Toya Johnson is gearing up to make her way down the aisle to marry the love of her life, Robert “Red” Rushing.
The sports manager/entrepreneur made 2020 a memorable one for the reality star when he got down on one knee during a romantic helicopter proposal. It was a tear-jerking moment for sure. Fans were given a front-row look at the heartfelt proposal when it aired during the season finale of “T.I. & Tiny: Friends And Family Hustle.”
Now, the pre-wedding festivities are here as the couple gears up to say their “I Dos.”
To kick things off, Toya decided to host a fun proposal party with her friends to show her girl gang how much they mean to her while asking them to be bridesmaids in her upcoming nuptials. And the theme was based on NBC’s new series, “The Courtship,” which is a dating show where “Bridgerton” meets “The Bachelorette.”
Everyone was tea party ready, decked out in fascinators and all. Several of Toya’s celeb friends were in the mix, including Monica, Kandi Burruss, Tiny Harris, Rasheeda, Tammy Rivera, Shamea Morton, Monyetta Shaw and more.
Of course, Toya’s daughter, ReginaeCarter, was also there to celebrate her mom’s upcoming nuptials. She gave a speech about how happy she is that her mom found happiness.
And y'all know there's nothing Toya and co. love more than a sponsored party. It looks like NBC's upcoming show "The Courtship" was the backdrop of this high tea situation. It was definitely a good time as the ladies danced the night away on the dance floor to their favorite songs.

We’re happy to see Toya open her heart again after two failed marriages with exes LilWayne (2004 - 2006) and MempHitz Wright (2011 - 2016).
In the past, she said she wasn’t looking to get married again. But now that Robert has stolen her heart, she couldn’t help but say yes to living their lives together forever. During an episode of "T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle," Toya shared how scary it was for her to open her heart up to her man, but she said she was ready to go all in.
Toya and Robert started dating in 2017 and then welcomed their baby girl, ReignRushing, in February 2018. Now, they're gearing up to get married. Congrats again to the couple!
