Power couple Beyonce and Jay Z styled in monochromatic black and white with the Queen rocking a veil as they made their grand entrance into the Met Ball. Bey stunned in a all black sheer-in-all-the-right-places Givenchy Haute Couture dress paired with Givenchy veil and shoes and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
When asked about her dress while on the carpet, Bey dished to the Women's Wear Daily reporter that the dress she is way more comfortable than her Givenchy gown from last year. Loving the regalness of the look, despite it not being as striking as last year's Givenchy Hate Couture look. Still stunning as always.
FUN FACT: Beyonce had a bit of a scare when she lost one of Lorraine Schwartz rings after it slipped off her finger. Luckily, Hov was able to find it and gave it back to her in the cutest way. He kneeled down as if he was proposing again. Loves it!
After gracing EBONY’sfour-cover June issue, Kanye West was dapper in a Zorro-like black tux on the red carpet as he arrived with his fiancée (or possible wife already, according to reports they've legally signed their marital papers already in L.A.) Kim Kardashian.
Kim opted for a deep blue Lanvin dress accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. Not the most fashion forward look (we expected a total SHUT DOWN with something we've never seen before since they've (mainly Kanye) has been working so long on this look), but it's INDEED a step up from last year's couch-gate.
John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen got classy on the red carpet. The All Of Me singer was dapper in a black Ralph Lauren tux while Chrissy Teigen shimmered in a silver Ralph Lauren gown.
Hot. This look will definitely cause fashion some debate, either way.
