Last night, Rick Ross attended the holiday party of his girlfriend, entreprenuer Ming Lee. Held at The B Loft in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead, the evening was full of music, and tasty bites from Pretti Plates.
Speaking of food, we're pretty sure Rick didn't indulge. As you can see, the brother has dropped a ton of weight. If you're wondering how he lost the weight, his new documentary, RossFit, features a look into his weight lost journey.
Between his personal chef Amaris Jones and Trainer Garret Fisher, he's taken up crossfit, revealing, “Being in better shape, it affects everything...Of course your health. Of course your psyche, your confidence. He also revealed that he turned to Crossfit because of it's intensity and minimal time commitment. “We come out here, we get it in, we feel good.” Watch it here....
"i" rapper Kendrick Lamar takes over the Winter 2014 issue of XXL. "XXL" did something a little different with Kendrick, as opposed to their other artists. Kendrick crafted his own story for the issue, titled Writer At War.
In the piece, "he explores his experience with his extraordinary fame, the impact he has had on his fans (and vice versa), the process in which he records, his overall mind state after two years on the road and so much more."
The issue also features articles on YG, French Montana, Big Sean and E-40. The issue is available on newsstands....yes.....NEWSSTANDS! It's still in print.
