words for Misa Hylton and his own mom.

Sure) that Diddy has been like a father too.

This dude may be the most fertile hip hop CEO ever, but he makes sure to take very good care of all his kids.  And their moms.  Loves it.

The Washington Wizards center--who became is the first active male professional athlete in a major American team sport to come out publicly as gay--was all about his nieces and nephew this weekend. 

And after his ex fiancee told everyone she never knew he was gay until he came out to the world, Uncle Jason left the drama behind and was all about the fun with the fam.

Both Monique and TJ Holmes, who've had their BET projects cancelled, sat down to talk about their careers how they feel about the network since they left.  Find out more inside....

Oscar-winning comedienne Monique stopped by Hot 97 this morning to promote her upcoming stand-up set in NYC and to discuss her dramatic weight loss.  During the chat, she also discussed that "open marriage" comment she once made.  And she revealed that she harbors no ill will toward BET about cancelling her talk show.

Here are the highlights:

On weight loss

"I tweet my work outs every morning because I want women to see, you don't have to let them cut you open. You don't have to let them suck it out.  You don't have to let them put a band around your organs.  All you have to do is put the work in and the weight comes off."

Right now, she says she weighs 218 and her goal is to get down to 190.  She thinks her highest weight was 300.

On open marriage

Monique explained that the 'open relationship' idea was actually her idea because she traveled on the road so much.  She says the idea backfired on her because she soon realized how special her relationship was.  Now she still describes her marriage as "open" but for different reasons. 

"We are open but we're open because we're honest.  When I said open relationship people automatically though sex...but we have no secrets.  They're nothing my husband doesn't know about me and there's nothing I don't know about him.  We treat each other good in life....My husband's teaching me how to be his woman...how to be his wife."

On Charles Ramsey

"I admire that brother and I appreciate what he did.  No he don't have no teeth...but Charles when we come to Cleveland...you have tickets to the show!  That took a lot of courage.  Normally we mind our business....we don't get involved...that brother said "Today...I have to get involved."  What that brother did....was save lives."

"I can't fix nobody's life but my own.  All I can share is my experiences..."

On leaving BET and what happened

What happened to your relationship with BET?

The network, they made a decision that they didn’t want the show to come back. That being the case, I don’t have anything else to do at that network. I was only there to do that show for the most part. So if they decide they don’t want the show on the air anymore, then there is no reason for that relationship to continue. So that relationship is over.

Were you shocked by the show’s cancellation?

I have known for a while that the show was not going to return. I just wasn’t able to say that myself and make it official, because the show is still the network’s property. So they’re the ones who are in charge in that regard of public message…And I think a lot of people have known for quite some time. It just took a while to make it publicly official.

Do you have a specific time frame on when you would like to land your next position?

No, because I don’t want to make a mistake. My wife and I are blessed enough that we don’t have to run out and find a job just for the sake of finding a job. But I’m really, really determined to get this next move right. I’m looking for a home. A place that I can see myself being for years and years down the road. So we are being very deliberate. And it’s been nice to have this option and it’s nice to be wanted to some degree.

The very first trailer for Best Man Holiday has hit the net.  Quench your thirst for the sequel inside...

Everybody's back....and it's like one big post-college, post-wedding reunion during the Holidays.  The first preview of Malcolm D. Lee's Best Man Holiday is here, and it's what we've been waiting for.

The entire case from season 1 has returned for more secrets and shenanigans: Nia Long, Taye Diggs, Morris Chestnut, Regina Hall, Harold Perrineau,Terrence Howard, Sanaa Lathan, Monica Calhoun, and yep, even Melissa De Sousa (Harold's nagging chick from the original before he got with Regina's "Candy" character).

Indie Wire says about the plot:

When the college friends finally reunite over the Christmas holidays, 15 years after the first film, they will discover just how easy it is for long-forgotten rivalries and romances to be ignited.

And we're ready for it all. What's going to happen with that Harper/Robin/Jordan love triangle, esp. now that Jordan has a new man (Eddie Cibrian)?  Does Quentin ever settle down?  And do Lance Sullivan & Mia actually make it?

Kobe Bryant's parents have filed their own paperwork claiming their son GAVE his memorabilia to them!  Find out what they said inside....

We suspect that Pamela Bryant, the mother of basketball legend Kobe Bryant, didn't have a great Mother's Day yesterday.  We told you earlier about Kobe's legal teaming putting the smack down on Goldin Auction and preventing his mom from selling off his memorablia.  Now, we've got the deets on the situation from the perspective of Pamela, Kobe's dad Joe and even Kobe's grandma and sister.  Talk about some family drama...

Apparently, the court documents filed by Kobe insinuate that Kobe's mom stole the items from Kobe's home.  But in their defense, both Pam and Joe filed sworn declarations that Kobe willingly gave the items to Pamela over the years.

Joe specifically said that over the years, Kobe had given Pamela a number of items and said, "Here mom, these are for you." And Pam insists she never took anything without permission.  And since he willingly gave them to her....she has a right to sell them.  Also, Kobe's grandmother got dragged into the drama filed a declaration supporting Pamela.

Oh, and there's another sibling.  But she supports Kobe.  His sister, Sharia Washington says their mother has been conspiring to sell Kobe's items for a long time and wants to profit from his stardom.  Damn homie.

We guess the family won't be getting together for fireworks on the 4th of July....unless it's in the court room. 

For now....the auction is still postpooned. 

Rihanna and Wale love to party it up.  Check out the two hitting the club in NYC last night with DJ Suss One and Rih's girl, model Cara Delevingne...

Rumors are circling about Wale & Rihanna possibly being more than friends as of late.  But we're not co-signing or believing any of them.

Rih's actually working on some new music, possibly a remix to "Bad", with Wale.  And she even tweeted a pic the other day of the two working together:

So it's only right she and her Roc Nation/MMG partner Wale partied it up together at Pink Elephant in NYC last night to blow off some steam.

And Rih's still pushing her fashion savvy in a new 2013 summer collection for River Island that she's working on with Adam Selman.  Check out the inside fotage of how the line came to be below:
