Ever wondered what it’s like being a popular social media influencer? Well, you’re about to find out.
BET+ is about to bring Hip Hop’s biggest social media influencers to television in a new original docuseries titled, “The Impact ATL.” And the cast announced the name of the new series on the red carpet at the 2022 BET Awards.
The cast includes Jayda Cheaves (serving futuristic glam in TLZ L'FEMME), Ari Fletcher,Dess Dior, rapper Lakeyah and popular celebrity stylistArrogant Tae.
”The reason for this show is to showcase us doing what we do everyday, but more in detail like the behind the scenes and things because sometimes they try to discredit us,” Jayda said on the red carpet.
While it may look easy, posting content to social media, the influencers shared its much more work than people know.
“It looks easy, but it’s really not, but you’re going to see the blood, sweat and tears that we put in behind the scenes,” Jayda continued.
How has it been for the business women working with each other? “We all support each other,” Lakeyah - who recently her single “Mind Yo Business” featuring Latto.
The new 8-episode series - produced by Entertainment One (eOne), and Quality Films, the film and television arm of multimedia powerhouse Quality Control Music - will feature young bosses living their fast paced lives as they put in work for their thriving entrepreneurial endeavors.
