“School Dance” actress Amber Rose has been keeping busy to help keep her mind off of her pending divorce from her husband Wiz Khalifa, making appearances at nightclubs (with her manager Nick Cannon) and red carpets recently.
But, although she seems to have it all together, the budding actress revealed she’s devastated having to go through her divorce in the public eye. Amber filed for divorce from her rapper husband after just one year of marriage, requesting full legal and physical custody of their son Sebastian “The Bash” Thomaz. Since then, nasty rumors have been circulating about both of them cheating on one another and it looked like things were going to get ugly.
In an act of declaring her single status, she popped up on the red carpet at the wrap party for her upcoming rom-com “Sister Code” at the Xen Lounge in Studio City Thursday rocking a “Ms. Rose” nameplate (above).
While on the carpet, the video vixen turned actress chatted with HipHollywood, where she opened up about how devastating it is to be going through a public divorce and revealed she still misses her husband very much. She dished,
“[It's] devastating. I’m human. I’m going through a divorce. I love my husband, I miss him a lot. But you know, sh*t happens.”

It seems the two may have had a sitdown where they hashed out their problems. On Amber’s birthday, Wiz tweeted an amicable Happy Birthday message to his estranged wife. Amber, in return, said thanks calling him sweetheart and added the hashtag #StillLoveYouNoMatterWhat.
As she continues to move forward with her life as a single mother and budding star, her almost ex-husband Wiz is on the road for his "Blacc Hollywood Big Secret Tour", which hits the House of Blues in L.A. tonight.
