NeNe Leakes, who is now covering EBONY's"Money & Power" issue, was spotted at The Grove in LA yesterday.
She arrived with "ex" husband Gregg and son Brentt (in the background) and greeted fans who came to get autographs and celebrate her success on "The New Normal" and "RHOA."
NeNe was there to tape a segment for the EXTRA entertainment show. We kinda love this dress for her. Lots of folks are hating on NeNe these days but we must tip our weaves to a chick who actually has some acting talent and is putting it to use
And in new music......
Kelis teams up with DJ Skream on his latest single "Copycat." On the track, Kelis talks trash to a female who's been jacking her style. There's no word about the song being directed at anyone in particular, but many R&B chicks have been accused of stealing from the former Mrs. Nas (mainly Cassie for shaving the side of her head).
DJ Skream, who also worked with Kelis on "Distance" talked to Digital Spy about the track saying,
"The other Kelis one is totally different. I think it's a million times better. It's called 'Copycat' and it's quite... there's a lot of space to it.
"It's not your average club track - it's a full vocal track but I really like it. It's one of my favorite things I've ever done - well my favorite thing I've done with a vocalist.
"There's so much space on the record that the vocal really stands out; you kind of feel the vocal rather than it being flooded by a million synths."
