We would say we didn't see this coming, but, we kinda did. Rihanna is pregnant! And she and A$AP Rocky are revealing their first baby bump pics that are already setting the internet on fire. Everything inside.
Baby Fenty is on the way! Our fave billionaire beauty mogul, Rihanna, is about to add another title to her name - Mom.
The "Love The Way You Lie" singer and her boyfriend of about three years, rapper A$AP Rocky, are about to become parents for the first time at 33. And they snapped it up showing off Rih's baby bump for their fave paparazzo, Diggzy, to make the announcement.
People magazine shared the deets on the shoot that went down in Rocky's native Harlem:
"The couple was photographed out in New York City over the weekend, where Rihanna debuted her baby bump while wearing a long pink jacket. Her oversized outerwear was unbuttoned at the bottom to reveal her growing bump adorned in a gold cross with colorful jewels.
In one of the sweet photos, which were snapped in Harlem, where A$AP Rocky grew up, the rapper kisses the soon-to-be mom on her forehead as they enjoy a snowy walk outdoors."
The pregnancy speculation has been spinning for quite some time - Rih's been rocking form fitting dresses with her bump appearing to be visible and also wearing large, oversized coats that just screamed 'I'm covering up my bump'.
Over the weekend, our YBF followers DEF called it on IG, saying Rihanna looked very much pregnant in the videos we posted of her visiting a Midtown Manhattan Sephora:
After collabing back in 2013, the two got together after dating other people throughout the years. And while folks were quite confused on how A$AP bagged a whole icon living, they've been going strong ever since getting together.
The twosome have been doing PLENTY of date nights in Manhattan and London and also traveling back to Rih's hometown in Barbados lately. So we knew things were getting more and more serious.
While Rihanna has never been shy about wanting a family and the mommyhood life one day, her man A$AP just recently made it known he wants that dad life too. He even called Rihanna "The One."
Rih told British Vogue back in March 2020 about wanting 3-4 kids in the next 10 years:
"You don't have a lot of time to tolerate s----, you know? You put so much on your plate. When you're overwhelmed, you need to start cutting things out. And I'm overwhelmed too much," she said at the time. "What's happening now is that I'm going back to black and white. My gray area is shutting down."
"I know I will want to live differently," she added, saying that within the next 10 years she sees herself having "three or four" children, whether she has a partner or not.
"I feel like society makes me want to feel like, 'Oh, you got it wrong …' They diminish you as a mother if there's not a dad in your kids' lives," said Rihanna. "But the only thing that matters is happiness; that's the only healthy relationship between a parent and a child. That's the only thing that can raise a child truly, is love.""
During an interview with GQ last year, he did open up about having children in the future and said:
If that’s in my destiny, absolutely,” he shared. “I think I’m already a dad! All these motherfuckers are already my sons—whatchu talkin’ ’bout!” He laughs and then starts choosing his words carefully: “Nah, but like, I think I’d be an incredible, remarkably, overall amazing dad. I would have a very fly child. Very.”
The rapper also gushed about Rihanna, continuously calling her “the one” when asked how it felt to be in a relationship. “So much better,” ASAP Rocky stated. “So much better when you got ‘the One.’ She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones.” “I think when you know, you know. She’s the One,” he added.
Well, Rih is CERTAINLY about to make pregnancy look good AF, and we wouldn't be surprised if a Savage x Fenty maternity collection was on the way too.
