Grammy-winning singer Toni Braxton and "AGT" host Nick Cannon have coupled up...in the fight against Lupus. While we're sure the twosome aren't hooking up romantically, they did link to help spread awareness about the disease they both battle at the Stars Get Lucky For Lupus: 6th Annual Poker Tournament in Los Angeles last night.
Fans of Toni (who looked fabulous in a leather bustier) have watched the singer struggle with her illness on "Braxton Family Values" while Nick famously battled the disease with the help of soon-to-be ex wife Mariah Carey.
Michael B. Jordan (who's beefing up to portray Johnny Storm/The Human Torch in The Fantastic Four) came out to support Toni and Nick at the event.
Mechelle Epps, wife of funnyman Mike Epps (who shall portray Richard Pryor in a new biopic) smiled for the cameras.
Hollywood Exes star Shamika Lawrence (Martin's ex) was also there.
And Mekhi Phifer, who did a stint on "House Of Lies" last season, was also amongst the crowd.

Toni took the bustier down to Mr. Chow for a bite to eat. Serve!
