Producer and actress Queen Latifah was spotted filming scenes for an upcoming project in Los Angeles yesterday. During several of her scenes, she was seen riding a scooter alongside the Venice Beach canals.
In addition to her film work, Queen Latifah will hit the small screen this year, hosting her own daytime talk show.
Also, Queen announced that she will perform George Gershwin’s “The Man I Love” on May 8 at New York City Ballet’s 2013 spring gala. Nice!

Snoop Lion, Terry Crews, Jasmine Guy and Katt Williams are among the celebrities who star in Scary Movie V. The fifth installment of the spoof series, which seems to include every scary movie ever made in life, was written by David Zucker and directed by Malcolm Lee.
Here's the synopsis: "A couple begin to experience some unusual activity after bringing their newborn son home from the hospital. With the help of home-surveillance cameras and a team of experts, they learn they're being stalked by a nefarious demon."
