Tristan Thompson Traded To Indiana Pacers Amid Speculations That He Could Possibly Pay $120K Each Month In Child Support

Tristan Thompson has been traded to the Indiana Pacers along with two of his Sacramento Kings teammates amid speculation that he's likely paying $120,000/month (which totals almost $1.5 million a year) in child support payments! Deets inside...

From the west coast to the midwest -Tristan Thompson is taking his talents to a new team, hundreds of miles away from his (ex?) girlfriend Khloe Kardashian.

Right before the 2022 NBA trade deadline, the Indiana Pacers acquired Sacramento Kings forward Tristan Thompson along with two of his teammates, TyreseHaliburton and BuddyHield, in exchange for forwards Justin Holiday, Jeremy Lamb and DomantasSabonis, as well as a 2023 second-round pick.

The team’s newest players are in Indy and they’re ready to hit the court:

Tonight, the Pacers will go up against Tristan’s former team - the Cleveland Cavaliers in Indy. The 11-year NBA veteran will wear number 11 for the Pacers. If you didn’t know, the Cavaliers drafted Tristan in 2011 as the 4th overall pick. He played nine seasons and won an NBA title in 2016 with the team.

The 30-year-old is on the final season of a two-year, $18,978,900 deal, which expires at the end of the season. It’s unclear if he’ll stay with the Pacers, but it’s likely he won’t be there long as the team is seemingly rebuilding. Once the offseason rolls around, he’ll be an unrestricted free agent.

With an annual average salary of $9,489,450, the NBA star is coughing up hella money in child support for the three children he fathered with three different women.

Last month, it was alleged Tristan COULD be paying his third baby mama, Maralee Nichols, a whopping $40,000 a month. She gave birth to her son with the NBA player in December while he was very much still in a relationship with Khloe Kardashian. At first, he tried to deny the child was his, but a paternity test proved otherwise.

New York marriage lawyer Morghan Leia Richardson told HollywoodLife that Tristan will have to pay child support for his youngest son until he turns 18.

And the same goes for his 5-year-old son, Prince Thompson, whom he shares with Jordan Craig. It’s reported Tristan pays Jordan $40,000/month in child support and has been ordered to do so until the child is 18 or until he “graduates from high school or becomes self-supporting, emancipated or ordered by the court."

Family lawyer Bryan Konoski speculated to The Sun, the NBA baller is likely paying the same amount to EACH of his kids’ mothers, totaling $120,000 a month in child support payments, which totals almost $1.5 million a year. Sheesh!

“He is paying out the nose for these kids!,” the attorney told the publication. “With his base salary, his take home is probably about half, so let's say $5 million. Now reduce that by $1.5 million. Paying $40,000 per child per month, that is $1.5million annually in child support,” he continued. “If he is paying $40,000 to Marlee and Jordan he is doing the same for Khloe. He wouldn't have been able to get it reduced because she is worth more."

It hasn't been confirmed whether or not Tristan issues child support payments to Khloe for their 3-year-old daughter, TrueThompson.

As he can see now, it was definitely cheaper to keep her, but that’s what happens when you can’t keep your penis in your pants. No child support sympathy around these parts. You could have just stayed faithful to the woman you claim you were in a relationship with, esepcially after publicly humiliating her with SEVERAL cheating scandals over the years.
