Amidst major pregnancy rumors, the "Partition" singer seemed to be strategically covering her tummy with her Charlotte Olympia 'Kinky' clutch (it has handcuffs!) in this skin tight Balenciaga dress...and she was rocking Balenciaga wedges as well. We all know Bey rarely, if ever, does a wedge. The twosome could just be manipulating the media.
