Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Reunite With Royal Family At Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, Seen Playfully ‘Shushing’ Young Royals

A royal reunion! Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are back at Buckingham Palace to attend the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. While they were not photographed on the Buckingham Palace balcony, the couple was spotted laughing and playfully shushing a few young royals. See the flicks inside…

The royals reunite at a once-in-a-generation celebration!

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are back in the UK for their first joint appearance together with the British Royal Family in two years.

The Duke & Duchess of Sussex made their way to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee kickoff, launching a four-day celebration. The 96-year-old queen is the first British monarch in history to reach a Platinum Jubilee, which marks 70 years on the throne.

Touching down on Wednesday with their two children, Meghan and Harry (seen above in their motorcade) joined the Royal Family for Trooping the Colour at the palace.

While they were not photographed on the Buckingham Palace balcony, photographers snapped photos of the former “Suits” actress and her husband laughing and playfully shushing several young royals (the Queen’s great granddaughters), including Zara Tindall's kids Mia, 8, and Lena, 3, and Peter Phillips' daughter Savannah, 11, as they watched the Royal Air Force flypast from the Major General’s Office.

For the celebration, Meghan slipped into a navy dress paired with a wide-brimmed Stephen Jones hat, while Harry wore a blue suit rather than the ceremonial attire he wore in the past. We love how Meghan always understands the assignment.

Prince Andrew, Prince Harry and Meghan were not on the palace balcony since the Queen decided that only working members of the Royal Family would join her on the balcony.

”After careful consideration, the queen has decided this year’s traditional Trooping the Color balcony appearance on Thursday 2nd June will be limited to Her Majesty and those members of the royal family who are currently undertaking official public duties on behalf of the queen,” the palace said.

Hours before the jubilee, it was reported Prince Andrew (the Queen’s second son) tested positive for COVID-19. How convenient. The disgraced royal was stripped of his military and royal titles in January after being accused of sexual assault. Obviously, royal watchers were skeptical of Andrew’s COVID diagnosis. Hmph.

Some were shocked to see the Duke & Duchess of Sussex at the event considering the family tension. However, the couple confirmed early in May they would be there. Back in April, Meghan and Harry popped up on the Queen in London (unannounced) on their way to the Invictus Games. It was the first time they’ve traveled to London together following racism claims against the British Royal Family made by Meghan.

Their two children, Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 11 months, were not photographed at the event, but reports say they are there. Archie and Lilibet are expected to attend the Service of Thanksgiving at St. Paul’s Cathedral on Friday, June 3rd, where they will meet their royal cousins and other family members for the first time. You'll recall, Archie was six-months old when Meghan and Harry decided to step down as senior royals to leave London for sunny California in March 2020.

We know the celebration is all about the Queen, but we’re just patiently awaiting new flicks of Meghan, Harry and their kiddies.
