Scary Movie 5 star and "106 & Park" host Bow Wow has finally spoken out about the $80K lawsuit he lost after a French porn star sued him for using images of her pole-dancing in a video, without her permission. And he made a few interesting points....
It's interesting to note that Bow Wow acknowledges that it IS NOT his video and it IS NOT his song. If this is true, all he needed to do was respond to the lawsuit that was filed.
Porn star Celine Tran won a "default" judgement, which means Bow Wow never responded to the lawsuit. Perhaps he and his lawyer should have worded his Facebook statement into a legal defense document and showed up at court. Then he wouldn't owe $80K. No matter how you twist it....he and his legal team/manager dropped the ball on this one.
